30 Worlds: Royal Megaforce, Episode Final: "Masters of the Ultimate Power"

FINAL BOOK*CHAPTER SIX

William and Xur started their fight by a clash of blades.

"You've improved, King William," Xur said.

"I've been through a lot, Xur," William said. "But what I have been through has tempered me like the blade I am using."

"I also have a family to fight for," William continued. "Sofia, the children she is readying to deliver right now...friends like the people on the Armada ships...all are pulling for me to end your reign of terror once and for all."

William then turned his staff into a katana. "I actually have to thank you, Xur," William said.

"For what?" Xur said.

"Yours and the A.I.C.'s presence out there in the multi-verse made me hone my strength to the point where I can...and will...take you out once and for all!" William said as he swung his katana to intercept another downward strike with Xur's own blade.

Back on the Gansett, Mal was guiding the combined Armada in combat with the A.I.C.'s own fleet. Every so often, Mal would look down to the displays built into the arms of the command chair for any update on Queen Sofia's condition.

"Please, William. Please hurry back to us," Mal thought to herself.

Suddenly, she noticed a stream of golden energy emanating from her body and flying out from the Gansett towards the Fleet Museum starbase.

It was then that Mal realized what the Grand Key truly was. It wasn't a secret weapon...it wasn't the two children that Sofia was in the process of giving birth to...it was the friends and family that William had gathered in the years he fought against the A.I.C.

Mal turned to Zenon. "Zenon, open an Armada-wide channel," Mal said. "Include the Scarlett Army ships we left back at Earth."

Zenon nodded, then set to work. "Channel open, Mal," Zenon said.

"Attention, all Scarlett Army and Federation Fleet Museum starships. This is Princess Consort Mal aboard the DDV Gansett," Mal began. "King William is in combat with Great Leader Xur on the Museum Starbase, and he needs our help."

"Focus all of your positive energy on King William. It can be a prayer, a phrase...any positive thought or word will do. Just hurry, as Queen Sofia will be giving birth at any moment. Please hurry!" Mal said before gesturing for Zenon to close the channel.

To Mal's surprise, thousands of streams of energy in every color of the rainbow began to emanate from all of the ships which then began to flow to the Fleet Museum Starbase.

In the Fleet Museum Starbase's Atrium, Xur had William on his knees. "You've fought well, Your Majesty," Xur said. "But here is where your battle ends...and my reign over the multi-verse begins!"

William closed his eyes as Xur began to raise his blade above his head for the final killing blow. "I'm sorry I've failed you all," William thought.

Suddenly, William felt his spirit enter a white void. Before him stood his benefactor, Master Yen Sid. "You have not failed us yet, William," Yen Sid said.

Phineas led the Phineas and Ferb Key components into William's sight. "There is still a chance," Phineas said.

World by world, all of the Grand Key components approached William.

The last to make their presences felt were the forms of The Doctor. The African-American figure at the head of the grouping of Doctors smiled at William. "We're all together thanks to you, King William," Fifteen said. "And we've all got one thing left to say to you."

The spirit of Queen Scarlett walked up to William then put a hand on his shoulder. "End that bastard for good, my nephew," Scarlett's spirit said before William felt his spirit return to his body.

William opened his eyes to see Xur's blade hurtling towards William's neck. William felt his katana—its blade glowing with rainbow light—fly into his hand.

William turned his katana so that the hilt of the blade was directed towards Xur's stomach and thrust it forward.

Xur let out an "OOF!" as the hilt of William's katana sent all of the air rushing out of Xur's lungs.

In one fluid motion, William leaped to his feet and flipped the blade into position. Then, with one single downward stroke, William decapitated Xur.

On the Bridge of the Gansett, Mal watched as the A.I.C. ships—one by one—powered down their weapons.

A rapid beeping erupted from Zenon's console. "The A.I.C. dreadnought is signaling...their surrender!" Zenon said.

Mal deactivated the command chair's restraints and made her way to the communications console and saw the text message. "Xur's head appeared on the dreadnought's bridge with a note from William: 'Surrender now, or you all will share Xur's fate,'" Mal read.

The Bridge erupted into cheers. The comm sounded. "Transporter Room 7 to Bridge," the controller on duty said. "King William is requesting permission to return to the ship."

"Permission granted, Marlulu-chan," Mal said.

In the transporter room, Alien Metron Marlulu activated the transporter controls. The beam deposited William on the reception pad.

As soon as the transporter beam shut down, William rushed out of the transporter room and up to a nearby turbolift. "Sickbay!" William said before the doors slid shut.

Doc looked up as the doors into Sickbay slid open, revealing William. "You made it just in time, Your Majesty," Doc said. "Sofia's fully dilated and is ready to push."

William nodded then made his way to sit at Sofia's bedside. "I got back to you as quickly as I could," William said. "Xur's gone for good. It's all over."

"I'm so proud of you, William," Sofia said in a whisper—wanting to conserve her strength for the delivery.

"Sofia, I have a confession to make," William said. "The video letter I found when I activated the post-Burn systems was from a future version of me."

Sofia nodded. She had been wondering why the comm channel from the Gansett to Gavan's Glory II unexpectedly shut off while William was watching it.

"The future me said that I was killed by Xur when I was overwhelmed by the amplified connection of our Amulets when you went into labor," William said.

It was then that Sofia noticed that William was not wearing the Amulet of Astris. "So you took the Amulet of Astris off when you felt my going into labor," Sofia whispered.

"Yes," William said. "I used my powers to send the Amulet back to the Gansett before I went back to fighting Xur."

There was a sharp intake of breath by Sofia as a particularly painful contraction hit. "Doc!" William yelled.

Doc and a pair of nurses moved over to Sofia's bed and began to set up the birthing equipment. Once everything was in place, Doc looked at Sofia. "All right, Your Majesty. When you feel the next contraction, I want you to bear down and push. Understand?"

Sofia nodded. She then grimaced. Doc knew what this meant. "All right then," Doc said. "PUSH!"

Half an hour later, Sofia gave one last, deep push and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. "Nurse Powell, note the time of birth as 2203 hours and 17 seconds, Peace Date 1," Doc said.

"Yes, Doctor McStuffins," the nurse said.

Doc then turned to William and Sofia, who were crying at the birth of their first child. "What's her name?" Doc asked.

William looked at Sofia and smiled before saying, "Princess Scarlett Katherine Felchenerow II," William said. Sofia nodded in agreement.

Forty-five minutes after that, Sofia gave birth to the other child—a bouncing baby boy, who William named Prince Jonathan Bunnell Felchenerow I. As Sofia began to nurse Baby Scarlett and Baby Jonathan, William smiled and kissed all three on the foreheads before leaving Sickbay.

Ship's Log, DDV Gansett, Peace Day 5, King William recording.

All of the starships I...borrowed...from the Fleet Museum have been returned to their proper places for visitors to enjoy.

In fact, I even intend to give Commodore La Forge another ship for his collection: now that I have the Gansett, I no longer have a need for the Enterprise-A. So, I intend to use my Scarlett Warrior powers to return the Enterprise-A to the exact condition she was in when we found the Ambassador near Skaro.

Commodore La Forge and I are about to meet aboard the Enterprise-A to finalize the transfer and for me to restore the Enterprise-A to her original Starfleet service name and condition.

Aboard United Star Ship Ambassador NCC-10521

Main Bridge

Five Days after Xur's Defeat

"She served us well," William said to Geordi, gesturing to the Bridge of what was once the Enterprise-A. "But it is time to return the Ambassador to her rightful owners."

William held up a Starfleet PADD labeled "Transfer of Ownership, United Star Ship Ambassador NCC-10521." William had already signed the document as "King William Edward Felchenerow III, Commander-in-Chief, Cinnabarian Resistance Alliance."

Handing it and a stylus pen to Geordi, William said, "I hope the Ambassador becomes a popular exhibit for you, Commodore La Forge."

Geordi smiled, said "I hope so too, Your Majesty," then signed the document in the spot intended for "Commodore Geordi M. La Forge, Curator, Federatiom Fleet Museum."

Geordi then looked at the Bridge ceiling and said, "Computer, initiate systems shutdown sequence."

"Systems shutdown sequence initiated," the Ambassador's computer said.

As the Bridge lights darkened, Geordi looked at William as the two entered a turbolift. "Did you remove E.R.I.N. from the computer before you returned the Enterprise-A to the Ambassador?" Geordi asked.

"I already have E.R.I.N. operating aboard the Gansett," William said.

Back on the Bridge of the Gansett, William smiled when he saw the Ambassador in its new berth out of the viewport. "Attention to orders!" William called out. "A salute to the United Star Ship Ambassador, formerly the Dimensional Defense Vessel Enterprise-A. May she find a new purpose in her new home."

The Bridge crew saluted the Amabassador before resuming their stations. "Mr. Nichols, set course back for the World of Sofia the First. Mr. Reeves, activate the conventional deviator," William ordered.

"Course set, Your Majesty," Tori said.

"Deviator ready, Battle-Father," Koska said.

William sat back down in the command chair then gave the order. "Engage."
