The battle between Hotaru and Penny was fierce for everyone watching, there was no question about it. While Penny was sturdier and her flying mechanism more functional, Hotaru was more experienced in fighting, so he was managing to deliver more punches at Penny, helping him steer where they went flying most of the time. As soon as they left the kitchen, both noticed when they passed next to Raven and then Onaga who looked confused as to what was going on in there. After a well-placed jab punch on Penny's face and then a punch on her sides, Hotaru managed to take control and spiraled her towards the ceiling, crashing her against it at full speed, cracking it, and making pieces fall.

While the falling rocks presented an inconvenience to Onaga, they gave Raven a good opportunity to go back and attend to her daughter. "YAAAANG!" she then heard a female voice scream and looking up she was able to see Jaune and Ruby running as fast as they could toward them. Once they arrived, Raven was able to see how beaten both teens were and, more importantly, how they were weaponless.

When they arrived, Ruby got on her knees next to her sister; on the brink of tears as she feared the worst. "She is fine!" Raven told her as coldly as possible. Feelings or not, it was not the time to let emotions get the best of them; then again, if this girl was anything like Summer, perhaps a gentler approach was better. "She is still breathing, I made sure that Onaga didn't hurt her anymore" she then told them while kneeling and removing a bang of hair from Yang's forehead. "She is a tough one, I'll give her that".

The dust then cleared, and soon enough it was followed by a powerful roar and a pile of rocks being punched away, reminding all three that Onaga was still there. Raven quickly got in front of the three teens, gripping her ice blade with both hands and taking a fighting stance. "Grab her and get away from here, got it?".

Neither Jaune nor Ruby said anything, they just looked at her weapon and her burning eyes with pure amazement. After some time, it was Jaune who managed to get one question out. "Just… who… are you?" he asked.

Raven sighed, partially in defeat for having to admit her next words. "I'm an ally of Ozpin and the ninja freaks if that good enough for you!?". Thankfully, that seemed to do the trick as Jaune grabbed Yang in bridal style and ran with her far away from the battle.

As they got away, however, more questions bombarded Ruby's min, the most important ones being: Who was the woman? and why were her eyes glowing? Quickly looking back, she was then even more surprised when the woman was able to basically fly towards her opponent.

Raven's apparent new confidence did not go unnoticed by Onaga. Fearing that she had figured out his weakness was disposing of his heart long before he was able to conjure his necromancy abilities, he decided to fight more toward the defense; but not even her maiden powers were enough to worry him completely.

The battle raged on while Jaune and Ruby kept running towards what remained of the stairs towards the private dining rooms, seeing as some of the doors were busted open and would allow them some silence while Jaune helped Yang.

A body dropping in front of them, however, stopped both teens in their tracks. On closer inspection, they saw in horror as Penny's body was beginning to crack, revealing the greenish metal pieces under her fake skin with the worst one being a significant slash that went diagonally from the left of her forehead to the right of her chin.

The situation got worse as another body landed at full speed on top of Penny, cracking the floor even more and managing to make Jaune and Ruby fall back. Looking up only made them panic as they then saw Hotaru standing up once more, his face beaten but far from showing anything other than his unfiltered rage. He said nothing, only looking at Jaune before switching to Ruby and immediately activating his energy gloves. There were no words, just intent to kill.

Confusion, however, followed when they heard the beams being fired but it did not feel like it hit their bodies. Opening their eyes, they then were able to see that Qrow had tackled Hotaru to the ground and was now punching the other man.

While surprising at first, Hotaru had managed to assess his situation and was now blocking Qrow's attacks with his forearms. Qrow stopped, however when he saw the teens looking at him with shock. "What are you looking at, you idiots!? Get her up there!" he yelled at them, and just as Jaune and Ruby made their way up, Hotaru managed to grab Qrow by the throat with both hands, wanting to strangle him and blow his head off. Qrow, however, managed to headbutt Hotaru, making the seidan lose his grip and allowing Qrow to grab him by both forearms. Wanting to break free and knowing the fight would be going nowhere, Hotaru managed to move around at first, making Qrow lose his balance and then managing to roll them over before Hotaru was able to get on one knee and throw Qrow away.

Qrow recovered and looked towards his opponent, the pure rage and bloody cuts, however, scared him as now he understood Hotaru was now going to act irrationally. Indeed, the seidan activate his propellers and threw himself at full speed. Qrow just barely got to roll out of the way while Hotaru crashed into a pile of broken chairs and tables. His thoughts on what to do next were then interrupted when an ice shot landed next to him, and looking at the direction from where it came allowed him to see his sister fighting Onaga to the best of her abilities with the behemoth blocking her projectiles and swapping her away with punches, chops, kicks or tail swipes whenever she got too close. "Of course, the giant lizard-man knows martial arts," he said out loud before running to help her.

After an air flip to avoid a tail swipe, Raven successfully landed, but a quick glance up made her see that Onaga was already in the air after jumping and getting ready to slam his left fist right where she stood. Unknown to the dragon king, however, was that Raven expected something like that and quickly propelled herself up and away thanks to her maiden pawer.

The force of Onaga's attack was such that his fist managed to go through the floor, and Raven used that to her advantage by shooting a continuous ice blast with some shards which went so fast they managed to penetrate the top layer of his skin while freezing not just his hand but the entirety of his arm, going as far as locking it to the ground.

Looking up, Onaga was then able to see Raven charging up her improvised elemental blade before shooting herself at full speed.

Raven's plan was simple. Onaga might be able to heal fast or even regenerate himself; but then again, that could take a long time.

Not altered, however, Onaga then breathed fire at her, something she was easily able to block while continuing her attack, but it wasn't until he stopped the fire that she understood his plan. Especially when in a split second his not-frozen hand sprung up and caught her by the arms. Raven was shocked, but then saw the unnatural pose in which Onaga was; it was then she understood he had used the fire to slow her down and then dislocated his own frozen arm to be on an angle to catch her.

Onaga did not stop, however. Once he grabbed her, he managed to apply enough strength on his should-have-gone limp arm, breaking the ice and allowing her to see the open wounds and some blood-covered shards sticking out of it. "Powerful magic…" he pointed out before looking at her. "But not enough!" he then added before flapping his wing and taking flight, almost reaching the ceiling and slamming her against it to then throw Raven towards the floor at a high speed and shoot a fireball at her soon after.

Raven was still stunned by the attack but was aware of the fireball behind her. Thankfully, a figure came forward and grabbed her before she could hit the floor stopping at a safe distance when the fireball landed soon after. Looking up, she was then able to see that her brother was her savior.

Qrow looked down at her too before asking a simple "You ok?".

Raven's pride, however, prevented her from showing any sign of weakness towards her brother. "He packs quite the punch; I'll give you that" she then pointed out while massaging her head.

Qrow wanted to thank her for her previous assistance, but both brothers had mere seconds before they saw Onaga's silhouette coming through the smoke and roaring at them. They managed to jump together out of his path as the monster landed with both of his feet hitting the ground and creating an airwave that almost pushed the twins to the ground. Looking at Onaga again, they then saw the wounds from the ice were mostly healed while he just snapped his arm back into place.

Raven noticed Qrow looking around and then cursing when he seemingly found what he was looking for. A piece of still red-hot metal. It didn't take Raven long to identify the said object as Harbinger, or at least was seemed to be left of it. A powerful ice blast was then able to finally cool it down and allowed Qrow to pick it up once more while Raven kept an eye on their common foe. "Everything ok?" she then asked.

"The machinery inside must have melted. At the very least it's still a sword" he answered.

"It will have to do!" she added as they both prepared to attack together, sprinting into action as Onaga roared and prepared to fight.

Their battle, however, was suddenly stopped by golden beams which created a fire trail, forcing both sides to stop and the twins to move back. Soon after, Hotaru arrived and hovered in front of Onaga, keeping both eyes as to where the Branwens had run to.

"Explain yourself!" the dragon king demanded, clearly offended by Hotaru's intervention.

Not taking his eyes away from the twins, and somehow calmer than before, Hotaru began to talk. "My lord, Vale has been compromised. Both Frost and the invasion of Beacon were stopped, communications in the kingdom have been re-established, and…" he paused for a moment, knowing that even after victory their original plan was now in jeopardy because of him. "And now the kingdom knows we were the ones who ordered the attacks. It is all my fault" he finally admitted.

Onaga's growling was so loud even Ruby and Jaune were able to hear it all the way up in the Monkey Room. While in there, Jaune was using some of the last remains of his extra aura to help Yang who at least managed to open her eyes but was still, admittedly, groggy.

"What was that?" the blonde girl asked softly. The smile on Ruby's face was not unnoticeable to the girl as well.

"He now knows his plan is crumbling," Ruby said with relief, noticing the open door to Hotaru's office and the still unconscious body of Blake. "Blake!" Ruby said loudly, gaining Jaune's attention.

"Yang is stable, I'll go help… woah!" Jaune said, getting up but almost falling back, feeling dizzy all of a sudden.

"Don't… overdo… whatever it is you are doing" Yang tried to warn him.

Jaune answered by giving them both a soft smile. "Don't worry. I still have some juice left. Take care of Yang, Rubes; I'll help Blake" he told the black-haired girl before going away.

With a loud roar, Onaga then released a giant curtain of fire towards the ceiling, making the Branwen twins grow alert. "I don't care what it takes Hotaru, make sure those ships-!" he began to instruct only to stop and then grab the Seidan by the foot and throw him back before covering himself with his right arm and one of his wings as a green beam hit him.

"My lord!" Hotaru screamed before flying up and firing a beam of his own towards Onaga's attacker, knowing her identity: Penny. Indeed, the blast made her stop, and soon after, the robot girl landed next to the Branwen twins, allowing Onaga to then move his wing out of the way.

Both sides looked at each other, defining strategies and how to take on the other side, but mostly, they just wanted to see who did something first. Finally, Onaga then roared as he and Hotaru flew forward. Raven and her group, however, did not wait for them and charged as well.

Death was expected for a Shaolin monk, so Kung Lao was always aware that his end could come at any moment. As he saw the tree on fire and the yellow Triborg's saw, only a few questions were left in his mind: 'Did I do enough to honor my ancestors? Will I be able to see them on spirit world? Will I go to my spirit realm?'. He then opened his eyes, accepting with pride his ultimate fate. As the blade got closer, all sounds seemed to have been muted. All but one loud bang which was followed by the yellow Triborg stopping its attack to check on the right side of its abdomen.

The two drones next to Triborg turned to find the source of the shot only to then be tackled to the ground by two light clones, making the drone holding his hat drop it. Finally, from the shadows appeared Sun, firing his guns and running towards Triborg, but now that the android was aware of Sun, he was able to deflect the bullets with his saws.

Both faunus and machine finally clashed, Sun having joined his weapons into a staff and trying to bat the robot away, only for it to block the attack with both saws, raise his arms and kick Sun away.

Kung Lao was aware of the fight but did not watch it as he was crawling towards his hat; and with Sun now completely occupied with fighting Triborg, the light clones disappeared, leaving one of the drones with its head completely smashed while the other got to stand up and look around, finding Kung Lao had retrieved his hat.

The robot then activated its flame throwers and fired a blast, but Kung Lao had managed to cut through the net, spin once to get on his feet while crouching, and then jump backward, throwing his hat which went through the fire and managed to slice through the front of the drone's forehead before getting stuck. Kung Lao then teleported behind the drone, recovered his hat, and proceeded to decapitate it. Kung Lao had no time to celebrate, however, as he then saw Sun and the yellow Tribord fighting with Triborg seemingly having the upper hand.

Indeed, the robot had managed to kick Sun's staff away and changed one of his saws to a hand, grabbing one of his bombs and slamming it into Sun's chest, taking the air out of the monkey faunus and then blowing him back, breaking his aura and being pushed back to the ground.

Sun landed next to his staff, which he grabbed to then jump back on his feet. He, however, did not expect the Triborg to teleport in front of him to then do a horizontal chop with his still remaining buzz-saw hand. Sun had mere milliseconds to jump back, and even though he survived the attack, the saw still managed to leave a cut on his chest. Sun hissed in pain but got ready nonetheless to keep the fight going. That was until he saw in shock as the Triborg was charging at him with its right saw raised high only for its right arm to be cut at the shoulder.

The yellow Triborg seemed confused for a moment before a second slash got rid of its other hand; and before Triborg could arrive at the logical conclusion as to what was happening, Kung Lao's hat sliced him in half from the top of its head to the groin. Eventually, both halves separated and fell to the ground.

Wasting no time, Kung Lao went to assist Sun. The cut didn't seem to be that big of a deal, but he remembered the ferocity with which the monkey faunus attacked the drone. "Sun, are you-?" he tried to ask, only to be stopped by the blond boy.

"No- shhh… time!" he said through gritted teeth, holding back the burning feeling of the open wound. "Kitana! Kitana needs us now! And Liu Kang too, but we need to help her first!".

Confused, yet concerned, Kung Lao asked "Kitana? Liu?" as he then saw Sun quickly running away "Where are you-?" he then tried to ask before following him.

"She is injured and fighting a brand new Triborg!" Sun then yelled as they headed toward a group of trees.

Indeed. In a path hidden by bushes and trees were Kitana and the gray Triborg fighting, but the latter was having a clear advantage.

Kitana was now missing one of her fans, but that was not as bad as the harpoon head tied to a piece of metal cord that was buried in her left thigh, preventing her from quickly moving back. She might have been able to cut one of those away from the machine, but in retrospect, it might have not been worth the sacrifice. Looking behind the robot, she was then able to see the bent remains of her other fan when she managed to successfully predict that the robot would turn into a cloud and reform behind her to hit her on her open back wound with an electric punch. She tried to stab the thing in the face, but her movements were already turning sluggish after her fight with the first Triborg body and whatever time she had spent with this one, allowing the Triborg to at least block the edged fan-blade with its right hand, making the fan go through it but leaving the face intact.

The gray Triborg broke their stalemate and decided to launch itself toward Kitana. With a lot of pain, but not yet an attack plan, she opted to jump in the air and propel herself away backward. But the pain in her leg was so distracting that she was unable to react in time when the Triborg stopped flying, did an air flip, and threw a smoke bomb which hit the ground as soon as she landed as well, teleporting her right in front of Triborg, allowing him to shoot the harpoons which got stuck on her and produced electric shocks.

The attack did not stop, however, and instead, Triborg only increased the amount of electricity. Kitana would have been fried alive had Kung Lao's hat not come from behind one of the bushes, cutting the cables and stopping the electrocution.

Upon instinct, the Triborg then decided to prepare and attack his incoming foe, leaving his back completely exposed to Sun, who dropped from a tree and hung by his tail, shooting his guns at Triborg. Every bullet was hitting the robot in many places until Sun ran out of ammo and Triborg's back was a mess of exposed machinery and wires. That, however, was not enough to take the robot down. Triborg then decided to get ready and face both of its new opponents, standing between them and Kitana. After a quick analysis, the robot concluded that the princess' wounds were enough for her to be of no threat, so it then turned around and prepared to fight Sun and Kung Lao. "Kitana: Neutralized. New targets acquired" it then told the Shaolin and faunus.

Before it could charge forward, however, the gray Triborg felt a saw-like object hit its back and began to dig through until it started to burst through its chest. It was then that Triborg recognized the object as Kitana's other fan. The robot didn't have any time to turn around before Kitana called back her fan; and once it was back in her hand she began to spin, managing to create a small tornado and pull both large amounts of the oily substance Triborg used for blood and random machine parts. After a few seconds, she then dissipated the tornado with an explosion that covered Kung Lao and Sun with dark-blue oil.

Kitana fell on one knee, catching her breath and resting from her wounds. Kung Lao immediately ran to help her, but before they could say anything they heard a loud clank. Looking up, they then saw Sun smacking the now life-less head of the gray Triborg with his staff.

Both Kitana and Kung Lao looked at each other with worry. They knew what had happened to him, and despite his assurance of being fine and free of mechanical parts, it was clear he still had some issues to clear. But before either could say anything, they felt something vibrating in their pockets. It was then that they realized they had done it. This was the Triborg body that had the scrambler.

Nonetheless, Kung Lao then remembered that while Kitana was now safe, there was no news about Liu Kang. "Sun?" Kung Lao called, but the faunus boy was still releasing his anger against the Triborg's head. "Sun!" he insisted again, but to no avail.

"SUN!" Kitana then yelled, louder and more authoritatively than the monk, finally making Sun realize what he was doing.

"I… just… making sure he is gone-gone. You know?" he tried to awkwardly explain his actions.

"Not now. Where is Liu Kang?" Kung Lao managed to ask before a column of fire emerged from a distance.

"Aw, crap, I forgot about Liu!" Sun yelled in realization. "We need to-" he tried to say but was interrupted when the emergency broadcast activated to show the same footage that was shown in Vale. "We got comms back!?" he asked excitedly before getting his scroll and noticing that communication had, indeed, returned. Their excitement was cut short, however, when a drone emerged from a tree top and got ready to fight.

"And we still need to take care of the controller" Kitana added soon after. "Go help Liu. I'll take care of the drones".

"Are you joking? Have you looked at-" Sun tried to ask before being cut off by Kung Lao.

"I'll help her. You already had a plan, now go!" the Shaolin instructed.

Sun was not so sure, but he nodded nonetheless and sprinted towards what was the last place he saw Liu Kang.

To Kitana and Kung Lao, Sun was a good kid at heart. He might not be a fully committed leader, but he was still learning. So focused on fighting was he that he had not considered that communications with Vale had returned, and that meant communications with Ozpin and the others.

Things were not looking so good for the Atlas team. More and more Tekunin drones began to arrive and whatever contingencies Jax and Johnny were able to make were soon overcome by the robot ninjas.

The fight against Sektor had moved to a small central platform held in place by rusty industrial wires and old tubes with only a metal path that led to one of the walls and main stairs of the factory. It was big enough to hold all three fighters and give them some space, but that was it.

"Agh!" Winter yelled after receiving the full explosive force of one of Sektor's rockets; falling on her back and letting go of her swords. She then tried to quickly get up and retrieve one, but Sektor landed on her path and kicked the blade away and making it fall into one of the fires on the first floor.

Winter was crawling on her back, moving away from Sektor; but unfortunately for her, he caught on and stepped over her chest, stopping her. He then swung one of his pulse blades wanting to cut Winter's head off, but was stopped when the woman managed to use a glyph to recover her other sword and block the attack.

That did not stop Sektor, as he then prepared to strike with his second pulse blade. Thankfully for Winter, however, Sektor was distracted by something out of her field of vision. That was soon followed by energy rings which he blocked with his blade before jumping away to not be hit by Sonya and her electric Kali sticks.

"Thanks," Winter told the other woman and prepared to fight once again. "Do you see them?" she then asked.

"Negative" Sonya answered directly, being just as worried about not knowing where Jax and Johnny had gone to.

All three then stopped fighting when they heard clanking noises from the stairs, and both Winter and Sonya were consumed by fear when they saw the Tekunin getting up the stairs to where they were fighting.

A sinister laugh from Sektor focused both women once again, and when they looked at him, he continued his taunt. "It seems both Briggs and Cage have failed. What will you do now?" he asked them mockingly.

While terrified as to how their fight might end, Sonya and Winter were sure that Jax and Johnny were alive, Sektor was too proud and sinister to not rub their deaths up on their faces. But at the same time, where were they, and what were they doing?

While all that was happening, down on the first floor Jax and Johnny were busy on their own. Long ago had they dropped the plan of stopping the Tekunin drones from entering and decided to do an all-or-nothing. They would either walk away having destroyed Seido's plan or die with it.

While Sektor had instructed the drones to go and help him, a small contingency was still after both men. Nonetheless, they were on a tight schedule especially with the drones already climbing the stairs. While Jax broke the panels of one of the many machines to dig for and then expose the wires, Johnny gut-punched and then cartwheel kicked one of the drones back, got behind one of the barrels filled with used oil to then push it down and then kick it forward. "Strike!" he yelled after the barrel rolled at full speed while leaving a trail of oil in its path. The drones at the front moved out of the way while those further back got pushed by the cylinder. "Ok… Split then?" he asked rhetorically.

Two of the robots then landed in front of him and Johnny blocked their incoming punches with his gauntlets before doing a split and then a double swipe, making the robots fall. He then grabbed their heads and smashed them together. Johnny was not a fool, however, and he was aware that three robots jumped out of the way; and looking up he found the last robot on top of a mechanical arm ready to attack Jax. "Briggs!" Johnny managed to scream in urgency as the robot jumped.

Jax then managed to turn and see the robot coming towards him. He then moved out of the way, grabbed the robot by the neck and slammed its head against the machine he was working on, and unfolded his mini-gun. "Ep-pe-pep!" Johnny yelled, reminding Jax that anything that could spark a fire was not yet what they wanted. Seeing how more robots were then arriving, Jax just threw the robot against the other drones.

With that done, Jax and Johnny ran down the only available hall before reaching an opening surrounded by old equipment. Both men then hopped over said machines to get as close as possible to an emergency ladder. "Ready?" Jax asked the other man.

"Be in place at the needed time and I'll handle the rest!" Johnny answered.

"No turning back then!" Jax exclaimed as he then grabbed Johnny by the shirt and then threw him towards the ladder with as much power as his arms allowed.

Johnny spun in the air twice but was still able to grab the handle of the ladder, immediately grabbing another handle and placing his feet on two more. Looking down, he then saw Jax jumping down from the machine and delivering an earthquake punch which cleared the way for him to keep getting away. "He was so looking forward to doing that…" Johnny then told himself before starting to climb.

The platform where Sektor was fighting Sonya and Winter was on the top level and the ladder would take him to the fourth level, one below, and if he was fast enough, he would be able to get to it before the drones did.

While all that happened, all three of the fighters on the platform were against a corner each. Sektor was the first to move, propelling himself in the air and then activating his back rockets to torpedo himself toward the women. Sonya, however, decided not to be on the defensive, and with a quick glance Winter understood what to do. The white-haired woman immediately created white glyphs that Sonya used to get toward Sektor. The cyborg, however, was able to block the powered-up punch from the blonde with his blades and then jumped back with the rockets on his feet.

Sektor landed mere milliseconds before Sonya, but as he was to run toward them, he was now unable to move. A quick glance down allowed him to then see a black glyph on one of his left foot.

Winter was not done, however, as she created more glyphs which then shot ice shards toward Sektor. In response, the cyborg fired missiles of his own which intercepted the ice shards. The platform was soon covered by a cloud of smoke, and Winter stopped her attack to catch her breath; then, a few seconds later, Sektor's bright blue eyes were visible and another rocket came from behind the smoke.

Despite Sektor's intentions, the rocket did not hit and was blown by Johnny who managed to get to the fifth level and shot the projectile with his dust-powered machine gun. Winter was, to some extent, shocked; Sonya was actually smiling and Sektor must have been beyond enraged. "Say hello to… nah… not worth it!" he exclaimed out loud before running towards the walkway once more as Sektor's Tekunin were arriving from the other side.

As Johnny kept running, it was clear that whoever got first would determine the outcome of the battle. The walkway was small so all drones had to be on a line, but they also seemed to be faster, so Johnny had to come up with a plan and come up with a plan he did.

The first of the robots had already entered the bridge walkway, but the second had seen Johnny coming their way. Said robot then activated its buzz-saw arm and prepared to slice Johnny with a horizontal chop. Johnny, on his end, activated his gauntlets and an interesting function that Jax and Cyrax had discovered about dust was that it could be used to accumulate his energy blasts for a powerful explosion; as his left gauntlet began to glow green, he did a leg split. The drone's saw had just missed the top of his head, cutting a few millimeters off of his hair, and as his legs were completely open, he delivered the first punch with his right fist, managing to break the armor of the robot in the groin area. He did not give the drone any chance to recover, or even think of what had just happened, before delivering a second punch with his left fist, releasing the explosion, blowing the pelvis off of the robot, and sending the line back a few feet while knocking down those on the front of the line.

The commotion had made the Tekunin who got to the platform change its focus towards Johnny, immediately changing its arm to a buzz-saw and delivering a diagonal strike.

Johnny spun his legs and grabbed onto the poll that connected the handrails of the wall platform and the bridge, using it for support as he sleds to the empty space and then got to the bridge, quickly spinning around to get on his feet once more and finally assuming a fighting stance.

The Tekunin drone was also ready to fight and attacked with two consecutive diagonal slashes which Johnny avoided. The robot then spun after the second attack delivering a vertical slash. Johnny also evaded that final attack which ended up sticking the buzz-saw on the grated surface; and wasting no time, Johnny then delivered a roundhouse shadow kick to the head of the robot which then hit a metal rod from the hand-rail and, combined with the shadow kick, ended up flattening the drones' head.

The remaining robots were once again on the move, but while some went for the bridge's access point, others jumped from the handrails to then land on the bridge.

Two had successfully landed, one in front and the other behind Johnny; changing their arms immediately to buzz-saws. Johnny looked at both and then sighed in annoyance. "Saws? Again!?" he yelled in frustration before Shadow kicking the one behind him, running back to then grab the fallen robot and using it as a human shield against the other robot's buzz-saw, managing to get the weapon stuck on its partner. Wasting no time, Johnny then dropped the robot over the rails, taking care of the other soon after.

Done with that, he then looked up again at another set of robots who changed their arms to pulse blades. Said robots, however, could not understand why Johnny was smiling. "About time you showed up!" he exclaimed happily before taunting them to attack him.

Sektor had noticed Johnny's arrival and was well aware that the human was keeping his troops away. He wanted to kill Johnny with a well-placed stab in the back, but keeping him from doing that was his current female annoyance.

Winter was sent flying to the handrail behind her after a kick directly to her chest and powered by the rockets on Sektor's feet. The force of the impact was such that the rail was even dented.

Sektor, however, could not continue his attack on Winter as his torso quickly spun around to block the horizontal hits from Sonya with his pulse blades. "Do you really think Cage can hold back my troops, General?" he then asked.

Sonya scoffed at him. "Worry about me, canned brain, not-" she tried to snap back but got distracted when she saw Johnny barely get down to prevent being decapitated by a pulse blade from a drone that ended up cutting a suspension wire.

The concern on Sonya's face did not go unnoticed by Sektor, who then fired an electric blast from his open chest that she was unable to block and made her drop her kali sticks which Sektor quickly kicked away. Sonya got up, ready to fight once again, but the shock had a secondary effect that left her partially blind, seeing only blobs of color.

Noticing that his opponent was not able to focus on him, Sektor then used his teleport and uppercut Sonya, sending her up. His assault did not stop there, as he then delivered a double rocket kick powerful enough to send Sonya flying back and over the rail.

Sektor's enjoyment did not last long, however, as he then saw two nevermores come from behind him to catch Sonya with their talons. Worse was then feeling pain in his arm. Looking down, he was then able to see the white beowolf biting his left arm, now producing random electric shocks. The white creature then pulled him down with even more force, making Sektor drop his left pulse blade. Once grounded on his back, the Grimm then proceeded to pull Sektor's arm. Whether to pull it off or just to drag him around, Sektor did not, and neither did he care; he just got on his feet and pulled back before charging up his right fist with electricity and delivering an open palm strike on the beowolf's skull so strong that the monster immediately dissipated.

Luckily for him, the damage was just superficial and his arm was still responding. Looking up, he was then able to see Winter kneeling while holding her saber with the tip stuck on the ground. If there was any consort for him, it was that the woman was clearly getting tired and could run out of aura any moment now.

Soon after his mental note, the nevermores arrived and dropped a mostly groggy Sonya on the grated floor. As the bird-like creatures then dissipated, Winter stood up and got in front of Sonya, pointing her remaining weapon at Sektor.

A quick analysis of his situation made Sektor conclude that he should be able to dispose of both women in a short amount of time, and in a worst-case scenario, his Tekunin drones would then arrive to finish the job if needed. As Sektor was getting down to pick his discarded weapon, he was considering the only variable that would stand against his plan; and to his dismay, it happened.

From the crowd of Tekunin then emerged Johnny Cage, full of burns and cuts but still full of energy, to deliver a powered-up shadow kick on Sektor's head and followed by a flip kick to the cyborg's chin which sent him flying towards the handrail and allowed the actor to pick up the discarded pulse blade.

"Hands! Off! Creep!" Johnny yelled as he activated the weapon.

Sonya had recovered full awareness and Winter could not contain her smile. That all lasted for a second as the drones began to enter the platform, but instead of fighting them or Sektor, Johnny went on to cut the holding tubes still connecting the bridge and some of the ones from the platform itself.

As he made the final slash, two drones delivered electric punches to Johnny's back, making him fall on the rail. Turning around, he saw the machines getting closer; but they stopped when the ones on the bridge were forced back by three white beowolves while Sonya sucker punched one of his attackers to then use it as a projectile against the other, pushing both towards the other side of the platform.

"Cage! You-… what the hell are you-!?" Sonya began to scold, but as Winter arrived, he covered her mouth.

"Not now! Grab on to the rail!" he told them. Both women looked confused at each other, but Johnny insisted. "Now!".

Sektor was standing once again, and at least his second projection was going in accordance. That was, of course, because he was not aware of what was happening below.

While Sonya, Winter, and Johnny were fighting on the top level, Jax had finally connected all the exposed wires with the inflammable oil and waste tanks in a way that would not alert the Tekunin drones. He did not need to check his scroll to know that the time he gave Johhny had ended, and he was not going to wait for an alarm to begin their final plan.

As he was being cornered, he pulled out his rocket launcher and pointed it at the drones. The robots stopped their advance and got ready to jump, which Jax expected. He, however, pointed the weapon a little lower toward the pool of waste; and when he fired, the robots jumped back. They got away from the expected range of explosion but were not expecting for the pool to then catch fire at a fast pace, burning some of them alive while others got over the machines to escape it. That worked for mere seconds as the machines began to catch fire and explode thanks to the exposed wires and oil within them.

With that, Jax moved over to the planned rendezvous point, hoping that Johnny had succeeded on his part.

Smoke and Kenshi charged toward Kollector and his Tekunin drone while the latter two just waited to block them. At the last moment, Smoke then jumped and turned sideways towards Kenshi who was waiting with his sword's blunt side over his head to serve as another jumping platform for Smoke to get even higher and land behind their opponents as Kollector swung his mace to land with a powerful smash right where Smoke should have been. With that done, it was then decided that Smoke would fight Kollector once again while Kenshi disposed of the drone.

Kollector's main weapon was now stuck behind him as he turned to block Smoke's high kick with his forearm. The drone also blocked a quick vertical spin slash from Kensh with both his pulse blades deployed and crossed over its head, but it was never the blind swordman's intention to clash weapons with his rival. Once Kenshi landed on a crouching position he then used his telekinetic powers to grab the drone by the torso and then throw it towards the center of the platform. The drone spun once in the air before recovering and sticking both of its pulse blades on the ground and landing on one knee, looking up and getting ready to counter-strike Kenshi once more.

As that happened, Kollector grabbed a knife from his bag and got ready to slash Smoke's leg. The Lin-Kuei then quickly jumped back with an air flip, but as he was turning in the air, he prepared one of his teleporting bombs, shooting it toward Kollector once he was able to face the Naknada once more.

His plan worked, as Kollector was transported to the roof of the cavern before falling towards the platform and just in front of the massive computer. Landing on his face, however, did not distract Kollector from what he knew was coming next. He quickly rolled back as Smoke himself materialized from the roof and activated his right trident, intending to stab Kollector on the back of his head, but not expecting his rival to throw one of his vials at the grated floor.

Smoke's trident went through the grate, as did most of the vial's flammable liquid, leaving a minor number of flames. Looking up he was now able to see a crouching Kollector who then got ahold of his golden knives and jumped forward wanting to stab Smoke in the neck. Smoke's original plan was to retract the trident and push Kollector's attacks away, but he underestimated Kollector's ability to react as the grated floor had quickly melted and then hardened once more, entrapping the trident head in place.

Smoke was able to block the first knife with his left trident and moved back to prevent the second attack from the right. He then allowed for the cord from the right trident to extend and he rolled back and got up once more.

With Smoke being one weapon short, Kollector used another of his vials to this time break it on the ground and disappear.

Smoke was shocked at first, but was still able to feel the monster's presence behind him. He turned around quickly enough to block one slash from a knife using one of his top hands, but instead of attacking with the other, as he expected, Kollector had his mace ready and used a propelled attack to push Smoke who went flying back, stopping mid-flight thanks to the tension created by the cable which then forced to land hardly on the ground. Smoke was ready to turn into a cloud once more, but Kollector intertwined his mace's chain with the cable and then pulled. During that, it was when Smoke noticed in horror that he was unable to transform

Once he landed in front of Kollector, who was now wielding both knives and his sickle, he answered the question in Smoke's mind. "The charms do not just hurt yokai; it blocks the powers too!" Kollector yelled as he went to stab Smoke with all weapons.

Smoke rolled out of the way, releasing more of the cord to get some distance. While he managed to escape, the truth was that he was still being held back both by Kollector and the stuck trident. As much as he hated the idea, he had to free himself. With the other trident head, he cut off the cord, Kollector just gave him a sinister grin as he then untangled the mace's chain from the cord and prepared to fight once more.

Smoke quickly analyzed his situation: Kolelctor had moved away from where he needed him, Kenshi was busy with his drone and Jade seemed to be fighting right where he needed her. One weapon short and still in need of the final pieces, he decided to act fast and almost recklessly. He activated the last trident head and charged toward Kollector.

Kollector himself responded by throwing vials at Smoke, forcing the ninja to jump out of the green fire's path and arrive with a less powerful horizontal slash which Kollector was able to parry with one of the knives. A diagonal slash was parried as well, but this time immediately followed by a spring attack from Kollector's mace.

Smoke dodged the attack by moving as if he was falling on his back. The mace missed him, but managed to blow his mask away; and before Kollector could call his mace back, Smoke grabbed the chain and then kicked Kollector on the head, making the Naknada fall back and drop one of his knives but not the mace.

As Smoke was then ready to stab, Kollector threw another of his vials, forcing Smoke to block it, but when it broke, the content from it started to burn and melt Smoke's elastic harpoon contraction, making him throw the thing away from his wrist and allowing Kollector to retrieve his mace.

Smoke then had mere seconds to respond to Kollector jumping in the air with all his remaining weapons deployed, and as the Naknada began to descend upon him, Smoke grabbed him by the shoulders and threw him towards the center of the platform again. Smoke couldn't celebrate his victory, however, as pain soon took over the left of his back under his arm. Looking back he was able to one of Kollector's knives in there.

Smoke pulled the weapon out and let it fall before using his own powers to seal the wound.

Kollector then stood up and laughed at Smoke before taunting him. "No more weapons for you, yokai! Whatever will you do now!?".

Short in options, he then looked at the discarded knife and considered the pros and cons. Kollector was already able to hurt him in his enenra form, so it really made little difference. He then placed his foot under the hilt and kicked the knife up, making it spin in the air before grabbing it with the blade facing downwards. "It's the man who makes the weapon, not the other way around!" he exclaimed back before charging forward once again.

As Qrow ran with his sword's hilt held tight with both hands and the blade over his shoulder; Raven and Penny were both flying with him in the middle.

Onaga and Hotaru were both flying as well, with the Dragon King's mouth full of fire while Hotaru charged his lava beams.

Their clash, however, was stopped as an alarm went off somewhere on the floor. Penny and the Branwens were confused, of course, but they were then more fascinated by the outright disbelief in both the faces of Hotaru and Onaga.

"Why is THAT alarm, commander!?" Onaga asked; and with the way he phrased that question, it was clear he was now displeased at Hotaru.

"It… it makes no sense! I-" The Seidan commander answered in disbelief, but when he looked at the rooms, he was able to see Ruby looking at the fight while resting at the doorframe of the Monkey Room. Realizing Ruby was still present made him realize that Jaune and even the other two girls must have been around as well. Moving his eyesight, he was able to see the doors to the Dragon Room open. "No… it can't be… they couldn't…" he tried to rationalize, only to have to face the horrible truth that the alarm was coming from his office.

[Moments earlier]

Jaune was kneeling over Blake, his hands hovering over the still-laying form of the girl as she was enveloped in the white light. That did not last for long, however, as the light soon died out and his own aura broke softly soon after.

There was a success, however, as Blake finally opened her eyes once again and groaned in pain. It took her some seconds before she was able to see everything clearly once more, with the yellow blob quickly turning into Jaune. "Jaune? But…?" Blake tried to ask as images of Onaga's brutal attack then bombarded her. She tried to stand, but the pain took over her, forcing her down once more.

"Easy Blake! My semblance can only do so much with how bad you were beaten back there" Jaune told the girl, trying to ease her pain.

"Your… what?" She asked with her pain at least in the background now.

"Long story" He jokingly told her before looking back after the fighting noise seemed to have stopped. "I just hope Qrow and the others can defeat them" he then added with a more serious tone.

While Jaune was saying that, Blake noticed the trophy case on the wall. And it was at that moment she realized where she was. "Hotaru's office!?" she asked, almost in disbelief.

"What?" Jaune asked back, confused.

"Hotaru's office. We are in Hotaru's office!" Blake insisted.

Jaune was confused by Blake's outburst. That was until she pulled her scroll out of her pocket and opened it, showing the termination code. Looking up, he then saw Hotaru's desk and the innocuous computer on top of it. The instructions on how to activate the codes played perfectly in his mind, but he sighed soon after. "Blake, the ship parts must have already come through. What's the point in-".

"The code… is not just… to stop the rifts, Jaune…" Blake quickly snapped back, grabbing the blond boy by the side of his armor. "Remember… it stops…" she continued, but was quickly stopped by Jaune's own realization.

"Portals! Not only rift portals; the portal portals!". Looking at Blake once more, he was able to see her smiling face, but truth be told, it was still maybe too much of a stretch. Nonetheless, there was nothing to lose. Jaune placed Blake's arm over his shoulder and helped her walk towards the desk, with scroll in hand. Once behind the piece of furniture, he opened the machine and typed all the required commands. With a strange terminal now open, he wrote down the code, and with a final gulp, pressed the enter key.

Nothing seemed to have happened, which made both teens lose hope. That was until a second later when a loud alarm went off. They were confused at first, not knowing what that meant, until they heard Onaga screaming from outside. Only then did they feel relieved.

The underground Seidan base was an enormous compound, impossible to build had it not been for the combined efforts of Seidan planning and Tekunin engineering.

Lieutenant Taio, a recently ascended officer, looked from behind a security glass as his brothers-in-arms got ready to conquer this world in the name of order, envious that they would be named heroes by history while he remained behind handling communications with Hotaru on the upper floors.

The final steps on the assembly of the ships were almost completed by the robot ninjas as the troops of Orderrealm were ready to march in as soon as the doors opened. Superior officers were in the middle of their speeches, but more and more soldiers were getting distracted by smoke that suddenly began to come out of the portal machine made by the Tekunin.

As time went by, more and thicker smoke came out to the point that even the commanders and Tekunin engineers looked with worry at what was happening. The robots then went on to see what was happening, but before they could even assess damages, the batteries from the portal blew up with such force that the machine fell apart, creating a commotion among the troops who hid from the flying pieces of metal.

The irony was not lost on Taio. He felt disappointed when he was told to be on communication duties this night feeling he would not be able to see any action. Yet at this moment, this kind of action was the last thing he wanted to see. After seeing the portal machine blowing up, he quickly jumped to the ground as an enormous piece of debris almost broke his security window.

Wasting no more time, he got up and smashed a red button on his console, sending an alarm to Hotaru that there was a 'worst-case-scenario' kind of emergency going on, not aware that the situation for Seido was more than dire, but a definitive path to victory for the forces of Remnant and their allies of Edenia and Earth.
