Back sooner than I anticipated. I haven't been sleeping, so I've had more time to write. But this final has to get done, I'm studying and doing it on Wednesday so it'll be done with. Hopefully I do well on it!

Olivia sat on the bed with her phone in her hands. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes before opening them again and scrolling down to Cole Draper's number. She pressed call and put the phone to her ear and listened to it ring. He answered with a smooth, "Draper." Olivia opened her mouth to speak but nothing came out. "Hello?"

"Cole," she finally managed to squeak out. "It's Olivia. I have a problem, and I need IA's help," she said before chewing on her lower lip. "Elliot Stabler is trying to blackmail me with some photos."

Cole nodded. "Photoshopped?"

Olivia took a deep breath. "No, um, they're real. I had them taken for me. Me and my husband. He got his hands on them and brought them to SVU, my newest detective called me last night and told me. Cole he said I had two days to meet with him or he would put them on the internet. I don't know what to do here and I'm… I thought about it. I know the photos are evidence and if they need to come out so be it, but I'd prefer them not be online. I ask rape victims all the time to be vulnerable and have to be willing to do the same, but Cole," she felt tears well up in her eyes. "I'm really scared here."

Cole listened. "Okay, where can I meet you?"

Olivia swallowed hard. "I'm off today, so come to my brownstone."

Cole nodded. "Okay, I'll stop by SVU, pick up the photos and then head to you. It'll be okay Olivia. We'll stop him."

Olivia gave him the address then they ended their call. Olivia was still in baggy, oversized, shapeless clothes. She walked downstairs and saw Charles making breakfast for the two of them. "Cole Draper is coming by after he stops by SVU to pick up the photos to talk about next steps."

Charles kissed her temple. "I picked our clothes up from the living room, put them in the wash, and I called the girls' mom and Noah's brother's parents and asked them to keep the kids for another night."

Olivia wrapped her arms around him. "Thank you," she whispered and felt a tear slide down her cheek. "How could he do this to me, Charles?" She asked gently, more tears starting to fall. "This is… a nightmare." She bit her bottom lip. "Listen, I called Cole because I knew he'd keep it quiet, but these photos are going to be seen by a lot of people. My body, is going to be seen by a lot of people. Cole will make sure that they don't get onto the internet, but… the pictures are evidence. They need to be used to stop Elliot. I ask victims to share more than what those photos show everyday, what kind of hypocrite would I be if I didn't do the same?"

Charles took a waffle out of the waffle maker and jiggled the pan with the sausage links in it then wrapped her in his arms. "I'm proud of you," he whispered.

Olivia rested her head on his chest, tears streaming down her face. "I'm sorry this is the way you'll get to see them." As soon as the words left her mouth her phone rang. She looked at it and saw Muncy's name. "Yeah, Muncy."

Muncy spoke over the phone. "Captain Draper from IA is here, he wants the photos."

Olivia smiled softly. Her new detective was turning out to be fiercely loyal. "Give them to him. He's my contact at IA. It's okay." She said gently. "And Muncy… thanks."

Muncy smiled. "No problem Captain."

They hung up and looked up at Charles. "Cole's picking up the photos now, he'll probably be here in about 20 minutes."

Charles smiled gently. "Should I make him a waffle?"

Olivia chuckled softly. "No, but I should eat mine, so I'm not eating during this… debacle…" she bit her bottom lip. "Even though eating is the last thing I want to do right now."

Charles played up her waffle and gave her a couple little sausage links. "Eat up, I know you don't want to, but it'll help keep your strength up."

Olivia sat at the breakfast nook and watched Charles plate his own food and they both ate together. Olivia finished just in time for the doorbell to ring. She got up and walked to the door and opened it, seeing Cole there. "Cole, it's been a while, but thank you for coming."

Cole smiled softly. "Since the funeral." He wasn't used to seeing the SVU Captain so casual, but under the circumstances, he understood.

Olivia led him to the dining room table and summoned Charles. "Cole, this is my husband, Charles Brooks. Is it okay if he joins us?"

Cole nodded and shook Charles's hand. "That's up to you."

Charles shook the other man's hand. "Can I get you a drink?"

Cole put his hand up. "No, thanks."

The three sat at the dining room table, Olivia sitting next to Charles, Cole sitting across from them. Cole put the envelope on the table and slid it towards Olivia. Olivia opened it and took the photos out, putting them on the table. "Damn it."

Cole and Charles looked at the photos and Cole spoke up. "Okay, so we have a couple options. A controlled call, or you meet with him and you wear a wire."

Olivia nodded. "If I can avoid wearing a wire I'd like to. My God, I never thought I'd be sitting here talking about a controlled call or wearing a wire to stop Elliot Stabler." She shook her head then rested it on the table. My, how the mighty have fallen.

Cole nodded. "We start with a controlled call then, but if you meet up with him you're wired. Got it?" He saw Olivia nod. "I know this is uncomfortable, especially given your history with him, and with IAB, both together and separately."

Olivia picked her head up and wiped her eyes. "Elliot cannot get away with this, Cole. He can't."

Cole nodded. "And we'll make sure he doesn't." He piled the pictures up and put them back in the envelope. "I have all I need for the moment. I'll be back in a couple hours to set up a call. In the meantime, no contact with Elliot."

Olivia nodded. "Trust me, I don't want any contact with him. I'm only doing the call because I want Elliot punished and I don't want the pictures on the internet. After this is done, I'm done with him."

Cole got up and Olivia and Charles followed suit. "Okay, hang in there Olivia. Try not to spiral too hard."

Olivia nodded and smiled gently. "Ed told you too much," she said gently. "Thank you, Cole, for your help. For taking care of this personally."

Cole nodded. "However I can help out."

Olivia walked him to the door and closed it. "So now for the next couple of hours, I'm just supposed to… what?" She asked Charles.

Charles walked over to her and wrapped her in his arms. "We can do whatever you want," he whispered. He kissed the top of her head and swayed with her slowly.

Olivia nuzzled into his chest and closed her eyes. "What did you think of the pictures?"

Charles smiled. "Complete honesty?"

Olivia felt her lips turn upwards in a smile. "Always."

Charles lifted her chin so he could look into her eyes. "You are so incredibly beautiful, and sexy, those pictures of you were perfect Olivia. I'm just sorry they're being used against you in such an insidious manner."

Olivia smiled sadly. "That's what I get for taking racy photos," she shrugged her shoulders.

Charles wrapped her in his arms and held her close. "You did nothing wrong. You could be naked and fucking yourself with a frozen hot dog and you still wouldn't be doing anything wrong… though you may get some kind of infection from the hot dog… not the point. It's not wrong because you're an adult and it's consensual and it's not hurting anyone. You did nothing wrong Olivia. The only person at fault here is Elliot Stabler, okay?"

Olivia nodded and a small smile formed on her face. "A frozen hot dog?" She looked up at him and they shared a gut busting laugh. The first one since this whole mess started. They wound up laying on the floor laughing and they stopped, silence enveloped them for a minute. "I'm scared Charles."

Charles rolled to face her and wrapped her in his arms. "I know," he whispered and kissed her cheek gently. "Me too."

Olivia looked up at him. "If those get on the internet… Charles, I don't know what'll happen. I could lose my command. It's conduct unbecoming," she whispered. "I'd have to retire. Disgraced," she said softly. "Elliot Stabler could ruin my life with a few clicks of a mouse." She gasped and let out a sob. "And the kids, the kids would find it."

Charles didn't know what to say. There was nothing he could say. So he just held her. After a moment he spoke. "No matter what, you will always have me and our family. No matter what, okay? And we will figure this out, whatever happens."

Olivia looked at him with teary eyes. "As long as I don't lose you, or my family, I'll survive whatever that bastard throws at me. But I couldn't handle losing you or my family. I'd go crazy," she whispered. "I would spend the rest of my life going out of my mind trying to get you back."

Charles wiped her eyes. "You never, ever have to worry about that, because we aren't going anywhere."

Olivia nodded. "Can we get off the floor now though, I love cuddling with you, but the floor is a little uncomfortable."

Charles smiled and kissed her forehead and groaned as he stood up, before offering his hand to help her to her feet. "Come on, let's cuddle up in the library. I'll read you some poetry."

Olivia smiled and stopped him from moving. She looked into his eyes. "Kiss me," she whispered. "Please. Since this whole thing started… just kiss me?"

Charles stepped closer to her and caressed her face, her whole face fitting in his hand. She nuzzled into him. He tucked a tendril of hair behind her ear and got real close to her, their breath mingling. "Close your eyes." He watched her eyes slip closed and he leaned in and captured her lips in a breathtaking, sensual, heart stopping kiss.

Olivia let out a soft moan as she kissed him back, keeping the kiss light and slow, feeling like this kiss meant the most out of any kiss they'd ever shared. It was so sensual, so sentimental, tears escaped from Olivia's eyes. After a few minutes Olivia softly pulled away from the kiss, but she stayed close. "I love you Charles Brooks. Forever. No matter what."

Charles smiled and rested his forehead on hers and ran his hands over her body, feeling her flinch at first. "I love you too. And your body is a gift, one that you give to me over and over, and it's an amazing plus, but it is in no way a necessity. I don't want you to force yourself to be sexual with me in any way, until you're ready. Keep wearing baggy clothes and covering up as long as you need to. Okay? But please, know that the shame here is not yours. It's his."

Olivia nodded. "I know," she whispered hoarsely. "But thank you for saying it. It's one thing to know it, it's another to hear it. And I appreciate it greatly." She ran her fingers over his chest. "Usually we'd take this time to roll around in the sheets until Cole came back with all the equipment and hullabaloo. But right now… I can't. I'm sorry."

Charles nodded and kissed her forehead. "I know you can't, and it's okay. It'll always be okay."
