And now to answer a few questions I've got.
Reading Beta: "So this is not a lemon fanfic."
Sadly not. And while there ARE going to be the starts of sex scenes, I won't be explicit with it. And still, Loona and Stella will have their moments. You'll just have to see how it plays out. I'm sorry for not answering that question sooner.
Reading Beta: "Still that doesn't stop teenagers from getting hormones so I still think Octavia is eligible for sex."
That's VERY true. Honestly, I took that thought into account. With the Octavia plot line, I honestly think an adopted sibling plot made more sense. But that doesn't mean that she'll meet no one. I have a few ideas brewing in my mind of how to approach it.
ProfesorGoblitz: "What's with the OOC characters?" And "I'm still confused why they hated Xandar's guts."
I had to take the pilot episode into account where that human kid Eddie caused them strife and then continued to roast them. They would still be sour after that. Blitzo even more so. I apologize I didn't give much explanation for that.
ProfesorGoblitz: "Sinners are literally humans in hell."
Dead sinners yes. My character is a full flesh and blood human. So he technically doesn't belong.

Chapter Seven: Loo Loo Land Part 2
Xandar's P.O.V:
We continued onward from that creepy apple mascot and made our way down a pathway. Moxxie stopped to catch his breath while Millie smiled widely.
"You really like this place, huh?" I ask curiously.
Millie smiles widely at me. "I love this place! My parents would bring me and my siblings here when they could swing it. Money-wise," she explained. I thought about the way she said it.
Sensing a dirty innuendo, but not being able to understand it, I shrug my shoulders. I take notice of a worker hauling a wheelbarrow filled to the top with money. "Yeah..." I trail off. Hopefully she wouldn't notice. And thankfully? She didn't.
We walked over to a window. I saw novelty cups and stuffed apples. I take notice of the cups' prices and my eyebrows rise in shock. 29 souls? Ah yes, souls...the currency here. I roll my eyes at the memory of my first payment. A single soul, or dollar in this case. Thank God, my apartment was provided.
Then again...they have been paying me up to 100 for a week now. So that's progress!
"Yeah," Moxxie's starts unsure of the prices. "The prices do seem rather criminal. I mean, that much for a novelty cup that you use one time only?" He inquires.
"You're telling me," I reply. Millie however. Had the same awestruck look on her face. Wait, don't tell me...because it's Loo Loo Land?
"'Cause it's Loo Loo Land!" She practically cheers. Of course.
I then take notice Of Blitzo walking up. He was holding a novelty cup of his own, as well as a hat with can holders and straws. He looks goofy with his sunglasses still on. He bumps Moxxie's arm with his cup. "Listen to your hoe Mox," he says.
I sigh and hide my anger. That was uncalled for. Blitzo takes a sip from his cup. "How 'bought I take the first watch while you two hand a little fun?" He says lowering his glasses to give a wink. Wait just Moxxie and Millie? Oh no...
"OOOH!" Millie shouts picking up Moxxie and I notice Blitzo's smart ass smirk. "We gotta do my favorite ride!"
Blitzo then sighs and turns to me. Now he looks intimidating. "Stolas requested to talk to you in private," he says. He then glares and points a finger at me. "But you better not say nothing!" He threatens. "You may have fooled Mox and Mills, but you can't fool me! You're nothing but a pathetic human."
I growl. "At least I'm not an asshole," I say. Blitzo jaw drops. "Exactly," I continue. "Besides, Stolas says you WILL continue to protect me. Otherwise? His deals off. Meaning YOU will have some form of consequence. I mean, Stolas IS royalty after all. So I suggest you drop whatever bullshit bias you have with me." I walk away with a smug grin.
ZZZ
A few minutes later.
I see Stolas. He's saying something to...Octavia? Yeah. That sounds right. As I wait, I see Stolas take of me. He smiles, says something to Octavia, who rolls her eyes and then walks over to me.
"Hello Xandar!" Stolas says cheerfully. He has a smile that seems genuine. Does he actually like me now? Or...
He still keeps his smile even as Octavia walks away. I take that as a yes. "Hello Prince Stolas," I say with a bow. Stolas chuckles.
"You don't need to do that!" He says. He stops and thinks. "Well...ok, you kind of do need to. But you and I are on good terms now!" He adds happily.
"We are?" I ask with a smile. He nods.
"Why yes!" He replies. "If it wasn't for you, my darling Blitzy would be dead at the hands of that crazy woman!" He explains. Wait. He wasn't there. So how did he-
"I see and hear everything. I am an Ars Goetia after all!" He adds proudly. I nod. "With that," he continues. "How are you? Has Blitzo been treating you well?" He asks. My blood runs cold. I turn back to Blitzo. He glares and makes a neck cutting motion.
I sigh. "Kind of..." I trail off. Stolas raises an eyebrow. "Uh, not entirely! Your majesty!" I say. Stolas nodded with a mhmm sound.
"Well. That's all I needed. Oh!" He says clapping his hands together. We're about to see a wonderful show. Would you like to join us?" He asks.
"I'd be honored your majesty," I say. He nods and we walk towards a circus tent. I turn my head to Octavia. She smiles. Did she smile at me? I thought she didn't care who I was.
"Is my new adopted brother going to be with us?" She asks relatively excited despite her monotone voice. Wait...brother!?
"Why yes!" Stolas replies. He turns to me and smiles. I take a minute to realize what this means. I smile.
"I'm delighted to be joining my...new family." I feel a tear fall down my face. Stolas gasps. Octavia has a shocked look.
"Are you alright?" Octavia asks me.
"Yeah," I reply wiping away the tear. "I...haven't had a family in a long time."
"Well," Octavia begins giving me a hug. "You have one now."
She pulls away and we walk into the circus tent. All I saw as we entered was, "And Friends."
