Natsu really looked at her. He knew her only a few hours and yet, her scent was the strongest. He didn't understand it just yet, but something told him it meant something. Lucy looked at him as she felt her heart pounding. There was no way that...that he knew - right? He couldn't. She tried her best to hide it from everyone she didn't know and yet here he was asking her about the concert. He didn't want to outright and call her a liar, he wanted her to tell him when she was ready.

"I see. Do you like being back home?" Natsu asked as he took a seat next to her.

"Yeah, I do. I'm just worried about something." She said to him as she looked at the sky.

"What is that you are worried about?" Natsu asked.

"Do you think that she'll tell me what it is?" Natsu thought as he looked at her.

"Grandfather wants me to perform on a float this year, singing and what not. I don't know if I want to do it, but I also don't want to disappoint him as I told him I would do it." She sighed and then turned her attention towards him.

"I'm sure you would do great!" He smiled brightly at her. "I would like to hear you sing."

Lucy was a bit weary about singing in front of people she knew as herself - that's why she created Celeste to begin with. So she had the opportunity to sing. She wondered if her grandfather thought it through on her AND Celeste were supposed to sing...and he also wanted Lucy to have her float when singing. Natsu was still staring at her as she seemed to really being holding something back from him, but he also knew that they hardly knew each other so there was no way that she would spill any type of secrets to someone she doesn't know.

"Lucy!" A voice interrupted the two of them.

"Laxus, hi." Lucy got up from the spot on the bench.

"I tried to call home, and you didn't pick up. I was getting worried." He faked - as he knew that she was performing so there was no need to worry but there was something.

"Ah, I'm sorry, but I went to go for a walk, and then I got lost and somehow ended up outside the guild." Lucy said to Laxus - enough though she was lying to him - but she had to in front of other people. She looked at Natsu, "So, I hope we get to see each other soon, but I really need Laxus to show me the way back home."

Natsu watched the two of them walk away. There was something else going on, but he was going to ignore it for now. He wanted to get to know her but he knew that he couldn't come off strong as he was scared that she would run away from him. Laxus looked at Lucy and he put a hand on her shoulder.

"Tell me the truth...are you sure you want to give up singing and peruse your dreams as a wizard?" Laxus looked at her.

"I am sad leaving the music industry but I will return to it one day. I love using my magic and I know that I need to be able to use my spirits more as they are the only thing I have left of my mother." Lucy put a hand to her keys.

"I see. But do you have any idea how to perform as yourself and as Celeste?" Laxus raised an eyebrow.

"I do. I have the Celeste Spirit Gemini who will perform as either Celeste or as me during the parade. It's the only way that will work. Or I could always do it myself on the same float and use some type of smoke that covers the float.." Lucy's train of thought went to wonder what that would look like.

"But that would require my team to learn another song to perform with you."

"That should be good. Celeste would perform first then I would."

"Would it be too much for you to do that?"

"It would be too much to use Gemini since Zodiac keys zap more magic than any other key."

"You know, I'll never understand your magic."

"Because it's rare. There aren't many Celestial Wizards out there."

"Look, you have to come up with a song that you haven't done as Celeste to sing at the parade and you can't use that song as Celeste or else someone is going to catch on. I believe that Knuckle Head Natsu is figuring it out because he came back with you and you as Celeste and yourself have the same scent - that's something that can't be changed." Laxus changed the subject. "Natus is a Dragon Slayer, so it's going to be hard for you and you have to be really careful because he will figure it out."

Lucy hummed. She knew she had to be careful around this Natsu guy. He didn't really believe that she got lost. He had that look in his eyes that he knew something was off. It was something hard to do - since - Dragon Slayers - what a weird type magic, Lucy didn't know much about it but now she was going to have ask Grandpa - and Crux because she was curious about it the type of magic that he uses.

Once they got back to the house, Lucy went to her room to get started on a song for her to sing. She had to figure it out. This was going to be hard - she was usually really good at coming up with songs, but she had to make sure it sounded different from her Celeste Self. Soon enough she heard the rest of Laxus's team come back. She needed to use an instrument but she didn't want to use one without asking.

Lucy walked into the kitchen and she looked at the team.

"So, you mean we have to learn another song?" Evergreen asked.

"Yeah, the old man said that it would be easier if we just played the song for Lucy to sing instead of doing two bands." Laxus lied.

"I suppose that makes a bit of sense." Freed said.

"Hi, sorry to interrupt. But I was wondering if I can borrow an instrument to play." Lucy asked.

"Sure, pick any one you want." Bickslow nodded his head.

"Thanks." Lucy said as she went to the drum set and took out her Music Sheets as she started to hum, and started drumming, slowly at first.

"Wow, she's good." Bickslow smirked.

"Don't even think about it." Laxus growled as he shot low voltage to Bickslow.

"Ow! What did you do that for!"

Lucy looked over. "Bickslow! Are you a good singer?" She asked.

"Well, yeah, but Laxus mostly sings..."

"I don't want Laxus, it would be weird for him to sing the song with me."

"I don't mind singing a song with you~"

"What a weirdo..." Lucy thought.

"Good! I just have to write the lyrics and the rest of the music for the guitar, bass, and a small piano track." Lucy sighed as she wondered if she was going to be able to do two songs.

"Why a piano track?" Evergreen asked.

"It would start at the beginning at the song, and It would be prerecorded cause I don't want to have a piano on the float if we don't have to." Lucy answered.

"So how are you so talented at Music?" Freed asked.

"Oh, it comes naturally to me." Lucy answered. "I was born with the music gene."

"Kind of like Laxus." Bickslow joked.

"Yeah, I suppose, but mine is better." Lucy stuck out her tongue.
