Chapter 3

(Third Person P.O.V.)

While on a Beach in the Del Oro Bay area, Akihisa who was wearing a short surfing wet suit and of course surfing together with Yuuko, who was also surfing but wearing a bright yellow bikini. While they were in the water on their surf boards they both then noticed a boat speeding right at them, they both quickly got out of the way and then activated built in propulsion systems in their N-Tek surf boards and chased after the boat until they caught up to it and Akihisa jumped off of his and on to the boat and looked at the boat's driver and said, "Hey watch it pal! You could have hit and killed us both back there!" in an angry and annoyed tone of voice and matching facial expression before getting off the boat and back on to his surf board.

Yuuko then looked at the boat's driver and said, "Try to be more careful okay, they are crowded waters." before heading back to shore with Akihisa.

When the two of them both got back on the shore of the beach they picked up their surf boards and were about to go get something to eat together but immediately got a call from both Kubo and Roberto.

"Hey you two, we're sorry to interrupt and ruin your little beach date that you two were having, but Rachel says she has a mission for you two and it is in Paris France." Roberto said over the communicators while trying at the same time to sound sincerely and honestly sorry about the predicament of Akihisa and Yuuko having their date ruined.

"Also before you head out to Paris France you both need to come to the lab, Roberto and I both have something each for the two of you." Kubo said in a calm and collected but still slightly excited tone of voice over the communicators.

In the lab Akihisa who was now Max Steel was having a backpack with a cable in it plugged into his Bio-link strapped to his back as he looked at Kubo who looked back at him and said, "We know that Pyscho is in Paris France and he is using some kind of device that can stop machines from functioning this backpack is a type of backup energy shield jump starter for your Max Probes and Bio-link I just hope you won't need it, but still can't be too careful." in a calm and collected tone of voice.

"And for Yuuko we have this very stylish power suit." Roberto said in calm but excited tone of voice as Yuuko walked in wearing a black skin tight cat suit with green lines running up the front and back and down the arms and legs with a green belt, green gauntlets and green ankle bands and black flat bottom boots.

"This power suit will give you the same levels of speed, strength and agility as Max, Yuuko, and just like with Max's backpack it has a backup energy shield jump starter, so even if Psycho uses the E.M.P. device you'll still be able to use your suit." Roberto said to Yuuko and explained this to her in a calm and collected tone of voice and smile on his face.

"Excellent. Then let's go." Yuuko said in a slightly excited tone of voice and smile on her face as she punched her fist into her other hand.

After getting the final briefing from Rachel both Max and Yuuko flew to Paris France in the Hawk and upon arrival started searching for Psycho.

Thankfully it did not take long for them to spot him getting into a taxi cab.

"Kubo, Roberto, we found Psycho and he is getting away we need wheels to chase after him now!" Yuuko said into her communicator in an urgent tone of voice.

"Roger that, your ride is on the way now." Roberto said in calm and collected tone of voice as he used the remote controls on his computer to send an N-Tek car to them.

"And I'll use the N-Tek satellite to track Pyscho so that you guys won't lose him." Kubo said in a calm and collected tone of voice as he worked his own computer.

The car then arrived and both Max and Yuuko both got in with Max taking the wheel as they chased after the cab Psycho was in before it came to stop in an alleyway, Max and Yuuko then got out of the car and looked to see the cab now empty, only to turn and see psycho who was flanked by a group of henchmen with stun batons.

But then all of a sudden the henchman's stun batons were shut off, as was Max who collapsed on the ground and it looked like Psycho himself had been weakened.

"Dammit! I thought we had more time, I have to go to prepare the device, I assume that the rest of you can handle one little girl while I do that!" Psycho said in a weakened and slightly annoyed tone of voice before leaving to head to the E.M.P. device's location, as one of the henchmen replied with a "Yes sir!"

Right after Psycho left Max's backup power from his backpack booted him back up and back into the fight as Pycho's henchmen charged at the both of them, the power in the city back up and so was the stun batons of Psycho's henchmen.

Yuuko grabbed one of the henchmen's arms and the baton he was holding and used it to block another one before kicking the henchmen she was holding away and taking away his weapon for her to use, while Max dodged stun baton swings and kicked henchmen coming at him in the body and then head.

After taking out Psycho's henchmen got a call from both Roberto and Kubo on their communicators.

"Max, Yuuko, we've pinpointed the exact location of where the E.M.P.s are coming from, they are coming from the top of the The Eiffel Tower." Roberto said in a tone of voice that was calm and collected but at the same time urgent.

"Which means that has to be where Psycho is, so you had better hurry and stop him because it looks like he getting ready to use that device now!" Kubo said in an urgent tone of voice.

"Right, I think it's time I finally let Psycho know that I actually appreciate what he did which led to me becoming Max Steel and thank him for it in my own special way." Max said in an enthusiastic tone of voice and matching facial expression as he put on his jet pack.

"And I'm right behind you." Yuuko said in an eager tone of voice and matching facial expression as she looked at Max and gave him a wink while putting on her own jet pack.

The two then activated their jet packs and flew to the Eiffel Tower, where Psycho was getting the E.M.P. device ready for another pulse which would black out all of Paris for a whole two hours.

"The device is charged and ready, everything is going according to plan sir." Psycho said into his own communicator to his boss.

"Excellent, everything is going according to plan, with city wide blackouts happening it should make the French Government a bit more compliant. With that said, let the extortion begin." Psycho's boss said in an eerily calm and collected tone of voice over the communicator. To which Psycho immediately replied with a, "Yes, Mr. Dread."

"So we finally know that the enemy has a name, Dread huh." Max said in a smug tone of voice as he used his jet pack and flew over to where on the top of the Eiffel Tower Psycho was standing and stared his foe down with a confident facial expression.

"Yes, too bad you won't live long enough to learn more! FIRE!" Psycho said as he ordered his men to open fire on both Max and Yuuko.

Psycho's men began shooting red lasers at both Max and Yuuko, who managed to dodge them in the air with some evasive aerial maneuvers.

"Yuuko, Psycho is mine!" Akihisa shouted to Yuuko so she could hear him loud and clear and who merely looked at Max and said, "Sure, I got no problem with that." before flying towards and crashing into Psycho's men.

Yuuko then quickly got up back to her feet and began fighting Psycho's henchmen in order to keep them off of Max while he fought Psycho in order to get the handheld E.M.P. device away from him.

Meanwhile Psycho was using his cybernetic metal arm in laser gun mode to shoot at Max who kept avoiding Psycho's laser shots until his jet pack got hit by one, forcing Max to unhook his jet pack and use it as an improvised projectile against Psycho who ran and tumbled out of the way of the incoming jet pack.

"Going Turbo!" Max shouted as he activated the Turbo mode on his Bio-link making him faster, stronger and more agile then before, and now engaging Psycho in hand to hand combat.

Psycho managed to kick Max away from him and down on to a lower level of the Eiffel Tower beneath him.

"Uh oh, it looks like someone didn't keep their priorities straight." Max said to Psycho while holding the hand held E.M.P. device in his hand as Psycho looked and saw this and simply shouted, "NO!"

"Yuuko who had just finshed taking out the last of Psycho's henchmen then looked at Max and said, "Max, its going to go off, get rid of it now!" in a loud and urgent tone of voice.

Max then threw the handheld E.M.P. device down before it went off and Psycho jumped and dived after it, the device then went off just seconds before it and Psycho hit the ground. They then looked to see what looked like Psycho on laying on the ground and shut off, after getting back down on to the ground themselves they inspected Psycho's body, only to find out that it wasn't the real Psycho, it was an android lookalike copy of him.

Both Max and Yuuko then returned to N-Tek headquarters and made a full report to Rachel and Akihisa's older brother Akito.

Afterwards Max who was now in his Akihisa identity and Yuuko both were out on a walk on the beach together watching the sunset.

"You know I'm still little miffed about the fact that it wasn't even the real Psycho." Akihisa said to Yuuko in a disappointed tone of voice and matching facial expression.

Yuuko just looked at Akihisa and said, "Don't worry about it and let it get to you, we'll get him next time for sure, I know it." in a kind, caring and sincere tone of voice and matching facial expression as she placed a hand on Akihisa's shoulder.

"You always know just what to say, to cheer me up, don't you?" Akihisa said as he looked at Yuuko with a warm smile on his face.

"Of course I do, I am your girlfriend after all." Yuuko in a happy tone of voice and warm smile on her face as she gave Akihisa a wink.

The two of them then both happily kissed each other.
