Chapter 9

(Third Person P.O.V.)

After looking at the pictures on the digital camera that looked like pirates Yuuko was a bit shocked and surprised, until Akihisa brought her out of it.

"Come on Yuuko, pirates here in Baja and in this day and age, it's probably just some Spring Break prank or something like that." Akihisa said in dismissive tone of voice and matching facial expression.

"I don't know Akihisa, I mean we have seen some pretty strange things from us working as N-Tek agents, I mean would it really be so strange as to see some pirates?" Yuuko asked Akihisa in an argumentative tone of voice and matching facial expression.

"Yeah, you make a good point there, but still where would we even start with trying to get information on this?" Akihisa asked in a curious tone of voice and matching facial expression.

"I guess we start asking people around town and see if anybody has seen the Takeuchi brothers or knows anything about this whole pirate business." Yuuko said in a calm and collected tone of voice and matching facial expression.

"Well okay then, let's go then." Akihisa said in a calm and collected tone of voice and matching facial expression as the both were about to head back to shore, but what they did not know was that they were being watched from afar, by the same pirates whose pictures were on the digital camera.

"Sir, just a little closer and then we strike." One of the pirates said to their leader who was watching both Akihisa and Yuuko through a digital monocular.

"No, stand down, there is no need, they are turning around and heading back to shore, hurry and get the men back to work." The pirate captain said to his subordinate, who merely replied with a, "Yes Sir." before walking off to carry out his captain's orders.

After returning to shore Akihisa and Yuuko then started asking people around town if they had seen the two Takeuchi brothers, and also showing them the pictures of the pirates on the digital camera and asking them if they also knew anything about that, but unfortunately nobody had seen the two Takeuchi brothers and when asked about the pirates in the pictures on the digital camera all they got were strange looks from everyone they asked, looks that made it feel like they were crazy for asking such things, even by the police.

Akihisa and Yuuko then returned to their hotel to take a moment to rest before asking the hotel staff if any of them knew anything.

After resting for a bit they then went over to the front desk area and saw the manager there and asked if he knew anything about the two missing Takeuchi brothers and also the pirates, to which he told them, that he remembers that yesterday the two brothers went out to do some water skiing but they never came back to the hotel as none of the employees saw them return to their hotel room, he also took a look at one of the pictures on the digital camera and told both Akihisa and Yuuko that he had heard stories from some of the people more knowledgeable of the history of Baja and more specifically the area they were in that pirates used to gather at and use a small island as a hideout that was just off the coast, that was in one of the pictures on the digital camera as he pointed to it, but that was quite a few centuries ago.

Akihisa and Yuuko both then decided that they were going to go there, to which the hotel manager just looked at his employees and waved his finger next to his head saying in the form of a gesture that both Akihisa and Yuuko must be crazy or something, or as they would say in Spanish Loco.

Akihisa and Yuuko then went back to the water and got on their hydro jets and went out to check out the nearby island off the coast and when they got close they spotted what looked like a large black yacht and from it came out several men wearing purple colored armored suits and black tinted helmets came out from it riding on hydro jets of their own and were coming right at both Akihisa and Yuuko.

"Uh Yuuko, I think now would be a good time for us to retreat." Akihisa said to Yuuko in a slightly worried tone of voice and matching facial expression as they both looked and saw that they had company approaching them, and fast.

"Yeah, my same thoughts exactly." Yuuko said in a slightly worried tone of voice and matching facial expression as both she and Akihisa turned their hydro jets around and want the other way, with the men wearing the purple armor suits and black tinted helmets right behind them in hot pursuit.

One of the four men tried to knock Akihisa off of his hydro jet by slamming into him but Akihisa did the same and instead ended up knocking him off of his, the other then tried to jump onto Akihisa's hydro jet and grab him but Akihisa just hit a button his hydro jet that made it go even faster, like a rocket which made the man who jumped off of his own hydro jet to try to land on Akihisa's and grab him fall into the water and hard.

Meanwhile the two pursuing Yuuko had it just as hard as Yuuko tricked one into jumping off of his hydro jet to avoid crashing into a nearby rock, while the other jumped on to Yuuko's hydro jet and grabbed on to her but she was able to throw him off by going full speed and some very tricky, and dangerous maneuvers on her hydro jet.

The two of them then quickly rode off back to shore before any more of the armored and masked men could come out from large black yacht to try and capture them.

Meanwhile watching all of this on the large black yacht through digital monocular was the pirate captain leader, who was approached by his second in command, who was wearing the same kind of armor and helmet but in Orange instead of Purple.

"Sir, should we pursue them?" The second in command asked in a calm and collected but still serious tone of voice.

"No, we would just be pointlessly wasting precious time that we need, contact Jacques, we're moving up the time table." The pirate captain leader said in a calm and collected but still serious and slightly annoyed tone of voice and matching facial expression, as his second in command simply replied, "Yes Capitan." before leaving to follow and carry out his orders.

Meanwhile back on shore Akihisa and Yuuko were deciding on a plan for their next course action, which they decided would be to first contact Kubo and Roberto and the other members of Team Steel before heading back to that island where those pirates were at night under the cover of darkness.

Once night came Akihisa and Yuuko made their way back to the island and sneaked past the guards on the shore of the island who were sitting close by to the entrance of a nearby cave and talking about something, upon entering the cave Akihisa and Yuuko saw a skeleton in shackles which slightly freaked them out, they then made their way deeper into the cave where they had saw what looked like some kind of large machine and railing system for people to better walk through and traverse the inside of the cave, they then looked down and saw what looked like a man with ponytail hairstyle who was speaking to one of the armored masked men whose armor was Orange instead of Purple, coming to the conclusion that the man with ponytail and eye patch must be pirate captain and therefore ring leader of whatever operation was going on that they were witnessing, and without even thinking, Yuuko pulled out the digital camera that belonged to the Takeuchi brothers and took a picture for evidence but forgot that the flash was still on, which caused the pirate captain leader and his second in command to turn and look towards Akihisa and Yuuko, which made them quickly turn and run away.

"Find out who that was and bring them here now!" The pirate captain yelled angrily in annoyance at his second in command who simply replied, "Yes Sir." before gathering some men and having them chase after both Akihisa and Yuuko.

Akihisa and Yuuko then quickly hid in a crevice in the wall of the cave that was big enough for them both to fit in it and dark enough inside to conceal them both as the armored and masked men came they came by the ones who were supposed to be guarding the entrance to the cave and spoke to each other.

"What happened?" One of them asked the others curiously.

"Intruders." Another one replied in a calm and collected tone of voice.

"How can that be? Nobody passed us." Another one in the group said in a slightly shocked tone of voice.

"Either way, fan out and find them." Another one of the masked armored men ordered to the rest in a calm and collected but still very serious tone of voice.

Akihisa and Yuuko then emerged from the crevice in the wall that they were both hiding in.

"Okay, so what do we do now?" Yuuko asked in a calm and collected but still slightly worried tone of voice and matching facial expression.

"What we do now is you go back and wait for backup from N-tek while go from Akihisa Yoshii to Max Steel and find and save the Takeuchi brothers." Akihisa in a calm and collected but still very serious tone of voice and matching facial expression before he transformed into Max Steel.

Flashback Omake.

Three months later back in Japan after what happened back in Del Oro California in The United States, Akihisa's older brother Akito was walking down the hallway of Fumizuki Academy to the Principal's office and angrily stormed into said office, Akito then walked up to the elderly female principal and threw money at the her saying, "Here, Cash for what my brother broke! And cash for the getting them out early from your lying discriminatory shit hole private prep school shit. They are considered legal adults here they should just be able to choose, no contracts, and your tax money you will probably pocket goodbye and good riddance to you and all of your criminal cronies who call themselves educators, you fucking wrinkled old she-demon bitch!" he then turned around and leaves but the old woman said, "you forgot to sigh this paper." he then goes in and signs it and throws pen at her, "Keep the pen my brother and his girl are done here once again goodbye and good riddance!"
