Once Dr. Stevens cleared both the baby and I. My aunt helped Edward move me to the next room so that she could clean and disinfect it.

Edward asked me if I was hungry, as soon as I was settled.

I nodded, before asking him to bring me a bowl of soup I made the night before.

As soon as he left I turned to look at our daughter, a small smile on my face as I stared down at her sleeping form in my arms.

"You're the best thing that's ever happened to me. I love you so much already." I whispered as I kissed her forehead. "My sweet little angel." I mumbled.

The next morning, as we sat in the living room, we realized that we never decided on the name.

We ended up discussing a few options before deciding on Delaney Adeline Cullen.

Upon finding out that the baby was born all of Edward's family showed up to meet her.

It was an unexpected, yet unsurprising occurrence. On another note, I finally got to meet his parents, Carlisle and Esme Cullen.

They all doted over the newest member of the family, and even stayed when my aunts and uncles arrived.

It felt surreal to be surrounded by my family, even after Edward explained that we were currently divorced but we're working through our issues.

It was greatly appreciated to have them there and allow me to sleep for a few hours while they held Laney.

A few months later I found myself surrounded by our friends and family once more as Edward and I got married once more.

It had been a while since we spoke about everything, and had worked through most of our problems.

Eventually one night, he told me that he kept hope when he saw the note I had sent him.

One which said, 'I don't have a barn, but I'll build one if you like.'

It felt surreal as we stood there surrounded by everyone as we took pictures. Especially after everything we had been through. I almost couldn't believe it.

A kiss on my temple brought me out of my thoughts as Edward smiled at me amused.

We decided to keep things casual, and enjoy a small reception in the barn we had built a few yards away from the house.

Edward wore a pair of jeans, a nice white button down, and a black sports coat, while I wore a white flower embroidered dress with off the shoulder sleeves, and a flower crown.

I had gotten a match dress for Laney along with a flower crown.

It was a small yet intimate gathering, which held Edward's friends, and family along with mine.

A Few Weeks Later

"Hey,"

I blinked as I looked up to see Edward standing over me as I held Laney, who was lying asleep in her pack-n-play next to my chair.

She was almost ten months old now, and liked stumbling around on the front patio, which Edward and Uncle Marcus rebuilt, converted into an enclosed patio after Laney began to crawl.

"How was your day?" I asked, smiling up at him.

He smiled and folded himself into one of the chairs. "Busy. But okay. How was yours?" He asked.

I shrugged, "It was calm. No calls at all. Oh, and Laney took her first few steps by herself today." I told him.

"She did? Did you get it on video?" He asked.

I nodded as I pulled out the phone and handed it to him.

His smile widened as he watched the video. "She's growing." He mumbled, sadly.

I sighed and nodded, "I know. I almost miss having her in my belly." I mumbled looking down at her.

He gave me a thoughtful expression before blinking and standing up. "How would you feel about having another one?" He asked me.

I raised a brow, "You realize that you were gone for most of Delaney's pregnancy and that you haven't experienced me in that state yet, right?" I asked, amused.

He shrugged, "I know. But I will be around for this one. Every craving, every change, and mood swings. I want to be there for you." He told me. "Please?" He asked, giving me a pleading look.

I sighed, "How about I think about it, and get back to you?" I asked as we turned to see Delaney sitting down rubbing her eyes.

"Dada." She whispered, blinking.

"Hi princess." Edward said as she stood up and smiled up at him.

He swiftly picked her up, and kissed her cheek as she giggled loudly as he nuzzles her cheek with her nose.

"Oh, you two…" I sighed amused as I stood up and we went inside.
