Danny Phantom Forever
Before you read: This chapter is a lot like "Public Enemies" but it will have more than a few differences.
Law and Disorder
Things were dark and spooky in the Ghost Zone, as usual, and all was not well within the Ghost Zone Prison. In a large room of the prison the warden Walker was standing in front of all of his guards with his hands behind his back.
He looked at all of them with a very serious expression as he said, "Alright, listen up. It's time to finally catch that ghost kid and bring him in for good! He led a riot in my prison, freed all of my prisoners, and helped Wulf escape! He broke my rules and now he's gonna pay the price for it! We're going to Amity Park and we're not coming back without that ghost boy in chains!"
One of his guards spoke up and asked, "How are we going to catch him? A lot's changed since the last time we went to his town. In his world everyone sees him as a hero."
Walker smiled deviously as he turned around and clinched his left fist while he said, "Don't worry about that. I've got a plan that will take care of that. That punk will be following my rules and when we're done he'll come running straight to us."
All of his guards smiled evilly as they went to the main door of the prison and Walker pointed his finger out and said, "Move out!"
His guards started flying out and went through the Ghost Zone while Walker smiled evilly as he watched them.
Walker kept watching them as he said to himself, "Get ready Phantom! It's time for you to pay for your crimes!"
Meanwhile in Amity Park
It was a bright and sunny morning and all seemed peaceful until two thieves came out of a jewelry store with a bunch of stolen items. Two police cars suddenly pulled up and four officers got out and one of them held up a megaphone.
He spoke into it and shouted, "Drop the jewels and put your hands up!"
One of them smiled arrogantly as he sarcastically said, "Yeah, like we're gonna do what you say."
Suddenly Danny phased up through the ground behind them and turned solid as he smugly said, "You really should listen to him."
The thieves turned around and saw him as they screamed in terror, then Danny grabbed them both and flew over to the police officers. He dropped the crooks in front of the cops and they immediately handcuffed both of them.
Danny had his arms folded as he floated in the air and smugly looked down at them as he said, "Didn't anyone ever tell you guys that crime doesn't pay?"
One of the cops smiled at Danny and gratefully said, "Thanks for the help Phantom."
Danny waved his hand as he proudly said, "No sweat. It was a piece of cake. I've beaten way tougher guys than these two."
The two thieves glared at him as Danny flew off into the sky with his fists out and a happy smile on his face.
Opening theme
The title card showed an image of a scared Danny surrounded by police cars and Walker's guards while a giant Walker looked down at him with an evil smile. At the Fentons' house Jack and Maddie were sitting on the couch together; Jack was drinking a soda while Maddie was looking through their family album.
Maddie looked at pictures of Danny and Jazz when they were kids as she smiled fondly and said, "Oh just look at them. Danny and Jazz were just so cute back then."
Jack smiled fondly as he looked up at the ceiling and said, "Ah yes, how time flies."
Maddie looked a bit sad as she glanced around and said, "They're both growing up just so fast. Jazz will be off to college in less than a year and Danny's becoming such a perfect superhero."
Jack looked at Maddie as he kindly said, "Maddie you have to let them go sooner or later."
Maddie let out a sad sigh as she stared at the pictures and said, "I know, I just wish I could have more of that special time with them when they were kids."
Just then Danielle walked through the living room and held her hand up as she said, "Hey."
Jack smiled at Danielle as he happily said, "Hiya sweetie!"
Maddie kept staring at the pictures as she said, "Hey Danielle."
Her eyes widened in realization as she watched Danielle walk into the kitchen and then a huge smile spread across her face.
Maddie dropped the album as she stood up and happily said, "Yes! Perfect! We have THREE kids now! I can bond with Danielle while she's still young!"
Maddie quickly stormed off while Jack watched her; in the kitchen Jazz was sitting at the table reading while Danielle took a soda out of the fridge. She opened the can started drinking when Maddie suddenly zipped in front of her, startling Danielle as she almost choked on her drink.
She swallowed her drink and looked up at Maddie as she said, "Uh… Hi mom."
Maddie smiled down at Danielle as she put her hands together and said, "Hi sweetie. Sorry I didn't pay attention to you earlier. Have I ever told you how sweet and precious you are?"
Danielle looked at her nervously as she leaned over and looked at Jazz behind Maddie, and Jazz showed confusion as she raised her palms and shrugged her shoulders.
Danielle looked back at Maddie with an uncomfortable expression as she said, "Mom are you okay?"
Maddie smiled as she walked next to her and put her right hand on Danielle's right shoulder and said, "I'm great honey. I was just thinking, you've been a part of our family for over a month and we really haven't done much together. It's time we start connecting more."
Danielle glanced to the side and then smiled while she said, "Uh… Okay. Could you bake some cookies?"
Before she could say anything, they heard Danny call out, "Hey guys."
Danielle turned and ran off as she happily shouted, "Danny!"
Maddie watched her with disappointment before following her; Danny, Sam, and Tucker had just walked in. Jack walked up to them and then they were joined by Danielle, followed by Maddie and Jazz as they all gathered around Danny.
Tucker looked at everyone as he pointed his right thumb at Danny and said, "Man Danny's on fire! He just stopped two jewel thieves."
Jazz smiled as she said, "Really?"
Sam smiled at Danny as she proudly said, "Yeah! That's the sixth crime he's thwarted this week!"
Jack happily raised his fists as he cheered, "That's my boy!"
Danielle looked down in disappointment as she whined, "Aww, I wish I could've done that."
Danny put his hand on her shoulder before walking to sit on the couch while he said, "Don't worry Danielle. You'll have your chance. This whole week has been easy. No ghosts, no Guys in White, just regular common criminals. Nothing could ruin this."
Suddenly an alarm sounded and a red light flashed and Sam glared at Danny as she said, "Nothing huh?"
Jack hurried over to a wall and pushed a button, causing a part of the wall to open and reveal a monitor showing a radar with green dots moving closer.
Jack looked at the others as he urgently said, "We've got a whole lot of ghosts heading for the portal!"
Danny stood up and said, "I'm on it. I'm going ghost!"
He transformed into his ghost form and then phased down through the floor, and Danielle said, "Hey! Wait for me!"
She transformed into her ghost form and took flight; meanwhile Danny floated in front of the Ghost Portal as he clinched his fists.
He stared with a serious expression as he said, "Okay, show me what you've got!"
Suddenly a purple ghost ray was fired from the portal, and it hit Danny and blasted him into the back wall of the lab. Before Danny could do anything he was grabbed and pinned against the wall and he opened his eyes to see Walker.
Danny was shocked as he exclaimed, "Walker!"
Walker smiled evilly at Danny before turning around while he said, "Hey there punk! Everyone move!"
Walker's ghost guards flew out of the portal and turned intangible as they flew up through the ceiling and flew out of the house.
A few of Walker's guards stayed in the lab with him while Danny said, "What are you doing here? What do you want?"
Walker smiled at him evilly as he said, "A better question would be what are you gonna do about it?"
He turned as he suddenly he heard Danielle yell, "Hey!"
He was hit by a ball of ectoplasmic energy and knocked away as he released Danny and hit the other wall.
He looked up to see Danielle flying toward him as she shouted, "Leave him alone!"
Danny stood up and showed concern as he said, "Dani no!"
Before he could do anything two of Walker's guards grabbed Danny's arms and restrained him while Danielle floated in front of Walker.
She clinched her fists as she bravely said, "Get out of my house before I kick your butt!"
Walker stood up and glared at Danielle as he pointed his finger and said, "Disrespecting authority, that's against the rules."
Danielle glared at him as she defiantly said, "You're not the boss of me!"
She swiped her leg through the air and sent a wave of ecto energy at him, but Walker ducked and avoided it. She flew at him but he swung his left backhand at her and knocked her away; she recovered and flew at him. Walker put his fists together and fired a purple ghost ray at her and blasted her into the wall as she cried in pain.
Danny was very worried as he shouted, "Dani!"
She fell to the floor and tried to get up, but Walker grabbed her and lifted her off the floor as he angrily said, "I'll teach you to respect MY authority girl!"
Suddenly he turned to see Danny's friends and family on the other side of the lab; Tucker and Sam were behind Danny's family, who were armed with weapons.
Maddie held a large bazooka and had her mask on as she glared at Walker and yelled, "Get your hands off my little girl you vile ectoplasmic excuse for a law enforcement officer!"
She blasted a ray at Walker and knocked him into the wall, forcing him to drop Danielle as Maddie hurried to her aid. Walker's guards were distracted as Danny broke free from the two holding him and then fired ghost rays at both of them. Jack held two ghost hunting pistols in his hands as he fired them both, one at a time, and hit two ghost guards and sent them flying out of the house as the phased through the wall. Jazz was surrounded by four of Walker's guards, but she bravely stood her ground as she used the Jack o' Nine Tails.
She lashed it at them like a whip while yelling, "Hiyah! Yah! Aah!"
She hit the first one with it, then lashed it at the second one, then she wrapped the tendrils around the third and zapped him before whirling him and throwing him at the fourth one.
Walker got up and looked at his guards as he ordered, "Forget them! Let's move!"
He and his guards turned intangible and flew out of the house, leaving everyone as they watched them fly through the ceiling.
Maddie helped Danielle up as she said, "Are you alright sweetie?"
Danielle looked at her as she honestly replied, "Yeah. Thanks mom."
Danielle floated over to Jazz and happily said, "Jazz that was awesome! Where did you learn to fight like that?"
Jazz smiled proudly as she said, "What? You think all I ever do is read books?"
Danielle smiled as she shrugged her shoulders while Maddie watched them and placed her finger to her chin as thought and got an idea. Meanwhile Walker's guards spread throughout the city as they spread fear and terror among the citizens of Amity Park. Later Sam, Tucker, and the Fentons were all gathered in the living room as they talked about what had just happened; Danny had already told his family who Walker was.
He looked at them urgently as he said, "This is bad! Walker's here! And he brought all his guards with him! Last time they were here they turned everyone against me by overshadowing people I know and framing me for attacking the mayor!"
Tucker smiled at Danny and placed his thumb on his chest and said, "Chill out Danny. Mayor Foley's got your back."
Sam smiled confidently as she said, "Yeah Danny. It's gonna be a lot harder for Walker to turn everyone against you now. You're the hero who saved the Earth."
Danielle smiled up at Danny with a determined expression as she pounded her fist and said, "Yeah! We'll find Walker and we'll kick his butt!"
Maddie looked at Danielle with concern, then Jazz smiled at Danny as she said, "It's okay Danny. We're all here to help you."
Jack showed a serious expression as he said, "That's right Danny! No one's turning us against you! We'll beat that ghost warden and all his guards back into the Ghost Zone!"
Maddie glared her goggles as she took Jazz's arm while saying, "That's right! No one frames my boy for a crime! Come on Jazz! Let's get to work!"
She dragged Jazz down to the lab while Danny smiled at the others and said, "Thanks guys. But I still need to find out what Walker's planning. I have a feeling it's not gonna be good."
Meanwhile Walker was flying through the sky with his guards as they continued to frighten the people of Amity Park.
Police cars drove up as Walker smiled and said, "Okay, it's time to begin the first step of my plan. Go!"
Some of Walker's guards flew down and overshadowed the police officers, smiling evilly as they took over their bodies. More of Walker's guards spread throughout the city and continued to overshadow the rest of cops in the city while Walker smiled ambitiously. Later that evening, Danny was at home with his dad, Tucker, Sam, and Danielle as they watched a live news report showing Walker's guards flying through the city.
Danny was troubled as he said, "This is bad."
Danielle stood up and pointed her finger as she fiercely said, "Then let's stop sitting around and go out to kick some butt!"
Suddenly they heard Maddie shout, "Danielle! Come down here!"
Danielle was uncertain as she glanced at the others before walking downstairs to find that Maddie and Jazz had set up a bunch of wooden boards and training dummies.
She walked toward them and curiously asked, "What's going on?"
Maddie had her hands on her hips as she looked at Danielle and said, "After today's ghost attack, I've decided that we need to start training you to improve your fighting skills."
Danielle smiled as she complied, "Okay."
She transformed into her ghost form and floated in the air, but Maddie raised her hand and said, "No Danielle. No ghost powers."
Danielle was baffled as she said, "What?"
Maddie pointed at Danielle then at Jazz as she explained, "I'm going to teach you to fight the same way I taught Jazz."
Jazz smiled proudly, then Danielle floated in front of Maddie and said, "But I have ghost powers to fight."
Maddie put her hands on her hips then pointed her finger while she sternly said, "You rely too much on your powers Danielle. You need to learn to defend yourself without them, and that's what I'm going to teach you."
Danielle turned to Jazz as she said, "Jazz, a little help here?"
Jazz spoke respectfully as she said, "Sorry Danielle but I'm with mom on this one. You're tough but you still need to improve your skills. You're not as powerful as Danny."
Danielle was shocked as she glanced around insecurely and said, "No, but I will be… Someday."
Maddie came up behind Danielle and held her comfortingly as she said, "Of course you will honey, but until then you need to learn new ways to protect yourself. That's what I'm going to teach you. Who's good with the weaponry?"
Danielle looked away as she admitted, "You are."
Maddie kept holding her as she asked, "Who's a good shot?"
Danielle looked at the floor as she admitted, "You are."
Maddie showed a serious expression as she asked, "Who's a ninth degree blackbelt?"
Danielle looked at Maddie before staring forward in shock as she replied, "You are. You are?!"
She pulled away from Maddie and reverted to her human form as she excitedly said, "Let's do it!"
Maddie smiled proudly and pulled out a cookie and gave it to Danielle while she said, "That's the spirit Danielle! Let's get to work! But first, here's a cookie!"
Danielle happily started eating the cookie while Jazz watched with an amused smile; back upstairs the others were still watching the news.
Danny showed a serious expression as he said, "Okay, tomorrow I'm going into town and find out what Walker's doing!"
The next morning Danny was flying over some buildings as he searched for any sign of Walker or his guards.
So far he found nothing when he suddenly heard someone yell, "Hey! Phantom!"
He looked down to see two police officers glaring at him as one of them said, "Shouldn't you be at school?"
Danny floated in the air as he looked down at them and said, "I'm going to school, I just thought go on patrol first to see if I can find those ghosts loose in Amity Park."
The other policeman put his thumb on his chest before pointing it to the side as he said, "We'll handle the patrols. YOU get yourself to school before you're late."
Danny was surprised by their attitude as he said, "Um… Okay…"
He flew off and the two cops smiled deviously as they watched him leave; later after school Danny was walking out as he talked with Sam and Tucker.
Danny expressed his confusion as he said, "It's weird. Usually the cops are a lot happier to see me and they appreciate my help."
Sam agreed as she said, "Yeah, I ran into some cops this morning and they told me to get to school or they'd give me a ticket."
Tucker also expressed confusion as he said, "And the cops escorted me straight to school this morning."
Just then two cops walked to them with serious expressions as one said, "Mayor Foley."
Tucker was startled but showed friendly smile as he said, "Hey. What's the scizzle fizzles?"
They both kept staring at him as one said, "Due to the current ghost infestation we are here to escort you home, then later to escort you to your office."
Tucker was surprised as he said, "What? But I'm fine. I've got our town protector with me right now."
The cops didn't change their minds as the other one said, "It's for your own protection. We've been ordered by the chief to keep you safe until this ghost crisis is over."
Tucker was surprised as he looked at Sam and Danny as he said, "Sorry guys. Guess I gotta go."
He walked away with the policemen while Danny said, "That's okay Tuck. I gotta get to work too."
Danny then went ghost and flew away while Sam watched him, and then watched Tucker leave with the police as she started to get suspicious. Danny flew around town for the rest of the afternoon, he saw no sign of Walker or his guards anywhere. However he noticed the police were everywhere as they cracked hard on the citizens of Amity Park, they were starting to get intimidating. Danny was growing concerned as noticed how the cops were acting, early in the evening he went home and phased into the living room before turning human.
Jack and Jazz were sitting on the couch when Danny walked to them and said, "Hey guys. No sign of Walker yet but the police have been acting pretty weird today."
Jazz pointed at the TV with concern as she said, "Danny, you should see this."
He looked at the TV as a news reporter said, "We now go live to Amity Park's chief of police."
The chief of police spoke with a serious expression as he said, "Due to the recent ghost activity no one is allowed outside tonight under any circumstances. Anyone caught outside tonight will be arrested."
Danny was shocked as he said, "What?!"
The chief continued talking as Jack turned off the TV, and Jazz said, "This is serious!"
Jack was worried as he said, "I'll say! How are we supposed to order pizza if no one can deliver?"
Danny narrowed his eyes as he said, "The police are out of control! They're taking this way too far! I'm going to talk to the chief!"
He transformed into his ghost form, turned intangible, and flew out before Jack and Jazz could say anything.
Once he was gone Jazz stood up and said, "Well, I guess I'll go see how mom and Danielle are doing."
She walked down to the lab to find Danielle training with Maddie; they had been training hard ever since Danielle got home from school. Danielle punched and kicked a training dummy repeatedly while Maddie watched, and when she finished Danielle started panting heavily.
Maddie smiled as she moved Danielle to a wooden board and said, "Good job Danielle. Now let's try this again."
Danielle looked at the board nervously before looking at Jazz, who smiled nervously as she gave her a thumbs-up. Danielle raised her right arm in the air and tried to karate chop the board but when her hand hit the board nothing happened.
She hurt her hand as she held it and said, "Ow!"
Maddie smiled optimistically as she said, "That's okay sweetie. We'll practice some more and try again later."
Danielle was ready to give up as she looked down and sadly said, "What's the point? I can't do it."
Jazz walked over to them and smiled supportively as she said, "Don't say that Danielle. You can do it. You just need to keep trying."
Maddie smiled at Jazz and turned to walk away while she happily said, "That's right Jazz! Come on, why don't you help us train."
Jazz went to Danielle and put her hand on her shoulder as she led her over to Maddie while Danielle sighed in exasperation. Meanwhile, Danny flew over to the police precinct and turned invisible as he phased through the walls. He flew through the precinct and looked around to find policemen working hard as they talked with each other and discussed things. Danny kept flying through the precinct as he phased through a wall and found the chief talking with several other officers.
Danny floated behind him and turned visible as he said, "Uh excuse me."
The chief turned around and he and all the other police officers stared at Danny with their sunglasses on.
Danny smiled as he waved his hand and made some gestures while he politely said, "Sorry to interrupt but I wanted to talk to you about the way you've all been acting lately."
The chief stared at Danny with a serious expression as he pointed his finger and said, "Trespassing in a policeman's office, that's against the rules."
Danny was baffled as he said, "What are you talking-"
He was cut off as he suddenly gasped and his ghost sense went off, he saw chief and the other officers staring at him with creepy smiles.
Danny's eyes widened in shock as he said, "Oh no!"
The chief suddenly fell to the floor, unconscious, as Walker phased out of his body and said, "Surprise ghost boy!"
Danny stared at him and the others in shock and fear while Walker laughed maniacally as Danny realized what was going on.
Commercial break
Danny floated above the floor as he stared in shock and narrowed his eyes as he said, "Walker! I should've known! You and your goons are overshadowing the police!"
Walker smiled evilly as he monologued, "That's right punk! I'm the law around here now and you're not a hero anymore. Now you're as wanted here as you are in the Ghost Zone, and that's where you're gonna go, in my prison!"
Danny put his hands together and fired a ghost ray from them while he shouted, "Not without a fight!"
He blasted Walker and knocked him into the back wall, then all the overshadowed police officers flew at Danny and attacked him. One of them tried to punch Danny but Danny blocked the punch and then kicked him away before turning to the others. One overshadowed cop flew at Danny head on but Danny dodged him, grabbed him, and threw him at another overshadowed officer. Two overshadowed policemen flew at Danny from opposite directions, so Danny moved out of the way and they crashed into each other.
Danny looked at them all a bit nervously as he said, "I hope the cops don't have any hard feelings when this is over."
Walker smiled evilly as he said, "You'll have to answer for your crimes one way or another."
Immediately after he finished talking, the doors in the sidewalls of the room opened and more police officers entered with their eyes glowing red. Danny looked afraid as he glanced at all of them as they quickly surrounded him while the ones he just defeated got back up. Realizing they had him outnumbered and not wanting to hurt the police, Danny turned intangible and flew out of the precinct and fled.
They were about to chase him but Walker smiled deviously as he said, "Let him go. He's got nowhere to hide and when we're done he'll come to us. It's time to begin the final phase of my plan."
Walker turned intangible and flew away with an evil grin as he prepared to commence the final stage of his master plan.
Later at City Hall
Tucker was walking to his office in his mayor outfit with two police officers walking beside him with serious expressions.
As he walked Tucker glanced back at them and said, "Appreciate the help guys but you don't need to escort me all the way to my office."
He walked in through the doors and was shocked to see someone sitting in his chair facing away from him.
Tucker showed a small glare as he said, "Hey! Who are you? What are you doing in my office?"
The chair quickly turned around to reveal Walker in it as he put his hands on the desk and smiled as he said, "You mean MY office!"
Tucker was shocked as he exclaimed, "Walker?!"
Walker stood up and put his hands behind his back with an evil grin as he sarcastically said, "Nice to meet you Mr. Mayor. I've been looking forward to this meeting."
Tucker pointed at Walker as he ordered the officers, "Get him!"
Both cops fell to the floor and passed out as the ghosts left their bodies and smiled evilly at Tucker while he gasped in fear. He turned and backed away from the two guards but ended up backing into Walker and then he looked up at him in fear.
Walker stood with his hands behind his back and an evil grin on his face as he said, "Sorry mayor, but you're not the one in charge here, and you're gonna help me bring a certain fugitive in for punishment."
Tucker stared at Walker in terror as he feared he knew exactly what Walker was talking about and what he was going to do.
Meanwhile at Fenton Works
Maddie and Jazz were still training Danielle in the lab as they had her perform some moves they taught her. She punched a training dummy and then performed a sidekick that knocked it to the floor as Jazz applauded for her. Maddie taught Danielle a few basic techniques for whirling and swinging a bo staff, and Danielle managed to do so without hurting herself. Next Danielle sparred with Jazz and managed to successfully block her attacks, although Danielle knew that Jazz was going easy on her.
When they were finished Maddie smiled as she pushed Danielle to the wooden board and said, "Good work Danielle. You are showing real progress. Now let's try this again."
Danielle did not look confident as she said, "But mom, I can't do it."
Jazz stood on the other side of the board and smiled encouragingly as she said, "Sure you can Danielle."
Danielle hung her head as she sulked, "No I can't."
Maddie put her hands on Danielle's shoulders as she confidently said, "Yes you can sweetie. I know you can!"
Danielle looked up at Maddie as she sadly said, "Why? Because I'm a Fenton?"
Maddie held Danielle close as she proudly and lovingly said, "No, because you're my daughter."
Danielle was shocked by her kind words as she smiled up at Maddie, then she looked at the wooden board and said, "Okay. I'll try."
She walked over to the board and stared at it as she took a deep breathe and closed her eyes as she exhaled. She kept her eyes closed as she raised her right arm straight up in the air and held it up for a moment.
She then swung her arm down toward the board as she yelled, "Hiyah!"
She successfully karate chopped the board in half, prompting Jazz to shout in delight while Danielle opened her eyes and saw the board.
She smiled in amazement as she said, "I did it! I did it!"
Jazz put her hands together as she happily said, "I knew you could do it!"
Maddie proudly put her hands on Danielle as she said, "That's my girl."
Danielle smiled up at her as she happily said, "Thanks mom. You're awesome!"
Maddie was flattered as she happily said, "Thank you sweetie."
Danielle got excited as she clinched her fists and said, "Let's do that again!"
Suddenly they heard Danny's voice upstairs yell, "Guys! Get in here!"
The hurried upstairs to find Danny with Jack while the TV was on behind them and Danny looked at them urgently.
They came to him and Jazz curiously said, "Danny what's up?"
Danny held his hands out as he urgently explained, "Walker and his goons are overshadowing the police."
They all gaped in shock as Maddie exclaimed, "What?!"
Danny threw his arms out at his sides as he frantically said, "Yeah! If we don't do something Walker could take over the whole town! I've gotta tell Tucker!"
While he was talking Danielle noticed something on the TV that troubled her and she took the remote and said, "Uh… You might want to wait on that."
She turned up the volume on the TV and they all stared at the screen as it showed Tucker making an announcement at City Hall.
Tucker looked nervous as he said, "Citizens of Amity Park. I uh… have a um… special guest with me who… has an important announcement to make."
Suddenly Walker appeared next to Tucker and shoved him aside as he smirked and said, "Hello humans."
They were all shocked as Danny exclaimed, "Oh no!"
All over the city everyone was watching this report with fear; Sam was watching it with her family as they stared at it in terror.
Walker showed a serious expression as he got right to the point and said, "Name's Walker, and I make the rules now! And as of now this whole city is on lockdown!"
All over Amity Park the police passed out as Walker's guards left their bodies and took flight as they spread terror. They phased into people's homes and smiled evilly as they terrorized them and held them hostage. Two ghost guards phased into Sam's house and cornered her and her family as they held each other in fear. Jack and Maddie looked out the window and saw ghosts flying toward their house, so Maddie quickly ran and hit the button to activate the ghost shield. It formed a dome over their house that prevented Walker's guards from entering as they crashed right into it.
Walker smiled evilly as he said, "You're all my prisoners now, but don't worry. There's no need to be afraid… much."
Danny and his family watched the TV as they glared at it while Walker showed a serious expression as he said, "If you comply with me we'll let you all go and leave your city, no harm no fowl. Defy us and you'll pay the consequences!"
Everyone was afraid as Walker made his demands, "Turn over the ghost boy Danny Phantom to me and we'll leave."
Everyone was shocked; Sam stared at her TV and said, "No!"
Danny's family looked at him as they gasped in fear while Walker grinned and said, "Those are my terms. No negotiating. Fair trade. One punk for all of you. You have one hour."
Jack turned off the TV and Maddie glared through her goggles as she said, "No one's taking my boy anywhere!"
Jack started running as he said, "I'll get the ghost hunting weapons!"
He stopped when Danny spoke and said, "No! I'll do it."
They all looked at him with shocked expressions as they simultaneously said, "What?!"
Danielle went to him as she begged, "Danny no! You can't!"
Jazz agreed as she pleaded, "Danielle's right Danny! It's a trap!"
Danny showed no fear as he turned to the front door and said, "I have to. Walker wants me, he's gonna get me!"
He ran out the front door and ran outside, once he was beyond the Fenton ghost shield he changed to his ghost form and flew off. His family watched him with fear but he was soon gone and they couldn't stop him. Shortly after Walker was waiting in Tucker's office with him and three of his ghost guards; Walker sat in Tucker's chair while two of his guards held Tucker.
Danny phased in through the ceiling and turned visible as Walker smiled victoriously and said, "I knew you'd come."
Tucker stared at Danny as he shouted, "Danny! Don't do it!"
One of the guards holding Tucker angrily shouted, "Quiet kid!"
Danny floated down and stood on the floor as he demanded, "Let him go Walker! I gave myself up now take all your goons and leave Amity Park!"
Walker smiled evilly as he said, "Not just yet."
Danny glared at Walker as he sarcastically said, "Why? Is that against the rules?"
Walker had a devious smile as he pointed at Danny and said, "No, but I have to make sure you don't try anything."
The third guard fired a green ray from his weapon and hit Danny, trapping his arms and legs in cuffs made of green energy.
Walker went to Danny with an evil grin as he said, "Now it's time to bring you where you belong."
Sometime later, all of the ghosts flew out of people's homes and left Amity Park as Walker agreed.
After they left her home and ran all the way to Danny's house, she burst through the door and said, "Where's Danny?!"
Danielle looked at her as she sadly said, "He's gone! He gave himself up! He turned himself over to Walker!"
Sam was shocked and worried as she said, "What?!"
Jazz held her palms out as she said, "We tried to stop him but he wouldn't listen!"
Just then, Sam's cellphone rang and she answered it, "Hello? Tucker?"
In his office, Tucker spoke into his cellphone as he urgently said, "Sam! Walker's got Danny! He and his guards took him into the Ghost Zone through Vlad's portal and now they're taking him to Walker's prison!"
Sam was very worried as she said, "Oh man! Thanks Tuck! We'll save him!"
She hung up and looked at all the Fentons as she urgently said, "Danny's in Walker's prison in the Ghost Zone!"
They all gasped in shock as Sam said, "We have to save him!"
Maddie narrowed her goggles as she fiercely said, "And we will Sam! We'll free Danny from that awful prison and teach those ghosts a lesson about justice!"
Danielle smiled excitedly as said, "I know how to get there!"
Jack showed a serious expression as he pointed at Danielle and said, "Good! Danielle will lead us there and we'll break our boy out of that ghost prison!"
Sam narrowed her eyes as she pointed her thumb at herself and said, "I'm going too!"
Maddie looked at her as she urgently said, "No Sam! It's too dangerous!"
Sam showed a fierce expression as she stated, "I've been in the Ghost Zone! I've helped Danny escape there before! I fought Walker and his guards! I'm going!"
Maddie showed an annoyed expression as she said, "Fine!"
Jack had a serious expression on his face as he pointed at Sam and Jazz then turned around as he said, "Alright, kids grab some ghost hunting weapons! To the Specter Speeder!"
Everyone started moving as they prepared to go into the Ghost Zone to rescue Danny; Danielle transformed into her ghost form and phased through the floor.
Meanwhile in the Ghost Zone Prison
Walker had Danny in chains inside his office and Danny was wearing a prison uniform like he did the first time he came here.
Walker smiled at Danny sinisterly as he said, "Welcome home ghost punk! I've been waiting a LONG time for this! I've finally got you where you belong!"
Danny was not afraid as he glared at Walker and said, "Enjoy it while it lasts Walker! I escaped this place once, I can do it again!"
Walker smiled confidently as he walked to Danny and said, "I'm well aware of that ghost boy, that's why I've been preparing a special cell just for you."
He grabbed Danny and dragged him outside into the prison yard, then he walked over to two large doors where two guards floated with evil grins. The doors opened automatically and Walker dragged Danny inside and threw him into a large glowing cage that floated in the air. The cage closed and Walker locked the door with a glowing green key and then tucked it away in his pocket.
Danny grabbed the bars as Walker gloated, "I designed this cell for you after your last stay here. It will hold you whether your human or ghost. There's no escape. Get comfortable punk 'cause you're gonna be here for a long time!"
Meanwhile, Danielle was flying through the Ghost Zone while the others followed her in the Specter Speeder.
Jack was driving as he smiled while looking around and said, "Man! Would you look at this place! We should come in here more often."
Maddie narrowed her goggles as she seriously said, "Focus Jack! We're here to save Danny!"
Jack showed a serious expression before smiling as he got distracted while he said, "Right! Hang on Danny! We're coming! Whoa! Look at that!"
Jazz rolled her eyes with an annoyed expression, then Sam pointed her finger out and shouted, "There it is!"
They all looked out to see Walker's prison straight ahead as they followed Danielle and approached it at high speed.
As they flew toward it Sam looked at the others and seriously said, "Okay, remember what I told you about real world stuff passing through things in the Ghost Zone."
Jazz narrowed her eyes as she stared forward and said, "Right! In the Ghost Zone WE'RE the ghosts!"
Danielle kept flying as she changed into her human form and passed through the wall of the prison and then the Specter Speeder passed through behind her. They entered the prison yard, startling all the guards as they stopped in the middle of the yard while Danielle changed back to her ghost form.
An alarm sounded and Walker, still in the room with Danny, angrily looked around and said, "What?! What's going on?!"
The guards started flying toward the Specter Speeder as Danielle floated over to the door, then the others all came out with weapons. Jack was wearing the Ghost Gauntlets, Maddie had her bo staff, Jazz held a large ghost hunting rifle, and Sam had a large handheld blaster.
Maddie glared daggers as she shouted, "Let's show these ghosts what true justice is like!"
A bunch of guards angrily came flying at them but they charged at them and started fighting them all. Danielle swiped her right leg through the air and sent out a wave of ecto energy that knocked three guards away. Sam shot two guards with her handheld blaster while Jazz blasted three guards with her rifle and knocked them away. Three guards came at Maddie but she beat them; she jabbed one with her bo and knocked him away, she swung one end on the second guard's head, and she knocked the third one away. Jack fought off four ghosts by himself; he punched one and knocked him away, he swung his backfist at the second and knocked him down, and he grabbed the third and threw him at the fourth one.
Jack then angrily yelled, "Nobody throws Jack Fenton's son in a ghost slammer!"
Inside his cage Danny could hear all the fighting outside as he shouted, "Guys! In here! In here!"
Outside, in the prison yard, Sam heard him shouting and looked at the others and said, "I heard Danny! He's in there! I'm going in!"
Jazz was concerned as she shouted, "Sam wait!"
Sam didn't listen as she ran to the building where she heard Danny's voice and she passed through the doors.
Once inside she could see Danny in the cage and she happily exclaimed, "Danny!"
Danny smiled before showing fear as he said, "Sam! Look out!"
Walker suddenly came behind Sam and knocked her blaster out of her hand as she looked up at him in fear.
Walker smiled sadistically as he said, "I had a feeling you'd come to save your ghost boyfriend. Now it's time to…"
He was interrupted when Danielle came behind him and knocked him to the wall, then she said, "I'll handle Walker, you save Danny!"
Sam nodded as she hurried to the cage and tried to open the door while Danielle floated over to Walker.
He glared at her and pointed his finger as he threateningly said, "Attacking the warden, that's against the rules."
Danielle glared at him as she said, "Rules schmules! I'm gonna kick your butt!"
Walker gritted his teeth and yelled in rage as he flew at her and tried to punch her, but Danielle dodged his fist and performed a roundhouse kick. She knocked him to the side but he got back up and faced her, only for her to rapidly punch him in the face several times. He swung his left backhand and knocked Danielle aside, but she recovered and floated in the air as he came at her again. He tried to punch her but she blocked him and then performed a sidekick to his stomach and knocked him back. While they continued to fight Sam kept trying to open Danny's cage but she had no luck.
She looked at Danny and urgently said, "I can't get this thing open!"
Danny pointed at Walker as he said, "You need the key!"
She saw the key sticking out of Walker's pocket and noticed that Walker was still distracted as he kept fighting Danielle. As they fought Sam quickly ran behind Walker and took the key out of his pocket before turning and running back to Danny.
Walker noticed her and angrily said, "Hey!"
Danielle came flying toward him but Walker shot a purple ghost ray from his left fist and blasted her back outside into the prison yard. She slid on the ground but got up and growled angrily before she turned to see Maddie fighting off guards.
Danielle got an idea as she flew to Maddie and politely said, "Mom, can I borrow that?"
Maddie handed her the bo staff as she happily said, "Sure Danielle. Remember what I taught you."
Danielle flew off with the bo while Maddie put a small weapon on her wrist and shot a green laser at one guard.
Sam made it to Danny's cage with the key but Walker came to her and said, "That key won't help you much when you're in there with him."
Suddenly Danielle came and hit him in the head with the bo, knocking him away from Sam as he fell to the floor.
Walker got up and glared at Danielle as she shouted, "Hey Walker!"
Danielle landed on the ground and glared daggers as she whirled the ghost hunting bo staff around and held it in her right hand behind her back with her left hand out.
Danny was impressed as he said, "Wow."
Walker stood up and furiously said, "I'll show you what happens when you break my rules!"
He ran at Danielle and tried to punch her, but she ducked and jabbed him in the stomach with the bo staff. She forced him back and then swung it toward his legs, but he floated in the air and swung both fists down onto her, but she blocked him as she held the staff up. As they continued to fight Sam used the key to unlock the cage, then Danny happily ripped off his prison uniform and floated out. He smiled lovingly at Sam and she looked up at him with the same kind of expression, then Danny smiled with a determined expression. He flew with his fists straight out and rammed Walker, knocking him outside into the prison yard. Sam picked up her handheld blaster and she and Danielle hurried out into the prison yard to help the others. Danny floated in the air as he swiped his left leg horizontally through the air and sent out a wave of ecto energy that knocked four ghost guards away from Jack. Sam blasted a few guards with her handheld blaster as she ran to join the others, and Danielle between Maddie and Jazz as she used the bo to knock away two guards. Danny joined the others as they gathered around the Specter Speeder and Danny used his ice powers to freeze two of Walker's guards.
Danny smiled as his hands glowed green as he said, "Okay, who wants to do the Jailhouse Rock!"
Just then, backup arrived as more of Walker's guards came out of the buildings and entered the prison yard. They all surrounded Danny and the others as they held up riot shields, while Walker made his way through them to the center.
He glared at them as he angrily said, "You're all in a lot of trouble! Don't think just because you're humans I can't arrest you for breaking my rules! There's nowhere to run!"
Sam smiled confidently as she said, "Then it's a good thing we've got a Get Out of Jail Free card! Now!"
Maddie quickly reached into the Specter Speeder and pulled a special bazooka, which she fired high in the air.
It opened a temporary Ghost Portal as Walker screamed, "What?! No! Stop them!"
The Guards tried to blast them with rays but Danny blocked them with a force-field while the others got in the Specter Speeder. Danny and Danielle quickly took flight and went through the portal while the Specter Speeder flew after them, and the portal closed immediately after. Walker was enraged by his defeat as he clinched his fists in anger and let out a loud yell that echoed throughout the prison.
Later at Fenton Works
Tucker joined the others as he walked in through the front door and happily said, "Hey guys."
Danny smiled as he happily said, "Hey Tuck."
Tuck had a friendly smile as he said, "Glad to see you're back in one piece dude."
Danny smiled at Sam, then his family, and pointed at Danielle while he happily said, "Yeah, thanks to my girlfriend, and my family. You guys were awesome back there. Especially you Danielle. You were great!"
Danielle smiled up at Maddie as she happily said, "Thanks, but I should be thanking mom. She's the one who taught me."
Maddie had her mask off as she proudly said, "Oh you're sweet honey. You were great out there. But you still have a lot to learn, so we're going to keep training."
Danielle clinched her fists in excitement as she said, "Yes! I want to learn it all! I want to be as great as you someday!"
Maddie smiled as she hugged her and proudly said, "Atta girl! I know one day you'll be as great a warrior as me and a great protector like your brother!"
Danielle happily said, "You're the best mom ever! Can I have a cookie?"
Maddie smiled as she handed Danielle a cookie, which she happily ate while everyone watched with amused smiles.
Danny looked at Tucker with concern as he asked, "Are the police okay?"
Tucker smiled as he answered, "Yeah, they're fine. We told them about Walker and his guards did when they were overshadowed and everyone thinks you're great for giving yourself up to save them."
Danny was surprised as he said, "Really?"
Tucker smiled as he pointed at Danny and said, "Oh yeah! They say you're a hero and they're all glad you're back, even the police."
Sam smiled proudly as she said, "You see Danny? Walker may think you're a crook but we all know you're a hero."
Danny smiled modestly as he stared forward and said, "Thanks guys. No matter what anyone thinks of me I'll always keep trying to help people."
Jack smiled at Danny and held up a phone as he said, "That's the spirit Danny! Now who wants pizza?"
Danielle happily raised her hand as she said, "I do!"
The others all laughed happily while an iris closed and the screen faded to black before showing the title card again.

Author's note: I wanted to have Walker return with some other kind of master plan and this seemed like the best way to do it. I also thought it would be great to see Danny's family rescue him from the Ghost Zone Prison, and I wanted to put that ghost portal bazooka in some chapters of this story. I also thought it would be good to have Maddie teach Danielle martial arts, now she can compensate for not being as powerful as Danny. We'll see more of that in future chapters. Please review.
