10. Worlds Collide

Danny Phantom Forever

Before you read: This chapter is twice as long as my previous chapters for this Danny Phantom season. This is supposed to be a double length episode like "Reign Storm" or "Reality Trip". I will also introduce a new villain that I thought up myself.

Worlds Collide

It was nighttime in Amity Park and on this particular night the Guys in White were very busy in Vlad's old house. They were in his lab with his Ghost Portal open and they had a large black and white probe machine floating in front of it. Operative O had his fists on his sides as he stared up at the probe while K was typing on a computer terminal.

As he typed, K stared at the screen and said, "Still trying to access Masters' old files to find out more about this 'Master of Specters'."

He typed some more and opened a bunch of pictures of Maddie, and K was annoyed as he groaned, "That Plasmius seriously needed therapy."

He kept typing as Agent O came up to him from behind and said, "This is a waste of time. We should be focusing our efforts on the White Wraith. With the technology we stole from that hunting ghost it's more advanced than anything we've ever built. It will be able to copy the powers of any ghost it encounters, including that punk Danny Phantom!"

K continued typing as he stared at the screen and then smiled while he said, "The White Wraith isn't finished yet, and it won't be operational until we find a strong enough power source for it. Wait, I did it! I'm in!"

He read some words on the screen and then smiled at O as he said, "Launch the probe!"

O hurried to a terminal on the opposite side of the lab and slammed a button down, launching the probe through the portal and into the Ghost Zone. The probe traveled through the Ghost Zone for a while until it came to a large futuristic fortress that was floating in the green void. Agent O was controlling it from the computer terminal using a control stick and buttons while K stood behind him and they both stared at the monitor showing what the probe was seeing.

They made the probe enter the fortress by passing through a wall while K said, "According to Plasmius' files, these Observants watch over this 'Master of Specters' as they keep him imprisoned in this fortress. If we can capture him and harness his powers, we'll be able to defeat ghosts everywhere."

The probe flew through the halls of the fortress as some of the Observants floated by, but the probe avoided being seen. It flew through walls as it went from one room to another until it came to an enormous room where there was a high-tech chamber in the center, and an ominous growl came from inside it.

The probe's camera focused on the chamber as K pointed at the screen and said, "There it is! Open that chamber!"

O smiled ambitiously as he pushed a button and said, "Gladly."

A bunch of weapons emerged from the sides of the probe as it launched missiles at the chamber and damaged it.

An alarm sounded throughout the fortress as one Observant said, "What?!"

All of the Observants hurried to the room where the chamber was, but they were too late as they watched in terror. A bright green light shined from a crack in the chamber and then it exploded to pieces as a ghost escaped from it. He stomped his foot as he stood on the floor and glared at all of the Observants and the probe floating in front of them. The ghost had a very imposing appearance; he had a very robust build with huge muscles, broad shoulders, and a tall stature. His skin was bright green and he wore blue and silver metal armor over certain parts of his body. He had large gauntlets over his hands that covered his wrists, he wore long boots over his feet and thighs, and he wore long blue pants over his legs with silver armor over them. He also had spiked shoulder pads, and he wore armor over his torso that was very bulky with a large collar around his neck. He had thin blue armor over his neck with a small blue and silver helmet over his round head, and he had glowing red eyes that he glared at everyone.

The Observants all stared at the ghost in shock as one of them said, "Holocaust."

The ghost glared at all of them as he ominously said, "Yes, Holocaust returns and you will all bow before me!"

He waved his right hand through the air and sent out a wave of red energy that blasted all of the Observants away in one fell swoop.

The probe recorded the entire thing as K pointed at the screen and said, "Perfect! Hurry and capture him!"

O prepared to use the probe's weapons again and had it fire a blue ray at Holocaust, but he just stood his ground. The ray hit him and some smoke came from his body but he did not budge as he stood in place, completely unphased. The Guys in White were shocked by this when Holocaust held his left hand out and fired a red ray at the probe, destroying it in one shot.

The screen only showed static as K and O showed serious expressions as O said, "Not good."

Holocaust then turned around and said to himself, "Now it is time for me to claim my reign over this world and the other one. And none shall stand in my way!"

Opening theme

The title card showed an image of Danny standing on a street with buildings at his side as he looked up in terror at Holocaust towering over him. Holocaust smiled maniacally as he had his hands out with a giant Ghost Portal over his head with lighting shooting from it. It was a bright and sunny day at Casper High as Danny and his friends happily walked through the halls of the school.

As they walked other kids smiled at them and Dash pointed at them as he said, "Hey Fenton, Foley, Manson! What's up?"

Danny smiled at him and replied, "Hey Dash. Doing good."

Paulina came and waved her hand as she batted her eyelashes and said, "Hey Danny."

He looked at her with a friendly smile as he said, "Hey Paulina."

Sam glared at Paulina, and she glared back at Sam as they kept moving, Danny stopped when he heard a voice coming from a locker. He smiled as he turned his left arm intangible and reached through the locker door, and pulled out Mikey as he set him down on the floor and turned him solid.

Mikey smiled at Danny as he gratefully said, "Wow! Thanks! You are awesome!"

Danny smiled proudly as he said, "Just trying to help out."

Suddenly the bell rang and they all hurried to class as they entered through the door to find Mr. Lancer sitting at his desk.

Lancer glared at the three of them as he said, "You're late."

Danny spoke honestly and said, "Sorry. We would've been here on time but I phased Mikey out of his locker."

Lancer smiled admiringly as he said, "Well since our own town hero was generous enough to help his fellow student I suppose I can let it slide."

Danny, Tucker, and Sam all smiled with appreciation; later when school was over Danny walked home with Tucker and Sam.

As they walked Danny smiled as he happily said, "This is the life, huh guys? Respect, popularity, fame, appreciation, and we haven't seen a single ghost for over a week."

Tucker smiled in agreement as he said, "Yeah man, and my hard work as mayor is really paying off. Being the mayor and town hero is pretty good."

Suddenly Valerie came up next to him as she smiled flirtatiously and said, "AND you've got great girlfriends by your side."

She smiled as she held Tucker's hand and Danny put his arm around Sam as he said, "Yep, doesn't get much better than this."

Sam smiled at him but then pointed her finger as she said, "I don't know Danny. Not everyone is a fan of you."

The others all looked at where she was pointing and they saw a couple of GIW operatives across the street. They glared at Danny and the others, but they just kept walking and then they noticed dozens of more GIW operatives on the street. Some were holding devices to scan for things while others looked through binoculars to search for something.

Tucker then curiously asked, "What's with all the Guys in White?"

Valerie glanced around as she asked, "Do you think there's a ghost around here somewhere?"

Danny looked at the operatives as he said, "No. If there was a ghost nearby my ghost sense would go off."

Sam looked suspicious as she said, "But it does look like they're looking for something."

Danny brushed it off as he walked to his front door and said, "Eh who cares? Even if something's up I'm sure it's nothing I can't handle."

He walked in through the front door with Tucker, Sam, and Valerie following him and they saw Jazz sitting on the couch with Danielle.

Danielle showed Jazz a drawing she finished and asked, "What do you think?"

Jazz smiled at the drawing and affectionately rubbed Danielle's head as she said, "That's great! I love it! My little sister is such a great artist."

As she rubbed her head Danielle showed a flattered smile as she pushed Jazz's hand off and said, "Jazz stop it."

Danny smiled at his two sisters as he fondly said, "Hey Jazz. Hey Danielle."

They both smiled back at him as they simultaneously said, "Hey Danny."

Jack and Maddie then walked in and Maddie happily said, "Hi Danny. How was school?"

Danny had a pleasant smile as he said, "Good. Thanks mom."

Sam looked at Danny's parents and pointed her right thumb behind her as she curiously said, "Mr. and Mrs. Fenton, do you have any idea what the Guys in White are doing?"

Maddie shook her hand as she replied, "No Sam. We're not sure what's going on."

Jack fiercely looked at Danny, then Danielle, and he pounded his fist while he said, "They came over here while you kids were at school. We figured they were looking for you and Danielle and we were ready to beat anyone who'd mess with our kids!"

Maddie held her palms up with a surprised expression as she said, "But they weren't after you. They just came to make sure there was no ghost activity going on and they ordered us to keep the Fenton Portal closed until further notice."

Valerie was surprised as she said, "That's weird."

Sam looked out the window with a suspicious expression as she said, "Something's going on. They're hiding something."

Danny shut his eyes and folded his arms as he brushed it off and said, "There's always something going on, and they're always hiding things. They're the feds. It's no big deal. We have nothing to worry about."

Suddenly he opened his eyes as his ghost sense went off and Jazz sarcastically said, "You were saying."

Danny narrowed his eyes as he changed into his ghost form and turned intangible before flying outside.

He floated over the street as he turned solid and searched for the ghost he sensed while saying, "Okay, whoever you are come out and fight. Let's get this over with so I can watch a movie with my friends."

Suddenly a ghost portal opened up in the street and Danny's hands glowed green as he stared at the portal. Tucker and Sam came out of Danny's house and stood on the sidewalk as they watched Danny and the portal. Then, Frostbite and his people arose from the portal as it closed beneath them and they all stood on the street as Frostbite held the Infi-Map in his ice hand.

Danny was shocked as he said, "Frostbite?!"

Tucker and Sam came to Danny as Tucker said, "Maybe Danny was right after all."

Frostbite had a friendly smile as he said, "Hello great one! We are all so relieved to have found you!"

Danny turned around as the GIW operatives on the street aimed weapons at them while one shouted, "Ghosts! Take them out!"

They all fired blue rays but Danny quickly held his hands out as he created a barrier of ecto-energy that blocked them.

He dropped it as he ordered the Guys in White, "Stop! These aren't bad ghosts! They're my friends! Lower your weapons!"

The Guys in White all glared at him before complying and Danny looked back at Frostbite as he said, "Frostbite, what are you doing here?"

Sam was surprised as she said, "Yeah. Shouldn't you all be in the Realm of the Far Frozen?"

Frostbite had a serious expression as he urgently said, "I'm afraid there's no time to explain! A great evil is coming great one! We used the Infi-Map to come to your world so that we may warn you!"

Danny was confused as he said, "Warn me about what?"

Frostbite glanced around hastily before handing Danny a device as he urgently said, "There's no time! We must find our hiding place! Here! You may use this to find us when you need to! Be warned, you may soon face your greatest challenge yet!"

He and his race all turned intangible and flew off while Danny held his hand out and yelled, "Wait come back!"

They were already gone and Sam was concerned as she said, "That didn't sound good."

Danny looked at her and Tucker as he shrugged and said, "How bad could it be?"

Suddenly another Ghost Portal opened and Technus emerged and maniacally shouted, "I Technus have returned at last!"

Danny took flight and smiled overconfidently as he said, "You?! Come on! I've kicked your butt dozens of times! Why would this time be any different?"

Technus smiled deviously as he said, "Because I am not alone."

Suddenly from the portal emerged Desiree before the portal closed, and she turned her left hand into a mallet.

She swung it at Danny and knocked him down as he slid on the street, he looked at her and said, "Desiree?"

She smiled as she turned her hand back to normal and said, "Yes, and I've been granting a lot of wishes lately so I'm powerful enough to take you on."

Danny took flight and glared at them as he clinched his fists and said, "So you've teamed up, big deal. I can still take both of you."

Desiree looked at him with a creepy smile as she said, "Oh we're just getting started."

Suddenly everything got dark as storm clouds blocked out the sun and a tornado appeared before bursting and from it emerged Vortex.

Danny was shocked as he shouted, "Vortex?!"

Then a bunch of roots and vines burst out of the ground as the stretched up, wrapped around each other, and formed Undergrowth.

Danny was even more shocked as exclaimed, "Undergrowth!"

The four ghosts grinned evilly at Danny as Technus confidently said, "You may have beaten each of us alone child, but together we are unstoppable!"

Vortex shot some lightning from his hand and zapped Danny, sending him falling to the ground as he groaned in pain.

Tucker and Sam watched him as they both cried, "Danny!"

The four ghosts smiled evilly when suddenly they heard Danielle shout, "Leave him alone!"

They turned to see Danielle flying toward them in her ghost form as she punched Technus in the face and knocked him at Vortex. She prepared to fight the others when Desiree flew behind her and made her right hand much larger and grabbed Danielle in it. She squeezed Danielle tightly, causing her to cringe in pain as Danielle desperately tried to break free from her grip.

She opened her eyes and glared at Desiree and asked, "You know what I wish?"

Desiree grinned teasingly as she goaded, "Sorry, that's not going to work this time."

She then moved around as she slammed Danielle into the ground, and the sides of two buildings before squeezing her tightly while Danielle cried in pain.

Danielle was in pain as she opened her eyes while Desiree said, "You've got spunk girl but you're playing with the big kids now."

Jazz came out and glared at Desiree as she angrily demanded, "Let go of her!"

Desiree smiled at her and teasingly said, "As you wish!"

She threw Danielle at Jazz, who had her arms out as she caught her, only for them both to fall down but Jazz never let go of her sister.

Danielle was dizzy as she looked up at Jazz and said, "Jazz?"

Jazz tried to stay calm as she said, "I'm here Danielle."

Jazz looked up in fear as Desiree floated in front of her with an evil grin as she sarcastically said, "How sweet. Coming to the rescue of your little ghost sibling. You're such a good sister. Too bad you don't have powers to help you protect her."

Jazz glared at Desiree, who turned her left hand into a ball with spikes on a chain but Danny threw a ball of ecto-energy at her and knocked her away.

He floated over and glared daggers as he yelled, "Stay away from my sisters!"

Jazz kept holding Danielle as she smiled gratefully at Danny and said, "Thanks Danny."

He smiled at her while Desiree glared at him as she rose up and put her arms out as her hands glowed pink, then she made hundreds of forks and knives float out of windows. She made them all point at Danny and sent them flying at him, but he turned intangible and the sharp utensils all went through him and got stuck a wall behind him.

Danny turned solid and smiled cockily as he mocked her, "Nice try. What? You been spending too much time with the Box Ghost or…"

He was cut off when Desiree turned a mailbox into a monster that attacked Danny and pinned him to the ground. Danny forced it off of him and destroyed it with a wave of ecto-energy he shot from his leg as he swiped it through the air.

Danny was a bit impressed as he watched it disappear and said, "Okay, that was-"

He was interrupted as he cried in pain when he was blasted from behind by Technus and knocked toward Tucker and Sam. Desiree smiled until a purple blast hit her and knocked her down and they saw Valerie flying through the air on her hoverboard with her suit on.

She had blasters coming out of her pack as she glared daggers and said, "Let's how you ghosts do against the best ghost hunter in Amity Park!"

She blasted at them repeatedly when Undergrowth stretched his arm out toward Valerie, only for her to throw razor sharp discs at him. They cut his arm off and he groaned in annoyance before regenerating it and swatting at her, she avoided his arm and flew around him. She flew away from them when Technus fired a green ray from his hand and hit Valerie from behind, causing her to cry in pain. She managed to stay in the air when she suddenly stopped moving and she looked down at her suit and hoverboard in alarm.

She hovered in place as her suit started making noises and she yelled, "What? What's happening to my suit?!"

Her hoverboard disappeared and she fell down by Danny and the others before her suit completely dematerialized.

Tucker helped her up and they both looked at Technus as he gloated, "Foolish girl! I am the master of all electrical technology!"

Danny prepared to fight when the Guys in White came and aimed their weapons as one said, "Stand down kids. Let the adults handle this."

They all fired blue rays at the ghosts but Technus formed a force field that blocked them all, then Desiree held out her hand and made their weapons vanish.

The GIW operatives were afraid when Vortex maniacally said, "Insignificant specks! Prepare to be blown away by my greatness!"

He then created a hurricane that blew away the GIW agents as they screamed and flew away while Danny and the others held onto whatever they could.

Vortex stopped the winds and Danny looked at them as Technus said, "Prepare to meet your doom ghost boy, for your troubles are just beginning!"

Undergrowth smiled maniacally as he said, "Yes! The master has big plans for all of you!"

Vortex laughed maniacally along with Technus before they flew away, along with Desiree, and Undergrowth pulled himself into the ground. When they were all gone Danny helped Sam up while Tucker helped Valerie and Danielle reverted to her human form as Jazz helped her onto her feet as Danielle smiled at her.

Sam looked at Danny as she curiously said, "What are they talking about? Who's 'the master'?"

Danny was uneasy as he said, "I don't know, but I have a bad feeling that I'm going to find out and I'm not going to like him."

Meanwhile at the GIW's headquarters

Operatives O and K were working on computers as they watched monitors showing Vortex, Undergrowth, Desiree, and Technus.

O showed a serious expression as he said, "Holocaust sent these four ghosts to attack the city! Bad news!"

K stared at the screens with a serious expression as he said, "Very bad news. If they're doing his bidding then Holocaust can't be far behind. We have to prepare for the worst."

O looked at K as he said, "We need to slow these ghosts down to buy us time."

K stood up and pointed his finger as he said, "Agreed. Get the White Knights online. They should keep those ghosts busy."

O also stood up as he said, "And this should keep that Phantom kid and his little friends occupied so they won't get in our way."

They both turned and walked to a large unfinished black and white robot while K said, "Yes, nothing can interfere with our plan. We have to complete the White Wraith so we can finally end this once and for all."

Meanwhile in the Ghost Zone

Holocaust was floating in the Ghost Zone as held an orb in his hands that showed him Desiree, Technus, Vortex, and Undergrowth.

He looked at the four of them as he asked, "You have done as I told?"

Vortex smiled excitedly as he said, "Yes! It has begun!"

He laughed maniacally for a moment before Desiree smiled deviously and said, "We await your arrival."

Holocaust was patient as he said, "Patience. First, tell me more about this 'Danny Phantom'."

Undergrowth spoke angrily as he said, "He has been a thorn in our sides for far too long!"

Technus was vexed as he said, "He is half human and half ghost."

Desiree looked away with disdain as she said, "He's also the protector of the human world. These people all see him as a hero."

Holocaust looked up in thought as he grinned and said, "A powerful ghost boy who is also human. Interesting."

The four ghosts looked at each other with confusion before looking at him as Desiree asked, "Are you coming?"

Holocaust looked back at them as he sternly said, "Not yet. First you I must prepare for my arrival. You four must remain out of sight until I order you to attack."

Vortex was shocked as he said, "What?! We do not hide from humans! We should be wreaking havoc on their precious city!"

Holocaust spoke sternly as he said, "You will do nothing until I give you the order. When our moment comes you will have your fun. You will eliminate their defenses and prepare for my arrival. Destroy any hope they have of victory! Show them why ghosts are feared!"

They all smiled evilly as they started laughing before Holocaust made the orb disappear and he put his arms behind his back.

He turned around and stared into space with a devious smile as he said, "Danny Phantom, you are going to help me make my vision a reality."

He grinned as he snarled evilly as he leered at the camera with his red eyes shining brightly before he fired rays from them.

Commercial break

It was morning at Danny's house and the Fentons were all eating breakfast as they watched a news report about Technus, Desiree, Vortex, and Undergrowth.

The TV showed footage of the four ghosts while Tiffany Snow held papers and said, "Four powerful and dangerous ghosts are now on the loose in Amity Park. Mayor Foley has issued a warning for all citizens to keep an eye out for any ghostly activity until further notice. We go live to an announcement from the Guys in White."

The screen showed Operatives K and O with microphones in front of them as K said, "We urge all citizens to remain calm. Everything is under control. We are working on a new weapon that should be able to defeat all four of these ghosts and thwart any attempt they have."

O showed a serious expression as he pointed at the camera and said, "That's right. So we insist that everyone not panic and let us handle this. We also ask that that ghost boy Danny Phantom stay out of our way and leave this to the professionals."

The screen then showed static as Jazz looked at her family and said, "This is terrible!"

Jack looked at the TV as he angrily said, "I'll say! No one tells our boy he can't fight ghosts!"

Danielle glanced at each of the others as she curiously said, "How did those guys get here anyway? Where did that Ghost Portal come from?"

Danny took a bite of his cereal before saying, "Who knows? Who cares?"

Maddie looked at Danny as she urgently said, "This is an emergency Danny! We need to do something about those four ghosts!"

Danny just stared at his cereal as he leaned on the table and said, "Relax guys. I've been in way worse situations than this."

Jazz looked at Danny with a serious expression as she urgently said, "Danny this is serious! Four of your most powerful and dangerous enemies have teamed up!"

Danny took a bite of his cereal as he nonchalantly said, "It's no big deal. I've kicked all their butts before."

Danielle looked at Danny with concern as she said, "Yeah but not all together."

Jazz looked at Danny as she nervously said, "She's right Danny. Technus, Desiree, Undergrowth, and Vortex are all bad enough by themselves, but together they could be more dangerous than any threat you've faced."

Maddie stood up with her hands on her hips as she looked at the TV and said, "And the Guys in White think they can handle this better than you."

Danny stood up and grabbed his backpack while he brushed off Maddie's comment and said, "Let them try. They'll learn their lesson the hard way. I'll figure out what the ghosts are planning and when I'll do I'll stop them and send them back into the Ghost Zone. Now come on. We're gonna be late for school."

He walked passed them and Danielle and Jazz looked at each other with surprise before they got up, grabbed their bags, and followed him. Meanwhile at the GIW's headquarters, Operatives K and O were working on the White Wraith, and they were making more progress as it looked more complete than before.

O smiled ambitiously as he stared at the White Wraith and said, "Once this thing is finished we'll show Amity Park who the REAL heroes are."

K showed a serious expression as he kept working and reminded, "We still need a power source strong enough to get it online, and we still need to stop Holocaust from carrying out his plan. We also have to make sure that no one finds out we're responsible for this."

O smiled arrogantly as he said, "No problem. Phantom has no idea what's going on, and those ghosts are still in hiding."

K looked back at him as he said, "We still need to be ready for when they make their move."

O looked at him with a serious expression as he said, "The White Knights are online and ready for battle. When those ghosts attack we'll send them out."

Later at Casper High

Danny got his lunch and sat down at a table with Tucker and Sam and he was about to eat when suddenly they were surrounded by a bunch of other kids.

Dash looked worried as he said, "Fenton! What's going on?!"

Kwan was scared as he said, "Yeah! What are those ghosts doing here?!"

Mikey was terrified as he frantically said, "Are we in danger?!"

All the other kids asked more and more questions until Danny stood up and shouted, "Guys! Please! Quiet!"

They all obeyed as he reassured them, "Everything's going to be okay. There's nothing to worry about. I can take care of this."

Everyone let out a sigh of relief and Dash spoke up and said, "Let's hear it for Danny Phantom! The best hero ever! What would we do without him?"

Paulina smiled at Danny flirtatiously as she said, "We're all so lucky to have such a cool hero protecting us."

Sam glared at Paulina and then Kwan happily said, "Yeah. If it weren't for him we'd all be doomed for sure."

Danny picked up his lunch tray and said, "Yes. Thank you. Now if you'll all excuse me I need some fresh air."

He walked out the door as Tucker, Sam, and Valerie watched him leave; Danny went outside calmly and glanced around to make sure he was alone.

He sat down at an outdoor table and looked stressed as he said to himself, "I really hope I can deal with this. There's no telling what those four are up to!"

Suddenly he heard the door open and he saw Sam walk up to him with concern as she said, "Danny, are you okay?"

Danny quickly put on a calm expression as he said, "Yeah sure. Why?"

Sam could tell he was hiding something as he sat down next to him and sincerely said, "I was just wondering if you were under any mental pressure right now."

Danny suddenly became nervous as he looked at Sam and curiously said, "No! Why would you say that?"

Sam looked at him with a knowing expression as she said, "Because I know you so well."

Danny kept looking at her when he heard Tucker say, "Yeah dude."

He turned to see Tucker and Valerie coming toward him while he said, "Something big is going down and we know it's starting to get to you."

Valerie agreed as she sat down and honestly said, "And I'm betting that fear and praise from the other kids is not helping."

Danny looked at all of them as he hid his fear and respectfully said, "Guys, I appreciate your concern but I'm fine."

Valerie was uncertain as she nervously said, "You sure? Because from the way that techno ghost was talking it sounds like something big is coming. I'm feeling kind of anxious myself."

Danny tried to reassure her as he said, "It's okay Valerie. Something big might be coming but I'm not worried. Everything's going to be alright. Whatever danger comes our way, I can handle it."

Sam took his hand as she said, "It's okay Danny. You don't have to act tough for us."

Tucker smiled supportively as he said, "Yeah man. We're your friends and we're here for you."

Danny pulled his hand away from Sam and stood up as he stubbornly said, "Guys I'm fine! I can handle everything! I just need you guys to stop bothering me and let me eat my lunch!"

He took his tray and walked away as the three of them watched him, he walked around the corner of the wall and once he was out of their sight he looked nervous.

Valerie looked at Sam and curiously asked, "You worried about him?"

Sam showed her concern as she nodded and said, "Oh yeah."

Meanwhile Technus, Desiree, Vortex, and Undergrowth were hiding underground in a dark cavern together.

Vortex spoke impatiently as his fingertips sparked with electricity as he said, "I'm tired of hiding in this hole like some cowardly vermin! I want to show this world my glory!"

Desiree smiled deviously as she said, "Patience Vortex. Holocaust said we'll have our fun when the time is right."

Technus smiled maniacally as he said, "Yes! With our combined power we will soon claim this world as our own and the people will bow to our will!"

They looked at Undergrowth as he anxiously said, "But we are ready to attack now! We should be unleashing our power on these infernal humans!"

Suddenly a glowing green orb appeared between them and Holocaust's face appeared in it as he said, "You will all get your chance soon enough. But first, I need you to find this Danny Phantom and deliver a message to him for me."

The four ghosts all smiled evilly as they liked where this was going and they finally had a chance to have some fun.

Back at Fenton Works

Jack and Maddie were working in the Emergency Ops Center while Jack urgently said, "Go Maddie go! Those ghosts are still out there and our boy may need our help taking them down!"

Maddie had her goggles on as she glared at Jack and angrily said, "I know that Jack! I'm working as fast as I can! I don't need anymore pressure from you!"

Jack's expression softened as he said, "Sorry."

Suddenly an alarm sounded and they both dropped everything and hurried to a computer that showed a ghost reading.

Jack was shocked as he exclaimed, "Eerie ectoplasm! The ghost reading's off the scale!"

At the GIW's headquarters

K and O were still working on the White Wraith when an alarm sounded and they both hurried to a computer terminal.

K typed on the computer and stared at the monitor that showed a map of Amity Park as he said, "We're getting a massive ghost reading that's getting stronger by the second."

O stared over his shoulder as he asked, "Where is it?"

The computer pinpointed the location and K looked up at him as he said, "Casper High."

O showed a serious expression as he said, "Send in the White Knights."

K nodded and pushed a button, which caused the White Knight robots to activate and fly out of their headquarters.

Back at Casper High

Danny was by the football field with Tucker and Sam, and he was annoyed as he said, "Guys, seriously, I'm fine!"

Sam tried to be sincere as she said, "Danny it's okay. You're worried. So are we."

Tucker held his right palm out as he said, "Yeah dude. This is all a lot to deal with right now."

Danny glared at them as he folded his arms and stubbornly said, "Guys, I'm not worried. I'm not afraid, and nothing bad is going to happen!"

Suddenly he gasped as his ghost sense went off and Sam nonchalantly said, "Saw that one coming."

Suddenly dark clouds appeared in the sky and the three of them looked to see a cocoon of vines rise out of the ground in the middle of the football field. The vines retracted to reveal Desiree, Technus, Undergrowth, and Vortex as they all smiled evilly at Danny and his friends.

Technus smiled maniacally as he said, "Your time is nearly up ghost boy!"

Vortex made a powerful gust of wind blow as Danny glared at them and said, "At least you saved me the trouble of finding you clowns. I'm going ghost!"

He transformed into his ghost form and took flight as he swiped his right leg through the air and sent out a wave of ecto-energy that knocked all four of them down. He smiled down at them proudly before they got back up and glared daggers at him as they prepared to attack. Vortex shot bolts of lightning at Danny, only to miss, then Undergrowth stretched his left arm out and tried to grab him, but Danny flew and avoided his hand. Technus created a high-tech weapon that he held in his hand and fired at Danny, only to miss, but Desiree fired a pink ghost ray from her hand and blasted Danny to the ground. The four ghosts laughed evilly as Danny got up and floated as he flew at them and prepared to fight when suddenly they were surrounded by the White Knights.

The White Knights hovered around them and started firing weapons, Vortex was annoyed as he said, "Irritating toy soldiers!"

Technus smiled deviously as he looked at them and said, "But not too shabby."

His hands glowed green as he made purple 1s and 0s appear and fly toward all of the White Knights.

Danny held his hand out as he cried, "No!"

The White Knights were now under Technus' control as he made them all fire blue rays at Danny, blasting him to the ground.

Technus smiled sadistically as he looked at them and said, "Yes! These will make our plans much easier!"

Danny got back up and clinched his fists as he stubbornly said, "Not while I'm around!"

He then took flight and prepared to fight the four ghosts while Tucker and Sam watched anxiously. Just then, all the other students and teachers ran out of the school and watched Danny fight Desiree, Technus, Undergrowth, and Vortex. Several news vans also pulled up near the football field as people came out and started filming everything along with helicopters flying overhead. Jazz was at the front of the crowd and she looked very anxious as she watched her brother fight the four ghosts.

As she watched she softly said to herself, "Be careful little brother."

Meanwhile, Danielle was in class at her school when she looked out the window and saw all the ghosts at Casper High.

She gasped and immediately raised her hand as she shouted, "May I be excused?!"

Lance Thunder was at Casper High, holding a microphone as he said, "We're here live at Casper High where Danny Phantom is heroically battling four extremely powerful and terrifying ghosts."

Jack and Maddie were watching the news at home when Maddie looked at Jack and urgently said, "We have to help the kids!"

Jack pointed his left finger at her before pointing his left thumb at himself while he said, "You take the RV, I'll take the Specter Speeder!"

They both ran in opposite directions, meanwhile at Axiom Labs, Valerie's dad, Damon, was watching the news when he said, "I'd better get there before Valerie tries something!"

The Guys in White were also watching the report as K typed on a computer and said, "Something's wrong! We've lost control of the White Knights!"

O stared at the screen seriously before pointing his finger as he said, "We've got to get a handle on this situation! Scramble the jets!"

Several of the GIW's jets launched being piloted by GIW operatives as they flew toward Casper High, while Maddie drove the Fenton Family Ghost Assault Vehicle, and Jack flew the Specter Speeder.

Danny kept fighting the ghosts as he destroyed some of Undergrowth's vines then grabbed Technus and said, "What's going on? What are you four up to?"

Danny was then blasted by a blue ray, forcing him to release Technus as he was knocked back; Danny floated and watched as three White Knights hovered by Technus.

Technus smiled deviously as he said, "Be grateful child. We are not here to destroy you, but to deliver a message."

Danny was confused as he said, "A message?"

Desiree was about to attack when she was blasted by a ghost ray from behind and she angrily turned to see where it came from.

She saw Danielle flying toward her with her hands glowing green as she said, "Stay away from him!"

She flew next to Danny and floated next to him, on the ground Jazz was even more worried as she watched both of her siblings.

Desiree grinned as she sarcastically said, "Oh look, the little ghost girl again, coming to help her big brother. How sweet."

Danielle glared at her as she put her hands together and shot a ghost ray at Desiree, but she dodged it and fired a pink ray at Danielle. Danielle quickly put her hands out and formed a force-field that blocked it, she dropped it and glared at the four ghosts.

Technus pointed at them both as he said, "Attack!"

The White Knights flew past Danny as he and Danielle prepared to fight, suddenly the three White Knights destroyed. They were all surprised when they looked to see Valerie flying toward them on her hoverboard with two blasters coming out of her wrists.

As she flew toward them she bravely exclaimed, "You ghosts are about to learn why nobody messes with ghost hunters!"

She hovered by Danny and Danielle as Technus arrogantly said, "Foolish children! You three are no match for our might!"

Danielle smiled eagerly as she said, "Only one way to find out."

She flew at him and kicked him knocking him back while Valerie blasted Desiree and flew at her, leaving Danny with Vortex and Undergrowth.

Meanwhile, Valerie's dad drove up and hurried to Tucker and Sam as he said, "Kids, where's Valerie?"

They both pointed up at Valerie flying on her hoverboard fighting Desiree, and her dad was exasperated as he said, "Of course."

Undergrowth sprouted sharp thorns all over his body as he tried to punch Danny, but Danny dodged him and then his eyes glowed blue as he shot ice rays from his hands and froze Undergrowth. Vortex floated and shot lightning bolts from his fingertips but Danny dodged them and used both hands to create a large ball of ecto-energy. He threw it at Vortex and blasted him onto his back, meanwhile Desiree lashed her tail at Valerie, but missed her as Valerie's gloves glowed purple and she punched Desiree in the face, knocking her down. Danielle rapidly punched Technus in the face before performing a roundhouse kick and knocked Technus down toward the other three.

Danny smugly looked down at them as he folded his arms and said, "Good fight, but it's time for you guys to go back to the Ghost Zone."

Suddenly the Fenton RV drove up and the Specter Speeder flew overhead while the GIW's jets approached.

Technus smiled maniacally as he floated up and said, "Foolish humans! You have given me everything I need to succeed!"

He then sent out a green wave of his energy with purple 1s and 0s in it as they spread to the GIW's jets, the Specter Speeder, and to further parts of town. His energy spread to Axiom Labs and the GIW's headquarters and then he used his technological power while laughing evilly. He made the Specter Speeder and the GIW's jets stop in mid air and then he pulled them toward him. The GIW operatives ejected from their jets and parachuted to the ground while Jack fell out of the Specter Speeder and landed on the roof of the RV. Technus then made the vehicles disassemble while also taking pieces of technology from Axiom Labs and the GIW's headquarters, much to the shock of K and O. The technology flew around Technus as he merged with it and formed a giant robust mechanical body with his face visible and three lights on his forehead.

As everyone watched him Danny was alarmed as he said, "Oh no."

Technus laughed maniacally as he clinched his fists and said, "Yes! With this new form no one can stop us!"

He then fired beams at all of the White Knights and they transformed into new robots with Technus' color scheme and his face. All the robots fired green rays and hit Danielle as she cried in pain but stayed in the air as she glared and her hands glowed green as she prepared to attack. But Desiree whipped her tail at Danielle and knocked her to the ground as Danny and Valerie watched in shock.

Valerie flew at Desiree and shouted, "I'll teach you to pick on little kids!"

Before she could do anything a lightning bolt hit Valerie and made her cry in pain as Vortex zapped her suit and made her crash down.

Vortex smiled sadistically as he said, "What a shocking defeat!"

Danny looked at her and Danielle before watching as Desiree and Technus freed Undergrowth from his icy prison. He shattered the ice and punched Danny hard and knocked him down, but Danny got up and prepared to fight. He flew straight at Undergrowth but he smiled evilly as Desiree, Technus, and Vortex came to his sides with similar smiles. All four of them simultaneously punched Danny and sent him crashing to the ground as he cried in pain. He sat up and glared at the four ghosts with a vexed expression as they all laughed at him.

The four of them smugly looked down at Danny as Undergrowth gloated, "Puny meat creatures! We are invincible!"

Desiree smiled deviously as she said, "That's why the master chose us to carry out his plan. His plan which involves you boy."

Danny was shocked as he said, "What are you-"

He was cut off when a glowing green orb suddenly appeared in front of him, and Danielle and Valerie looked up as they watched it.

Holocaust's face appeared as he grinned evilly at Danny and said, "Danny Phantom. So you are the one my minions have been telling me so much about."

Danny looked at Holocaust as he pointed his finger and suspiciously said, "Who are you? What do you want?"

Holocaust kept leering at Danny as he said, "I am the one true ruler of the Ghost Zone and soon I will rule your world as well, and you are going to help me."

Danny glared daggers as he defiantly said, "I'll never help you!"

Holocaust chuckled evilly as he smiled and turned to the ghosts while saying, "We will see. But first, the time has come to show this planet the true power of ghosts! My minions! Use your power to claim this world as our own!"

The orb disappeared and Vortex happily clinched his fists as he eagerly exclaimed, "Finally! Behold my greatness!"

Dramatic music played as Vortex grew to a giant size, as big as Technus with his mechanical body, and he held his hands out as he used his power to cover the sky with dark storm clouds. He spread his power around the glob as the sky was covered in dark storm clouds that shot lightning bolts.

Undergrowth grew as big as Vortex and Technus as he raised his arms and shouted, "My children! Grow and return this planet to its natural glory!"

He made giant roots sprout from the ground and move all over Amity Park as they moved around buildings. They dug through the streets and spread as his horrible plants sprouted and began frightening people; his plants spread around the glob as people ran in fear.

Desiree grew as large as the others as she smiled evilly and raised her hands as they both glowed pink as she said, "It's time to grant my own wish for once!"

She used her power to make frightening creatures appear all over the world; bats flew through the air, snakes slithered on the ground, and horrible monsters roared as they terrorized people.

Technus clinched his fists as he looked at Vortex and seriously said, "I need a jumpstart! Vortex! Charge me up!"

Vortex smiled maniacally as he eagerly said, "Gladly!"

He shot Technus with a lightning bolt and the electricity surged through Technus' mechanical body as he shouted, "Yes! Tremble and witness the technological might of Technus: master of science and wizard of integrated circuitry!"

Technus then looked up put his fists together as he fired a green ray up into the sky and hit a satellite orbiting overhead. Once the ray hit the satellite Technus' power was spread around the globe as his face appeared on TVs, computers, and jumbotrons all over the world.

Everyone was afraid as Technus spoke on all these screens around the world and said, "At last! Humans of the world! Bow before our might! For now you are all under our control! We claim this world under the rule of the Master of Specters!"

Danny's jaw dropped in fright as he watched everything happen, things were now going from bad to worse. Undergrowth's evil plants spread around the world along with Vortex's dangerous weather and Desiree's evil creatures. In the Ghost Zone, Holocaust was looking down at an orb in his hands that showed the whole Earth while he had an evil grin on his face.

Commercial break

At Casper High, everyone looked around in fear as things looked bad as Technus, Desiree, Vortex, and Undergrowth spread their power.

Sam stood next to Tucker as she looked up and nervously said, "This is bad."

Danielle looked at Danny with fear as she said, "Danny, what do we do?!"

Danny looked at Technus, Desiree, Undergrowth, and Vortex as he urgently said, "We have to stop them!"

Vortex had his arms folded as he smiled arrogantly and said, "Wishful thinking ghost boy!"

Undergrowth had a maniacal smile as he said, "Yes! You've already lost and you don't even know it!"

Technus stepped forward as he looked down at them and said, "That's right Phantom! If you think this is bad then you've seen nothing yet! When the Master of Specters comes you will all perish!"

He laughed evilly as he ignited thrusters in his feet and on his back and flew away with his robots while Desiree vanished, Vortex turned into a green cloud and flew away, and Undergrowth retreated underground.

Danny was troubled as he said to himself, "The Master of Specters?"

He looked at Valerie and Danielle, but they both nervously shrugged their shoulders, clueless as to what Technus was talking about. Tucker, Sam, and Jazz came to them and helped each of them; Jazz took Danielle's hand, Tucker hugged Valerie, and Sam held Danny's hands.

Sam looked Danny in the eye with concern as she asked, "What's going on?"

Danny looked a bit anxious as he replied, "I don't know, but from the way they were talking I have a feeling we haven't seen the worst of it."

Later, everyone went home as the streets were empty while everyone stayed indoors, too afraid to go outside. Giant roots stretched throughout town while lightning flashed in the sky and bats, snakes, and monsters roamed the streets, and Technus' robots flew over buildings. Fenton Works was protected as the Ghost Shield projected over it with Jack, Maddie, Jazz, and Danielle inside. Jazz and Danielle sat together on the couch in the living room as they watched a live news report on the situation.

The TV showed Tiffany Snow holding papers at a desk as she nervously said, "The situation is dire as Amity Park and the rest of the world is now being held captive by four evil ghosts who seek to claim it as their own. We now go live to Mayor Foley at City Hall."

Tucker stood behind a podium with a microphone with Danny, Sam, and Valerie at his sides; Danny was in her ghost form while Valerie was in her regular outfit.

Tucker looked at the camera as he spoke into the microphone and solemnly said, "As of right now we are in a state of emergency. I promise that we'll do everything we can to stop these ghosts and take our city back. Until then, I advise everyone to stay indoors and be on high alert for anymore ghost activity. Now a word from our town hero."

Tucker stepped aside as Danny came and put his hands on the podium as he solemnly said, "I know you're all scared, and you have good reason to be, but we WILL get through this. I won't let anything bad happen. I promise we'll find a way to beat these ghosts and save our world from this 'master'. In the meantime, I want everyone to try and be brave while I handle this. Thank you."

The TV showed static and Jazz looked down at Danielle and curiously said, "Danielle, are you okay?"

Danielle looked up at her sister with fear as she said, "I'm scared. Things are getting worse out there. Technus, Desiree, Vortex, and Undergrowth are really going at it this time."

Jazz put her right arm around Danielle for comfort and smiled hopefully as she honestly said, "I'm scared too Danielle, but I know Danny will come through for us. We've been in situations like this before, and we've always pulled through. I know things look bad but everything will turn out okay."

Danielle smiled at Jazz, suddenly they heard a knocking on their front door and they both walked up to it as Jazz opened it. They were both shocked to see GIW Operatives K and O standing in the doorway looking down at them.

Danielle clung to Jazz as she shouted, "Mom! Dad!"

Jack and Maddie immediately came in, then rushed in front of Jazz and Danielle as Maddie protectively said, "Stay away from my daughters!"

The Guys in White showed serious expressions as K said, "We're not here to fight Fentons, we need your help."

Jack and Maddie's eyes widened in shock; back at City Hall Danny, Valerie, and Sam were with Tucker in his office.

Danny did not bother to hide his stress as he frantically said, "This is bad! Technus, Vortex, Desiree, and Undergrowth are taking over and things are only gonna get worse!"

Sam held her hands up as she said, "Danny, calm down."

He looked at her anxiously as he moved his left hand toward the window and said, "Calm down?! Look outside! Those four have already practically taken over and something worse is still coming!"

Tucker was sitting at his desk as he moved his hands down and said, "Take it easy dude. It's bad but we can still fix this."

Danny held his arms up as he frantically said, "Fix it?! We still don't even know what's really going on yet!"

Valerie showed a serious expression as she said, "Then let's find out!"

Tucker stood up as he eagerly said, "Yeah man! If we learn what's going on maybe we can figure out how to stop it."

Danny calmed down a bit but still spoke urgently as he said, "Okay, but we don't know where to start."

Sam pointed her thumb to the side as she said, "Maybe your parents can help. Let's go check on them."

Danny didn't argue as he said, "Okay, it's worth a shot."

He held Sam close as he turned her and himself intangible and flew through the wall and out of the building. Valerie then made her suit materialize around her, then she jumped in the air as her hoverboard formed under her feet. She lowered herself down to Tucker as he stepped onto her hoverboard and stood behind her while wrapping his arms around her waist. She and Tucker smiled at each other affectionately before they both flew out the window and followed Danny and Sam. They soon arrived at Fenton Works as Danny put Sam down and turned human so he could pass through the Ghost Shield. Valerie and Tucker arrived behind them as Valerie deactivated her suit and hoverboard, then she and Tucker followed Danny and Sam inside.

When they entered the house Danielle came to them with a relieved expression as she said, "Danny! You're back!"

Sam smiled coyly as she teased, "Well someone's happy to see her big brother."

Jazz came to them and explained, "She's just glad you're here. This crisis is starting to scare her."

Danny noticed how nervous she was and reassuringly said, "Don't worry Dani. No matter how bad things get everything will be okay. I promise, I'll never let anything hurt you, Jazz, mom, dad, or anyone else."

Danielle smiled before looking nervous again as she said, "Good, 'cause it looks like the hits just keep on coming."

Danny was concerned as he asked, "What do you mean?"

Jazz put her two fingertips together as she nervously said, "Danny, we may have a problem."

Shortly afterwards Danny and his friends went down to the lab and Danny gasped in shock as he saw the Guys in White with his parents. They were working together on the White Wraith as they used various tools on different parts of its body.

K and O looked at Danny as he walked to them with hostility and said, "What are you two doing here?"

They glared at him as O said, "Can it kid! We're not here for a fight. Our headquarters was compromised by that techno ghost, so we need a safe place to work on this. This is the weapon that will stop those ghosts once and for all."

Danny glared at them as he skeptically said, "A lot of good that will do! Technus turned your White Knights into his own robot army!"

K pointed at Danny before turning around as he said, "He and those other ghosts beat YOU too! Besides this is the White Wraith. It can copy the powers of any ghost, no matter how powerful."

Damon Grey stepped out from behind the White Wraith with some tools while he said, "I have to admit, it is quite impressive."

Valerie saw him and was surprised as she said, "Daddy?"

He put the tools down and said, "Hey Valerie."

Tucker was surprised as he said, "What are you doing here Mr. G?"

He pointed his thumb at the White Wraith and said, "I volunteered to help build this robot. It may be just what we need."

Danny glared at the Guys in White as he suspiciously said, "Why do I get the feeling this is more than just a coincidence?"

They both kept glaring at him as O said, "Careful where you stick your nose punk! The White Wraith here is the key to ending this disaster and saving humanity from ghosts once and for all!"

Danny looked at his mom as he said, "Mom!"

Maddie kept working as she honestly replied, "Sorry Danny. We all agree that this robot is our best chance to beat those ghosts. Although we may have a problem getting a power source strong enough to get it working."

Jack looked at Danny with a serious expression as he put his fists on his sides and said, "But don't worry Danny. We'll keep our eyes on these two and make sure they don't try anything funny! Nothing gets past me!"

While he was talking K snuck behind him and grabbed a tool behind him and walked away with it without Jack knowing.

Danny and his friends walked back up to the living room as Danny said, "I don't like this."

Tucker put his hands up as he honestly said, "I don't know Danny. If that thing can really do what they say it can, it might help us save everyone."

Danny pointed his thumb backwards as he said, "I still don't trust them, and I have a feeling they know what's going on. They and their agents have been extra busy since before all of this started. I think they might somehow know about this 'Master of Specters'."

Jazz, having overheard them, pointed her finger as she anxiously said, "Did you say Master of Specters?"

The four of them looked at her as Danny said, "Yeah."

Jazz then ran out in a hurry as they looked at Danielle, who shrugged in confusion, then Jazz came back holding a purple book with the green letters "GZ" on the cover.

She opened the book and started flipping through pages as Sam asked, "What's that?"

Jazz kept flipping through pages while she answered, "After Vlad left Earth I stole this from his study. It's a book on all the legends of the Ghost Zone. I've been reading it for a while now and I think I saw something in here about the Master of Specters. Here it is!"

Danny looked over her shoulder and saw a picture of Holocaust, he pointed at the picture and said, "That's the ghost who contacted me earlier!"

Jazz walked and sat down on the couch with Danielle while everyone gathered around her and listened to her.

She read the book and paid attention to the words before nervously looking at the others while saying, "He's some kind of ancient evil ghost who was locked away for thousands of years. His name is… Holocaust."

Everyone looked spooked and Jazz kept reading as she grew more nervous and said, "He once ruled all of the Ghost Zone and his power is said to have rivaled the Ghost King."

The others all gasped in fear and Sam nervously said, "And…"

Jazz closed the book as she said, "That's all it says. There's not much information about him."

Danny thought with a serious expression as he said, "If Vlad knew about this ghost the Guys in White could've learned about him from Vlad's computers."

Valerie looked at Danny as she curiously asked, "So how do we stop him?"

Danny showed a serious expression as he pulled out the device that Frostbite gave him while he said, "I don't know. We need more information. And I think I know who to ask."

Sometime later, all six kids went into Amity Park to look for Frostbite and his people; they used Danny's device, which had a large screen that showed a blinking blue dot. Danny flew while carrying Sam, Danielle carried Jazz, and Tucker rode with Valerie on her hoverboard. They managed to avoid Desiree's creatures, Technus' robots, and Undergrowth's plants as they traveled through the city.

Soon they all landed and stared at Danny's device while he said, "According to this locator that Frostbite gave me, he's in there."

They all looked ahead to see an ice hockey stadium in front of them as Sam said, "An ice hockey stadium. Of course."

They all went inside and once they entered Jazz, Sam, and Tucker started shivering and they looked to see snow and ice on all the seats. Frostbite and his people were gathered on the ice rink, working with some machines they had recently built.

Jazz watched them in wonder as she said, "Wow! They're more advanced than I would've thought."

Valerie glared daggers as she made a weapon come out of her left wrist and said, "Yeah, now let's beat the answers out of them!"

She sprung herself from the back of a seat while Tucker yelled, "Wait!"

She didn't listen as she hopped to and from a bunch of seats and made her way down to the ice rink, startling some of the ghosts.

She prepared to attack as she shouted, "Okay snow freaks! We want answers and we want them-"

Danny quickly floated in front of her and said, "Valerie stop! We're not here to fight them!"

Valerie was confused, the Frostbite came and happily said, "Oh great one, we are all relieved to see you have found us."

The others joined them as Jazz curiously said, "Great one?"

Sam looked at Jazz as she explained, "Since Danny defeated the Ghost King they worship him as the savior of the Ghost Zone."

Danielle floated as she happily said, "Cool!"

Danny moved his arms to refer to each of the others while he said, "You already know Tucker and Sam. This is Valerie, and these are my sisters Jazz and Danielle."

Frostbite smiled as he looked at Danielle as he said, "Yes, she is great one's clone and protégé."

Danielle smiled proudly as she said, "Yep, that's me."

He looked at Valerie and thoughtfully said, "And she seems to be a brave and skilled warrior."

Valerie had a flattered smile as she modestly said, "Yeah, I guess."

Danny showed a serious expression as he said, "It's good to see you Frostbite but we don't have time for compliments. I need your help."

Shortly after, everyone gathered around with Danny and Frostbite in the center; Sam, Tucker, and Valerie sat on a bench while Danielle floated next to them and Frostbite's people surrounded them.

Frostbite spoke dramatically as he said, "Long ago there was a very powerful and evil ghost, they called him Holocaust, the Master of Specters."

A flashback played showing Holocaust flying through the Ghost Zone with his fists out and an evil grin on his face.

Next he landed on a giant floating rock with the Ghost King on the other end with his mace and they fought while Frostbite said, "He was such a powerful ghost that only the Ghost King himself dared to challenge him. For centuries they battled for supremacy of the Ghost Zone, but neither prevailed. Even the Crown of Fire and the Ring of Rage the king was unable to defeat Holocaust. Every battle they fought always ended in a stalemate."

Then the Ghost King was locked in the Sarcophagus of Forever Sleep and Holocaust wreaked havoc in the Ghost Zone as Frostbite said, "It wasn't until the king was locked in the Sarcophagus of Forever Sleep that Holocaust claimed his rule of the Ghost Zone."

Holocaust was then shown being defeated by a team of ghosts and handed to the Observants and imprisoned in the high-tech chamber as Frostbite continued, "But then a team of brave and powerful ghosts formed in a desperate effort to defeat Holocaust. They couldn't destroy him, so they gave him to the Observants, who trapped him a chamber they designed to neutralize his powers."

Finally the chamber was sealed in the Observants' fortress before coming back to the present while Frostbite dramatically said, "And he has remained under their watch until now."

Danielle was amazed as she said, "Wow."

Sam spoke up and curiously asked, "How'd he escape?"

He looked down at them as he explained, "The Observants say that probe from your world infiltrated their fortress and freed Holocaust."

Danny glared as he angrily said, "I knew it!"

Frostbite looked at them seriously as he said, "He attacked the Realm of the Far Frozen yesterday and he will soon come here."

Tucker spoke up and said, "And he's got Desiree, Technus, Undergrowth, and Vortex helping him."

Frostbite nodded and said, "Yes. He has promised them all power in exchange for their service."

Danny was troubled as he asked, "But what does he want with me?"

Frostbite looked gravely serious as he shook his head and said, "I do not know great one, but I do know this. Holocaust seeks to rule your people by merging your world with the Ghost Zone."

They were all shocked as Valerie asked, "Can he do that?"

Frostbite did not change his expression as he pointed his ice finger at Danny and said, "With his power he can do anything, and you great one, I feel you are the only one who can stop him."

Danny stared at him with his eyes wide open, speechless as he felt tremendous pressure from this revelation.

Later at Fenton Works

K and O were in the kitchen as they started raiding the refrigerator as K said, "The White Wraith's almost ready. Soon this nightmare will be over."

O opened a soda as he stated, "We still need a power source to get it working."

K folded his arms as he confidently said, "We'll figure that out. It's time to show Phantom who the real heroes are."

Suddenly they both heard Danny say, "I don't think so!"

They turned to see Danny, Tucker, and Sam glaring at them with Jazz, Danielle, and Valerie standing behind them.

Danny, Tucker, and Sam walked to K and O as Danny pointed at them accusingly and said, "You jokers have really done it this time!"

They both looked at him as O angrily said, "What are you talking about?"

Sam had her hands on her hips as she replied, "We know everything! You freed Holocaust from his prison! This is all your fault!"

They did not bother to deny it as K said, "We sought to control him so we could use his power to rid the world of ghosts forever."

Danny kept glaring at them as he said, "But he was too powerful for you to control, and now he's threatening the world because of you."

O folded his arms as he said, "It doesn't matter. Once the White Wraith is up and running, we'll stop Holocaust and show everyone that we don't need you to protect us."

Danny pointed his thumb at himself as he said, "Not a chance! Your robot won't do any good! I'm the only one who can stop Holocaust!"

K pointed his left finger at Danny while he said, "Think again punk. We know that Holocaust needs you for his plan to succeed. You're not going anywhere."

Suddenly they all heard Desiree's voice say, "That is where you're wrong."

Suddenly a pink aura surrounded Danny and he vanished; Sam, Tucker, Jazz, Danielle, and Valerie all cried, "Danny!"

Danny suddenly reappeared outside of the house and the Ghost Shield and he saw Desiree floating in front of him.

She smiled evilly as she said, "I couldn't breach the shield but I could still bring you out."

Danny glared as he changed to his ghost form and prepared to fight, but suddenly a cloud appeared next to Desiree and it turned into Vortex.

He smiled evilly as he held his left hand out and said, "It is time to throw caution to the wind!"

He created a tornado that moved horizontally through the air and sucked Danny like a vacuum as he screamed. Vortex's tornado transported Danny to the edge of town as it let him out and disappeared and he looked up to see Technus and Undergrowth smiling down at him. He was about to fly when Technus' robots came and blasted him, then some of Undergrowth's plants rose out of the ground and glowed as they trapped Danny's hands.

He grunted as he struggled and said, "Can't break free!"

Technus smiled as he looked down at Danny and gloated, "Save your strength child!"

Danny opened his eyes, shocked as Holocaust appeared in front of him and he said, "Holocaust!"

Holocaust showed a twisted smile as he walked to Danny and said, "You know my name. I'm flattered."

Danny kept struggling as he demanded, "Let me go!"

Holocaust stood over Danny with a maniacal smile as he said, "Your will impresses me Danny Phantom. You are strong, you seek to use your power to help others. And now you are going help me achieve my goal."

Danny glared at Holocaust as he defiantly said, "Whatever you want from me I'll never give it to you!"

Holocaust reached his right hand toward Danny and said, "I know, that is why I plan to take it myself."

He grabbed Danny by the face in his large hand and he used his power as his eyes glowed red, and energy surged between him and Danny. Danny screamed in pain as Holocaust kept using his powers, and when they both stopped glowing he let go of Danny, who passed out. Undergrowth's plants released Danny as he fell to the ground and reverted to his human form.

The ghosts all looked down at him as Technus evilly said, "At last! The ghost boy has fallen! Now we can destroy him once and for all!"

Suddenly they heard Valerie shout, "Guess again techno boy!"

They were hit by purple rays and they looked to see Valerie and Danielle flying toward them with fighting expressions. Danielle swiped her left leg through the air and sent out a wave of ecto-energy that hit Vortex, Undergrowth, Desiree, and Technus. It knocked them back but they stayed up and countered them as Desiree's hands glowed pink and she used telekinesis to make a bunch of cars and trucks floated in the air around her. Vortex then through his arms out as he created a hurricane that sent the cars and trucks flying toward the girls. Danielle turned intangible and phased through the cars and trucks that came at her, while Valerie swiftly avoided them.

Danielle turned solid and put her hands together while flying toward Vortex as she shouted, "Hey blowhard! Think fast!"

She created a large ball of ecto-energy and threw it at Vortex's face, hitting him and knocking him down before he angrily got back up. Danielle and Valerie both flew down toward Danny on the ground, and Technus sent some of his smaller robot duplicates to attack. They flew and shot rays from their hands but Danielle floated down and created a force-field that blocked them while Valerie swooped down and grabbed Danny. She lifted him up and held him over her shoulder, then she flew away while carrying Danny with Danielle following her.

Vortex's hands surged with electricity as he angrily said, "Bothersome specs! Prepare to meet your doom!"

He was interrupted when Holocaust calmly raised his hand and said, "Let them go. I have what I need. It is time to show this world my true power."

He turned around and walked away as the others watched him; he stopped and his fists glowed red as he raised them in the air. Dramatic music played as a huge earthquake started that shook the whole city and caused some damage as people screamed in terror. The other ghosts watched in awe as Holocaust raised his hands and made something rise out of the ground and cast a shadow over the four giant ghosts. As they kept flying, Valerie and Danielle turned around and gasped in fear as they saw what Holocaust was doing. All over Amity Park everyone watched in shock as Holocaust made a giant scary fortress rise up on the edge of the city. The fortress towered over the city, it was made of stone and steel, it was red and green, and the front of it had a giant chiseled image of Holocaust's face. All over Amity Park, everyone screamed in fear as they ran and hid in their homes for safety.

Danielle and Valerie kept flying as Danielle nervously said, "Not good."

Valerie used her boosters to fly faster as she shouted, "Come on!"

Danielle followed Valerie as fast as she could as they both hurried back to Fenton Works with Danny. With the fortress finished, Holocaust smiled evilly as he looked down from it at Vortex, Undergrowth, Technus, and Desiree.

They were amazed before they smiled evilly up at him and he turned around and said, "Come, we have work to do. For soon we will all have the best of both worlds."

He walked into his new fortress while the other ghosts entered behind him, eager to see what their master had planned.

Commercial break

Danny woke up in a daze in his living room, surrounded by his friends and family as they looked down at him as Sam happily said, "Danny!"

She hugged him briefly as he groaned, sat up, and said, "What's going on? What happened?"

Jazz held her left palm up as she explained, "The ghosts captured you and took you away."

Danielle pointed her thumb at herself and Valerie as she added, "Holocaust hurt you pretty bad but we saved you and brought you home."

Danny's eyes shot open as he remembered everything and yelled, "Holocaust! I remember! He's here!"

Tucker looked at Danny and curiously asked, "Yeah. We know. What did he do to you?"

Danny held his head, stressed as he answered, "He somehow looked inside my head and read my mind."

Valerie then curiously asked, "Why?"

Danny shook his head as he looked down and said, "I don't know, but whatever he was looking for he found it."

Sam walked to the window and stared out at Holocaust's giant fortress as she said, "Well we'd better figure it out fast because whatever's planning, he's just getting started."

Danny joined her and stared at the fortress and noticed something swirling above it and said, "Wait! Is that a Ghost Portal?"

He kept staring at it while Jack spoke seriously as he said, "Yep. It opened up while you were asleep, and it's getting bigger by the minute."

Danny then noticed Desiree, Technus, Undergrowth, and Vortex guarding the fortress as Maddie said, "And those ghosts have been guarding the fortress ever since."

Danny was very afraid as he said, "Oh man! Things are going from bad to worse real fast!"

Danielle looked out the window as she nervously said, "What are we gonna do?"

Danny stared out the window before looking at everyone with a stressed expression as he said, "I… I… I… I don't know!"

Everyone was shocked by his behavior as he sat back on the couch, still stressed as he said, "I don't know what to do. I'm supposed to be the protector of Amity Park, but I don't know if I can protect anyone from this. The world's in danger and everyone's counting on me to save them, I don't want to let them down. Frostbite believes I'm the only one who can stop Holocaust, but I don't see HOW I can stop him. He's just too powerful!"

He buried his face in his hands in despair and everyone looked at him with empathy as Sam sat down next to him.

She put her hand on his shoulder and sincerely said, "Danny, you're carrying way too much responsibility."

He looked at her and said, "This IS my responsibility! If I don't who knows what he'll do?!"

Tucker sat down next to him as he kindly said, "You still got all of us to help you out."

Danny looked at him as he stubbornly said, "No! I have to do this myself. I can't let you guys put yourself in danger just to help me."

Jazz stood in front of them as she wisely said, "Danny, you may have ghost powers but you're still only human, which means you have limits. You can't do everything on your own."

Jack spoke seriously as he said, "You're also a Fenton, and Fentons stick together!"

Maddie put her fists on her hips as she said, "That's right! We're not going to let you face a powerful evil ghost on your own!"

Danielle agreed as she happily said, "Yeah!"

Valerie stood with her father beside her as she proudly said, "You're always helping us when we need you Danny. Now it's our turn to help you."

Danny was touched as he smiled before showing concern as he said, "Thanks everyone. Really. That means a lot to me. But I can't accept your help. It's too dangerous."

Maddie had her wrists on her hips as she sternly said, "That's enough of that young man! We are going to help you!"

They were all startled as they heard Frostbite's voice say, "And so will we!"

They all turned as they saw Frostbite and his people appear as they phased up through the floor and then turned solid.

Danny was shocked as he said, "Frostbite!"

Jack pointed at them as he said, "How did you ghosts get past our shield?"

Frostbite smiled as he held the Infi-Map and said, "With the map we know a shortcut to anywhere."

He walked past them and bowed before Danny as he humbly said, "Great one, we pledge our allegiance to you and vow to fight beside you in your goal to save both worlds from Holocaust."

Danny smiled, then they all heard another voice say, "And so do we."

The Observants all flew in and floated over everyone as Danny said, "The Observants."

One held his hands toward Danny and said, "We come to offer you help in defeating Holocaust."

Another Observant spoke and said, "We know what he is plotting."

Another of the Observants held his right hand toward the window to refer to the portal as he said, "He plans to rule over both worlds by combining them into one. He is using his power to create an enormous portal, once it grows large enough it will suck your entire planet into the Ghost Zone, forever."

The others gasped in shock and then another Observant pointed at Danny saying, "And once he does so he will use his power transform everyone on Earth into half human half ghost hybrids, just like you."

Danny gaped in shock, but Danielle smiled and said, "What's wrong with that? Aside from the Earth getting sucked into the Ghost Zone that doesn't sound so bad."

The Observants looked at her as one of them spoke with a serious tone and said, "Many will perish. A large fraction of the humans will not survive the transformation. He will rule what is left of your people and wreak havoc upon your world."

Danielle's smile vanished as she said, "Okay, that is bad."

Danny looked at the Observants as he curiously said, "What do I do?"

An Observant moved his hand to show him an image of a chamber as he said, "Fortunately we have successfully rebuilt the chamber we used to imprison Holocaust all this time."

One next to him pointed at Danny and said, "It will neutralize his powers, but you must defeat him first."

They all turned to the Guys in White when O said, "I'm afraid I have to disagree with that last part."

He and K were standing by the door to the lab when K said, "Our White Wraith is our best hope of ending this once and for all. Its technology is perfect for fighting Holocaust."

Maddie looked skeptical as she said, "Maybe but it's not a viable option since we can't power it up."

Damon urgently said, "She's right. It will take weeks for us to develop a strong enough power source."

Sam stood up and threw her arms out as she said, "We don't have that kind of time!"

Danny stood up as he got an idea and said, "Wait! Maybe they're right!"

Everyone was confused, then they all went down to the lab and gathered around the finished White Wraith.

Danny and Danielle were in their ghost forms as they floated by it as Danny said, "I hate to admit it, but this may be our best shot of stopping this. If this can really copy ghosts' powers like you say, it may be perfect for beating Holocaust."

Sam put her hands out as she said, "But we still don't have anything to power it."

Danny showed a serious expression as he pointed his thumb at himself and said, "Yes we do. Me!"

The all looked shocked as they simultaneously said, "What?!"

Danny pointed at the White Wraith as he explained, "I'll overshadow it. Merge with it. I'll be able to power it up, control it, and use my powers plus its programs. I'll be able to copy Holocaust's powers and use them with my own to defeat him."

Sam was worried as she said, "Danny no!"

Maddie was extremely worried as she said, "It's too dangerous! You won't be able to power it forever and the longer you're in it the more power it will drain from you! If it loses power or gets destroyed it could kill you!"

K and O smiled at each other as O said, "Sounds good to me."

The others ignored them as Sam pleaded, "Danny please don't do it."

Danielle smiled politely as she raised her hand and said, "I'll do it."

Danny, Jazz, Jack, and Maddie all looked at her as they simultaneously shouted, "NO!"

Danielle was shocked as she raised her finger and said, "But…"

Maddie glared at Danielle as she firmly said, "Absolutely not young lady! You are NOT doing that!"

Danny looked at Danielle as he said, "She's right Dani. You're not as powerful as me. You won't last as long as me and you might not be able to beat Holocaust. It has to be. I'm the only one who can do this."

Sam faced him with her palms up and begged, "Danny, please. Even if you do this you can't do it alone."

He looked at her then turned to the others and sincerely said, "You're right. I can't do this by myself. I need your help, all of you. While I'm fighting Holocaust I need all of you to handle his enforcers. It could be dangerous but I'm gonna need your help if I'm gonna pull this off. So who's with me?"

Everyone cheered enthusiastically, then Jazz went to K and O and pointed at them and glared as she said, "And since you guys are responsible for this, you're going to help us too!"

O sighed in exasperation and said, "Fine."

Danny smiled confidently and kissed Sam before moving his hands while he said, "Great! Thanks everyone! Now come on! I have a plan!"

Later at Holocaust's fortress Desiree, Technus, Undergrowth, and Vortex were still standing guard while the portal overhead grew bigger.

Desiree smiled at the portal before looking out as she said, "Not much longer. We just have to make sure nothing gets in the master's way."

Technus then pointed his finger out as he said, "Look!"

They saw the Ghost Shield over Fenton Works shut off as Vortex smiled and said, "Perhaps the specs are going to surrender."

Valerie and Danielle both flew out and started flying toward them as Desiree said, "I don't think so."

Jazz started driving the Fenton Ghost Assault Vehicle as she followed them on the ground with Tucker and Sam riding inside. Jack and Maddie were in the Ops Center when it detached from the house and became the Fenton Blimp, then it transformed and became a jet as Jack and Maddie started flying. They were joined by K and O, who were flying their GIW jets beside the Fenton Jet; everyone advanced toward Holocaust's fortress as the four ghosts watched.

As they approached Undergrowth smiled evilly and said, "This will be amusing."

The four of them all went out to counter the assault; Desiree floated in the air as Danielle flew toward her face and shot a ghost ray at her. Desiree shielded her face with her hand and tried to grab Danielle, but she avoided the giant genie ghost's hand and started flying around her.

Jazz pulled over the RV and let out Tucker and Sam as she seriously said, "You two go do your jobs, I'm going to help Danielle!"

She drove off and Tucker and Sam ran; Tucker had his PDA in his hands while Sam carried a large bazooka. Technus stomped his giant metal feet as Valerie came flying at him; she fired a purple ray from her hoverboard but it didn't do much damage. Technus laughed evilly as he sent his smaller robot duplicates flying toward her, but Valerie made two blasters come out of her red pack. They rapidly fired and destroyed Technus' robots as she flew around him and avoided his giant metal fists as he tried to smash her. Undergrowth was about to help Technus when suddenly a green blast hit him in the face and he looked down to see Sam standing on the ground aiming her bazooka at him.

Sam glared at him as she said, "We're here to cut the grass."

Undergrowth looked at her suspiciously when suddenly some of his plants started freezing and shattering, prompting him to cry in shock. He looked down at Sam and saw Frostbite and his people phase up through ground behind her as the looked up at him. Undergrowth roared in fury as he made some vines stretch toward them, but Frostbite and his people fired cold blasts from their hands and froze them. Meanwhile Vortex was flying overhead as he watched the jets come flying toward him at high speed.

Jack and Maddie both glared as Jack spoke through the jet's bullhorn and said, "Hey windbag! Take your bad weather somewhere else!"

Vortex smiled maniacally as he said, "Inferior humans! You are no match for my power!"

His hands glowed with electricity as he prepared to shoot lightning, but suddenly he was surrounded by the Observants. They all shot green lasers from their eyes and hit Vortex as he screamed in pain until they stopped.

One of them pointed at Vortex and said, "Vortex, you, Undergrowth, and Holocaust must answer for your crimes against the human and ghost world."

Vortex yelled in rage as he prepared to attack when he was suddenly hit by blue and green rays from the jets.

They kept flying as Operative O complained, "I can't believe we're helping ghosts fight other ghosts."

Maddie spoke over a radio, glaring her goggles as she said, "Stop whining and fire anti-ghost missiles!"

All three jets launched missiles at Vortex and he cried in pain as they exploded against him, but then he shot his heat vision. He missed the jets and the three of them flew around Vortex while the Observants did the same as he angrily swung his arms around at all of them.

Everyone kept fighting the four ghosts as Sam spoke into a walkie talkie and said, "Danny, we've got their attention. You're good to go."

Back in the lab, he floated by the White Wraith as he spoke into a walkie talkie, "Got it. Thanks Sam."

He turned intangible and overshadowed the White Wraith; after he merged with the robot it began to move and its appearance changed. It now had Danny's color scheme with his logo on the chest, and the face of the White Wraith also changed. Its eyes looked like Danny's, showing his determined expression as he narrowed his eyes, and Danny's hair came out of the robot's head. The White Wraith was now fully operational with Danny in complete control of it as he clinched his fists and floated in the air.

His voice came from a speaker in the robot as he nervously said, "Here goes everything."

He turned intangible and flew up out of the house and into the sky before turning solid with his fists out. He approached the battle but the ghosts were too distracted to notice him as he flew past them and toward the fortress.

Sam watched him fly and looked very worried as she softly said, "Danny, be careful."

Danny phased through the walls of the fortress as he made his way to the center, where he found Holocaust looking up at the portal overhead.

He looked down at Danny with an evil smile as he said, "Impressive boy. I'm beginning to see how you managed to defeat Pariah."

Danny glared daggers as he said, "And now I'm going to do the same to you!"

Holocaust smiled eagerly as he said, "You're welcome to try."

He came flying toward Danny, who used the White Wraith's functions to scan Holocaust and his metal body glowed as began to copy his powers. Holocaust tried to punch him but Danny grabbed his fist and stopped him in his tracks, then Holocaust tried to punch him with his other fist only for Danny to grab it too. They both struggled to overpower the other until Danny headbutted him and knocked him down, but Holocaust got back up as his hands glowed red. He made several large items float in the air and hurled them at Danny, but Danny held his hands out as they glowed green and he stopped the objects. They floated in the air until Danny moved his arms to his sides and made them hit the walls.

Holocaust had a sinister grin as he said, "Well played Phantom. But you cannot defeat me so easily."

He fired red beams from his eye and knocked Danny on his back as he groaned and then saw Holocaust fly over him and saw his fist heading for his face. Meanwhile, the battle outside was getting interesting as Holocaust's enforcers continued to fight Danny's allies. Desiree shot a pink ghost ray from her hand at Danielle but missed and Danielle kicked her in the face and knocked her down. Danielle smiled until Desiree floated back up and sprouted four extra arms and tried to grab Danielle. She flew every which way as she tried to avoid Desiree's six giant arms until Desiree eventually grabbed her and smiled evilly as she started squeezing Danielle. Suddenly she was hit by a green blast, causing her to cry in pain as she released Danielle and looked down to see the Fenton RV pull up on the ground beneath her.

Jazz spoke over a megaphone as she angrily said, "I told you before, stay away from my sister!"

She made a bunch of weapons come out of the RV and fired them all at Desiree, they hurt her but she glared down at Jazz. She held out all six of her hands as they glowed pink, but before she could do anything she was hit from behind by a wave of ecto-energy. She turned to see Danielle smiling at her and she prepared to attack but Jazz and Danielle kept rapidly shooting at her as Desiree began to weaken. Her extra arms disappeared and Danielle flew at her and punched her hard in the face, knocking her down to the ground by the RV. Jazz quickly pulled out a Fenton Thermos and held it out of the window before sucking Desiree into it as she screamed in defeat. All over Desiree's creatures vanished and Danielle and Jazz both cheered happily before looking at Technus. Valerie was flying around his giant mechanical body with her hoverboard as he made weapons come out of his shoulders and rapidly fired them at her. She avoided every shot and managed to avoid his smaller robot duplicates as they fired green rays at her.

Tucker watched on the ground as he spoke into a Fenton Phone and said, "Mr. Grey, we need it soon."

Back at the lab, Damon typed on a computer and said, "Almost done. There! I'm sending it to you now!"

Tucker received something on his PDA as he smiled up at Valerie and said, "Sweet! Valerie, it's ready!"

She flew down toward him and happily said, "Great!"

He shot a red beam from his PDA at her suit and then she turned and flew at some of Technus' smaller robot duplicates. Her fists glowed purple as she smashed them to pieces and then hovered in front of Technus himself while his smaller robot duplicates hovered around her.

They all simultaneously and arrogantly said, "Give up girl! I am Technus! Master of all technology!"

Valerie glared at him and defiantly said, "Not all technology! My suit still works fine and you have no control over it!"

Technus glared at her as he shot green beams from his eyes with purple 1s and 0s in them and hit Valerie's suit.

He stopped and smiled evilly before fidgeting and showing fear while he said, "And now I do! You are no match for my pow-pow-pow… What is happening?!"

Valerie smugly grinned as she said, "You just downloaded a virus made my dad and boyfriend."

Technus screamed as he lost control of his body and stood motionless while Tucker said, "And now…"

Tucker pulled out a Fenton Thermos and sucked Technus' spirit as he yelled, "NOOOO!"

He was sucked into the Thermos and then his mechanical body fell apart while his robot duplicates exploded, and all over the world Technus' face vanished from screens. Meanwhile Sam still fought alongside Frostbite and his people against Undergrowth as made carnivorous plants attack them. Sam blasted some while Frostbite froze and shattered others to pieces, the rest of Frostbite's people froze Undergrowth's roots.

Undergrowth started weakening as he shrank and cried, "No! My children!"

He got smaller and smaller as they kept freezing his roots and then Frostbite froze Undergrowth himself. Sam blasted Undergrowth with her bazooka and disconnected him from his roots as he fell to the ground, breaking free from the ice. Sam immediately pulled out a Fenton Thermos and sucked Undergrowth into it, and his evil plants everywhere wilted. Meanwhile in the sky, the Fenton Jet flew around Vortex along with the Guys in White's two jets as Vortex tried to shoot them with lightning. He missed and then he created a giant snowball in his hands and threw it at them, but the jets scattered. He smiled until was hit by the Observants' green optic beams; he glared at them before smiling evilly as he turned both of his arms into swirling green tornadoes. He held them out as he sucked all the Observants inside while laughing maniacally, but then jets came flying toward him again. Jack showed a serious expression as he pushed a button, which launched two missiles at Vortex, they flew into his tornado arms before exploding. Vortex cried in pain as his arms returned to his normal and the Observants were freed as they flew out while Vortex crashed to the ground. The jets landed by him while the Observants floated overhead and Maddie sucked Vortex into a Fenton Thermos as he screamed in defeat.

Around the world Vortex's weather cleared and Maddie said, "We did it! Now the rest is up to Danny!"

Everyone looked at the fortress; inside Danny kept fighting Holocaust as he was blasted through a wall by a red blast. Danny got back up and floated as he made three duplicates of himself, but Holocaust smiled evilly as he also made three duplicates of himself. The eight of them battled until Danny and his clones knocked Holocaust and his clones back, causing them to merge into one. Danny and his duplicates also merged and Danny started to get weaker as overshadowing the robot began to drain more of his power.

Holocaust smiled arrogantly and said, "Foolish child! You may have my power, but you are still weak!"

He put his fist out as he shot a red ray from it but Danny created a force-field that blocked it before looking strained.

Danny glared as he seriously said, "I may have your powers, but I still have my own too!"

He swiped his leg through the air and sent a powerful wave of ecto-energy out that knocked Holocaust down. Then Danny's eyes turned blue as he shot his ice rays from his hands and froze Holocaust in a large chunk of ice. Danny then landed in front of Holocaust and glared as he used his Ghostly Wail on him, destroying the ice and the walls around him as Holocaust screamed in pain.

Outside everyone could hear Danny's Ghostly Wail as an Observant said, "It is working! We must hurry!"

All the Observants flew into the fortress and gathered around Danny as he kept using the Ghostly Wail, using his last bit of strength before he finally stopped. Holocaust lied unconscious on the ground and the Observants quickly locked him in the chamber, neutralizing his powers. The giant Ghost Portal suddenly closed and Holocaust fortress vanished, everyone in Amity Park happily cheered at the victory.

Sam and the others all hurried to Danny as Tucker happily cheered, "Way to go Danny!"

Danny did not reply and Jazz curiously said, "Danny?"

The White Wraith finally lost power as it fell to the ground and broke apart, much to the shock of the others.

Sam rushed to the parts of the White Wraith as she desperately said, "Danny?! Danny?! Danny come back! Come back!"

There was no response and the others all showed heartbroken expressions as they consoled each other. Tucker put his arm around Valerie, Jazz hugged Danielle as they both cried, and Jack comforted Maddie. Sam got on her knees as she shed tears, unaware that Danny was phasing out of the torso of the robot.

He turned solid and floated over Sam as he said, "Sam, are you okay?"

Everyone was shocked as they looked at him and Sam happily threw herself at him as she said, "Danny? Danny! You're okay!"

She hugged him and kissed his cheek as he smiled tenderly as everyone watched and gathered around Danny for a group hug.

They let go of him and Tucker excitedly said, "Dude! You did it!"

Frostbite joined them as he happily said, "Indeed great one! Once again you have saved your world and the Ghost Zone from a terrible evil!"

Danny smiled modestly as he looked at everyone and said, "Thanks guys, but I couldn't have done it without all of your help."

They all smiled proudly as the sun shined on Amity Park, and all over the world people cheered for their freedom. The next day the people of Amity Park were hard at work fixing the damage caused by the ghosts and cleaning up the technology from Technus' machines. Tucker and Valerie proudly helped some people clean up the mess while also giving some people food for relief. In the Ghost Zone, the Observants had resealed Holocaust's chamber in their fortress and also imprisoned Vortex and Undergrowth in high-tech containment units. Frostbite and his people were rebuilding their home in the Realm of the Far Frozen as they proudly worked hard.

While this happened Tiffany Snow spoke proudly as she did a news report and showed a photo of Danny as she said, "And so everything returns to normal as we rebuild from the greatest ghost threat the world has ever known. Though we don't truly know how this all happened or what the future holds, one thing is certain, Danny Phantom has proved himself to be the greatest hero in this or any world."

The Guys in White angrily turned off their TV as K said, "After all that they still think he's a hero!"

O looked at him as he said, "Don't worry. We'll get him next time."

Later at Casper High, all the kids were eating lunch when Dash happily raised his soda and said, "Cheers to Danny Phantom! The greatest hero in the world!"

All the other kids happily raised their drinks to toast to him as they said, "Here here!"

Danny sat a table with Tucker, Sam, and Valerie and he was flattered as he said, "Thanks guys."

Sam smiled at Danny lovingly as she said, "So you did it again."

Danny smiled at her as he humbly said, "Yeah, I guess I did."

Valerie smiled as she curiously asked, "So are you still worried you won't be good enough to protect Amity Park from ghosts?"

Danny glanced around in thought as he honestly replied, "You know, all this made me realize something. There will always be some kind of danger and we'll probably see some other dangerous ghost attack in the future, and maybe I won't always be able to do everything on my own, I do have limits. Maybe I won't always be strong enough, but as long as I have all of you to help me out there's nothing I can't do."

Sam smiled as she kissed him on the cheek and said, "Smart answer."

Danny smiled and then picked up his sandwich as he said, "But until something happens let's try to enjoy some good normal fun."

Just then his ghost sense went off and an Ectopus phased up threw a table and started flying around screeching.

Danny smiled as he stood up and said, "Don't worry. This won't take long."

He went ghost and immediately started beating up the Ectopus while everyone else watched happily.

Author's note: I know this is a lot like "Reign Storm" but I tried to make it different enough. I based Holocaust off of Apocalypse from X-Men. That's part of the reason why I had four of Danny's enemies working with him. I also based the White Wraith off Amazo from DC. I also got the idea of Technus turning the White Knights into himself from Ultron and Brainiac. I'm going to take a break from this story and work on some of my other stories for a while.
