Circus Freaks

It was nighttime at Amity Park Penitentiary, and things were not well as a mysterious ghost in a red hood floated outside. She turned intangible and phased through the walls as she searched the cellblock for a certain prisoner. She suddenly stopped when she found who she was looking for and phased into his cell and revealed her face. She smiled and got down on one knee with respect as her master stood before her: Freakshow.

Freakshow looked at her with a crazy smile as he said, "Lydia! I knew you would come! Did you bring what I asked for?"

Lydia smiled evilly as she pulled out some kind of ominous crown that was green with red gems all over it.

Freakshow stared at the crown with an insane smile as he said, "The Crown of Wraiths! With this I will be as powerful as I once was and I will rule over this world and the Ghost Zone forever!"

He took the crown from Lydia when suddenly GIW operatives K and O came and O yelled, "Hey! No visitors!"

They both aimed weapons at them while Freakshow ordered, "Stop them!"

Lydia glared at K and O as her tattoos came to life and flew off of her as they attacked the two of them, swarming all over them. They fired their ecto weapons but missed every shot as the creatures flew around them and then piled up on top of them.

Freakshow smiled maniacally as he put the crown on and said, "Yes! A new king has just been crowned!"

Lydia's tattoos knocked O and K to the floor and restrained them as K demanded, "Get off of us you spiritual freaks!"

They looked at Freakshow as he smiled maniacally at them and said, "Thank you for coming, you've been a wonderful audience. But it's time for us to take our leave. Darling…"

Lydia smiled as she took Freakshow's hand and turned intangible as they both flew through the wall, then all of Lydia's tattoos stopped attacking K and O. They followed Lydia and Freakshow as they phased out of the wall and reattached to Lydia outside the building, then they flew away from the building.

Once they were gone, K and O were on the floor when O looked at K and said, "This is bad."

O agreed as he said, "Very bad. We'd better inform Mayor Foley about this."

K stood up and stubbornly argued, "No way! He and Phantom will no doubt blaming us for that freak escaping."

O got on his feet as he argued, "They'll find out he escaped either way. We should just tell him and get it over with."

K sighed in exasperation before pointing his finger while he said, "Fine! But we're going to stop Freakshow ourselves and nothing will get in our way."

O nodded in agreement as he said, "Definitely."

Meanwhile Freakshow and Lydia were flying outside as Freakshow happily said, "Yes! Sweet freedom! With my new crown I will be able to rule the world once again!"

As they flew they saw a newspaper blowing by in the wind and Freakshow grabbed it and looked at the headline. The headline was all about how Danny Phantom and Dani Phantom had defeated Skulker together."

Freakshow stared at the headline with hatred before smiling evilly as he focused on Dani and said, "And I will finally have my revenge on that ghost brat hero Danny Phantom! And I know exactly how to do it!"

Opening theme

Music played in the background as the title card showed a picture of Danny and Jazz in a circus tent looking up in fear at Danielle. Danielle was looking down at them with an evil smile and red eyes and her hands glowing green like she was about to attack. Freakshow was towering over them as he looked down at all three of them with an insanely evil smile on his face. At Fenton Works it was a calm and peaceful afternoon and Danielle was having fun as she had the whole house all to herself. She flew around in her ghost form as she happily laughed and went from one room to another as she played by herself.

She stopped and floated in the living room as she pretended to fight someone while saying, "You think you can beat me? I'll show you!"

She started punching and kicking the air, demonstrating some of the moves that Maddie had been teaching her. She then turned intangible and flew up into Danny's room before she turned solid and stared forward, pretending someone was in front of her.

She glared at her imaginary enemy as she said, "You can't come into my brother's room and do this! Take that!"

She shot an ecto-ray from the palm of her hand and hit the wall, leaving a small black mark on it before she phased out of Danny's room.

She flew down into the lab and stared at the Ghost Portal and said, "I'm gonna beat all you guys back into the Ghost Zone!"

She put her hands together and fired an ecto-ray into the portal and smiled as she exclaimed, "And stay out!"

She then looked and saw Maddie's bo staff and smiled as she took it, then she flew up and phased through two floors and went up into Jazz's room.

She stared at an imaginary enemy and said, "You can't do that to my sister! Take this!"

She activated the glowing green bo staff and whirled it around as she pretended to hit someone with it, she knocked over a book on Jazz's desk and scattered some papers around the room.

She immediately showed regret as she nervously said, "Oops. Well, maybe I can clean this up before Jazz gets home."

She nervously flew out of Jazz's room and went back down into the living room as she floated and whirled the bo around. She kept pretending to fight someone when she swiped her leg horizontally through the air and sent out a wave of ecto energy.

Just then, Jack and Maddie walked in as Maddie happily said, "Danielle, we're home."

After she finished the wave of ecto energy came at her and Jack and knocked them both into the wall behind them.

Danielle let out a cry of fear and regret as she flew over to her parents and said, "Sorry mom! Sorry dad! I didn't mean to hit you!"

They both stood up and looked at her sternly as Maddie said, "Danielle, what did we say about using your powers in the house?"

Danielle looked down with regret as she said, "Be more careful with them and try not to break anything."

Jack looked around angrily as he said, "Looks like you haven't been very careful lately! Look at this place!"

They looked around and saw that the living room was a mess from Danielle playing with her powers while they were gone.

Maddie looked at her bo in Danielle's hand and said, "And you know you're not supposed to use our ghost hunting equipment without permission."

Danielle looked at the bo as she whined, "But I was practicing the moves you taught me."

Maddie glared at her as she held her hand out and Danielle gave her back the bo, they kept glaring at her while she landed on the floor and turned human.

Danny and Jazz walked in and Danny asked, "What's going on?"

Jack looked at the two of them as he angrily said, "Danielle used her powers to turn our house into a shooting gallery!"

Danielle held her palms up as she said, "I was just having fun."

Jazz walked to Danielle and turned to their parents as she sincerely said, "Mom, dad, Danielle is only twelve. Kids make mistakes. She was just playing, she didn't mean to cause any trouble."

Danielle smiled up at her older sister as she said, "Thanks Jazz."

Jazz smiled at Danielle before walking away while she said, "You're welcome Danielle. Now if you'll all excuse me, I'm going to my room to get some studying done."

She walked up the stairs while Danielle smiled and said, "Sure Jazz. Go on and study in your…"

Her eyes widened in fright as she remembered something and frantically ran up the stairs yelling, "Room!? Jazz wait! Don't go in there! It's…"

She ran and followed Jazz to her bedroom but she was too late as Jazz walked into her room and closed the door behind her. Jazz then let out a loud scream, prompting Danielle, Danny, Jack, and Maddie to all cover their ears while they cringed in pain.

When Jazz stopped screaming Danielle took her hands off her ears and nervously said, "Too late."

Jazz came out holding a bunch of the papers Danielle scattered earlier and glared at her as she said, "You wrecked my book report!"

Danielle looked up at Jazz with regret as she said, "I didn't mean to. I was flying around the house, practicing with the ecto bo, and I accidentally hit it."

Jazz kept glaring at Danielle as she pointed at her and angrily said, "We had a talk about boundaries! You can't just come into my room and mess with my stuff!"

Danielle held her palms up as she said, "It was an accident Jazz. I'm sorry."

Jazz held out the papers in her hands as she said, "Sorry doesn't fix this! It will take me forever to reorganize my report!"

Danny, Jack, and Maddie came upstairs and joined them as Jack looked down at Danielle as he angrily said, "Now you're really in trouble missy!"

Danielle looked up at her parents as she said, "I said I was sorry."

Maddie glared at Danielle as she sternly said, "Sorry's not good enough Danielle! You need to treat your home with more respect!"

Danielle became annoyed as she held her hands out as she said, "What are you talking about? I always respect this place!"

Jazz was still angry as she said, "You trashed it with your ghost powers and came into my room and messed up my report!"

Danielle looked back at Jazz as she angrily said, "Not on purpose! And besides it's not that bad! You can fix your report and mom and dad can clean up the living room!"

Maddie had her hands on her hips as she angrily said, "That's not the point Danielle! You need to be more responsible with your powers around the house, like Danny."

Jack had his fists on his sides as he angrily said, "You should be grateful you have a roof over your head Danielle, before we took you in you were on your own on the streets!"

Danielle glanced back and forth between Jazz and their parents as she angrily said, "I was just trying to have a little fun! I can do what I want!"

Maddie angrily pointed at Danielle then pointed at her bedroom door while she said, "Not in here! As long as you live under our roof you'll follow our rules! Straight to your room young lady!"

Danielle glared at them before turning away as she angrily said, "Fine!"

She walked to her room and passed Danny, who watched her with sympathy as he followed her to her bedroom.

She opened the door and stopped when Danny came behind her and said, "Sorry Dani. I know mom, dad, and Jazz can be harsh sometimes, but you really should be more responsible with your powers around the house."

Danielle glanced at Danny over her shoulder before she closed her door, brushing off Danny's words of advice.

Later in the evening, Danielle was sitting on her bed, pouting as she said to herself, "So I made a mess and all, can't they just get over it? 'You need to appreciate your home', it wasn't so bad on the street."

She folded her arms and pouted when she suddenly heard a noise outside and she glanced to the window curiously. Suddenly a wave of red energy passed through the room and hit Danielle; she then stared forward in a trance as her eyes turned red and swirly.

Sometime later, Danny went to Jazz's room and knocked on her door as he said, "Jazz?"

She answered the door and looked at him curiously as he solemnly said, "I think you, mom, and dad were too hard on Danielle earlier. I know she wrecked your report and stuff, but it was an accident. She was just playing around, she didn't mean to ruin anything or hurt anyone."

Jazz showed regret as she said, "Maybe you're right Danny. I'll go talk to her."

Jazz walked to Danielle's bedroom while Danny followed her, she knocked on the door and politely said, "Danielle, it's Jazz. Can I come in?"

There was no response and she looked at Danny, a bit hurt, then she knocked again and said, "Danielle, I know you're mad but I just want to talk."

There was still no response, Jazz looked more hurt, then Danny opened the door and said, "Danielle, come on. She wants to…"

He stopped and his and Jazz's eyes widened as they noticed Danielle's room was empty; they looked around and saw no sign of her anywhere.

Jazz looked worried as she said, "She's gone!"

Danny looked down in thought as he said, "She must've snuck out to go blow off steam."

Jazz was still worried as she stared at the empty room and said, "I don't like this."

Danny looked at Jazz as he confidently said, "I'm sure she's fine Jazz. There's nothing to worry about."

Suddenly his cellphone rang and he answered it, he and Jazz listened as Tucker said, "Danny, it's Tucker! We've got a big problem! The Guys in White just came in and told me that Freakshow escaped from prison!"

Jazz gasped in shock while Danny said, "What?!"

They kept listening as Tucker urgently said, "That ghost girlfriend of his broke him out of prison last night! He's on the loose!"

Danny stared forward with an annoyed expression as he said, "I knew those clowns would lose that freak. Don't worry Tucker, I'll find him!"

He hung up and transformed into his ghost form, floating in the air as his legs transformed into a ghostly tail.

He looked at Jazz as he solemnly said, "I'm going out to find Freakshow, and I'll see if I can find Dani too."

Jazz nodded as she understood, then Danny turned intangible and flew through the wall as he went outside to search. The next morning, Jack and Maddie were sitting at the table with Jazz as they ate breakfast with sad looks. Jazz had already told them about Freakshow's escape and Danielle's disappearance, and that Danny had gone to search for them.

Danny suddenly walked in with a tired expression as he said, "Morning, sorry I'm late for breakfast."

He walked over, sat down, and made himself a bowl of cereal while Jazz asked, "Any luck?"

Danny ate with a tired and disappointed expression as he said, "Nope."

Maddie was worried as she said, "No sign of Danielle?"

Danny did not change his expression as he said, "Sorry, no."

Jack looked a bit serious as he inquired, "Not even that crazy ringmaster guy?"

Danny swallowed some cereal as he said, "Nope. Not a sign of Danielle or Freakshow."

Jazz looked at her parents with a worried expression as she said, "I'm starting to think that Danielle ran away from home."

Maddie was just as worried as she said, "I think you might be right Jazz."

Jack was surprised as he said, "I can't believe she would do something like this."

Danny looked at them as he honestly said, "No offense guys, but you were really hard on her yesterday."

They all showed regret as Maddie let out a sad sigh and said, "You're right Danny. We should've treated her better."

Jazz expressed her sorrow as she said, "And now we've driven her away from her home and family."

Jack stood up with a determined expression as he said, "Well now we're going to bring her back! I say we go out and find Danielle! We'll turn the town upside down if we have to her! We'll find her, tell her we're sorry, and bring her back home where she belongs!"

Maddie and Jazz both stood up with eager smiles as Maddie happily said, "That's the spirit Jack! Mama's coming Danielle!"

She and Jack took off running, then Danny stood up and said, "I'll call Tucker and Sam, ask them to help."

Sometime later, the Fentons spread out all over Amity Park, along with Tucker and Sam who rode on their electric scooters. Jack was driving the Fenton Ghost Assault Vehicle through the streets while Maddie rode in the passenger seat.

Maddie had her mask and goggles on as she spoke over the RV's bullhorn and said, "Danielle! This is your mother speaking! We're sorry for being so hard on you! We want you to come home right now!"

Meanwhile Jazz was driving her car through town as she held her left hand up and shouted, "Danielle! It's me, Jazz! I'm sorry I yelled at you yesterday! Please come home!"

Danny was flying over buildings with a ghostly tail as he cupped his mouth and shouted, "Dani! Dani! Come on Dani! It's time to come home!"

Tucker drove his electric scooter as he looked up and smiled for a moment while he yelled, "Dani! Are you there? It's Tucker! Mayor Foley! If you come back with me I'll throw a big party for you."

There was no sign of her anywhere; Danny, Tucker, Sam, and Jazz were all wearing Fenton Phones to communicate with each other.

Danny spoke into his Fenton Phone as he said, "I hope you guys are having better luck than I am?"

Tucker drove his scooter as he looked around and said, "Sorry dude. I couldn't find Dani if she flew right in front of me."

Jazz kept driving with a worried expression as she said, "I really hope we find Danielle before… I don't even want to think about what could happen to her."

Danny kept flying as he said, "Calm down Jazz. I know you're worried but I'm sure Danielle is okay."

Jazz kept driving, still worried as she said, "I just hope she hasn't gotten into any trouble."

Suddenly they all heard Sam say, "Uh, it might be too late for that."

Danny was surprised as he said, "Sam! You found Danielle?!"

Sam reluctantly replied, "Yeah."

Jazz immediately expressed concern as she said, "Is she okay?"

Sam sounded uneasy as she said, "I'm not sure. You guys better come over here."

They hurried to Sam's location; she was waiting on the sidewalk when Danny floated down and landed next to her. Tucker came on his scooter while Jazz pulled up in her car then got out and hurried over to Sam.

She frantically asked, "Where is she?!"

Sam pointed her left finger out and they all looked at a jewelry store as Tucker said, "A jewelry store?"

They were concerned as Sam said, "I saw her go in there, and she kind of had a creepy look on her face."

Tucker looked at the others as he said, "You don't think…"

Jazz shook her head as she hopefully said, "No! Danielle would never do that!"

Suddenly Danny's ghost sense went off and the Box Ghost came out of the store with boxes of jewelry floating beside him.

He looked at them and held his arms out as he said, "Beware! I, the Box Ghost, have secured these valuables with my cardboard square power!"

Danny looked annoyed as he said, "We don't have time for your boxed up terror."

Danielle suddenly phased out of the store behind the Box Ghost, Jazz smiled as she said, "Danielle! I knew it! She saw the Box Ghost stealing and came to stop him! Way to go Danielle!"

She started running toward Danielle but Danny nervously said, "Jazz wait!"

She did not listen and Danielle swiped her leg through the air and sent out a wave of ecto energy at Jazz, much to her shock. Danny flew in front of Jazz and quickly held his hands out as he formed an ecto-shield in front of her that protected her.

Tucker and Sam gasped in shock while Jazz said, "Danielle what are you doing?!"

Danielle smiled evilly as she floated next to the Box Ghost and said, "Stealing these jewels! Duh!"

Danny dropped his ecto-shield as Jazz said, "What?!"

They all stared at her as she kept smiling evilly, and they noticed that her eyes looked different, they were red instead of green. She kept smiling evilly as she shot ghost rays from her fingers at Tucker and Sam, who ran in fear to avoid being hit.

While they ran Sam looked at Danielle and fearfully asked, "Why are you doing this Dani?"

Danielle kept shooting rays from her fingers with a sadistic smile as she said, "Because it's fun!"

She smiled evilly as she kept shooting ghost rays at Tucker and Sam while they ran toward Danny and Jazz. Danielle put her hands together and fired an ecto ray at them, but Danny quickly formed a dome-shaped force-field over them.

Danielle kept firing the ray while Danny urgently said, "Something's wrong with Danielle!"

Jazz agreed as she watched with a worried expression and said, "Yeah! I know she was mad at us but she'd never do something like this!"

Sam spoke urgently as she said, "She's not her normal self."

Tucker watched and showed a bit of surprise as he thought and said, "Yeah, she's acting really weird, but I'm getting a weird sense of déjà vu."

Danny looked at Danielle suspiciously as he said, "Yeah."

Danielle stopped firing her ray and flew at them while Danny dropped his force-field and flew at her at great speed.

They collided and Danny grabbed her hands and held her in place as he said, "I'm not going to fight you Dani."

Danielle smiled evilly as she said, "Well then, this should be easy."

She kicked him in the stomach and then performed a roundhouse kick to his face and knocked him toward Sam and Tucker.

Jazz ran to Danielle and sincerely begged, "Danielle stop this! We're your family!"

Danielle smiled evilly as she said, "I'm a ghost, I have no family."

Jazz was shocked and heartbroken when Danielle flew at her and punched her, sending her flying toward Danny, Tucker, and Sam.

They sat up and looked at her as she evilly said, "Dani Phantom has a new team now!"

Just then, three more ghosts came out of the jewelry store with stolen items and joined Danielle and the Box Ghost.

The others were shocked as they recognized the ghosts as Sam said, "Klemper?!"

Tucker expressed more shock as he said, "Wulf?!"

Danny stared in shock as he said, "Amorpho!?"

The ghosts stared at Danny and the others as Amorpho chuckled evilly and said, "The gang's all here."

Jazz was baffled as she asked, "What's going on?!"

Suddenly hundreds of small ghost creatures appeared around them and flew away as they circled in a vortex. The vortex vanished and in its place appeared Freakshow and Lydia as her tattoos reattached to her body. Freakshow was wearing the Crown of Wraiths on his head, and the red gem on the front of it was glowing brightly.

Freakshow had a twisted smile as he said, "Quite a dramatic entrance, wouldn't you say?"

The four teens stared at him in shock as they simultaneously exclaimed, "Freakshow!"

Freakshow leered at them all as he said, "Freaky right?"

He laughed maniacally as they all stared at him in terror while Lydia smiled evilly along with Danielle and the other ghosts.

Commercial break

Danny, Jazz, Tucker, and Sam were standing in the middle of the street as they looked at Freakshow and Lydia.

Freakshow smiled evilly as he said, "Well if it isn't the big hero Danny Phantom, aka Danny Fenton, and his little friends. I'm so glad you could all make it to my show. I believe you've met my new troupe."

Danielle and the other ghosts flew to him and gathered around as they stared back at Danny and the others evilly.

Sam stared at them as she urgently said, "Freakshow's controlling Danielle the other ghosts!"

Jazz pointed her finger as she said, "It must be that crown on his head!"

Freakshow smiled evilly as he looked up at the crown and said, "Smart girl. Behold the Crown of Wraiths! Whoever wears it has the power to control all ghosts and command them to his will!"

Danny glared at Freakshow and held his arms out asking, "Then how come I'm not under your control?"

Control Freak smiled evilly at Danny then patted Danielle on the head while he said, "I would much rather destroy you for revenge. And what better way to do it than have your little sidekick do it for me?"

Jazz and Danny both glared daggers as the angrily demanded, "Get away from my sister!"

Jazz looked at Danny, who raised his right finger as he clarified, "My little sister."

Freakshow smiled evilly as he said, "You want her? You can have her!"

Danielle then flew at Danny as fast as she could and punched him and knocked him away as she sent him sliding on his back.

Sam watched in shock as she yelled, "Danny!"

She immediately ran and kneeled down as she helped her boyfriend and they both looked up to see Danielle floating over them.

She smiled evilly as her hands glowed, prompting Danny to hold his hand out and beg, "Danielle don't!"

Danielle's hands stopped glowing green and her eyes widened reluctantly as she hesitated for a moment while looking down at Danny and Sam.

Freakshow watched and became annoyed as he ordered, "Attack minion!"

Danielle shut her eyes and glared down at Danny and Sam as she prepared to attack as Sam held Danny in fear when Jazz came at Danielle from behind and wrapped her arms around her.

Her eyes were shut as she desperately begged, "Danielle stop! Please!"

Danielle struggled for a second before she broke free from Jazz's embrace and yelled, "Get off me!"

She kicked Jazz and knocked her down, then Jazz looked up in fear as Danielle floated over her and prepared to attack. Danny flew at Danielle from behind and rammed her with his shoulder, knocking her away from Jazz and back toward Freakshow and the others. Danielle got back up and Freakshow watched as Jazz got on her feet as she, Tucker, Sam, and Danny all stared at him.

Freakshow looked at the other ghosts as he ordered, "Get them!"

Wulf, Amorpho, Klemper, and the Box Ghost all flew toward the four teens and attacked them as they scattered. Klemper blew some of his cold air and froze Danny in a chunk of ice but his eyes glowed bright green as he shattered the ice.

He threw a ball of ecto energy at Klemper, knocked him down, and said, "Klemper ditch this freak!"

Klemper got up and angrily said, "But he is my friend!"

Danny was surprised at his behavior, then Klemper flew at Danny and tackled him as they both phased through a wall and kept fighting inside a building. Meanwhile, Amorpho flew at Sam and swung his cane at her, but she swiftly dodged it before kicking him in the chest.

She knocked him back but he swung his cane and knocked her down, she looked up and said, "Amorpho, you don't want to do this!"

Being under his control, Amorpho spoke with a sinister tone as he said, "Oh yes I do. I have no face of my own but I fit right into his new group."

She glanced at Freakshow's ghosts and reluctantly said, "You do complete the whole circus theme."

Amorpho laughed evilly as he tried to hit Sam with his cane but she rolled out of the way and got back on her feet. While they continued to fight, Tucker ran in fear as Wulf tried to slash his claws at him, narrowly missing him as he sliced through a streetlight and knocked it down. Wulf slashed his claws at Tucker three more times, missing every time before roaring and howling ferociously while Tucker backed away nervously. Wulf stopped howling and walked toward Tucker as he snarled at him while Tucker backed up against a wall.

Tucker looked at Wulf as he sincerely begged, "Wulf snap out of it! Forigu el gil!"

Wulf glared at him as he tried to smash Tucker with his fists but Tucker avoided them, and Freakshow gloated, "Save your breath children! They all belong to me now!"

Jazz was looking at Freakshow when she turned and saw the Box Ghost floating in front of her as his hands glowed green. Some boxes in a nearby alley glowed and floated in the air as they quickly came beside the Box Ghost.

He threw his arms out and sent the boxes flying at Jazz while he yelled, "Beware!"

Jazz easily dodged the boxes and then jumped at the Box Ghost and kicked him, knocking him flat on his back prompting Freakshow facepalm himself.

He looked at Danielle and pointed at Jazz while he said, "Ghost girl, destroy her!"

Danielle obeyed Freakshow as she flew at Jazz and tried to punch and kick Jazz her times, but Jazz swiftly dodged each attack. Danielle tried to punch Jazz, but Jazz blocked her and grabbed her arm as she threw Danielle over her shoulder. Danielle hit the ground but floated back up as she looked at Jazz stood in a fighting stance as she showed off her martial arts skills.

Danielle smiled evilly as she said, "Nice moves, but I bet you can't do this!"

She put her hands together and fired a ghost ray that knocked Jazz flat on her back; Tucker and Sam cried in shock. They ran to help Jazz as she sat up, then Danny came flying out of the building he and Klemper were fighting in. He was intangible as he came out of the wall screaming, then he turned solid and landed in front the others, Sam quickly went to him to make sure he was alright. Klemper phased out of the wall before turning solid and he and the other ghosts rejoined Freakshow and Lydia as they smiled evilly.

Freakshow smiled evilly and gloated, "You see? These ghosts are my minions, they do my bidding!"

Jazz put her hands on her hips as she glared at Freakshow and said, "I see you still have ghost envy. You're still sending ghosts to do your dirty work instead of fighting your own battles."

Freakshow grinned as he raised a finger and looked at the jewels as he said, "Nice try child, psychology won't work this time. I command ghosts, they obey me, and with them I can take whatever I want."

Tucker smiled mockingly as he pointed his right finger and said, "So you're just using them to steal stuff? Wow you've really stooped low since the last time we saw you."

Freakshow smiled maniacally as he clinched his fists and said, "Oh but this is just the opening act. Soon it will be time for the main event, and I will be Ringmaster of the Human and Ghost Zone!"

Danny glared at Freakshow as he said, "What are you talking about freak?"

Freakshow smiled mockingly as he said, "Now it wouldn't be very dramatic if I just told you, would it?"

Suddenly they all heard Operative O say, "Freakshow, you are under arrest!"

Danny, Jazz, Tucker, and Sam suddenly turned around and saw several white and black cars pull up, then they saw K, O, and a bunch of other GIW agents get out of them.

They all pulled out weapons and aimed them while K yelled, "Fire weapons! Take them all down!"

Danny, Tucker, Sam, and Jazz all gasped in fear as they glanced back at Freakshow with the ghosts, then they hurried toward the Guys in White to stop them.

Jazz shoved K's weapon and pointed it up as she yelled, "No!"

Danny quickly created a large green wall of ecto energy that blocked the blue blasts of energy fired by the other GIW agents.

Freakshow smiled evilly as he said, "Thank you all for coming. You've been a wonderful audience."

He laughed evilly as all the ghosts grabbed him, turned intangible, and flew away as they phased through a wall and escaped. Once they were gone the GIW stopped firing their weapons and Danny dropped his wall of ecto energy and landed on the ground.

O and K walked up to the teens as O seriously said, "You kids have really done it this time! Interfering with GIW ghost hunting business? A serious charge."

Jazz looked at them as she solemnly said, "Danielle is a Fenton! She's on our side!"

Danny glared at O and K as he said, "And most of those other ghosts aren't real threats."

O ignored them as he seriously said, "Those ghosts are aiding a wanted fugitive."

Sam spoke sincerely and said, "Not willingly. Freakshow's controlling them with that crown on his head."

The Guys in White didn't care as K clinched his fist and said, "It doesn't matter. Freakshow is a dangerous criminal. Any ghost or human aiding him will be dealt with very severely."

Danny and Jazz both looked very nervous as they worried about Danielle, suddenly they heard a horn honk and turned their heads. The Fenton RV came at ramming speed as it rammed two of the GIW's cars from behind, totaling them as they were forced aside before the RV stopped.

Jack and Maddie exited the RV with weapons as Maddie said, "You stay away from our children!"

K and O were both vexed as they turned to Danny, who confidently said, "We'll stop Freakshow and then you guys can take him back to prison, but no one is hurting Danielle!"

He, Jazz, Tucker, and Sam got inside the RV, Tucker looked at the cars and said, "Hope they're insured."

Later at Fenton Works, everyone was watching a news report showing Danielle and the other ghosts stealing goods for Freakshow.

Maddie held her head as she said, "This is terrible! Our little girl is under the control of that psycho!"

Jazz was very worried as she said, "We have to save her!"

Jack looked at her and yelled, "You bet we will! Nobody uses Jack Fenton's kid as a human windup toy!"

Danny looked at them and urgently said, "We have to find Freakshow and take that crown from him."

Jazz looked at Danny, very worried as she said, "And we have to do it fast! Who knows what the Guys in White will do to Danielle if they catch her?!"

Sam was nervous as she said, "Yeah, and I have a bad feeling Freakshow's up to something way worse."

Meanwhile, Freakshow was hiding with all the ghosts in a creepy circus tent as he looked at all the stolen items they brought him.

He smiled evilly as he looked at the ghosts then stared into space while he said, "Well done my minions. Now that we've collected the entry fee, it's time to start the show. Spirits of Amity Park, come to me!"

Suddenly three more ghosts appeared before him, the first was Johnny 13's bad luck shadow as he appeared out of the ground. Next appeared Nocturn in a bright white light, and then a cloud of green smoke appeared and it became Desiree.

The shadow growled while Nocturn looked at Freakshow and said, "Master, we are here to serve you."

Desiree smiled at Freakshow as she said, "Yes. Your wish is my command."

Freakshow evilly rubbed his hands together and said, "Good, because I have plenty of wishes for you."

Back at Fenton Works, Jazz and Maddie were pacing the living room floor with worried expressions while everyone else watched them.

Sam was concerned as she calmly said, "Jazz, Mrs. Fenton, please calm down."

They both looked at Sam as Jazz frantically said, "How can we calm down?! Danielle is in trouble!"

Maddie agreed as she frantically said, "Jazz is right Sam! We need to find Freakshow now!"

They all looked at the TV as a live news report showed Tiffany Snow saying, "This just in, Amity Park is in the mist of some fiendish circus themed ghost terror. We now go live to Lance Thunder in the field."

The TV showed Lance Thunder in front of a giant circus tent and monstrous carnival rides as he said, "Tiffany, a strange mysterious circus tent has appeared in Amity Park and many ghosts are now terrorizing the city, including our young hero Dani Phantom. People are being imprisoned on evil living carnival rides while others are being taken into the tent, leaving this reporter confused and frightened."

Suddenly Wulf came at Lance as he fearfully begged, "Not the hair! Not the hair!"

The screen showed static and Danny smiled at the others as he half-jokingly said, "I thought we were going to have to search the whole town but this is much more convenient."

Sam spoke urgently as she said, "It's not funny Danny! Freakshow's getting more ghosts under his control! We've got to stop him!"

Danny agreed as he said, "You're right Sam! We have to stop Freakshow and get that crown!"

They all turned as they heard Jazz say, "I'm going too!"

She came out of the basement with her eyes narrowed in a serious expression and she had a bunch of ghost hunting weapons on her. She wore a silver sash that had a bazooka hanging on her back and several small bombs on the front. She also wore a silver belt around her waist that had three smaller weapons on it, including Maddie's bo, the Jack-o-Nine Tails, and the green lipstick blaster.

Everyone was impressed as Jazz stared forward, dead serious as she said, "Danielle needs us and I'm going to help her and blast any ghost that tries to stop me!"

Jack was overcome with joy as he shed a tear and said, "I couldn't be prouder."

Danny narrowed his eyes as he turned to Tucker and Sam saying, "Okay! Tucker, Sam, gear up! Let's go!"

Shortly after, all the kids went out the front door and Maddie yelled, "Bring her home!"

Meanwhile at the GIW's headquarters, K and O saw the report as K said, "Activate the White Knights."

Later, Danny and the others arrived at the giant circus tent as they watched people scream in terror as they were trapped on the evil carnival rides. They also saw various other familiar ghosts flying around, roaring and screeching as they terrorized people.

Danny looked at the others as he said, "If we get the crown and break his control all these ghosts will go back into the Ghost Zone."

The others nodded as they stared at the tent as Jazz softly said, "Hold on Danielle. We're coming."

The four of them cautiously walked into the tent and looked around; it was so dark that they couldn't see anything.

Sam felt uneasy as she said, "Guys, something's not right."

Suddenly a light shined over them and they found themselves standing in the center ring of the tent. They saw hundreds of people in seats around them, looking scared as they were restrained in their seats.

Freakshow was standing in a booth at the top as he took a microphone, held his hand out, and evilly said, "Ladies and gentlemen, our stars have just arrived. Please turn your attention to the center ring. Amity Park's very own Danny Phantom has arrived with his friend and sister in a desperate attempt to stop me, the Ringmaster of Ghosts!"

Danny glared up at Freakshow as he impatiently said, "What are you doing Freakshow?"

Freakshow showed a twisted smile as he said, "What? It wouldn't be drama if I didn't have a captive audience to watch you try and fail to thwart me."

Jazz glared at Freakshow as she demanded, "Where is Danielle?!"

Freakshow smiled mockingly as he said, "Oh you poor child. She ran away and joined a circus!"

Danielle then phased up through the floor next to him and smiled evilly as she looked down at the others.

Freakshow smiled evilly as he held Danielle's shoulder and said, "Don't worry though. I'll take good care of her, unlike you. But first, I would like you to meet the newest members of my traveling circus."

He laughed evilly as Desiree, Nocturn, and the bad luck shadow appeared and surrounded Danny, Tucker, Sam, and Jazz.

Danny was shocked as he looked them and said, "Nocturn, Desiree, and Johnny 13's bad luck shadow?!"

Freakshow smiled maniacally and said, "Yes, now I'm ringmaster of the greatest on Earth! Attack!"

Nocturn swiped his hand through the air and sent a blue wave of ecto energy at them, and the four of them scattered to avoid it. Desiree smiled evilly as she turned her left hand into a mallet and hit Danny in the face with it and sent him flying. The shadow roared as it flew at Tucker and Sam and tried to slash his claws at them but they jumped out of the way and split up. Jazz glared daggers as she took her bazooka and blasted the shadow, sending him crashing into a wall. Suddenly Nocturn held out his left hand and it glowed blue as he used telekinesis to lift the bazooka out of her hands, but Jazz shot him with the lipstick blaster and knocked him down. She turned to Desiree, floating in front of her as she sprouted four extra arms, but Jazz pulled the bombs off her sash and threw them at her, blasting her away as they exploded.

Freakshow watched this and looked aggravated as he yelled, "Destroy her!"

Lydia came and her tattoos came off her and flew at Jazz, but she put the lipstick away and pulled out the bo staff as she activated it. She swung the staff at every ghost tattoo that came at her and knocked them away before running at Lydia herself and hitting her in the face with it.

Danny, Sam, and Tucker watched with impressed expressions as Tucker said, "Wow! She's tough."

Danny agreed and looked a bit intimidated as he said, "I know. That's why I try not to make her mad."

Suddenly Desiree, Nocturn, and the shadow returned and they were joined by Wulf, Amorpho, Klemper, and the Box Ghost.

Jazz looked at Danny, Tucker, and Sam as she fiercely exclaimed, "Don't just stand there! FIGHT!"

They immediately complied as Danny's legs turned into a ghostly tail when he took flight and Tucker and Sam held up their weapons. Tucker fired a large blaster rifle at the Box Ghost before firing at Nocturn, blowing a hole in his body before it healed. Sam fired a large handheld blaster at Klemper, then the bad luck shadow flew at her and tried to hit her, but she dodged it and blasted it away. Danny floated in front of Desiree and made two duplicates of himself as the three of them blasted her with ghost rays and knocked her down. Amorpho floated in front of Jazz and turned into a bear as he roared at her, but she lashed the Jack-o-Nine Tails at him and whipped him, sending him crashing through a wall. Freakshow kept watching with an angry expression but then everyone stopped when they heard a noise and turned their heads.

O and K tore through the tent as they flew with jetpacks as K yelled, "Freaks and ghosts, you're toast!"

A bunch of White Knights flew in and fired weapons; Freakshow angrily yelled, "Destroy those tinmen!"

Nocturn looked at all of them as he yelled, "Sleepwalkers, form!"

A bunch of Sleepwalkers formed and moaned as they flew at the White Knights and started fighting them, then the other ghosts joined them.

Jazz looked at everyone as she seriously said, "Quick, while they're distracted, let's get Freakshow!"

They all ran up the stairs of the bleachers and headed for Freakshow's booth when they saw Danielle flying toward them.

Danny was flying as he said, "I'll keep her busy, you guys handle Freakshow! Get the crown!"

Danielle tackled Danny and the two halfas started fighting while Jazz, Tucker, and Sam quickly ran to Freakshow's booth and cornered him.

They aimed weapons at him as Sam said, "It's over Freakshow!"

Jazz glared daggers as she yelled, "Give us the crown!"

Freakshow looked at them with a devious smile before turning to Desiree as he said, "I don't think so children. It's time for the grand finale. Genie! I wish to be the most powerful ghost ever!"

They gasped in fear as Desiree held her hand out and said, "Your heart's desire is my command!"

She hit him with some pink energy and everyone watched in fear as Freakshow became a monstrous four-armed ghost (like in "Reality Trip").

Freakshow smiled evilly down at all the people and looked at the ghosts while he evilly said, "I am now Ringmaster of both worlds! Minions, come with me! It's time to take this circus on parade!"

His hands glowed red as he made a train appear and fly through the air, he rode on the front as Danielle and the other ghosts got on the cars. The train sounded its whistle as Freakshow laughed maniacally while the train started flying out of the tent.

Jazz looked at Danny, Tucker, and Sam and yelled, "Guys come on! We have to stop them!"

She started running as she jumped and grabbed the last train car while Danny followed and Tucker and Sam ran and grabbed the railing of the last car. The train completely flew out of the tent as Freakshow drove it and Jazz climbed onto the roof of the caboose. Jazz stood up and stared forward fearlessly as she started running across the train cars while Danny flew next to her. They were flying over the city as Freakshow laughed maniacally until he was blasted from behind, and he turned around to see Jazz holding her bazooka and Danny with his hands glowing green.

Freakshow angrily pointed his two left hands at them as he yelled, "Get rid of them!"

The ghosts all turned to them and flew at them to fight; Jazz fired her bazooka at the box ghost, the shadow, and Wulf. Danny grabbed Nocturne and threw him away, then froze Klemper with ice rays from his eyes, then blasted Desiree with a ghost ray.

Suddenly Danny heard Sam yell, "Danny! Help!"

He turned to see her hanging onto the edge of a train car and he yelled, "Sam!"

He flew to save her as he pulled her up and held her close and said, "It's okay Sam. I've got you."

Suddenly he heard Sam's voice say, "Danny, I'm over here."

He turned and saw Sam and Tucker climb onto the roof of the caboose and he looked back at the Sam he just saved and noticed her eyes were red and she had a creepy smile.

It was really Amorpho, who reverted to his ghost form and pinned him down with his cane saying, "It's called acting ghost boy."

Seeing Danny in trouble, Jazz yelled, "Danny!"

Before she could do anything else, Danielle flew and kicked her from behind, knocking her down as she fell off the train car. She held onto the edge of the roof for dear life as looked up in terror to see Danielle staring down at her with her red eyes.

Freakshow watched everything as he smiled evilly and said, "Excellent work minion. Now finish her!"

Danny, still pinned down by Amorpho, looked and desperately yelled, "No Dani! Don't do it!"

Jazz looked up at Danielle as she sincerely pleaded, "Danielle please! This isn't you! I know you! I'm sorry for yelling at you! You're my sister and I love you!"

Danielle kept looking down at her as Freakshow grew impatient and said, "Get rid of her!"

He watched from behind as she shot a ghost ray down and Jazz screamed as Danny yelled, "NO!"

Freakshow smiled evilly as he said, "Well done minion."

Danielle quickly turned around and swiped her leg through the air as she sent a wave of ecto-energy at Freakshow.

She hit him and he cried in pain as he yelled, "What are you doing?!"

Danielle's eyes were their normal green color as she defiantly said, "You're not the boss of me anymore!"

Jazz climbed onto the roof of the train car with a smile as she happily said, "Gotcha!"

Danielle then flew at Freakshow and he angrily fired four red ecto-rays from all of his hands, but Danielle avoided all of them. She flew at him, punched and kicked him in the face several times, causing the flying train to come crashing down in the streets of Amity Park. Freakshow got up and prepared to fight when Danielle flew at him and took the crown off his head and destroyed it.

Freakshow watched in fear as he yelled, "NOOOOO!"

Suddenly all the ghosts were freed from Freakshow's control as they stopped what they were doing and their eyes changed to their normal colors.

Wulf smiled happily as he said, "Libera!"

Amorpho took his cane of Danny as he happily said, "Yes! We are free!"

Everyone glared at Freakshow, who grew to an enormous size as he flew and said, "No matter! I'm powerful enough to rule over all of you!"

Jazz smiled deviously as she looked at Desiree and said, "I don't think so. Desiree, I wish Freakshow was human again and everything was back to normal."

Desiree waved her hand as she smiled and said, "So you have wished it, so it shall be."

Freakshow was turned human again as he screamed in fear and fell to the ground, his train vanished and so did his tent and carnival rides. Lydia flew next to Freakshow and prepared to help him, but Danny quickly helped up a Fenton Thermos and sucked her into it. The kids regrouped and Danielle happily hugged Jazz and Danny with a tender smile on her face.

She pulled away and apologized, "Sorry I tried to kill you guys."

They both had forgiving smiles as Danny said, "It wasn't your fault."

He turned to the other ghosts, who looked nervous, but Danny smiled and said, "Get out of here."

The ghosts left, then the O and K came, so Danny shoved Freakshow at them and said, "He's all yours."

K handcuffed Freakshow and looked at Danielle as he said, "Good, now hand over the other Phantom."

Danielle floated, scared, but Jazz stood in front of her and fiercely said, "No one is taking her anywhere!"

O glared at her and said, "She helped a fugitive wreak havoc on Amity Park. We're taking her in."

Danielle held Jazz's shoulders in fear, then Tucker stepped in front of them as he smiled proudly and said, "I don't think so. As mayor I hereby pardon Danielle and clear her of all charges."

K and O were both vexed when Danny grabbed Tucker and Sam while Danielle grabbed Jazz and they flew away. Later at Danny's house, Jack and Maddie were watching a news report about how Danny and the others had defeated Freakshow.

Then, Danny and the others walked in as he happily said, "Mom, dad, we're back. All of us."

Danielle walked in as a human as she smiled, Jack and Maddie both happily exclaimed, "Danielle!"

They both happily hugged her then stopped and Jack said, "It's good to have you back home sweetie."

Danielle smiled happily as she said, "It's good to be home."

Maddie smiled happily as she solemnly said, "We're sorry we were so hard on you yesterday Danielle. We love you and we're happy to have you a part of our family."

She smiled and sincerely said, "Thanks mom. I'm sorry too. I am grateful for living here with all of you."

Jazz came behind her, placed her hands on Danielle's shoulders, and lovingly said, "It's okay Danielle. Nobody's perfect. We all make mistakes, but we're still family and we love each other no matter what."

Danielle smiled happily as she looked up at Jazz, then at Danny and her parents while Tucker and Sam had warm smiles.

Author's note: This was a nice nod to "Control Freaks" and 'Reality Trip". I thought it would be nice to have Freakshow return again, and it also shows how much they all love Danielle. I chose the ghosts Freakshow controlled to try and fit in with his crazy circus theme. Please review.
