Illogical Revaluations

The group arrived back in Castle Oblvion and looked around as they walked but stop as soon as a Corridor of Darkness appeared and there was Shockwave.

"Who are you?!" Emerl asked glaring at him

"I'm surprised J didn't tell you about me, I did work on her after her master brought her too me." Shockwave said giving a smirking look "I am Shockwave or you can call me Psycho Con. I have come to collect your debt, Emerl."

"Ugh, I remember him, he's a scientist but gives me the creeps" J said shuddering.

"Wait did he say a debt?" Hiro asked confused "Emerl, do you owe this guy something?"

"Come on, of course I don't" Emerl reassured him.

"Oh, but you do." Shockwave told him. "You owe me for reuniting you with your former friend."

Emerl thinks then his optics widen "You don't mean…"

"Indeed I do. You see it was my genius intellect that brought Metal Sonic to you." Shockwave explained

"Then…you're the one…." Emerl said and then glares "You're the one who's been controlling him! What have you done with him?"

"I see no logical need to give you the information about where Metal is. After all…." Shockwave said and his arm cannon powers up shinning blue and an icy mist emitting from it. "Why trouble you in your final hour?" His Psycho mask forms around his eye.

"Looks like he's looking for a fight," Emerl said readying his kevblade.

"Surprising, he usually doesn't actively fight himself, usually has some insane science experiment do it for him from what I heard" J said.

"What can I say, you picked my interest enough" Shockwave said as he sets up the arena.

-Arena Authorization: Pyscho Con, Number IV-

The battle begins and Emerl charges in. Shockwave aims his arm cannon and fires an ice shot which hits the floor freezing it. Emerl slips and is knocked back by the Cybertronian.

"You're outmatched Gizoid" Shockwave said.

"No he's not" J said slashing at him and Shockwave annoyed open fires

However J was merely doing a distraction as Emerl recovers and does a Sonic Blade hitting Shockwave with a number of them.

"Grrr…I won't let you win!" Shockwave said recovering only to be hit by a Fire Raid from J on his cannon.

"We'll see" J said smiling.

"You would so easily betray one of your masters comrades?" Shockwave said recovering and open fire.

"You're the one attacking her" Emerl said making another Sonic Blade.

"I've had enough!" Shockwave said and he chages his cannon to Freeze. But J swoops in with Sonic Claws, her own variant of Sonic Blade and cancels it

Emerl attacks again but gets hit himself as Shockwave knocks him away. Shockwave then does Freez again and fires but J helps Emerl avoid the attack.

"You're pushing my patience!" Shockwave said as he prepares Icy Needles and fires his cannon into the ground shooting out ice spikes that hit J knocking her down.

"J!" Emerl said shocked.

"As expected from an inferior machine." Shockwave chuckles.

"Take that back!" J said glaring as he growls and gets up and does Sonic Claw on him going wild on him and knocks him into a wall.

Shockwave sees J moving to attack and smirks and aims his cannon "You are truly…foolish" He fires a Freeze

"Look out!" Emerl said pushing J out the way and it hit.

"Not the target I want but it'll do" Shockwave said running in to attack.

"Oh no you don't!" J said and flies in and does another Sonic Claws knocking him away.

"You will not win" Shockwave said aiming his cannon and fires.

J seemed to be it but she flies up and aims her cannon EMP cannon "I beg to differ" She fies and knocks Shockwave back just in time for Emerl to get unfrozen and deliver one last Sonic Blade

"Impossible…" Shockwave said in shock.

-End of Battle-

Shockwave is not back a bit surprised at how strong the two were together but didn't seem concerned as he stands up stands up.

"As to be expected." Shockwave said as his facemask retracts "It would have been illogical to assume you both would die easily." He powers down his cannon.

"As if we'd ever lose to you!" Emerl said angrily.

"Yeah besides my master may have sent you to fight but I prove he can rely on me!" J said as well.

"I wouldn't be so sure on either of those statements" Shockwave said "Did either of you even notice I was delving into both of your memories as we fought? And here….Look what I found you both have in common." He holds up a world card that had a town in it with a large clock tower.

"W-What is that?" J asked concerned

"A card crafted from all the memories that are locked in the other side of your heart. Newly seen in Emerl but for you J…I have seen those memories before." Shockwave chuckles

"What do you mean?" J asked confused.

"Did it ever occur to you J, you remember nothing from before being activated here?" Shockwave asked her "Seems weird."

"Are you saying Marr is lying to her on who she serves?" Emerl asked.

"Why not find out yourselves?" Shockwave said and tosses the card to them before leaving in a corridor of darkness

Emelr catches the card and runs to it "Wait!" But it was too late he was gone. Emerl looks at the card "Memories, in the other side?"

"You okay J?" Lilac asked J who was holding her head in shock and confusion.

"I…I need a minute….I don't know what to think" J said confused.

"It's okay, let's rest up, sounds like what's next will be rough." Togami said and the rest agreed.

During the fight J was able to download Shockwave's Freeze slight for them to use all it required was two Blizzard spell cards and a Stop spell card. But they also now had the world card for a place called Twilight Town.

Meanwhile back on the higher floors Marr, Emerald and Brutaka had been watching the events unfold veers J's connection. They saw he was really trying to kill both of them in that fight.

"I know you don't really care what happens to the drone, I think Marr, but if Emerl disappears, that would mess up the Psycho Orginizations plans" Brutaka points out.

"Then I trust you know what you need to do." Marr said to him.

"Haven't the foggiest idea really." Brutaka said turning away "How about you spell it out to me?"

"Shockwave aka Psycho Con has clearly committed a treasonous act against the Psycho Organization." Marr explained "As the Order's Assassin, you must eliminate the traitor."

"Okay but there is no taking that back later." Brutaka told him and disappears into a Corridor of Darkness to carry out the order.

Shockwave has laid the seeds, Emerl and J and curious on there hidden memories, but Brutaka is on the hunt to eliminate him, what will happen next
