After Ichigo's camping trip with his class went badly for him, he soon discovered his body switching power was exchanged for a charm power. Thinking Nel has something to do with it, he went to go confront her about. However, Orihime got in the way and Ichigo is a little nervous about this.
"Something wrong, Ichigo?" Orihime asked.
"No. Nothing is wrong." Ichigo said as he was acting like nothing happened since Orihime doesn't know the truth yet.
"In that case, is it okay that we switch bodies?" Orihime said as she reached to do that, but Ichigo was afraid what might happen.
"Sorry! Can't!" Ichigo said as he moved around her. "I got something I need to do!" He said and took off with all of them thinking he didn't handle that well. 'I can't tell Orihime the truth.' He thought as he stormed through the halls. 'She said she enjoys body switching the most when it's with me. If we're not able to do that anymore, it will upset her. Orihime's been a lot happier lately, and I can't take that from her. I've got to find Nel and figure out what is going on while also figure out what to do about Grimmjow.'

Nel
"Seriously?! You placed Ichigo Kurosaki under your power?!" Grimmjow said as he and Nel were doing some talking. "That means you let that moron kiss you?! I'll kill him!"
"Don't get upset with me." Nel said. "He was the one who wanted to kiss me. I didn't even get the chance to warn him. He said he needed to do it because of you, but he wasn't clear on the details. It can't be helped now."
"Sure it can! Just turn him back to normal!" Gimmjow said.
"Maybe it's a good thing he'll be under my power." Nel said. "It might help you two to learn to get along and to quit fighting all the time."
"I highly doubt that." Grimmjow said with annoyance.
"Still, there's one thing I don't understand." Nel said. "Why hasn't he found me yet? The moment he was placed under the charm power, I should be all he thinks about. He should have shown up by now, but I haven't really seen him all day."
"He's an idiot. Maybe he hasn't realized his feelings for you yet." Grimmjow said. "Besides, you don't need him when you got me. You should just forget about him. The next time you see him, you should just remove the power on him."
"You almost sound jealous." Nel teased. "Still he should be looking for me. I guess since we don't know each other that well, he just doesn't know where to find me." She thought that was the case and that's why she decided to fix that as the two of them went to a public place. "Come on! I'm standing out in the open in broad daylight and he's still not here?!"
"We're out in the open and he still hasn't shown." Grimmjow complained.
"Hold on. Do you think it's possible that the charm power didn't work on him?" Nel figured.
"Why wouldn't it? It worked on others you've tried before." Grimmjow said.
"That's true, but it's still frustrating waiting for him to show like this." Nel said.
"Why do you care? I told you to forget about him." Grimmjow said.
"I know that, but I can't! I just need to see him!" Nel said as she actually sounded frustrated with Grimmjow surprised and confused. "Also, I can't stop thinking about him! I don't know what it is, but I just need to find him!" Nel was acting rather unusual and just hurried off with this strong desire to see Ichigo.
'What the hell? She wants to see Ichigo badly? What has gotten into her?' Grimmjow wondered as this made no sense to him.

Ichigo
"Damn! Where is she?!" Ichigo said as he actually was looking for Nel. Just not for the reason she thinks. "She has to be here somewhere. She looks like a grown woman, but is actually a student. You think someone like that would be easy to spot."
"Who are you looking for?" Ichigo got a little spooked and saw that Orihime came after him.
"Uh... No one..." Ichigo said.
"Well, can we switch bodies now?" Orihime asked.
"Sorry. I still can't." Ichigo said as he tried to hurry out of there.
"Wait!" Orihime called and stopped him. "Ichigo, something is going on. If you're sick of switching with me, please just tell me. Is it... Is it because I've been so selfish with our body switching?" She said as she started to feel guilty, and that made Ichigo feel guilty when it wasn't her fault at all.
"Come on. Let's talk somewhere a little more private." Ichigo said as he didn't want Orihime thinking that. The two of them went back to the school and he explained to her everything from failing to switch with Nel to get Grimmjow's photo to now.
"That's it? Your power is different?" Orihime said.
"Yeah. Instead of switching bodies, I can now charm people." Ichigo said. "It worked on Uryu and Rukia until I kissed them again and turned them back to normal. I was looking for Nel to try and figure out what was going on. Sorry if I made you feel like the whole thing is your fault, but I didn't want to take the chance of what might happen." It was a relief to Orihime knowing it wasn't her fault, but she still wanted to know.
"Ichigo..." Orihime said and got him to look at her. "Give me a kiss."
"What?! Didn't you hear what I said?!" Ichigo said with him blushing. "We don't know what could happen! You might fall under the charm power yourself!"
"Yeah, but you can just kiss me again to return me to normal. The only way we'll know is if we try." Orihime said and she did make sense with that. Ichigo went for it as the two of them actually kissed, but it went differently than Ichigo expected.
"Whoa! It worked this time! We switched!" Ichigo said as he was in Orihime's body once again. "I don't get it! Why did we switch?!"
"Maybe we should get the others." Orihime said and that sounded good to Ichigo. They needed to figure this out. What neither of them knew was that Grimmjow and Nel saw what was going on. They couldn't quite hear what they were saying, but they saw enough.
"That's a surprise. I didn't know they were dating." Grimmjow said. "Why would a hottie like Inoue be interested in him?" Just then, he saw Nel leaving. "Nel? Hold up for a minute. Where are you going when you were looking for him?" He said as he went after her. "Hey!" He said as he got her to turn around, but what he saw surprised him. She was actually crying. "What?! Why are you crying?!"
"I... I don't know. All I do know is that my heart feels broken." Nel said as it was hard for her to stand it.
'What the hell? Is she actually in love with him?' Grimmjow thought as he took Nel in his arms. 'How can that be? It's like she's under her own power. What the hell is going on?'

Later
Ichigo and Orihime switched back to their regular bodies. Once they did, they got the others to come out and told them what happened. They even tested it again and it was true. Ichigo can switch bodies again.
"So, Ichigo can switch bodies again by kissing Orihime?" Rukia questioned.
"How can that be? Didn't Ichigo's power exchange for that charm power?" Chad said. "How did it change back?"
"I'm not sure. This makes no sense to me either." Ichigo said. None of them understood it, but Uryu thought it over and he might have something.
"I think I might know what's going on." Uryu said as all eyes were on him. "It be mroe precise to say that Ichigo's powers were "altered" rather than "change"." That's what he said, but none of them understood. "I'll try my best to simply explain. I think maybe Nel has powers just like Orihime and Ichigo here. When Ichigo attempted to switch bodies with Nel, it ended up failing. That's also when this situation started. I think it's because Nel originally had the charm power. Whoever Nel kisses falls in love with her. Just like how Orihime is capable of switching bodies with whoever she kisses."
"So, both Nel and Orihime have powers." Chad said.
"But what about Ichigo? How is he capable of doing both?" Uryu said.
"I believe Ichigo's real power is copy." Uryu said. "The power to charm people originally belonged to Nel while the power of body switching belongs to Orihime. We didn't notice before because Orihime was the first person Ichigo kissed, so we assumed they both had the same ability. In reality, Ichigo just copied Orihime's power. When he kissed Nel, he ended up gaining her power."
"I think I get it now. Ichigo was just copying those two powers the whole time." Rukia said. "So, when he kissed Orihime after gaining the charm power, he ended up getting the body switching power again."
"And if Ichigo wants the charm power again, he will have to kiss Nel again." Orihime said.
"It's starting to make sense, but how did we gain these powers in the first place?" Ichigo said as that was one piece of the puzzle they haven't figured out yet. However, they ran out of time to figure that out. They heard someone running towards them and it ended up being Grimmjow as he jumped up and kicked Ichigo right in the head and knocked him against a wall.
"What the hell, Kurosaki?! What did you do to Nel?!" Grimmjow shouted.
"What?!" Ichigo said as he was mad. "I thought you promised Nel you weren't going to fight anymore!"
"Forget that promise! Nel's crying and is upset because of you! We saw you kiss Orihime and it broke her heart!" Grimmjow said. "What exactly did you do to her?!" When he said that, given what they all know, Ichigo's friends understood what he was going on, but Ichigo was too mad at Grimmjow to listen.
"I don't know what you're talking about, but I'll give you a fight!" Ichigo shouted as he went at him and smashed his fist right against Grimmjow's face. It looks like this has been coming for a long time.
"Grimmjow, wait!" Orihime said as she got between the two of them and stopped this from escalating. "Let us explain!" She got him to listen and they soon explained what was really going on. Given what they just learned, everything makes sense and they had to tell Grimmjow the truth.
"So that's what happened... Nel's just under her own power." Grimmjow said. "Who would have thought you losers have powers like she does."
"Yes. It seems when Ichigo kissed Nel, not only did he copy her ability, it ended up being used against her." Uryu said.
"If that's the case, it's simple to fix. You just need to kiss her again and she'll return to normal." Grimmjow said.
"Oh? Should I?" Ichigo said as he was acting like he doesn't want to.
"Ichigo, what are you saying?" Rukia said. "If you don't, Nel will not be able to love anyone but you. That's not really fair to her." That's what she said, but it looks like Ichigo is unwavering about this like he doesn't care.
"Are you seriously saying you won't do it?" Grimmjow said with annoyance.
"Ichigo, you can't do that." Orihime said.
"I'm not saying I won't." Ichigo said. "Nel seems nice. My problem isn't with her, it's with Grimmjow here. I'll do it, but I want Grimmjow to delete those photos he has of me."
"That's it? Fine. Now that I know it's Orihime, it's not as much fun now." Grimmjow said as he took out his phone and showed he deleted the photos. "There. Happy? I'll go get Nel." He said as he walked right past them, but Ichigo realized something else.
"Hold on a second, Grimmjow." Ichigo said. "I thought how you were acting lately seemed rather strange, but now I think I know why you seem so...tamed. Nel kissed you, didn't she? You're under her power."
"Yeah, I am." Grimmjow admitted.
"You know that and you're okay with it?" Ichigo said.
"I probably normally would be upset with it, but I'm actually happy." Grimmjow said. "It's because of Nel I feel good about myself. I'm fine with how things are." He said and just kept walking, but Ichigo wondered if that was really the case. This charm power seems tricky.

Later
School was ending and the sun was going down. With the place cleared, Ichigo and his friends just had to wait for Nel to be available to turn her back. Still, Ichigo kept thinking about was going on with Grimmjow.
"What's wrong now? You're not having second thoughts, are you?" Rukia questioned.
"It's not that." Ichigo said. "I'm just trying to understand. With this power, why would Nel do what she's doing with Grimmjow? Why is she keeping him under her little spell?"
"That is rather puzzling." Uryu said. "I checked Nel's records before and she seems like the opposite of Grimmjow. It's sort like...Orihime and Ichigo. Makes no sense for someone like her to be around someone like him."
"Hey!" Ichigo called as he felt offended.
"Up here!" Grimmjow said from the top of the stairs. "Nel's ready. She's in the next classroom, but she wants to talk to Ichigo in private."
"In private? Weird, but okay." Ichigo said as he went on up alone.
"Don't try anything funny." Grimmjow said.
"Don't talk like you care when you're just under her power." Ichigo said as he walked right past him and went to where Nel was up in the classroom. He went inside and spotted that it was just the two of them now.
"Thanks for coming, Ichigo. Grimmjow told me everything." Nel said.
"Yeah, so I just need to turn you back. At least now you see why I tried to kiss you before. I wasn't aware of your powers." Ichigo said.
"Well, I certainly didn't expect it." Nel said. "It's like I have tunnel vision towards you. You were all that I think about, it was agonizing to wait for you to show, I went looking for you, and I find you to see you and Orihime were kissing."
"I get it. You had bad day because of this, so let's get it over with." Ichigo said as he moved closer to her to actually kiss her and get it done. However, she stopped him for some reason.
"Actually, I want to stay like this." Nel said with her blushing and smiling, but Ichigo didn't understand. "It's just... I feel happy. I originally was glad to get these powers because I thought it meant I might be able to get people to be nicer to each other, say like you and Grimmjow. The truth is that I never really liked seeing people fight with each other." Nicer to each other? Was that why she used her power on Grimmjow. "This feeling feels great and I want to hold on to it. Would it really be so bad?" When she asked that, it made him see Grimmjow is gong through what she is now, but she let him stay like that. Ichigo knew he couldn't allow it and that's why he kissed her and undid the spell over her.
"Sorry, but I can't do that." Ichigo said as he walked out of there. "I'm not going to do to you what you're doing to Grimmjow. It isn't real, and I can't return those feelings. What you felt wasn't real." He said and left with Nel being restored to normal, but hopefully it will have her think about a couple things.
...
Outside
Once it was done, Ichigo got his friends and they all were on their way out.
"Hey! Hold on!" Grimmjow called as he went after them and had something for them. "Nel thought you guys should have this." He said as he handed them a book.
"The Seven Witches of Karakura?" Ichigo read.
"Wow! It was written by the Supernatural Club! That had to have been years ago!" Rukia said.
"Weird, huh? It looks like our school actually has witches." Grimmjow said.
"Look at this." Chad said as he opened up the notebook and saw that there was a lot of information about these so-called witches. "The seven witch powers... One is body switching and the other is charm. It's the same as Orihime's and Nel's"
"That's right." Nel said as she came out and joined them. "Grimmjow and I found that book and that's how we learned about my powers."
"So, Orihime and Nel would be witches, and it sounds like there are seven of them in total." Uryu claimed. "Which means that there are five more of them at our very school."
"Others with powers like us..." Orihime said as she was interested in this.
"So what? Sounds like it's going to be a headache and dumb." Ichigo said as he doesn't sound interested in this and just tried to leave things at that.
"It's not dumb." Orihime said. "I think we should try to find the other five. It could be fun, and we could learn a lot. This might give us clues about these powers and where they came from." She claimed, but Ichigo still wasn't convinced. "Ichigo, when I learned about my powers and getting involved with you, I felt happier than I usually am. I want to keep this up. I want this feeling to keep going, but I also want you to be a part of it. That's why we should fine the other five witches. We could actually make new friends and maybe help them like how you've helped me." When she put it like that, Ichigo was finding it hard to disagree. This means a lot to Orihime and Ichigo can't seem to turn away.
"Well... Fine, I guess we could try." Ichigo said.
"Interesting how you can't say no to Orihime." Rukia teased.
"Indeed." Uryu teased with Chad agreeing with them.
"Shut up! Our club is suppose to be studying the supernatural anyway!" Ichigo argued.
"Grimmjow and Nel, you can help us out as well." Orihime said.
"Sure. Finding others with powers like us could be a lot of fun." Nel said with Grimmjow agreeing, but he was more hesitant about it. There was just one thing. None of them knew that Aizen was there as well and he seems to be aware of what's going on. The hunt for the remaining witches is on.
