Everyone's jaws pretty much dropped to the ground. Mind's completely boggled as they stared off into the icy woods. How could this be? Everywhere they looked though was blanketed in a cloudy white powder.

"Impossible." breathed Heather stepping out into the clearing and bending down to touch the fluffy white snow. Tuffnut stuck out his tongue to taste one of the snowflakes drifting down. The sun beat down at them reflecting over the white surfaces, a huge adjustment from the dark musty wardrobe.

Hiccup smirked arms crossed playfully, "Don't worry I'm sure it's just your imagination." They looked at him nervously.

"I'm guessing sorry won't exactly cover it." said Dagur rubbing the back of his neck, meanwhile Hiccup had gathered something behind his back.

"No…" said Hiccup slowly, "But maybe this will!" A small snowball hit Dagur square in the jaw, Hiccup squeaked and ducked down to get another one while he was stunned.

"Ohoho, you asked for this!" growled Dagur, gathering up the largest one he could muster, when Astrid' through the air and struck him on the back of his head so now his red hair was filled with clumps of snow.

"Snowball fight! Snowball fight!" chanted the twins as everyone either ducked behind trees ( just Fishlegs actually ) or started to roll the snow up as well. Heather was beating her older brother easily, meanwhile Astrid and Hiccup were trying to defeat the Twins who kept ducking out of the way.

Snotlout wasn't participating and instead had his gaze fixated on the outline of the mountain where the Queen of Narnia said her palace was, with tons and tons of his favorite food… she said he could only have any if he dragged his companions with him, why had he agreed to that?

Because Snotlout was so focused on his encounter with the White Witch he failed to see a runaway snowball which bowled him over. "Sorry Snot-hat!" called out Dagur when Snotlout leaped out of the snow to turn around and glare at him.

"Argh! Stop it! It's freezing," whined Snotlout loudly, fists clenched, the others turned their heads towards him, Snotlout had once again ruined the fun everyone was having, and they gathered back together, Tuffnut reluctantly abandoned the snow Loki he was creating.

"We could take some of those coats to keep warm." suggested Ruffnut reaching out to feel how fluffy each one of them were.

Heather bit her lip, "I don't know, they aren't ours, we are in enough trouble as it is, probably shouldn't push our luck right?"

Ruffnut rolled her eyes grabbing the biggest furriest one that came down to her ankles and the sleeves extended way past her hands, "How are we supposed to explore if we are freezing? Besides, it's not like we are even taking them out of the house, actually we aren't even technically taking them out of the wardrobe" laughed Ruffnut beginning to wack her brother with the long sleeves.

The others followed suit trying to find a coat or jacket not so large it would hinder their movement. Astrid had settled on a storm blue-gray sweater that looked more like a gown on her but it helped keep her warm that way. "Blue looks really good on you." complimented Hiccup sending her a thumbs up while waiting for the other much larger kids to stop blocking the path, Astrid smiled back.

"Thanks."

"What should we do next?" asked Fishlegs once getting on a furry brown coat which wasn't a half-bad fit, even if he was usually more timid to these sorts of situations it seemed for whatever reason the portal or whatever just happened, this was so confusing, didn't stay open forever, so they had to enjoy it while it lasted.

"Explore, duh!" answered Tuffnut immediately.

"Ooh. We could pretend that we are vikings exploring the haunted seas!" added Ruffnut, "And this is our armor!" She swung her coat back and forth like she was a bull wrestler.

It was Dagur's turn to roll his eyes, "I'm sure it will be plenty exciting without imagining." The crew started forward into the coniferous woods, getting easily distracted along the way.

Fishlegs was geeking out about all the plants in Narnia, when he was younger he had created crudely made cards of different plant species out of paper and markers with Hiccup, he just wished he had somewhere and something to write this down. Hiccup was pretty much bouncing internally because now everyone was treating him with this weird level of respect, it was incredibly odd especially for him, but he liked it.

"Excuse me." Then Snotlout loudly cleared his throat. "Guys." They looked back at him. "Shouldn't we be heading left if we want to get to the lamppost."

Astrid who had been watching Snotlout very carefully this entire time was the first to catch onto his slip-up, "Lamppost? How could you know about a lamppost if you've never been here."

It slowly dawned on the others as well. "Uhm, Hiccup told me… right Hiccup?"

Hiccup looked pointedly away. Astrid made a loud annoyed-angry sound that she was pretty much famous for in the friend group they had, and hurled the closest object she could find, which was a stick at him like it was an axe. Snotlout was hit between the eyeballs and looked pleadingly at the others for help after regaining his balance. Tuffnut merely gave a small shrug. Ruffnut said, "Hey, it could be worse, she could have hit you?"

Then a fist went flying, not Astrid, but Dagur, the blow knocked Snotlout over and he tumbled into the snow. "You little liar, and you know how much I hate liars. Apologize to Hiccup and maybe I will hesitate to pin your head to the nearest tree."

Snotlout huffed and looked away, scrambling back to his feet and shaking the white snow off his coat. "Alright, alright. I'm sorry."

Hiccup couldn't help but quip, 'Awh it's okay. Some little kids just don't know when to stop pretending."

Snotlout mouthed something that isn't appropriate for someone his age to say, and stuck out his tongue. "Maybe we should head back." suggested Heather.

"Or just Snotlout." muttered Astrid sharpening another stick.

"What… no?!" said Snotlout a bit of panic showing through his words, "I mean… shouldn't we look around a bit more…"

Astrid walked over to Hiccup, "Well I can't be the only one thinking we all owe Hiccup an apology, so I think Hiccup should decide." Hiccup looked at her as if she was crazy. "You've been here before Hiccup, lead the way."

Their beady eyes turned to stare at Hiccup in unison… this was going to end in nothing short of disaster.

"Uhm… yes… err…" stuttered Hiccup, he had never been in charge of anything more than setting the table let alone a bunch of kids older than him, even if only slightly, he quietly whispered to Astrid, "Are you insane? What do I do?"

"You're the leader, you tell us." she pushed him forward just a little bit, "It's not so hard. Where do you think would be the best place to go?"

Hiccup still looked as confused as ever but the others were waiting rather impatiently, "What about Mr. Tumnus, the faun I told you guys about. He lives just a bit farther down. He's super nice."
