Commander Hange,

Thank you once again for your trust to contact me privately. I sincerely admire the courage you exhibit by choosing to ally with me and treat our history with the utmost sensitivity that it deserves.

Unfortunately, I must inform you that obtaining the information you requested is not so simple. The Titan Society is highly secretive about its data, and there are many sections that even I cannot access. We have sent spies to unearth the most classified of documents, but we were met with no success so far. I shall keep you up to date with our findings.

What I do know, I have added in attachment. Use it wisely.

I must add to your disappointment by divulging that the subjects you wish to research would require tests that, in order to be viable and yield noteworthy results, are painful and weigh heavily on the mind of the test subject. As it stands, I will not allow such harm to befall my brother, and I shall not discuss the methods you can explore.

For your future endeavors, may I suggest capturing your enemies live? You would have had your test subject, and with it, my blessing to research his capabilities. A live enemy is always worth more than a deceased one.

With all due respect, unless you have a titan shifter besides the one I wish to protect, I can offer no further help.
