Author's note: Red dead arkham knight is obviously going to be a while. So, I am going to focus on this new story while slowly finishing our beloved Red Dead Arkham Knight. But don't worry, I will never abandon any of my stories. I hope you like this one.
10 year-old Elsa awoke to a horrible electric shock in her chest, causing her to scream in agony. She opened her eyes only to see blackness except for a dim light in front of her. "Wake up, princess. We have much to discuss." Said an eerie voice in the room. She didn't know where it even came from. Then, there was another jolt of electricity in her chest.
"I assume that you thought you were safe with your family and powers? Well, as you can see, they proved quite useless, didn't they." He asked. "What do you want from me?" Elsa choked out. Then, a third jolt of power electrocuted her body. "Nothing. But for you to be here to see my grand plan that will ultimately end you. But don't worry, your family is still in Arendelle. Maybe they will forget about you and be happy with having a child who isn't cursed." Strange said.
Elsa heard footsteps in front of her. She looked up and came face-to-face with Hugo Strange. He was tall, wearing an odd trench coat, je was bald with a grayish beard. He had dark round glasses, so she couldn't see his eyes.
"I believe thanks are in order, princess. If your mother had never saved your father when they were children, I fear you would not have discovered your magic or be born at all. Observing you will be quite the privilege when Protocol 10 is commenced." Strange stood up and walked away. Elsa heard a door open and then shut. So he was gone. There were tons of questions running through her mind.
Was her family really better off without her? How did this scary man even know about her? What was Protocol 10? Her thoughts were interrupted when bright lights engulfed the room and forced her to squeeze her eyes shut. After a moment, she slowly opened them, and her bright blue eyes adjusted to the brightness. It was caused by something that was not candles. There was a big mirror in front of her.
She saw that she was tied to a chair, and gloves were on her hands, neutralizing her powers. Then a strange sound happened, making her heart feel like it skipped a beat. She turned to the source of the sound and saw the same man on a glass. "You are mine, new inmates. Let me introduce myself. I am Professor Hugo Strange. And I am in charge of the Arkham City facility..." She heard the first half of the message then stopped listening to it.
She needed to get out of here. But then a door next to the mirror opened, and a guard wearing black and gray came out. His face was covered. "Time to go, princess." He said as he untied her. Once she was free, she immediately took the gloves off and used her powers on the TYGER guard. His chest was covered in ice, and he was yelling for help. Then, another guard came in. Elsa readied herself again, but then he raised a big thing in his hands and smacked the butt of his rifle into Elsa's stomach. He then grabbed her by the hair and hauled her out. "Welcome to Arkham City, princess!" He said.
Around the girl, there were multiple people wearing orange clothing and shouting threats at her. "I hate children!" One yelled. Beside him was a guy who was covering his knee in pain.
"What are you waiting for, princess? Line A move!" A TYGER guard barked. Elsa looked on the floor and saw 2 giant letters saying A and B. "Princess, you're in line A! Move it now!" Another said. She reluctantly slowly moved towards the line. Getting tired of the slowness, a guard wearing red body armor shoved her forward into a man in a black suit. He turned around and looked at the princess with blue eyes. He reached down to help her up. "You 2 get out of the way. Wayne! Princess! Get your asses up here!" A guard yelled from the front.
"What are they going to do t-to us?" Elsa stuttered, but Bruce didn't hear her. One guy in front of them shrugged before leaning on the side, letting them pass. Another guy turned to face them but had his eyes on the man in black. "Bruce Wayne? You're on my list. Bang! hahaha!" He made a gun motion with his hand.
So this is Bruce Wayne? Elsa wondered. The thug let them pass, and they advanced forward. There was a beeping sound, and the guard hit Mr. Wayne is in the face with his rifle.
"Lower your weapons. Neither Mr. Wayne nor the princess will be any trouble." Elsa didn't see Strange next to Bruce's assailant. "Will you? Mr. Wayne." He finished. "The cuffs can stay on. We don't want to make things too easy. Do we? And let Elsa go with him." Strange said. And the guard shoved Bruce forward, and Elsa quickly followed him. "Close the doors. Prepare for insertion." The doors behind them closed. There were 2 other guys in the room, one was hugging the wall next to them, another was at another door in front of them, muttering angrily. He turned to face them.
"Bruce Wayne? Great. There I was reporting on your crummy press conference, and now here we both are. And you've got a kid with you too. Has Strange really lost it? Guess this'll teach you not to get involved politics." He said. "Listen to me carefully." Bruce said to everyone. He had a bit of a gruff voice that frightened Elsa a little. But she also felt calm from it. "When they open the door. DO. NOT PANIC. Stay close to me." The guy faced then again. "Do you think I'm taking advice from some guy who's never even been in a fight?"
The door in front of the group hissed and opened into the ceiling. "Stay calm. They're trying to scare us." Bruce instructed. In front of them was snow everywhere with even more inmates climbing two cages on both sides. It was night out. "I'm already scared." Elsa whispered. They moved out into Arkham City. Suddenly 4 crooks drop down from the top of the fence. 1 guy punched the fella who was hugging the wall earlier, taking him down. Another landed on top of Ryder and started beating the crap out of him. The other 3 charged at them.
Somehow when a crook swung a fist at Bruce, he grabbed it while cuffed and slammed his fists into the side of the attackers skull, taking him down. Elsa's powers activated and she blasted a thug in the face, desperately trying to control herself. Soon the enemies were down, and Bruce ran for the thug who was about to finish Ryder. He uppercutted him in the chin sending him back. "On your feet, Ryder." When Ryder still didn't get up, Bruce kneeled down and helped him up. "I said get up." Then the gate in front of the trio opened, showing a bunch of armed thugs with small man wearing a tuxedo in the middle. "Well, look who it is!" He said gleefully.
Unbeknownst to them, a 5th thug dropped down from behind, holding a pipe. He hit Bruce in the back of the legs knocking him down. Bruce dropped Ryder. Elsa readied herself again, but then she felt a sharp pain in her legs and fell down. That same thug hit her too. "Bring the girl to my museum. She'll make an excellent collection." Penguin said. He approached Bruce who was lying on the floor because the thug hit him in the back. "Nighty Night!" Cobblepot stomps on his face, knocking him out. Elsa groaned as the Penguin made his way to the girl. He raises his umbrella and brings the tip down on her head.
The last thing that Elsa thinks is. "I'm going to die in here."
