Chapter 3

Back at the school Harry, Ginny and Valkyrie are in the headmistress office trying to explain why Valkyrie had came back in tears.

"Well its like this Professor, Valkyrie came to me two days ago and told she pregnant, We sent her boyfriend a letter asking him to meet us in the village so she could explain to him face to face that she pregnant".

"What happened after you Met up with your boyfriend Miss Cain?" Professor Mcgonagall asked.

" We Met him at the pub, he asked what was so important as he was in China when he received my letter asking him to come and meet me. Harry offered to get some drinks in while Fletcher and myself joined Skulduggery at the table. After Harry and Ginny received the drinks order they joined us. I told Fletcher that he's going to be a dad and he flew off on one saying he's to young to be a dad and told me to get rid of it. Skulduggery yelled did this little bastard do this to you. Fletcher then told me that if i didn't get rid of it then he would kill me and the baby".

"As he said this Skulduggery got up and punched Fletcher hard, Splitting his cheek wide open. Thats when Harry cast the Protego spell.

Fletcher said again that I was to get rid of of my unborn child, if I didn't he would fucking kill me and the baby and thats when Harry called him a little bastard and said How could he say that, and that he should be happy for me, after all i'm carrying his child, Stop being a brat and stand up to the music, After that Fletcher teleports away and Skulduggery issued more death threats. Im petrified at the whole situation" she said shaking.

"Right Miss Weasley, can you please take Miss Cain to the hospital wing and stay with her for a bit, tell the nurse I have said to give her something to help calm her neves it should help with sleep as well".

After the girls leave the headmistress's office, she ask Harry to send a message to Skullduggery and Kingsley requesting there attendance at once.

While waiting for Skulduggery and Kingsley to arrive, she ask Dumbledore's portrait if he has any ideas on how to handle this bizarre situation.

Before Dumbledore could answer, the office door opens and in walks the minister of magic followed by Skullduggery who was getting a bollocking over the way he had acted.

" I understand why you did what you did Skullduggery, But, I can't have a Ministry employee punching other employees while your around students. I get that Miss Cain is like a daughter to you, but your out of line". Kingsley stated.

" Headmistress, I assume this is about what happened in the village today between a student and some of my employees."

" You can assume right minister, less about you're employees, and more about my student, who is in the hospital wing getting treatment for her nerves. What are we going to do about the appropriate protection for Miss Cain, it seems that this Fletcher is a nasty piece of shit and to be quite honest I don't want him near my school, let alone around my students.

With Miss Cain being 16 she is by law a minor for another 6 months, and thats why Mr Pleasant is here as her adopted father. Mr Potter remained as he is a witness to what has transpired. As head of this school I must say that Miss Cain's boyfriend...

"Not her boyfriend if I have anything to do with it" Skullduggery grumbles from the conner while looking sheepish.

"Mr Pleasant, Enough!" demands Professor Mcgonagall. "As I was saying before I was interrupted, Miss Cain's boyfriend, or whatever he is now, is no longer welcome on school grounds, And as it seems he may not be entirely welcome around Mr Potter or Mr Pleasant I would urge Minister you to transfer him from the Auror office for his own protection".

"Minister sorry for the interruption, I believe I have an idea on how we can stop Fletcher coming anywhere near Val. In the muggle world they have something called a restraining order were it prevents one person of coming within say 500ft of someone else, and if that order is broken they can be sent to prison. But for it to work here the document will need to be jinxed so an alarm sounds if broken, something like what Voldermort put on Hogsmeade last year to let him now when I turned up". Explains Harry.

" Professor you have my word that the person who has caused all this trouble today will not be allowed anywhere near Miss Cain or the school. I believe Mr Potter's idea about this muggle restraining order is the right way to go, But it will need a few tweaks for it to be magically binding. As soon as I get back to the office I will draft the first Wizarding restraining order, thats if Mr Pleasant agrees. Unfortunately he cant sign the order due to being Miss Cain's adopted father so it will need anther signature from the magical law enforcement team for it to be binding"

"Minister is it Possible for Mr Potter to sign the order?. I know he has only been with the ministry for six month but he is from the magical law enforcement department" Dumbledore's portrait asked

"Yes that is possible replies Kingsley, In the mean time I need to speak to Miss Cain and get her statement for the file".

"No need minster, I have a complete transcript of what has happen, thanks to Mr Potter, Miss Weasley and Miss Cain and it's ready for you to take and besides, I ordered the school nurse to give Miss Cain something to help her sleep, the earliest she will be able to speak to you now is tomorrow".

Mr Pleasant I had the caretaker sort a sleeping dorm for you to staying in while your here, if you would like to be close to Miss Cain.

Mr Potter your normal dorm is ready as well, but I must say that due to the events of today, if I catch Miss Weasley there after hours with out a valid reason she will receive a detention.

"But Professor, Ginny and I were going to have a movie night".

"I said no Mr Potter, at the moment I cant be showing students favouritism, as it is I allow you to stay here most weekend anyway, no other ex student stays here at weekends let alone those who are dating a student".
