8. Finding Him

Maria knew how vital it was that she finds the love of her life Tony. Tony's life literally depends on Maria finding him. He needed her. She needed him. She needed to be quick acting about this situation. Because of the fact that Tony may or may not survive. If she gets there before Chino did then she could save Tony's life. Or she can't be quick to get there before Chino did then Tony died. She was hoping to be able to get there to Tony before Chino finds him. And the reason why was because of Bernardo ending by Tony's hands during the Rumble. And was worsened by Anita's lie. This was literally a situation where tragedy happens too easily now.

Maria was running as fast as she could. She needed to find Tony. His life quite literally depends on this. He could die or keep living. She was telling herself that this determined what Maria knew how vital it was that she finds the love of her life Tony. Tony's life literally depends on Maria finding him. He needed her. Because she knew that Chino wouldn't keep him alive or safe so she must find him before it's too late for her to save Tony's life.
