It was a beautiful day in Bug-city the sun was rising over the horizon. Of the Circus camp, PT's troupe was sound asleep until PT sounded the alarm for them to wake up.

PT: "Okay you yahoo's wake up time for a practice performance!"

PT leaps away and goes back into the tent to await his troupe.

The Circus Bugs woke up and started getting ready for their practice performance. With Everyone accept for Rosie, Dim and Maggie who were still getting ready.

Rosie:" Dim ! Maggie we need to get ready for practice performance honey's!"

Dim Shyly moans and was half tired.

Maggie slowly but surely yawned.

Dim:" Dim don't wanna be at the tent, Mom!"

Rosie:" I know, Dim!" I'll tell you what how about after our practice performance will chill out how's that honey!"

Maggie :" Miss Rosie would it be okay if I can watch you and Dim perform for now!"

Rosie:" Of course you can Maggie honey!"

Rosie goes to clean up. Same went with Dim and last was Maggie. Once Maggie was in the bathroom cleaning up. Rosie was getting some food prepped for her , Dim and Maggie before they go to the tent.

Rosie:" I'm just making some food before we go okay, Dim honey!"

Dim:" Okay mom, Maggie is cleaning up."

Rosie:" Okay, Dim honey!" Go ahead and eat and once Maggie is done will go okay honey!"

Dim Shyly nodded in agreement.

While Rosie and Dim are eating, moments later Rosie and Dim can hear singing in the bathroom.

Rosie:" Is that Maggie?"

Dim:" Dim will go check on Maggie!"

Rosie:" Okay Dim, honey!"Be quiet though!"

Dim Shyly nodded and Dim slowly went into the room, and Dim came towards the bathroom , Dim Shyly was listening to Maggie who can be heard singing.

Maggie was singing," December (song reference is from Anastasia. I'll post the song link below to get the idea of the song) when Maggie finished singing she finished cleaning up and saw that Dim was listening.

Maggie shyly blushed in embarrassment.

Maggie : "Ohno!" Dim I didn't know you were listening!"

Dim:" Dim didn't know, You were singing , Maggie!"

Maggie shyly feels embarrassed about that Dim was listening.

Dim Shyly blushes and smiles.

Dim:" Dim likes your singing voice it's beautiful!"

Maggie:" You do!"

Dim Shyly nodded in agreement.

Rosie:" Dim's right Maggie honey!" You have a beautiful singing voice!"

Maggie:" Oh dear !" I hope no one else heard it!"

Rosie:" Don't worry, Maggie honey!" Only me and Dim heard you honey!"

Maggie shyly feels a little relieved.

Rosie:" You have a beautiful singing voice, Maggie honey!"

Maggie:" I know, Thank you Miss Rosie!"

Dim:" Dim like your beautiful singing voice too, Maggie!"

Dim Shyly reassured Maggie and nudged Maggie gently and Maggie shyly returned the embrace while purring showing affection for each other as boyfriend and girlfriend.

Rosie smiled in awed.

Rosie:" Aww!" So cute,LoveBugs!"

Then moments later, Slowly but surely Rosie, Dim and Maggie ate their meal and went over to the tent. The Circus Bugs met inside the tent and Pt had them get going on their performance acts.

—- later that day——-

As the day went by the Circus bugs finished their practice performance and decided to go see their friends the ants. The Circus Bugs agreed. The Circus Bugs took off to ant island.

Moments later they arrived on ant island, The Royal ant family greeted there circus friends and the Circus Bugs did the same and hung out with each other inside the anthill.

King Flik:" So how are things?"

Slim:" Oh you know the same as usual!"

Heimlich:" Ooh Flik, guess what?"

King Flik:" Whats that Heimlich!"

Heimlich:" Maggie has talent!"

The Circus Bugs:" Heimlich!"

Maggie blushed red and feels embarrassed.

Heimlich:" What?" Sorry it came out!"

Rosie:" Heimlich honey, this is kept secret okay!"

Queen Atta and King Flik were surprised and amazed.

Maggie felt shy and stays next to Dim , Dim Shyly growled at Heimlich.

Heimlich realized what he did.

Heimlich:" Sorry Maggie, I didn't mean to reveal your secret!"

Dim Shyly turned around and reassures Maggie.

Queen Atta:" Wow that's wonderful!"

King Flik:" Thats amazing to hear that Maggie has talent."

Rosie:" What happened was Flik honey, That it was kept just between me and Dim and Maggie we don't want the word to get spread out otherwise It become a situation for Maggie to handle." Or much worse if PT found out!"

King Flik:" Ohh, I get it now! No Worries!" I promise I won't say anything!"

Queen Atta:" Don't worry about a thing your secret is safe with us, Maggie!"

Maggie shyly sighs in relief.

Princess Dot:" I had no idea, You had talent Maggie."

Princess Dot was talking to Maggie.

Maggie felt shy about it. She hides behind Dim.

Rosie:" Um this may take a while for Maggie to warm up Dot honey!"

Rosie gestured to Dim to check on Maggie, Dim Shyly nodded in agreement.

Princess Dot:" Oh I understand." Don't worry Maggie your secret is safe with us!"

Maggie shyly felt a little relieved.

Meanwhile. The Circus bugs and the royal ant family were talking in the lounge. Unfortunately word did got out, Some of the ants heard the news. Some of the ants of the colony came into the lounge and things got a little bit crazy especially for Maggie.

Queen Atta:" Oh my !"

King Flik:" I think the word ended up getting out , thankfully it's only ant island."

Poor Maggie was very nervous, started to feel very uncomfortable with the ants staring at her and she was trembling.

Gypsy:" Oh dear!"

Francis:" So much for keeping it a secret!"

Manny:" I'm afraid it's up to me my dears, to let them know our dear friend Maggie is not comfortable with a crowd!"

Rosie and Dim were reassuring Maggie.

Rosie:" Don't worry, Maggie honey!" We won't this pressure you!"

Maggie:" T Thank You, Miss Rosie!" I feel like I need to leave the room!"

Rosie:" It's okay , Maggie honey!" If this will make you feel better, honey!" We understand!"

Maggie shyly left the room, Rosie had Dim stay with her so then she's comfortable. Dim Shyly left the room to see if Maggie was okay.

Queen Atta and King Flik noticed how overwhelmed Maggie was feeling. They nodded and went to see if they needed to check on Maggie.

King Flik:" Is Maggie okay, Guys!"

Rosie:" She be okay, Flik honey, Dim is staying with her."

Queen Atta:" Something has definitely bothering Maggie."

Slim:" Poor Maggie!"

Molt:" Yeah, I hope she'll be okay!"

Francis:" None of this wouldn't have happened if Heimlich didn't spill the beans!"

Heimlich:" I said I was sorry!"

Heimlich frowned sadly.

Rosie:" Don't worry about it, Heimlich honey!" We know you didn't mean to spill the beans!"

Princess Dot:" You didn't do nothing wrong Heimlich!" Heimlich felt a little relieved.

Queen Atta tells the ant colony that they needed to go back to there work, the ant colony understood the situation and so the ant colony left the room.

Rosie:" Since the colony left, I'm gonna check on Maggie and Dim, okay honeys!"

Slim:" Do what you need to do , Rosie!"

Rosie went to go check on Maggie and Dim, Rosie finds Dim and Maggie were talking quietly in the hallway.

Rosie:" Maggie honey are you okay!"

Maggie:" Hi miss Rosie, I'm okay!" I'm sorry I freaked out!"

Rosie:" It's okay, Maggie honey!" I'm just glad you're okay!"

Dim:" Dim was helping Maggie too, Dim was concerned about Maggie too Mom!"

Rosie:" Thank you so much for staying with her and keeping her company Dim honey!"

Dim Shyly nodded.

Rosie:" The ants left the room now, honey can come back into the room, whenever you feel comfortable, okay Dim! Maggie honeys!"

Dim and Maggie shyly nodded in agreement.

Rosie goes back into the room with the other Circus Bugs and the royal ant family.

Maggie:" Dim, Thank you for helping me!"

Dim:" Dim likes helping you out, Maggie!"

Maggie shyly blushed and Dim shyly blushes and nudged each-other showing affection and love and purring in an animal like manner.

—- later that night——

As the day progressed and it was late The Royal ant family bid the Circus Bugs goodnight, The Circus Bugs flew back to BugCity. Once The Circus Bugs arrived back to BugCity they landed on the ground and The Circus Bugs bid each other Goodnight and they fell fast asleep. The last ones being Rosie, Dim and Maggie.

Rosie tucks in Dim and Maggie, Rosie petted both Of Dim and Maggie's smooth freckled horns. Dim yawned tiredly like a Lion.

Rosie:" Maggie I'm sorry you had go threw that earlier, we were able to get the situation resolved!"

Maggie:" Thank you, Miss Rosie!"

Rosie:" Your Welcome, Maggie honey!"

Rosie reassured Maggie. Rosie lulled Dim and Maggie to sleep. Dim and Maggie both fell asleep together while purring with affection and love for each other.

Rosie smiled in awwed. Rosie in whisper.

Rosie:" Aww, Dim , Maggie You Two Love Bugs!"

Rosie got into her hammock and she fell fast asleep in her hammock.

Whew I hope you liked my new a bugs life one shot I wrote, I absolutely liked the story. I liked how Maggie was very nervous of what was going on. But thankfully Maggie had a lot of help by Rosie and Dim, I absolutely love Rosie and Dim. This is why they are are my favorite characters from A Bugs Life. Maggie is absolutely my favorite female OC Character. More one shots with Maggie will be coming up. Anyways. Hope you like my new A Bugs Life one shots.
