Backstory: Scarlett grew up in foster care due to her mother dying while giving birth to her, her father gave up all parental rights and fleed. The system was unaware she had siblings. When she was about five a young couple from California adopted her, they couldn't have children of their own but badly wanted to be parents. They took Scarlett home and we're over the moon, Scarlett had found the parents she finally deserved. Scarlett always had good grades in school, her senior year she got accepted to Stanford university. Kristin (adoptive mother) filled her daughter in about having two brothers in new York. After she graduated she went to Port Charles to meet her brother's. Scarlett currently works at the Metro court as a receptionist.
