RONAL:
(examining Alex with a skeptical gaze)
Welcome, outsiders. But, I sense there is something different about this child.
ALEX SULLY:
(nervous but determined)
I'm Alex Sully. I may not be one of you, but I promise I can adapt and become part of the clan.
NEYTRIR:
(protective)
Alex is our son, and he has the spirit of the Navi in him. Please, give him a chance and he's a time traveler he saves people.
RONAL:
(pausing)
The ways of the Navi are sacred and deeply connected to Eywa. It is not an easy path for a human to walk.
ALEX SULLY:
(earnestly)
I understand it won't be easy, but I want to learn. I want to be part of this family, this clan.
INT. METKAYINA SPIRIT GROVE - DAY
Alex stands before Ronal in the tranquil Spirit Grove, surrounded by the essence of Eywa. The air is charged with energy.
RONAL:
(closing his eyes, sensing the boy's aura)
Your spirit is brave, child. But being one with the Navi requires more than bravery.
ALEX SULLY:
(stepping forward)
Then teach me. Show me the ways of the Navi, the connection you have with this planet.
INT. METKAYINA VILLAGE - NIGHT
Weeks pass, and Alex undergoes rigorous training under the guidance of Ronal and TONOWARI the Navi warriors. He begins to understand the harmony and balance that governs their lives.
INT. METKAYINA SPIRIT GROVE - DAY
Alex sits with Ronal, meditating in the heart of the Spirit Grove. He starts to feel the presence of Eywa.
ALEX SULLY:
(whispering)
I can feel her... Eywa is with me.
RONAL:
(smiling)
You are learning well, young one. But your journey has only just begun.
INT. METKAYINA VILLAGE - NIGHT
Alex's newfound connection with the Navi strengthens, and he gains the respect and admiration of his fellow clan members.
EXT. METKAYINA VILLAGE - DAY
Under the guidance of Tonowari, the clan's chieftain, Alex proves his worth by protecting the village from outside threats.
TONOWARI:
(proud)
You have earned your place among us, Alex Sully. You are now one of the Metkayina.
