"The moments spent with you, have been the happiest moments of my life." Johnny Zacchara wrote on a piece of ivory stationery, sighing as he did so. What was he doing? Lulu probably didn't even think about him these days...she had a husband. A family.
"Should I even bother writing anymore of this? It's a lost cause. I fucked up my life on my own, I don't need to drag her down with me." He frowned, wishing he could go back in time and tell himself killing Anthony wasn't worth it.
"Today's you're lucky day, Zacchara. You're out free. Can't wait for you to end up back here in a couple of weeks." The surly guard smirked at him, unlocking the gate and Johnny cautiously follows him. What was he going on about?
"What do you mean?" Johnny raises one brow in question.
"I'm just the messenger, Zacchara." Came his reply as Johnny was brought to the room where people could visit you in...to see a familiar face.
"Zacchara, admit it. You're life is fucked without me." Ethan Lovett chuckled, standing there with a smirk on his face, holding a bag in his hand.
"I mean, yeah. What the hell is going on?" Johnny sighed as the guard left.
"Luke confessed to Anthony's murder...the old man called me up and admitted it all. Luke was there that night too, before you got there. Apparently, he flipped the fuck out when he shot the wrong people-then shot Anthony. Luke split after that...you're innocent." Ethan revealed handing Johnny the bag, shocking the hell out of him.
"That's some clothes, I thought you could use some. You know, in case we run into sis." Ethan smirked.
"What made him finally confess?" Johnny asked, still shell shocked as he changed into the clothes his friend had brought him.
"Well, apparently a lot of shit has went down. Luke had some sort of breakdown and hasn't been himself. We have a cousin named Valerie we never knew about, Sis has had everything pushed on her and she hasn't told anyone how stressed out she is because you know, Lulu wants to do it all by herself. Lulu will never say when shit is too much, like Luke. Laura came back to Port Charles which is the only reason any of the stress has come off her. Dante slept with Valerie, Luke saw the toll everything was taking on her...and thought that she could use a friend. We all know that you know her better than anyone." Ethan summarizes, knowing his sister had been going through a lot.
"I hate to think of Lulu struggling...she's been on my mind more than usual." Johnny frowned, as the two walked out of Pentonville.
"Me too. Laura called me which is why I'm here...Dante's trying to fuck with her head. So, I'm going to beat his ass after we go and see Lulu. The sooner we get there, the better." Ethan sighed as they drove back to Port Charles city limits.
"You think she's going to want to see me?" Johnny asked.
"Of course, it's Lulu. When Luke told her about framing you, she was pissed. I don't think I've ever seen her this agitated." Ethan pulled up to The Loft, and the two walked into the building.
"Dante's staying with Olivia, Lulu kicked him out the moment she caught him in bed with Valerie." Ethan added, as they knocked on the door.
"Who are you?" A blonde haired eight year old girl asked, with Lulu's big, bright hazel eyes.
"I'm you're uncle Ethan...you must be Charlotte." Ethan easily smiled.
"Oh! Aunt Maxie said you had a surprise for mommy, I'll go get her!" She broke into a smile, racing off in search of Lulu.
"That's Lulu straight up." Johnny chuckled, sharing a look with him.
"Oh yeah, Charlotte and Rocco look just like Lulu." Ethan chuckled, as both men stood in the doorway.
"Holy shit, you could have called. When did you get in?" Lulu sighed, wiping her hands on a towel before slinging it across the room.
"Well, I have a surprise for you. You know that's not how Spencer's do things." Ethan smirked, moving aside to reveal Johnny.
"It's so good to see you." Lulu sighed, walking over to him and throwing her arms around him.
"It's good to see you too, Lu." He chuckled, wrapping her into a tight hug.
