"Another rejection letter seriously ,ugh I sent in my portfolio to six art schools and I've gotten five rejection letters" Gwyn Fulbright said in a frustrated tone before she took a sip of her coffee.
"Everything will turn out okay Lemon Drop , and you can stay with us as long as you want to" Mr. Boss said trying to console his distressed niece .
"Thanks Uncle Jeffy I really appreciate you and Aunt Mora putting me up until I can figure out what to do and I like that I'm getting closer to Fanny, Patty, and Shaunie" Gwyn said with a slight smile.
"It's been great having you here dear" Mora said with a smile
"Yeah it could be worse Lemon Drop" Mr. Boss said with a smile before he took a sip of his own cup of coffee
"you're right I could be either be on Mom and Keith's couch in or the cramped guest house at Dad and Stephanie's house and neither of those options are ideal" Gwyn said before she finished her coffee.
"Knowing your parents your Mother who try to play Match maker and if your were with your dad you'd be watching Stephanie bleed him dry" said as he shook his head
"Exactly so, that's why i'm thankful that you two are providing me with a stable environment right now" Gwyn said with a smile as she hugged her aunt and uncle who both hugged her back.
"Say Gwyn how would you like to join me at a Villain's meeting ?" Mr. Boss asked his niece in a hopeful tone as they separated
" Really Uncle Jeffy me go to a Villain meeting , I still sleep with a Rainbow Monkey" Gwyn replied in a slightly biting tone as she helped Mora clear the table away .
Mora snickered at Gwyn's reply as she washed the dishes
"it's an adult right of passage please just one meeting and if you don't like it you can never go to one again" Mr. Boss said in a pleading tone .
"*Sigh Fine but, it will be the first and last Villain meeting I'm going to because I want nothing to do those costumed kooks that have nothing better to do with their time than terrorize children, present company excluded of course love ya Uncle Jeffy " Gwyn said as she got up from the table .
"Gee` I love you too Lemon Drop and who knows you might find the experience life changing" Mr. Boss said as he opened the morning paper .
