A/N: I still have so many feels for this episode... but I don't think just writing a meta for it would be enough XD

"So what are you going to do, Geats?"

"We need to have faith in Tycoon."

No one spoke another word after that, as Ace lowered his gaze and turned around. When he glanced up again, he could see that Neon had made her resolve to trust him. But Buffa still appeared doubtful.

"Are you really sure about that? You still want to believe in that guy?"

Ace just smiled at the other man. Of course, given the history between Buffa and Tycoon... it would be difficult for the man to ever really place his trust in Keiwa. But unlike Buffa, Ace had gotten quite close to Keiwa so even if he hadn't known Keiwa for as long as he had known Buffa, he had always been able to trust Keiwa in just about anything. Even when there were times... when the two of them ended up walking a different path.

"Next time, let's compete fair and square..."

Ace took a long breath, as he took out his Boost MKIII raise buckle... and separate it in order to use MKIX. Keiwa attached Bujin Sword buckle to his driver... as he attached his into his own driver and transformed. As both of their black and white armours took form and materialized, Ace and Keiwa dashed forward and clashed their blades.

He wondered if Keiwa still remembered their promise, to compete with each other fair and square. Of course, it was back when things had just been simpler and the stakes hadn't yet gone too high... but they never ended up cashing in on that promise. To just compete with each other without using any tricks against each other, and not having to care too much about who will end up winning in the end. He really wished that the two of them could go back to those carefree days again...

"Ne, Tycoon... was world peace what you really want? Don't you actually have any wish that you really want for yourself? Something that'll make you happy..."

He used to ask him once before because he had been curious about it after a while. What was it that Keiwa truly wished for inside his heart? Saying just world peace was too vague, even narrowing it down to wanting to revive the defeated player was still not quite it. While other players' wishes tend to be centred on what they wanted for themselves, it wasn't quite like that for Keiwa. As much as the wishes Keiwa was strived for so far had been something he did want, Ace kept being curious if there was anything Keiwa really want for himself, that had nothing to do with other people.

Doesn't Keiwa ever desperately wish for something for himself?

"To be honest, I can't think of any. But... as long as the people around me are happy, I think I'll be happy too..."

It's a wish that he could very much relate with. And it's a desire... that he himself had started to yearn for as well—once he unearthed the true nature of the DesiGra. A world where everyone can be happy. Since he inherited such great power from his mother, shouldn't he have the ability to make such a wish come true?

And regardless of how so many unfortunate things had happened to Keiwa, shouldn't he still keep that same desire inside of him?

After clashing blades as well as exchanging punches and kicks against each other, he started to notice it. As much as Keiwa seemed to be bent on fighting him till the very end, he didn't quite sense any kind of hint of malice from Keiwa.

Of course, neither of them were pulling their punches. Yet he didn't feel like Keiwa was even trying to kill him. And after a while, he could finally notice it. Not sure when, but he realized that Keiwa had been fighting him with his sword being sheathed. And rather than using Bujin Sword's full power directly, Keiwa made use of Monster and Boost to fight. While the latter might just be his supporter's aid in thinking that Keiwa needed the last push to finally defeat him, it might as well confirm his thoughts that Keiwa never really intended to kill him!

That should mean something... right?

So as Keiwa was gathering his power, Ace drop down his stance as he received the final blow from Keiwa...

.

"Why'd you stop fighting?"

Keiwa had disarmed immediately as soon as he had fallen.

"I guess all that talk was just nonsense if you're giving up so easily."

As he thought, all Keiwa had wanted was to fight him. Because if Keiwa did want to kill him to satisfy Jitt's or any of the audience's desire of seeking to see his Bad End, Keiwa would've just finished him off when he was in a vulnerable state...

"I haven't given up just yet," he said, as Ace got up to his knees.

"Then why aren't you fighting me?"

Keiwa had rushed towards him as the two stared at each other eye to eye. For a moment he couldn't help feeling a pang of pain inside his heart.

Why couldn't you figure it out already, Keiwa? Can you no longer tell what was it that I truly felt about you?

"Because I can't change you by force."

.

"Ace-sama is striving to create a world where everyone can be happy! And that should include you as well! But that world isn't going to be created by fighting and beating you!"

"What reason is there for you to fight with each other?"

His sister had arrived at the best of times! Because he couldn't have worded it any better than she did. Because deep down, what he wanted for Keiwa should be the same thing as what Keiwa wanted for himself. Yet how else should he try to make Keiwa open his eyes to see it?

He didn't want to really fight Keiwa, but he didn't want Keiwa to think that he was looking down on him. He wanted Keiwa to rethink what he was trying to do, but he didn't want to have to force him on what to do! He knows that Keiwa can figure out what was the right thing for him to do on his own, he just needed a bit of a push to take the step forward.

Keiwa used to be able to trust his words before... so why can't he trust him again this time?

.

"If it's possible... if only that was possible I'd also want to believe it! But—"

"Just keep wishing for it strongly, and it will happen."

"How could you be so sure about that?"

He was once again reminded of the first time he met Keiwa during his final fight with the Whale Jyamato. Keiwa back then had voiced a similar doubt before... and he didn't blame him for thinking so. Since it was a very valid thought for someone who had been clueless about the things that had happened without their knowledge, it made sense for anyone to think like that after suddenly being hit with the possibility of their world ending without any warning.

But he thought things had changed for the two of them since then. Because he had shown Keiwa that as long as one had a strong belief that everything will go well in the end, there was nothing for them to be afraid of—

"To believe in something needs no basis! As long as you believe that it'll come true, it will surely happen for real."

"And that includes bringing Sara-san back."

Keiwa just needed to believe...

"All that's left for you, is for you to wish it deeply yourself!"

"I don't have that kind of strength anymore," said Keiwa as he stood up and backed away after picking up his sword that had remained by his side, even after Keiwa had disarmed himself. Keiwa unsheathed his sword before looking up towards Ace uncertainly.

"That's why... please make me want to believe it again! If you really are a God of Creation, then show me that you can change the world and make it happen!"

It dawned on him suddenly as Ace stared up at the blade Keiwa was holding, which would have definitely cut him down easily and taken his life. Keiwa... did want to keep believing in the wish he wanted to achieve in his heart. Keiwa did... want to keep believing in the world that both of them had been desperately wishing to make come true.

Yet, for some reason... Keiwa seemed to have lost the ability to believe in the old Keiwa who used to have so much faith in him. Keiwa had lost faith that he himself deserved to have his own happiness and happy ending...

.

"I too share the very same wish as you..."

His sister suddenly spoke out, even as Keiwa was steeling himself to launch his final strike.

"Yeah..." Ace answered back, not trying to do anything to defend himself... because if he wanted Keiwa to regain the ability to believe in him again he needed to show Keiwa that he also had faith in him to not cut him down. And then Ace felt something resonate inside of him, as he was sure that Keiwa also felt the very same thing...

Because in that one moment, Ace could feel Keiwa's heart beating alongside him... and he could also feel his sister's thoughts—

All three of them had been wishing for the very same thing! The very same wish and desire!

.

Something has changed. As much as he didn't feel that the power of creation inside of him had changed much compared to before, he did feel that something had really changed inside of him. It felt as if he was a lot more 'free' now... like the restraints that he felt prior about his own abilities had melted away. It felt as if he could really do anything right now if he just will it to happen for him.

And he felt more aware of his surroundings... and he could feel what Keiwa was feeling as well as Tsumuri... not to mention many others—!

"—If you really are a God of Creation, then show me that you can change the world and make it happen!"

Keiwa was right. If he really want Keiwa to start believing in him once again, he needed to prove to him that he could really do what he claimed he wanted to do. He needed to show Keiwa that he deserved the belief that has been placed on him.

"Watch me change it..."

Ace took out his buckle and transformed into Geats IX. He'll turn back his world to the way it used to be before Keiwa's wish changed it, so that this time he could properly grant Keiwa's true wish that would not be tainted by Jitt's evil manipulations. This time he'll make sure that Keiwa would be able to truly be happy to have his wish granted.

"Please believe, Tycoon... in that world where everyone would be happy."

.

Ace started to unleash his powers... as his light started to cover everything and begin to revert and mend the damages that have been done. It really felt that things would be going so well—before Ace suddenly felt something hit him so hard and felt himself breaking into separate parts!

But that... would be another story to be told—

A/N2: I'm keeping the timeline for the talk about Keiwa's true wish to still be quite vague, so this can be at any time set before the divorce. Cos they could've always had this conversation at some point in time. Since Keiwa did lay it out plainly during Revice-Geats as well. That as long as other people can be happy, he would also be happy as well. And I felt that was the real truth behind Keiwa's wish for world peace.

Cos if you look back at that, and the wish Ace thought of after seeing Mitsume... as well as Tsumuri's own wish, you can really see that yes... the three of them really had the same wish.
