Back In Time to Zero Two!

Back in Time part 2 of 2

APOV

"Whoa!"

"Wahh!"

"Oof! Unh!" I groaned after the two of us gotten out of the Digital Gate. "Okay, now I understand why Akane kept saying that the team hates landing on a hard ground, especially when Izzy is in the way when he's in the computer lab." I said after I began to sit up and my eyes widen at my surroundings. "Whoa, speaking of the room."

"Amy." I hear a voice when I look over and saw Gaomon is her Wanyamon self. All white with blue stripes with her light blue eyes showing curiosity. "Is this the computer lab you were mentioning?" I stood up and grab her in my arms as I look around.

Couple of computers around us while my eyes landed on one particular. The one we've came out of. I look out the window to see and we're in the team's school.

"Must be a weekend since there's no students around." I said while I place my girl on my shoulder.

"What should we do now, Amy?" Wanyamon asked me. Then, I thought of something.

"Well, since we're here, we need to come up with a new name for me," I tell her. "We can't have the team to call me by my real name, besides Akane and my family. Like Akitamon said, she and my family are exception, but I can't tell her about what I know about the future."

"Like her getting married?" I grin at that.

"Yeah, like that one." She purrs after I pet her on the head. "We just need to be careful of what we say and what we know, okay, girl?"

"Yes, ma'am." Then, I began to leave the lab with my hand on the handle and slides the door to open, then we head out to head over to Akane's place.

Not until I hear couple of girls were chatting in the hallway as I hid myself in a corner. Hearing them mentioning that the basketball team is having practice today. I thought who it is when Akane told me that Davis was on the soccer team with Tai and TK joined the basketball team from the moment he was the new student in this school. When's everything began.

"Mm, it doesn't hurt to go see him play." I tell Wanyamon. "Wanna go see TK?"

It didn't take me long to find the basketball court since I was kind of following the girls that were going over there and sure enough, the basketball team is practicing. Hearing couple of boys shouting to each other. Even the girls were cheering for TK's team, who's in the red team. I went ahead to go join with the girls on the bleachers.

"Hey, who's winning?" I asked one of them.

"It's the red team," One of the girls said while I held Wanyamon in my arms.

I remember that Akane told me the team's Digimon have to pretend to be stuffed animals around people, especially their family members except my family since they're the only ones that they've remembered the events when the original team first came home as a group during their adventures.

Seeing TK playing out there, dribbling the ball while the defense team protects him from the blue team, he's doing a pretty good job. He goes ahead passes the ball to one of his teammates, then his teammate dribbles the ball and then, passes the ball back to TK and manage to score a basket, hearing the girls cheering, at least near me, to squeal and cheering for him while I move away.

"Ow." I rub my right ear.

"Now I know how the other Gaomon feels," Wanyamon whimpers a bit as she shakes a little in my arms. I shake my head a bit.

"Maybe it was a bad idea to come here," I said to her. "Let's leave and head over to Akane's place." As soon I began to leave, I couldn't help it that I'm gonna be follow, because I caught a glimpse of TK staring at my direction.

Great. Hopefully he doesn't follow me all the way to Akane's house. I still need to tell her and my aunt and uncle about me and changing my name since the older Akane told me she told the team about me when I was three years old. And her time when she was living with me and my family back in the states.

"It's just exactly like the house back home."

"It's pretty, though." The two of us only took us five to seven minutes to get my cousin's house, since it's literally four blocks away from school.

The house is a two-story home, with the outside walls painted in bright cream color with the roof top and ledges being in colored blue gray with two windows each. The first on the main floor and the second on the second floor, which that would be Akane's old room back home.

All of the sudden, I got nervous.

"Wanyamon," I look down at her. "I'm going to meet my cousin, as her fourteen-year-old self." Not until we hear the door opened when we look up and gasp at the sight. Of Akane, with her Wanyamon on her shoulder.

Even her eyes widen at the sight of the two of us and seeing her at fourteen, I couldn't believe it.

She almost wears the similar outfit I'm wearing, but in red and ultramarine blue and wearing a black mini skirt with a pair of blue caprice leggings underneath and a pair of black running shoes. She even have the familiar pouch around her waist, the one I have for my stuff.

"Um," I started, but all of the sudden, I've felt myself bombarded and fallen back. "Wahh!"

"Whoa!"

"Oof!"

"Wahh! Oof!" Even our Wanyamon were sent flying after the two of us landed on the ground and we sat up, with Akane looking at me with bright, yet surprise smile.

"Wha-I mean, Gennai called me and told me what's going on," She tells me, seeing her getting teary eyed. "About you coming from the future, which you look exactly like my aunt, my baby cousin, beautiful sky, Amami." I also began to get tear eyed and I hug her, hearing her giggling and hug me back.

"Hi, Akane." I sniffled, then I let her go, with her fixing my glasses while I did the same to hers, causing the two of us to laugh a bit and then, we hug each other again.

"Hi, beautiful sky," She greeted back, felt her lips on my head, then look at me, then look over at our Wanyamon, bouncing over.

"Akane, we need to head inside," Her Wanyamon said.

"Yeah," The two of us got up and then, we grab our digimon and head inside, with Akane closing the door behind us.

We're in the dining room, with me and my Wanyamon eating Akane's famous turkey bacon burgers she made earlier the day.

"You're really hungry, aren't you?" Akane giggled. I gulped.

"Yeah, I didn't get a chance to eat anything back home before I left to come to this timeline," I said, looking over at my girl, seeing her looking so happy and giddy, making the male one giggle at the sight of her.

"So, tell me about yourself," Akane asked when I look back at her. "I know you can't really tell me everything about the future, but at least, about you and your Wanyamon. How did you guys meet?"

"I don't know I can reveal much about myself," I tell her, but grin. "But, like you guys, we've met in Digital World, during my adventure with my own team." I started. "My team and I managed to have powers to become these group of heroes, known as-"

"The Legendary Warriors," My eyes widen, so did my Wanyamon. Hearing my cousin giggle a bit. "Yeah, Gennai told me and Gaomon about you and your team becoming Digimon in your timeline, which I think that's pretty awesome."

"What else did Gennai told you about my adventure? I'm over here, worrying that I can't reveal too much." Causing the duo to laugh a bit when we heard the doorbell rang.

"I'll get it," Akane stood up and went to go answer the door while the three continue eating our burgers. Hearing the door opened to hear this.

"Hey, Akane, did you see a girl walked by here? With a white Wanyamon?" Huh? Was that-I stood up to go over and my eyes widen at the familiar blond from earlier, but with a familiar Patamon on his white bucket hat on his head.

He look over and his eyes also widen, at the sight of me. "Hey, it's you."

"Um, hi?" I wave awkwardly.

"TK, Patamon, this is my cousin, Skye," I look up at Akane with the new name she called me by. She gave me a wink. "Skye, this is one of my friends and teammates, TK and his partner, Patamon."

"Nice to meet you guys." I tell the duo when my girl jumped onto my shoulder to see them.

"You, too." TK said.

"Skye is going to be staying with me and my parents for a year," Akane look over at me. "Isn't that right, cuz?" I nodded.

"Yeah," I answered.

"Oh, that's cool," The blond said, looking up at my cousin. "You've never mention you had another cousin. I thought it was the ones from America that you went to three years ago." Oh, yeah.

"That's because it's just me and my mom," I tell TK. "I lived in Kyoto and it was my idea to come and stay with Akane and her folks," Glancing over at her, she smiles. I look back at TK. "Akane told me about you and the other Digidestined for the last three years, that's how I know about Digimon since," Look up at my girl, she leans against my cheek and purrs. "I have my own here, Lady Wanyamon."

"I've never seen a Wanyamon like her before," Patamon said, seeing my girl met his gaze.

"I'm the only female of our clan," She said. "And the rare one, too."

"Really?" The duo asked in unison, causing myself to giggle a bit.

"Wait, if you're staying with Akane, then how did you get here?" My eyes widen at that, but thank goodness to my cousin, she jumps in.

"She came through the Digital Gate," She said after she appeared by my side. "I told her she can since taking a plane is pointless."

"You got that right, big cuz," I tell her. Not until we heard something went off. TK reach into his pocket and pulled out a familiar device, a D-terminal.

"It's from Kari," He said, looking up at the two of us. "She told me that Izzy wanted us to go to the computer lab." My cousin and I look at each other.

"Want to meet the rest of the Digidestined?"

I was getting a little nervous to meet the team, but with my cousin by my side, I'll be okay. Especially my girl and her Wanyamon, even Patamon since he saw how shy I gotten when we've made it to the lab.

"You're going to be okay, Skye," He tells me after he landed on my head, causing me to grin. "I'm pretty sure everyone like you, you seem really nice."

"She really is," My girl said to him. "When you get to know her more, you can tell she's also very funny and loving person." Aw, Wanyamon.

"Thanks, sweet girl." Akane smiles at us, then she went ahead slide the door open.

"What up, party people?" I rolled my eyes.

Yep, that's my cousin, I thought when I hear TK say this.

"Everyone, there's someone you should meet," He said, looking over at me. "Come on in, Skye." And I did with a grin on my face, meeting everyone's surprise gazes.

"Hi, there," I greeted. "I'm Skye Haruno, I'm Akane's cousin from Kyoto and I'm also a Digidestined."

"And I'm her partner, Lady Wanyamon," My girl greeted. "It's nice to meet you, everyone."

"Finally!" That was from Gatomon when all of us, including Kari look over at her and seeing her with happy, yet relief look in her pretty blue eyes. "Another fellow female Digimon who would join the team." That caused me, my cousin and our Wanyamon and herself to laugh while everyone else joined in.

I mean, can you blame her? Akane told me that the poor pretty kitty, besides the male Gaomon, have to deal with the antics that the male Digimon been going through when the team weren't going to the Digital World sometimes.

Including a small situation between Veemon and Patamon since Davis was crushing on Kari, especially TK, too. Oh, god, I just notice that I'm gonna be witnessing all of that! Great!

It's bad enough that during my adventure with my Digidestined team that JP was head over heels for Zoe.

And he still is, three months later while the girl is trying to get Takuya's attention to get him to ask her out on a date. Me and the rest of the boys-Tommy and the twins-have to suffer since we've suffered enough in our Digital World.

"It's very nice to meet you, Skye," That was from Tai. "I'm-"

"Wait," I held my hand at him. "Let me guess who you guys are," And I began to point. "Obviously, you're Tai Kamiya," Then, I pointed to Kari. "You're Kari, his little sister and the pretty kitty Digimon is Gatomon," With her beam me a smile and I smiled back.

Then, I pointed at the computer expert. "You're Izzy Izumi."

"You're Yolei Inoue, whose Digimon is Poromon, who then, becomes Hawkmon," Seeing the girl's eyes widen behind her glasses. Then, I pointed to a little boy with a yellow ball looking Digimon on his head. "You two are Cody Hida and Upamon who becomes Armadillomon," Then, I lift my gaze to another Tai look alike with a cute baby dragon in his arms.

"And you two are Davis Motomiya and DemiVeemon, who becomes Veemon." Everyone look over at my cousin and saw her smirk a bit.

"I told her everything, so what?" Causing everyone to laugh a bit while I gave her a side-hug and she hugs me back.

"Welcome to the team, Skye," Izzy greeted. "As much we want to get to know you right now, but" Looking over at my cousin. "Another Digi-Egg been found." My eyes widen at that.

"Another one?" Akane asked. "I thought the kids already gotten them."

"Only this one, has your Crest, Akane," That was from Tai when she and Izzy went over to the computer, with TK and them joining in and I stayed back to look at Wanyamon.

"It's our Digi-Egg, sweet girl," She nodded.

"Should we tell them?" She whispered.

"That's where the waterfall is located," We heard Akane's Wanyamon, causing the two of us to be in shock when we look back at the team.

Did I hear that right? I thought. I thought about my spirit, where I've found her when LadyDevimon was using my girl to do her bidding to get it. Hopefully we don't have to encounter her again.

"I say we should go and check it out," I hear Yolei. "Maybe it belongs to you, Akane."

"No, I don't think it is," I heard her say, hearing the team gotten confuse. She look over at me. "The new Digi-Egg probably belongs to Skye and Wanyamon." I smiled at her.

"I'm ready when you guys are," I tell them. Hearing my girl mewled, then the team and I gotten ready, with Akane and her Wanyamon coming with us.

"Do you have a D-3, Skye?" TK asked me and I held it up to him.

"Sure do." I look up at Izzy. "May I, Izzy?" He nodded and step aside. I exhale, then I sense a familiar aura within me.

"Good luck, Amy." It was Akitamon. I almost teared up, but shake my head a bit.

"You okay, Skye?" I heard Davis, looking over at him. I nodded.

"Yeah, I'm fine, Davis," He reminds me so much of Takuya. Well, minus that the guy has a Dragon type Digimon. I exhale and held my D-3 up. "Here we go, Digi-Port, open!" And we're in.
