MerlockVonBaron : Yes, Ash will get his old pokemon. You can see Pidgeot and Greninja in chapter one.
As Ash and Pikachu continued their journey on foot, they found themselves treading down a path they knew all too well—the outskirts of Pallet Town, a route that led them to a stream of memories. With each step, the nostalgia washed over them like a gentle tide, carrying them back to moments that had shaped their bond.
This was the very spot where Ash and Pikachu had once faced an encounter with a flock of wild Spearow Pokémon. The skirmish had left them badly injured, their indomitable spirit pitted against the fierce attacks of the territorial birds. But in the face of danger, Ash had taken a brave stand to protect his companion with his own life. Witnessing such unwavering devotion had stirred something deep within Pikachu's heart.
Summoning every ounce of its remaining energy, Pikachu had unleashed a powerful electric shock, repelling the aggressors and driving them away. In that moment, Ash and Pikachu had realized the true strength of their bond—the unbreakable connection between a Pokémon and its trainer.
And it was in that same spot, that they had first laid eyes on the legendary Pokémon, Ho-oh. A sight that filled them with awe and wonder. The encounter with the mythical creature had been brief, but its image remained etched in their minds.
As they strolled down this path, these memories brought a warm smile to Ash's face.
As they continued walking through the dense forest, Pikachu's keen ears perked up, sensing something amiss in the surroundings.
"Pikapi," Pikachu alerted Ash, pointing in a specific direction. A buzzing sound echoed through the air, alerting them to the impending danger. Both Ash and Pikachu instinctively tensed up, prepared for whatever might come their way. And then, with a sudden burst, a swift air slash attack came hurtling toward them.
Reacting with lightning reflexes, Ash and Pikachu swiftly dodged the attack by diving to the side. Pikachu immediately positioned itself in front of its trainer, ready to defend him against any further onslaught.
From the midst of the cut vegetation emerged a bipedal Pokémon with menacing scythes adorning its arms. Ash recognized it as a Scyther, but this one was unlike any he had encountered before. Its usual green color had been completely overtaken by a dark, ominous black hue, and an unsettling purple aura surrounded its body. Its red eyes brimmed with anger and hostility.
Without any warning, the enraged Scyther launched another attack, this time with a powerful slash. "Pikachu, use Iron Tail to block it!" Ash commanded. Pikachu's tail glowed with the energy of a steel-type move as it deflected the incoming slash, pushing the Scyther back.
However, the blackened Scyther was relentless, and it struck again, this time with a X-Scissor move. "Thunderbolt, Pikachu!" Ash ordered, hoping to subdue the Scyther quickly. Pikachu unleashed a powerful Thunderbolt, hitting Scyther squarely and causing a significant amount of damage.
But despite the powerful blow, the Scyther remained standing, its purple aura seemingly fueling its determination. "SCYYYYY!" it roared, unleashing yet another Air Slash with renewed ferocity.
Ash quickly devised a plan to end the battle swiftly. "Thunderbolt once more, and follow up with Volt Tackle!" he commanded. Pikachu launched another electrifying Thunderbolt, intercepting Scyther's attack mid-air. Seizing the opportunity, Pikachu surrounded itself in a brilliant golden electricity and charged at the Scyther with incredible speed. The Volt Tackle connected with full force, sending the Scyther hurtling backward, slamming into the nearby trees before finally coming to rest on the ground.
As the dust settled, it became apparent that something was wrong with the Scyther. The purple aura surrounding it was diminishing, and its usual green color returned, but its body was covered in various injuries. It was clear that the damage it sustained went far beyond the attacks from Pikachu's Thunderbolt and Volt Tackle.
Ash knew that something must have affected the Scyther, causing it to become so aggressive and powerful. Without hesitation, he threw a Poké Ball, capturing the injured Scyther to offer it a chance to heal and recover.
Swiftly calling upon his Pidgeot, Ash took flight, carrying the captured Scyther towards the nearest Pokémon Center. The journey ahead had taken an unexpected turn.
As Ash entered the Pokémon Center, his urgency was evident, and he sought out Nurse Joy immediately.
"Ash, calm down first, and tell me what happened," Nurse Joy advised. As Ash recounted the incident, Nurse Joy furrowed her brows, equally perplexed by the strange events in the forest. She was well-versed in Pokémon care and behavior, and this unusual transformation puzzled her just as much as it did Ash.
Indeed, Pokémon didn't change colors without reason, and the purple aura seemed to be an enigma. Mega Evolution was out of the question, as Scyther was far from being fully evolved into Scizor. The cause of these strange occurrences remained a mystery.
Nonetheless, Nurse Joy had a duty to fulfill as a Pokémon Center caretaker. She gently took Scyther's Poké Ball from Ash's hand and assured him, "Don't worry, Ash. I will ensure that Scyther receives the care it needs."
Following Nurse Joy, he watched her take Scyther into the operating room, accompanied by a helpful Chansey.
As Ash waited in the reception area of the Pokémon Center, his mind wandered to the idea of evil organizations manipulating Pokémon to enhance their strength, just like Team Rocket and Team Plasma had done in the past. Both organizations were known for their unethical practices, but Ash wasn't aware of any recent activity from them. Nevertheless, the possibility of a new malicious force at play couldn't be ruled out.
Finally, Nurse Joy emerged from the operating room with a reassuring smile on her face.
"Don't worry, Ash. Scyther is going to be alright, but he needs to stay here for at least two days to recover fully from his injuries," Nurse Joy informed him kindly.
Relief washed over Ash as he heard the good news. Knowing that Scyther was in good hands, he was grateful to Nurse Joy and the dedicated Chansey for their diligent care.
Ash decided that it was best to stay at the Pokémon Center until Scyther recovered. He was determined to get answers from the Pokémon itself once it was well enough. He believed that Scyther might hold the key to understanding what had happened in the forest and who might be responsible for its unusual condition.
In the stillness of the Pokémon Center's room, Ash's slumber was anything but peaceful. He tossed and turned, his dreams filled with vivid images and restless thoughts. His body was drenched in sweat, a reflection of the inner turmoil he experienced even in his sleep.
In his dream, Ash found himself in a mysterious, empty world. There was nothing but darkness surrounding him, and he felt disoriented and lost. Calling out for anyone or anything that might be present, his voice echoed through the vast emptiness, but there was no response.
Suddenly, a pale blue light began to illuminate the darkness, capturing Ash's attention. As he turned towards the source of the light, he discovered a swirling glob of blue energy, intriguing and yet enigmatic. Drawn by curiosity, Ash cautiously extended his hand towards the energy, and upon touching it, the energy reacted violently, causing him to withdraw his hand in surprise.
To his astonishment, the blue energy started to take the shape of a humanoid figure. Though the figure lacked a mouth, it communicated with Ash through an ethereal voice that resonated within his mind.
"So, you're the one," the voice spoke from the humanoid form, leaving Ash bewildered and searching for answers.
"Who or what are you?" Ash inquired, his curiosity piqued, but the humanoid replied cryptically, "I'll tell you when the time comes. But right now, if you don't wake up, they will get away."
Ash felt a sense of urgency in the humanoid's words, yet he remained puzzled about the identity and purpose of this enigmatic being. Without further explanation, the humanoid raised its hand and gently touched Ash's forehead.
In that instant, an intense gravitational force pulled Ash into an endless descent into darkness.
"AHHHHH!" Ash jolted awake, gasping for breath.
As he woke from his dream, he was greeted by the sweet aroma of Sleep Powder, a move he was familiar with from his Pokémon journey. Ash quickly covered his nose with a cloth. He tried to wake Pikachu, but his loyal partner remained unconscious.
Ash cautiously made his way to the Pokémon Center's reception area, where he discovered Nurse Joy and her Chansey also affected by the Sleep Powder. They were merely sleeping peacefully, unaffected by any harm.
Realizing that he needed to act fast, Ash summoned his loyal Pidgeot, who used its powerful Gust attack to disperse the Sleep Powder in the area. With the immediate threat neutralized, he surveyed the scene.
He noticed a mysterious figure dressed in black, wearing a unique mask, standing in the corridor near the operational room. Their eyes locked, and Ash's instincts told him that this was the intruder responsible for the situation.
Without hesitation, Ash took charge, issuing a command to his loyal Pidgeot, "Pidgeot, Steel Wings!" Pidgeot's wings glowed with a radiant white light as it hit the intruder, knocking him to the ground.
Swiftly, Ash rushed into the operational room, only to find it empty. The Scyther he had brought to the Pokémon Center was gone. Someone had taken the Pokémon while he was dealing with the other man.
Frustration and anger welled up inside Ash as he slammed his fist against the wall. It was clear that whoever had been behind this had targeted Scyther specifically, leaving the rest of the Pokémon unharmed.
The following day, the police arrived at the Pokémon Center to apprehend one of the intruder. Ash cooperated fully, providing Officer Jenny with all the details he knew about the incident, from the encounter with the mysterious man to the sudden disappearance of Scyther.
Officer Jenny, assured him, "Don't worry, Ash. We'll do everything in our power to track down this man and get to the bottom of the situation."
However, Ash's concern wasn't easily assuaged. He had a favor to ask, his tone indicating the seriousness of the matter. Officer Jenny was intrigued but unsure of what Ash might request.
Curiously, she inquired, "What kind of favor, Ash?"
Looking earnestly at Officer Jenny, Ash responded, "If you come across any information related to Scyther or that man, could you please let me know as well? I can't rest easy until I understand more about this incident."
Officer Jenny studied Ash's determined expression and pondered his request. Sharing sensitive information with civilians was not common practice, but she recognized Ash's track record of confronting powerful adversaries and emerging victorious. He is also a skilled and capable trainer.
After a moment of consideration, Officer Jenny made a decision.
"Alright, Ash," she began, her tone measured, "I will share the information with you, but on one condition."
Ash listened intently, waiting to hear the condition.
"That you promise not to act recklessly upon receiving the information," Officer Jenny stipulated, her eyes fixed on Ash's.
Without hesitation, Ash agreed, his determination unwavering. "I accept that condition."
Officer Jenny wasn't entirely certain if her decision was the right one, but in her estimation, it was better to have Ash informed and engaged, rather than letting him blindly search for answers.
