The sun's rays poured through the windows of the practice room. It was just past nine o'clock. It seemed like a perfectly nice day, except for the boy who was sulking in the corner of the room. He just stared out the windows of the room, not talking or engaging with the other group members in any sort of way. He was secretly wishing he could have been one of the people walking outside the building. Anyone else's life seemed easier than his right now.

Reaching in his pocket, he retrieved his blue cellphone. He began to pound on the keyboard as he texted. Getting no sympathy or comfort from his friends, he turned his phone back off and returned it to his pocket.

"Sehun," Chanyeol called. "We need to start practicing. Let's go."

"Okay," he said in a slightly annoyed tone.

Kai had noticed Sehun's mood when they arrived at the practice room. He didn't know why he was upset, but he decided to try and comfort the younger one.

"Hey Sehun," he started. "Are you feeling okay? You seem a bit off…"

"I'm fine!" he blurted out.

Kai was taken aback. The boy was usually carefree and pretty easy-going. Regardless, he didn't push the envelope. He didn't want to upset Sehun any further.

Chanyeol must have noticed the exchange and felt the need to say something to the younger male.

"Oh Sehun!" Sehun visually jumped at the stern tone of the older boy. "That is enough of your sulking and attitude! I don't know what's going on with you but it is no excuse to be rude to others. This practice is for the good of the entire group. Tao and Suho-Hyung need to work on their solos and Xiu-Hyung needs to get more practice with the group."

"So, everyone but me?" Sehun retorted.

"Young man! Behave yourself! I will not put up with this type of attitude!"

Sehun stopped responding as Chanyeol walked off. Kai gave Sehun a soft smile and reattempted to comfort him.

"The sooner we start, the sooner we'll be done," he said softly. To that, Sehun just rolled his eyes.

They began practicing starting with the group choreography. Everyone seemed to be doing just fine, so Sehun didn't really understand why they needed to practice; he continued anyway not wanting to upset Chanyeol again.

After about an hour of practice, the group stopped to take a short break, which Sehun was over-joyously waiting for. He really just wanted to go home. His dancing was on point so he didn't understand why he needed to be there.

After what only seemed like ten minutes, the managers entered the room to observe the group's dancing.

"Sehun," Chanyeol started getting the boy's attention. "Come on, we have to start practicing again."

"Hyungggg…," Sehun whined.

"Sehun, don't start with me right now. Let's go."

"My dancing is fine, they don't need to watch me. It's not my fault everyone else sucks."

"Sehun! I'm not asking you. Let's go," Chanyeol said in an even sterner tone.

"I DON'T WANNA!" He pouted like a disobedient child.

"I'm done!" Chanyeol screamed. "We need to discuss your behavior, go to the other practice room across the hall. Right now."

Sehun froze. He knew there was no way out now, but he still tried.

"I'm sorry Hyungie, please don't…," he pleaded, knowing the 'talk' that was waiting for him.

"Go. Now. Or would you rather stay here?" Chanyeol asked firmly.

The younger boy trembled. "No, please. I'll dance now. Please…"

"Oh Sehun! I have been patient with you. This is your last chance. Go!" Chanyeol commanded.

"Hyung please…"

"Enough!" Chanyeol shouted as he approached the boy and grabbed him by the arm. He then led him to a lone-standing chair off to the North side of the room. The managers exchanged glances with each other and Suho, who looked down with disappointment in his eyes.

Chanyeol sat down in the chair and patted his lap. "Come on Sehun, no more stalling." Seizing his arm again, Chanyeol guided him across his lap.

"Hyung! Please!" Sehun whined, almost ready to cry. "I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!"

"I know you are Sehun," Chanyeol said as he slid his thumbs in the waistband of the younger boy's jeans and pulled them down. "But you're going to be even more sorry now." Chanyeol lifted his open hand before bringing it down on Sehun's trembling bottom.

"Ow! I'm sorry!" Sehun cried as the next slap came.

Chanyeol didn't stop as he continued to rain swats down on to Sehun's bottom. "Young man, you will not give attitude to anyone in this group. Do you understand?"

"Ah! Yes Hyung! Please! Ow! No more!" Sehun pleaded. He bucked around with each swat and finally broke down into tears, not only because it hurt, but because the entire group and the managers were watching. "Hyungie! I'm sorry! Ow! Ah!"

"Have I made myself clear?" The older boy only got sobs in response. He landed another harsh smack on Sehun's bottom. "Answer me," he stated in a stern tone.

"Yes Hyung!" Sehun shouted through his tears.

"Good boy," Chanyeol said softly. "It's okay Sehunnie, you're all done now. I'm sorry my sweet boy. You know I hate punishing you but I do it because I love you."

Chanyeol stood him up and pulled his pants back up into place. "I'm sorry Hyungie." The older boy smiled gently and patted the younger's bottom softly before guiding him back to the practice area. The rest of the group got into position quickly, trying to save Sehun from any further embarrassment.
