Chapter 5
Officer Mark figured out where Cassie was heading, so he climbed up a escalator. He walked over to a gate and crawled under it. After walking down a hallway and crawling under gates, he enters Roxy Raceway. He looked around to see if he can spot Cassie. He then spotted her entering a door and he said: "Cassie! Wait! I don't think that's safe!"
But Cassie didn't hear him, so she continued to go deeper into the Pizzaplex. "She didn't hear me? How did she not hear me?" Officer Mark ran down some stairs, to the door that Cassie walked into. Before he made it to the door, he noticed something unusual. He saw a forklift on top of a body. But when he approached it, he realised it wasn't a person, it was Roxanne Wolf.
"What the hell? How did this happen? Wait... if Cassie found Roxy, why did she go deeper into the Pizzaplex?" Officer Mark ran up to the door, but it was locked. "Damn it! I need to find another way to open the door." He then turned around and ran into Roxy Raceway. He looked around to see if he could a tool to open the door. Eventually, he found a fire axe.
"Nice. I could use this to break that door open." As he was about to run to the door, Officer Mark saw something. There was a button on the wall, and when he pushed it, it opened a elevator. "A secret elevator? Where does it go?" He entered the elevator and it went down. When the door opened, he stepped into a hallway. "Is this a facility? Why was this built in a sinkhole?"
Officer Mark noticed something on the floor and he picked it up. It was a blueprint for a endoskeleton, but it wasn't one of the glamrock animatronics. "Project: Mimic? I don't think I want to know what this thing does." He dropped the blueprint and walked to the end of the hallway. He opened a door and looked outside. He was going to walk into a tunnel, but he heard footsteps running towards him.
He then closed the door and hid behind it. Officer Mark tightened his grip on the axe and then the door opened. He heard soft footsteps running towards the elevator. He was about to look around the door, but heavy, metal footsteps also walked through the door. The footsteps also ran towards the elevator. Officer Mark closed the door and looked towards the elevator.
He saw Cassie in the elevator, and a endoskeleton was reaching out to grab her. But before it can grab her, the elevator door closed and chopped off it's arm. Officer Mark slowly walked towards the endoskeleton, it then turned around to face him. The endoskeleton looked at Officer Mark confused, but angry. Officer Mark suddenly realised that this endoskeleton, was The Mimic.
