Chapter 7
Roxy lead Officer Mark down the tunnels and climbed up into a room. "Give me Cassie," says Roxy. Officer Mark looked down at Cassie in his arms, before slowly handing her to Roxy. Officer Mark climbed up and followed Roxy. She held Cassie with one hand as she got onto her knees, and crawled through rubble. Officer Mark also crawled through the rubble and followed Roxy up a hill of rubble.
They climbed up some stairs and entered a room with a old robot. "I recognise this. This is Candy Cadet." "There's no time to play. Cassie needs help," says Roxy. Officer Mark nodded and continued to follow Roxy. They walked through water, a tunnel, until they reached a elevator. "So that's how we get out of here?" says Officer Mark. Roxy nodded and stepped into the elevator.
He also stepped into the elevator and pressed the button. The elevator slowly moved up creaking, and groaning the whole way. "Is this even safe?" says Officer Mark. "I'm not sure," says Roxy. The elevator then dinged and the door opened. "We made it," says Roxy. "Not yet," says Officer Mark. Roxy stepped out of the elevator and it slightly dropped.
"Uh oh." Officer Mark quickly jumped out of the elevator, before the cable snapped and it fell down to the bottom. "Whew, that was a close one." "We have to hurry. Cassie might not make it," says Roxy. They walked up some stairs and came across the door that was locked before. Roxy had broken the door open, when she came down to find Cassie.
They walked out into Roxy Raceway, Officer Mark suddenly had a thought: "Wait, how do we get out of the Pizzaplex?" He then looked up and saw a wrecking ball, that had broken the roof. "Wait a minute, I have a idea." Officer Mark reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone. "Jack? Are you there?" "Mark? Did you find Cassie?" says Jack.
"Yes, I did. But we need your help." "Ok? How can I help?" "Get to the Pizzaplex. There's a wrecking ball, use it to break down the walls. That is how we get out. Oh, bring tools. You might need to break in." "I understand. I'll be there as soon as I can." Jack hung up the phone, went into the garage, grabbed tools, opened the garage door, got into his car and drove towards the Pizzaplex.
