(The next scene is at Bob and Katrina's house, inside their bedroom. Katrina is sleeping then turns around then opens her eyes and doesn't see Bob beside her. She sits up and looks around the room then sighs then gets off the bed)
(The next scene is in Bob and Katrina's living room. Bob is sitting on the couch looking at his laptop then Katrina goes down the stairs in her robe then sees Bob then smiles then goes over to him)
Katrina: Couldn't sleep?
(Bob turns around then hops off the couch then goes over to Katrina frowning in concern)
Bob: Did I wake you up, sweetheart? Are you and the baby okay? Is there anything you need?
Katrina: (Chuckles) I'm okay, babe. I was just worried when I didn't see you in bed.
Bob: Well, I was just so excited about the baby that I decided to start on a project.
Katrina: What kind of project?
Bob: Come here and I'll give you a sneak peek.
(Bob and Katrina go back over to the couch then sit down then they both look at the laptop)
Bob: I'm working on building a playhouse for the baby.
Katrina: (Giggles) Isn't it kind of early for that? The baby won't be able to play inside it till they're at least 3 or 4 years old.
Bob: I know. Guess I'd better start working on a nursery for them first.
Katrina: But this idea is too adorable to pass up. You can work on both.
Bob: Sounds like a plan.
(Bob closes the laptop then looks up at Katrina)
Bob: (Worriedly) Are you sure you're alright?
Katrina: Mmm-hmm.
(Bob smiles then reaches up then pecks Katrina on the cheek then looks at her stomach)
Bob: Sometimes it doesn't seem real. A little baby inside of there is already depending on us. (Looks up at Katrina) Babe, what if we mess up?
Katrina: Honey, it's okay if we mess up.
(Bob sighs then leans against Katrina's stomach)
Bob: So many thoughts cross my mind. What if something goes wrong? What if something bad happens to the baby (looks up at Katrina) or you? (Looks back down at Katrina's stomach) What if the baby doesn't like us? What if everything's not ready before the baby's arrival?
Katrina: None of those things are gonna happen, Bob. Me and the baby are healthy. And as for the baby not liking us, I doubt that. This baby will love us. You love the baby, right?
Bob: More than anything.
Katrina: You love the baby and I love the baby. All our little guy or girl will ever ask for is love and attention from us (chuckles) and also getting plenty of food and sleep.
(Bob chuckles then kisses Katrina's stomach then leans against it then looks up at Katrina)
Bob: You're right, Katrina. I feel silly for thinking like this.
(Katrina chuckles then pecks Bob on the forehead)
Katrina: There's nothing silly about being a great dad and husband, sweetie.
(Bob smiles then reaches up and pecks Katrina on the lips then looks back down at her stomach then kisses it)
Bob: (To Katrina's stomach, softly) I won't let you down. I'm gonna be there for you. I love you, baby.
(Katrina smiles lovingly at Bob while he remains near her stomach then he looks up at Katrina)
Bob: I can't wait to see our child growing.
Katrina: (Sighs) 3 months to go, babe.
(Bob reaches up then pecks Katrina on the cheek)
Bob: I'm gonna heat up some milk so you and the baby can get plenty of sleep.
Katrina: (Giggles) Okay.
(Bob hops off the couch then goes into the kitchen then Katrina opens the laptop back up then looks at the playhouse sketch then chuckles)
Katrina: (To herself) Nothing wrong with planning ahead.
(The next scene is at Archibald and Petunia's house, inside their bedroom. Petunia is laying down reading a book then she lets out a small gasp then lifts up her book then smiles when she sees Archibald laying his head on her stomach)
Petunia: (Giggles) What are you doing, Archie?
(Archibald looks over at Petunia)
Archibald: Trying to listen to the baby.
Petunia: The baby won't start moving yet, sweetheart. It's gonna be awhile.
Archibald: I also just love being near the baby...and you.
Petunia: (Giggles) Well, we like having you at our side too.
(Archibald gently kisses Petunia's stomach then looks over at her)
Archibald: I cannot wait to find out if we're having a boy or a girl.
(Petunia leans back against her pillow then looks over at Archibald)
Petunia: What do you think it's gonna be?
Archibald: It doesn't really matter as long as the baby's healthy.
(Archibald moves over to Petunia then invisibly removes a strand of hair away from her eyes then kisses her cheek)
Archibald: And wonderful like you.
(Archibald nuzzles against Petunia's neck then kisses it then Petunia giggles then leans her head against Archibald's)
Petunia: I wouldn't mind having a baby that's wonderful like you.
(Archibald chuckles then kisses Petunia then they press their foreheads together)
Archibald: I can't wait to start thinking about baby names.
Petunia: Me too.
(Archibald lays his head back down on Petunia's stomach)
Archibald: (To Petunia's stomach, softly) We can't wait for you to get here, little one.
(Petunia giggles then continues reading her book while Archibald remains at her stomach)
(The next scene is at Vicki and Larry's house, inside Moe's nursery. Vicki puts the sleeping Moe inside his crib then looks over at Larry)
Vicki: Ellen and Jimmy are gonna be parents?
Larry: Yeah. Ellen told me today at the diner.
Vicki: But she's having twins?
Larry: Uh-huh. Isn't that great?
Vicki: Is it but...are you sure they can handle it?
Larry: What do you mean?
Vicki: I know they wanted to have a baby for quite some time but two babies is a lot to take care of.
Larry: I don't think Ellen and Jimmy would mind. They're really happy about it.
Vicki: How long do you think it'll be before they realize the huge responsibility though?
Larry: Vicki, I'm sure Jimmy and Ellen are prepared for it.
(Vicki sighs then smiles)
Vicki: Maybe you're right.
(Vicki goes over to Moe's crib then Larry joins her side then they both look down at the sleeping Moe)
Vicki: Even though Moe was unexpected, it didn't mean we still weren't ready.
Larry: Yeah. (Turns to Vicki) I'm sure Ellen and Jimmy are gonna be fine.
(Vicki kisses Larry's cheek then they continue looking down at Moe)
(The next scene is at Ellen and Jimmy's house, inside their bedroom. Ellen is sleeping then Jimmy turns around and stares at Ellen's stomach concerned then he lays his head down on Ellen's stomach)
Jimmy: (To Ellen's stomach, softly) Hi, babies. It's Daddy. Daddy's here. I can't believe there's two of you inside Mommy. Our twins. As happy I am about you guys, I can't help but feel...scared. When you guys get here, how am I gonna be able to watch over you? The two of you could be playing but then the next minute, you'll probably be wandering off and getting into some sort of danger. I don't want that to happen. I love you babies far too much to let anything bad happen to you. (Sighs) How am I gonna keep you safe? What am I gonna do? From now on, I'm not gonna let you guys or Mommy out of my sight. You three are all I'm gonna focus on. (Kisses Ellen's stomach) That's a solid promise.
(Ellen stirs then looks over at Jimmy)
Ellen: (Sleepily) Jimmy?
(Jimmy looks over at Ellen)
Jimmy: Oh, hi Cupcake.
Ellen: (Giggles) Were you saying goodnight to our babies a second time?
Jimmy: Y-Yeah.
(Jimmy lays back down beside Ellen then kisses her)
Jimmy: I'm sorry I woke you, babe.
Ellen: It's okay. As long as there's nothing wrong.
(Jimmy smiles then invisibly brushes away at Ellen's hair)
Jimmy: Actually, Cupcake, everything's gonna go right from now on.
Ellen: Goodnight.
(Jimmy kisses Ellen's cheek)
Jimmy: Goodnight.
(The two fall asleep laying against each other)
(The next scene is at Mr. Nezzer and Esther's house, inside the living room. Mr. Nezzer is looking at a photo album then Esther goes downstairs then goes over to Mr. Nezzer)
Esther: Nebby?
(Mr. Nezzer looks over at Esther)
Esther: It's almost midnight. Why are you still awake?
Mr. Nezzer: Oh. I was just looking through our wedding photos.
Esther: Mind if I join you then?
Mr. Nezzer: (Worriedly) Essie, you should be sleeping.
(Mr. Nezzer stands up then goes over to Esther then invisibly pulls her close against him)
Mr. Nezzer: (Worriedly) Now's not the time for you to be standing up and doing things.
(Esther rolls her eyes then smiles then kisses Mr. Nezzer)
Esther: Let's worry about that when I start actually showing, Nebby.
(Mr. Nezzer sighs then nods then kisses Esther then they go over to the couch then sit beside each other then Esther leans against Mr. Nezzer while they look at the photo album)
Esther: Jean-Claude and Phillipe make real great photographers.
Mr. Nezzer: Yep. Here's one when we're exchanging vows.
Esther: I remember that part of your vow was the poem you read to me.
Mr. Nezzer: You mean the one where you realized you'd fallen in love with me?
Esther: (Giggles) You know it took some time for that to happen but...it was a start.
(Mr. Nezzer kisses Esther's cheek)
Mr. Nezzer: Would you like to hear it again?
Esther: Both me and the baby would like that.
(Mr. Nezzer looks down at Esther's stomach smiling warmly then looks back up at Esther then kisses her)
Mr. Nezzer: Alright.
(Mr. Nezzer lays down then lays his head against Esther's lap)
Mr. Nezzer: Now, how'd it go again? Oh...wait. Now I remember. "Oh my love is like a red, red rose that's newly springed in June, oh my love is like the melody that's sweetly played in tune. So fair art thou, my bonnie lass, so deeply in love am I. And I will love thee still, my dear, till the seas gang dry. Till the seas gang dry, my dear, and the rocks melt with the sun; I will love thee still, my dear, while the sands of life shall run."
(Esther smiles lovingly at Mr. Nezzer then pecks him on the forehead)
Esther: I also remembered I couldn't hold back tears when you read it to me again.
Mr. Nezzer: I totally am grateful to Scooter for teaching me that poem. Worked for some of his relatives in his hometown of Scotland too.
Esther: Nebby, look.
(Esther shows Mr. Nezzer the picture of them kissing at the wedding)
Esther: Remember this?
Mr. Nezzer: My favorite part.
(Esther chuckles then kisses Mr. Nezzer)
Esther: Mine too.
(Esther suddenly gasps sharply then Mr. Nezzer quickly sits up then looks at Esther panicked)
Mr. Nezzer: Are you alright, sweetheart?
Esther: Yeah. I just had a sudden back pain. That's going to keep happening on and off for quite a couple of months.
(Mr. Nezzer invisibly rubs Esther's back)
Mr. Nezzer: How does that feel?
Esther: (Sighs) Better. (Kisses Mr. Nezzer's cheek) Thank you, Nebby.
(Mr. Nezzer looks at the photo album then looks at Esther)
Mr. Nezzer: How about we start working on a baby book?
Esther: A baby book?
Mr. Nezzer: We can start collecting new memories for our baby.
Esther: Now that is something I'd like to do.
(Mr. Nezzer kisses Esther then leans down to Esther's stomach)
Mr. Nezzer: (To Esther's stomach, cooing) Do you like that idea, sweetie? A book all about you and all the cute little things you're going to do.
(Mr. Nezzer kisses Esther's stomach then he sits back up then kisses Esther's cheek)
Mr. Nezzer: We can start working on it whenever you want to, Essie.
(Esther yawns)
Esther: All I want to do is go to sleep with our baby and you beside me.
(Mr. Nezzer chuckles then kisses Esther's forehead then he stands up then picks up Esther then she falls asleep against him then Mr. Nezzer goes up the stairs carrying Esther staring down at her lovingly)
