That evening, everyone was in the forest getting ready for their next game.
"Are we really going to hunt each other at night?" asked DJ as they all held paintball guns. Team Don was using green paintballs while Team Chris red.
"Yeah, isn't that kind of dangerous?" asked Carrie.
"Yes it is," said Chris while smiling.
"There are also hidden items all throughout the forest, they are there to aid you and even include a small wooden idol that will give you immunity for the next elimination you face," said Don.
"Oh, and before we forget, this is an all or nothing round, meaning you get hit and you're off the island, only four people from each team will remain after tonight," said Chris, surprising everyone.
"What is with this story?" asked Crimson.
"Sh, don't question our reality, Crimson," said Ennui.
"We are nothing more than tools to tell a story for the masses," he said.
"That's so deep," said Crimson.
"Well I don't need any of these losers to win, so expect me to come after any of you, even my idiot teammates," said Mal before walking into the forest as he whistled at the same time.
"Anyone else scared?" asked Duncan who was shaking.
"Can't believe we used to like you," said Gwen as she and Courtney left in the opposite direction as Mal.
"Yeah well, ah forget them," said Duncan while heading in another direction. The rest of the contestants then moved on as well, some staying in small groups while others went on their own.
"Think they'll survive the night?" asked Chef.
"Who knows," said Chris with a shrug of his shoulders.
"Anyone up for some craft services?" asked Don.
"Sure, sounds good," said Chef. The three of them then left the forest for the crew's base camp.
