The dusty corners of the university library had become a familiar sight to Neji and Tenten. As they entered the second week of their library duty, the initial annoyance they felt toward each other had led to a growing distance. However, an unexpected addition to their group, Shion, who also fell victim to Shizune's scolding, was about to stir the emotions that lingered beneath the surface.

Shion, with her captivating presence and charm, quickly struck up a conversation with Neji, asking, "So, Neji-kun, how long do we have to endure this library punishment together?"

Tenten, caught off guard by the endearment, replied, "That's right. Ask Neji. It's his fault that we're here in the first place." Her irritation with Neji and now Shion was evident in her tone.

Neji, feeling defensive, retorted, "Blowing things out of proportion, Tenten? You were just as stubborn about that book."
