The next day, Magical Mari invited them to Patrick's Chocolate to dicuss the whole Summer Sensation issue. After she fixed up the sublime sandwiches, the Sensations arrived along with Binky and Brain. "Francine said that we cna help with the special effects," Brain explained.

"And you bought hoagies?" Binky asked with excitement. "I'm starving!"

When they sat down, Francine started explaining how it all began. "It all started five years ago, when Francine thought she could prove that the Backstreet Boys are a bunch of showoffs by creating a band called U Stink," she said, "after an apartment neighbor insulted the way we played."

"BSB?" Magical Mari asked. "The greatest boy band of all time? I had all their CDs!"

"They were a hit for four weeks," Arthur continued, "then they thought they could replace Francine with an electronic drum. Buster, George, and I also had our own band called We Stink."

"Kind of similar, aint it?" Buster interupted.

"Everything got a little crazier on the night of the Backstreet Boys performance," Francine finished. "When Muffy tricked Nick into going into an elevator with him and acidentally caused some problems, U Stink had no choice than to perform onstage. After the elevator got fixed, Nick came and saw Fern like the sister he'd never had."

"He must've done pretty well back then being the eldest sibling of five," Magical Mari replied.

"Muffy originally planed a U Stink reunion with the boys around this time," Fern explained, "but something came up." The words from Fern's mouth upset Muffy.

"Not long after that," Buster continued, "the Summer Serenade came along. After the Tibble Twins made a lot of noise with the drums, Arthur suggested we should play The Summer Serenade. A few days later we were thinking about how sensational summer is. Although summer comes once a year, it's best to keep the spirit of it alive. That's when Fern, Francine, Arthur and I decided to call ourselves the Summer Sensations."

Magical Mari was fascinated by their story. The only thing she needed to do now was to find a place for her East Coast Office. "Hey," Fern interupted. "My mom is a real estate agent. Maybe she can help you."

The next day, Magical Mari met up with Fern's mother, Doria Walters, at Karabagli Real Estate. "Mari," Doria said, "there are plenty of available spots for you to open an East Coast Office. Also, my little sister Abbie is in need of a new job. The Petey Pete's Pizzera at Mill Creek Mall is having some financial troubles and is worried about paying off her son's college education."

After a few pages, Magical Mari found an apartment building that overlooks the whole city.

"You mean Erie's Eye?" Doria asked. "Well, that old accounting company did relocate in the southern part of town, and Apartment E5 has the best view out of all the apartments. Okay!"

Meanwhile, Arthur, Buster, Francine, Muffy, and Fern were bike riding, thinking about where Magical Mari was going to place her new office. One by one, they imagined what would the office would be like.

Arthur imagined a prehistoric jungle, Buster imagined a UFO, Francine imagined a horse ranch, Muffy imagined a princess castle, and Fern imagined a Woodstock festival.

After they went back into reality, they spotted Fern's mother's car heading towards Erie's Eye.

Erie's Eye was a five story building with shiny windows.

Inside, they saw Magical Mari, Doria and a Labrador business woman talking to the building manager. "Mom?" Fern shouted, "What is going on?"

"Kids," Doria answered, "Welcome to your Sensational Headquarters.

The Summer Sensations were shocked.

"Doria has the best suggestions in real estate." the buisness Labrador explained, "And I can't wait to start working for the one and only, 'Magical Mari'."

"Easy, Abbie" Magical Mari replied, "We need to look at the inside of the apartment, first."

When they got to Apartment E5, it was as beautiful as a New York City office. Arthur and Buster loved the roomy space, Francine admired the 1980s furniture left there, and Fern and Francine admired the view, which is the best view in Elwood City.

In a few seconds, Magical Mari was calling going through her renovation app on her phone to pick out the best equipment and furniture for her new office. After she saw a sofa labeled, "Something In The Way" she began to wonder something, "What was that something that cancelled the U Stink/Backstreet Boys reunion anyway" Magical Mari asked.

Muffy was so angry, she snapped, "That something, was Howie's girlfriend, later wife!"

"Oooh," Magical Mari awkwardly replied, "Leigh Boniello, Patrick warned me about this. After finding that Nick's acumen is oceany and wacky, you switched to Howard. But you didn't realize then that you smitted on another girl's man."

"Every time I hear Nothin But The Music" Muffy angrily explained, "It makes me think of my second Backstreet Crush and his love life."

"After Howie's Heart," Fern recalled, "You fancied A. J due to his coolness and fashion sense."

"Please," Muffy groaned, "No more Backstreet Love!"

By the door, Patrick and Mr. Ratburn came in, "We're here!" Mr. Ratburn announced, "Magical Mari called us to meet her here to fix up the wallpaper."

"We've got music notes and summer sunshines." Patrick replied.

"We'll do both." Magical Mari.

Before they could begin, Patrick got out a U Stink CD with Nothin But The Music. Just as he was about to play it, his little sister stopped him, "Casablanca Crisis, here." Magical Mari said.

"Sorry." Patrick replied, "And Brain and Binky are on there way with some musician equipment, they know a few guys from the Mill Creek Mall with affordable amps and recording equipment."

"But what are we going to do with Muffy?" Mr. Ratburn asked.

In the renovation bag, Magical Mari found some soundproof headphones to prevent Muffy from hearing the song.

In a flash, they started working on the apaertment
