This is from the television My Adventures with Superman. I did not see a category with this show yet so I put it in comics?

"Lois, actually, there's something I've been wanting to say. Something I need to tell you." Clark breathed in and began to lift his glasses.

"I'm Superman—"

"—and it's all Superman's fault!"

Lois' accusation made his stomach lurch into his chest, so he rammed his glasses back on his face and clamped his jaw shut. Silence fell between him. He waited with bated breath as he saw Lois try to process what he said. She sat there frozen for a moment. Did she even hear what he said? They spoke over each other so maybe she—

"You're "super" what?" she asked, slowly turning toward him.

"I'm, uh, what I meant to say is that I am super…super ma…" Is he really gonna try to backtrack this? He thought stupidly as he stumbled over his words. Yes, yes he is. "...super majorly happy I could make you feel better..." Even as he said it, he knew it wasn't convincing.

"Clark! What did I just say about lying? You're doing it right now! And badly," Lois snapped while clenching his jacket.

"You're right. I'm sorry." He took in another breath and locked his eyes on hers. "I am Superman," he admitted, removing his glasses and pushing back his bangs.

As he revealed himself, Lois' mouth fell open and eyes widened. She looked him up and down. He felt her eyes scan his face and then briefly grazed his body, which brought heat to his face. The awkwardness led him to babble. "Look, about the interview, I wasn't trying to hurt or deceive you and I was being as honest as I could without outright telling you who I was. I really don't know much about my powers and who I am and where I come from. I am trying to figure everything out too and—"

She stopped him by resting a hand on his. "Clark, I–" she began. However, he didn't get to hear what she said. There was a crash. Clark whirled around while Lois peered out from behind him. Through the door frame, they saw a door burst open and a person in a lab coat running out sobbing. A purple glow shone through the crack before disappearing as the door shut. Lois sprung to her feet, maneuvered around him, and leaped down the stairs and toward the action.
