This is basically an Ultimate Spider-Man AU on what if Peter managed to ultimately (heh,get it?) get to keep the Black Suit opposed to just one issue before it bonds to Eddie Brock. However,this alternate universe is MUCH different than the original 610 Ultimate Marvel Comics. I do NOT own Ultimate Marvel.

Peter's P.O.V:

All right,people, let's do this one last time. My name is Peter B.Parker. I was bitten by a radioactive spider,and so far I've been doing my friendly neighborhood Spider-Man thing ever since I was fourteen. I'm now sixteen and so far...things haven't been going so well.

I've been shot in the shoulder by the cops,had my tooth yanked out by Doctor Octopus,Harry's Dad nearly choked me to death,the media hates me so far,and MJ and I have...broken up. After Captain Stacy's death,Aunt May let Gwen stay with us until she could support herself. But enough rambling on!

A few months ago,I reunited with my childhood friend,Eddie Brock. Eddie's dad and my dad worked together. They worked on this suit they thought would be the cure to Cancer. But then...my dad signed the wrong paper for the wrong person. They took the suit from the dad and I was gonna take it back.

I thought...I knew I could finish what he started. I was going to take just enough to do my own tests. Before I could run them though,I did some more digging and found...some more papers and another tape?

Luckily,there a TV in the lab that I hook this thing up to. After watching the video,I was left completely suprised but also crushed at the same time. Apparently,there were three survivors of the crash. They all reported seeing the same thing.

One of the witnesses was my mother. She died in the ambulance. I mean,did Eddie even know about this? I should probably tell him after I worked out all the errors with the suit.

It wasn't easy,I'll tell you that. Going through multiple formulas and solutions,fixing what initially made the "symbiote",as I referred to it,so hungry and filled with hate. But eventually,after inspecting a sample through a microscope,the cells became stable.

"(sighs) Hopefully,this doesn't kill me." He then put on his mask and gloves before dipping his hand into the beaker,as the symbiote began to form around Peter's costume,before the crust shattered around him,giving him a new costume that was a purplish black,with a large white spider symbol.

"Well...so far so good." Peter said before part of the symbiote to form into a head,with the face having the appearance of Spider-Man's mask on his shoulder.

"The hunger has seemed to...dissappear. It's...vanished.However,it has been replaced with something else...but that is not important." The symbiote said,thanking Peter for fixing the DNA that made it hunger for people and devour others.

"Uh...you're welcome. Can you not do that? That's really...creeping me out." Spider-Man said,asking the symbiote to not have the appearance it is taking right now.

"If you insist." The symbiote then formed back into Spider-Man's new black suit,before beginning to communicate via Peter's thoughts.

"My initial name was test subject #61050. However,I would prefer if you were to refer to me as...Klyntar." The symbiotic living goo had said,asking for it to refer to it by that name which it desired to be referred as.

"Right...Klyntar. Can I call ya Klynt for short?" Peter said,not helping but to make a slight joke on the symbiote's name as well as wondering if he could actually call it that.

"I suppose that is somewhat close enough." Klyntar said,supposing that its name it wanted to be referred to as was shortened by Peter.

"Police had attempted to identify the 33 year old man Herman Schultz,attempting to bank rob in the middle of the night..." A police radio in the lab had played the recent crime happening down in the city.

"Herman just never learns,does he? Alright,Klynt. Ready for your first day on the field?" Peter asked the symbiote,wondering if it was ready to stop the Shocker from his current crime spree.

"I am prepared,yes. However,I recommend you not be as reckless with my abilities as my previous host was before you." The living symbiote suggested,not wanting to be known as a monster,like before.

"Trust me,I don't cause collateral damage,the bad guys do. Now let's swing!" Spider-Man said,in his new black suit,created a webline from his finger,ready to go stop the Shocker from robbing anymore banks.

However,something was different about the symbiote or "black suit" that was worked on by Richard Parker and Edward Brock Sr,besides being somewhat sentient.

While it no longer craved destruction and chaos,it still was somewhat hungry. It was mitigated to a certain degree,however what was replaced with gluttony,was soon going to be something else that it was starving for.

Spider-Man now has the black suit and has managed to subdue the thoughts of destruction and hunger,however that hunger is soon going to be for something entirely different. What will it be?
