The Supreme Deity and Demon King were having a somewhat intense conversation about current events and their children's actions. Interrupting the Demon King, the Supreme Deity stated "Okay, besides all of that, in the end, if the rumors turn out to be true, do you think it necessary to take action cohesively?"
"I-" The Demon King began to state but was interrupted. He and the Supreme Deity then slowly turned their head to the left, as they heard loud rhythmic sounds coming from somewhere not too far away.
"What's that?" asked the Supreme Deity confused.
"It's music. What do you mean?" replied the Demon King.
"I know what music is, genius. I'm asking why can we hear it in here and who would be playing, or blasting it so to speak, so abruptly."
"Good question," replied the Demon King. The Supreme Deity frowned before opening her mouth again to speak, "Do you know where your children are?"
The Demon King's eyebrows raised, "Oh. Perhaps one of my sons is playing it," he replied.
The Supreme Deity face-palmed, then raising her head slightly stated "Honestly, do you think any one of your sons would be the type to do that?"
"Perhaps Meliodas when in a good mood but I know he isn't here. Zeldris, might but not as loud. It must be Estarossa."
"Why right now out of all the times he could?"
"Well, he probably doesn't think I know this," the Demon King said, adjusting his sitting position "but he may have his new lover over. I'd think he'd have more decency to at least tell me he's with another lady before bringing her over here-"
"Well now, think about it Demon King, did we?" stated the Supreme Deity, with one eyebrow raised, smirking. The Demon King's eyes widened. "Chances are, we went way further than they have so far without telling a soul-"
"I know that, please don't remind me!" interrupted the Demon King while the Supreme Deity was laughing, mockingly.
"My bad, Demon King, but, how did we begin talking about this?"
"You tell me," he replied. "Moving back to our initial topic of discussion, before I was interrupted, I think we should agree on something together should a situation of such occurrences. Our actions depending upon what is done should most certainly be stern."
"Agreed," replied the Supreme Deity.
"I don't think it entirely necessary to conjure up ideas of punishment at the moment but if you have an idea, please make it known," stated the Demon King.
"Hmm. I do have one. But, I only think we should use it if our children's actions are severe enough,"
"I'm listening," replied the Demon King.
"Perhaps a curse of some kind," stated the Supreme Deity.
"Interesting. I hadn't thought of that. I'll consider it," replied the Demon King.
"I'll elaborate only should we need to do so," the Supreme Deity said.
"Alright, but, before you leave, since I forgot to ask you this, I'll ask now. Are you aware of anything concerning your daughter's relationship with my son? Rather, if they have one?"
"Not at all," the Supreme Deity replied, lying. She was quite cunning, as she did know something more than the Demon King but wanted to use it to her advantage. Why would she tell him the truth? To miss out on a chance at ultimately gaining more control and power over him? Hell no.
"Okay, then I think our meeting is completed," replied the Demon King. He then walked her to the exit of his castle, and the Supreme Deity said right before leaving, "Farewell, Demon King."
"You as well, my fair queen." The Supreme Deity smiled, then turned away as the gates to the Demon King's castle were closed by guards.
Meanwhile, it once again began to approach eventide, and Rajine and Estarossa had to depart from each other's presence for the day. They somehow snuck out of the place in the castle they spent most of the day at to make their way to a balcony area that wasn't very exposed. They talked for some time as they viewed the expanse visible from where they were and the sunset. Upon Rajine having to leave, Estarossa decided it was the perfect time to fess up to something.
Rajine was still looking outwards, noticing that Estarossa's gaze was towards her instead of outwards."Is something the matter?" she asked gently.
"Yes," Estarossa replied causing Rajine to face him, expressing worry.
"I don't think I've mentioned this to you yet, but, I love you," he replied fondly with calmness.
Rajine's cheeks grew hot and her eyes widened, not expecting such a confession from the Commandment of Love. She then smiled before calmly replying "I love you too, sweetheart."
Estarossa pulled Rajine closer to himself, taking her by the waist. His hands began to move slightly lower than her waist, low enough to feel on her arse underneath her icy blue dress. Rajine following placed her hands on Estaarossa's charmingly firm chest. The couple then proceeded to have a somewhat long make-out session, with passionate affection embracing one another. Their kiss intensified as Estarossa slid his tongue deeper into his lover's mouth. Accepting the deepened intimacy of the moment, Rajine subtly moved her hand up to around Estarossa's collar as they continued kissing, practically pushing their bodies against one another.
Slowly but eventually ceasing from "tasting" each other, Estarossa then asked, "Are you sure that you don't want to stay the night, Rajine?"
"Honestly, I'd love to but my sister will be worried."
"But, does she need you as much as I do tonight?" Estarossa asked, hinting he wanted to be more intimate with Rajine.
Realizing what her lover was trying to get at, Rajine's face reddened all the more. Especially as Estarossa began to kiss and bite her neck.
Not entirely willing to be hypnotized by Estarossa's kiss, she forced herself to reply "E-Estarossaa, please s-stop, I really should get going and you're going to give me a hickey!"
Estarossa pulled away stopping himself, then replied "So what if I give you a hickey?" teasingly. "Derieri might harass both you and me about it and I rather not have that happen. Also, what is that..."bulge" I feel below your belt?" she asked, amusingly.
For once, Estarossa was the one blushing and slightly embarrassed. He then replied, "Uh- well, I guess the reason you should stay, Rajine," winking. They both laughed, and Rajine, not completely against the idea replied "Not tonight, but perhaps sometime soon," winking back. Footsteps were heard approaching where the two were, causing Estarossa to earnestly signal Rajine to leave so they wouldn't be caught. Without having to think twice, Rajine quickly waved at him, then took off. Turns out, it was Zeldris. Without much care and in his usual tone, he plainly told Estarossa "I thought I'd find you here." "I-," Estarossa tried to interject, willing to explain."Whatever it is, I don't need to know. Father just requested me to tell you tonight that you and I need to go to a nearby province to speak with their ruler."
"When?" Estarossa asked."Like now, we need to get going," Zeldris replied. Estarossa sighed, following his younger brother, he commented, "Great, what for?" The two conversed and fulfilled their duty, finally returning to their chambers at around 1 in the morning. Quite tired from the day, Estarossa did not find much trouble quickly making it to sleep.
It was now about sunrise. Estarossa found himself awake at the crack of dawn. It was quite odd for him to naturally wake up at this time but perhaps the noise outside was causing him to regain consciousness. He figured perhaps he should get up and get ready although he was half asleep. Nevertheless, he was fully awakened not even a second later. "Prince, Estarossa!" A royal maid of the castle called. Estarossa jumped and then raised himself from lying down, replying "What's the matter?".
The maid blushed slightly, observing that Estarossa did not have a shirt on...or anything, for that matter. "Uhm-, my apologizes sir, but, your eldest brother, Prince Meliodas, has come up missing."
"Missing? How?" Estarossa asked, concerned.
"Sir, this morning when the Demon King called for him, he wasn't found in his chambers by Chandler his advisor. Servants were sent to scout out the entire Demon Realm and he wasn't found, anywhere."Estarossa raised both his eyebrows, shocked, not knowing what to say.
He then sighed, "Thank you for letting me know. You are dismissed."
"Yes, sir," she replied, as she closed his door behind her. Estarossa, not having a clue as to what his next move should be, decided to remain in bed for some time. He stared at the walls, the ceiling, lost as to why his eldest brother whom he admired and loved dearly, would do such a thing. 'As soon as this news gets around, it's going to be utter chaos,' he thought.
Estarossa then sighed before thinking 'Chaos. All over again.' He frowned in confusion concerning his thoughts as they almost suggested he knew what took place before this point in time. He hadn't even come into existence before about 3 centuries ago. 'Wait... huh?' his confusion deepened as his thoughts did not seem factual. Almost fuzzy as if he couldn't recall such knowledge. Ignoring his thoughts, he began to get up to dress and prepare for what the day may bring. As he was still contemplating, he began to allow anger to fill his mind concerning broth-, or should I say, Meliodas. 'That damn fool,' he angrily thought 'he could start a full-on war because of his actions! He knows how the Demon King reacts to such foolishness, and yet, he still went through with this? How could he!? For but one woman?'
His thoughts slowed down as he started to try to think more rationally and then came to realize that for one, he did not entirely know his reason for leaving. Although if it were for but one woman, whom he truly loved, he couldn't blame him. Perhaps Estarossa didn't care all that much. He had no clue why but figured it was better for him to be honest with himself rather than pretend to be upset over a matter he couldn't control. Peradventure, if he is calm, maybe those around him will take the same approach as well.
Estarossa was adjusting his clothing which he typically wears and then reached for the door handle to exit his bedroom area. Yet, he was hesitant. Although a conversation concerning calmness and collectivity was just had within himself, he knew that was only his take on the matter. It being his take, he knew it would probably not be what others around him make of it. He of certainty was not ready to feed off the unnerving energy that his fellow clansmen would most likely be feeling. Let alone the Demon King...Unfortunately for him, the choice was already made. Estarossa heard a soft knock on his door that startled him out of his thoughts.
"Prince Estarossa," a high-pitched nagging voice called.
'Oh great, it's Peronia again, scaring me half out of mind' he thought before replying "Yeesss," as he rolled his eyes, opening his bedroom door.
"The Demon King is calling for you and your brother and I suggest that you don't approach him with that attitude at this time," she replied.
"How pissed is he?" asked Estarossa."Well, I'll just say I saw him sharpening his sword," she replied, sarcastically grinning.
"That's wonderful news," Estarossa replied duly. He then closed his door behind him and walked towards his father's throne room with Peronia floating at his side. He didn't know what to expect but did somewhat fear for his life. Who knows where the Demon King at this point would direct his anger? He thought perhaps once this whole thing is over, he would reward himself for surviving by visiting his lover once more. Despite his thought, he still questioned 'Would there be enough time to do so before something quite distasteful tipped off?
