Estarossa was met with the presence of Zeldris and the Demon King. From the glance that Zeldris gave him as he entered, although he knew his brother was good at keeping a poker face, this time, he could see expressed worry and concern on his face. This only made Estarossa worry all the more.

Estarossa changed his gaze to the Demon King, this time he was in his original size, sitting on his throne. He remained silent for what felt like hours. The Demon King really did seem pissed. The ruler of the Demon Race then broke the silence, plainly stating "Well, you all both know what has taken place. The only thing for us to do is follow through in the execution of this traitor and all those who wrongfully side with him and against us."

"Yes, Father," Zeldris and Estarossa somehow replied in unison, causing Zeldris and Estarossa to glance at each other.

"You are dismissed," the Demon King boomed, oddly reposed. Without a second thought, the two Commandments exited the throne room of the Demon King. Estarossa exited behind Zeldris and the two silently walked for some time after being dismissed. Bothered by his brother's presence, Zeldris came to a halt in the middle of the hallway the two were in, questioning "Why are you still following me?"

"Why assume that I was following you? Perhaps I'm headed to the same exit as you?" Estarossa replied in his typical smug and calm matter.
"Cut the crap!" Zeldris replied coldly, turning to face Estarossa.
"The hell is wrong with you?" Estarossa replied trying to match his brother's energy.
"I'm being serious right now! I have business to attend to as there is currently a high possibility of war. I need to do it independently. Besides, you and I are never in each other's company. What do you want?" Zeldris spat in response.
"I wanted to talk!" Estarossa stated, raising his voice.
"About what!" Zeldris hollered back.
"I don't know maybe about why Meliodas left? This isn't normal and you mean to tell me he would haphazardly pull something like this?" Estarossa asked with fake enthusiasm as he already knew why Meliodas left but was curious to see his younger brother's response.

Zeldris looked away from Estarossa, remaining silent. Estarossa moved awfully close to his brother as he threateningly stated "Listen, I know you have some type of knowledge about Meliodas running away and I will not hesitate to inform the Demon King if you choose to remain silent."

Zeldris then glared at his older brother slightly hesitating to answer. He then sighed, and not caring to hold back what he knew, replied "You're correct but I'll only say this once so you listen good," he stated, lowering his tone so only Estarossa could hear should anyone be eavesdropping.
Zeldris continued "Meliodas grabbed me about a day ago during the night and told me to follow him to the area of the Demon Race leading into the human realm. Once we got there he informed me that he was going to run away with Elizabeth because he figured it was the only way to avoid the wrath of our father. He wanted me to accompany him and bring Gelda with-"
"Wait, who's Gelda?" Estarossa questioned, interrupting Zeldris.

Zeldris blushed slightly as he looked down to not make it obvious. He then replied, "She's someone I've taken an interest in."
"So, you're in a romantic relationship with her?" Estarossa asked teasingly.
"Yea so? Aren't you?" Zeldris replied in his typical cold tone looking up at him, attempting to take the attention away from himself.
'Oh, I had that coming,' thought Estarossa as he began to get embarrassed. Struggling to find words due to his blushing, he balled his fists as he somewhat yelled "W-why are you trying to turn this on me- just forget it, what else did Meliodas say!?"
Zeldris chuckled slightly before he sighed and then replied "Well, that's what I thought. Nevertheless, of course, I did not choose to go but he tried to reason with me for about half an hour. We then returned home as guards came looking for us but I haven't seen him since."
"Interesting. Wait, Elizabeth?" Estarossa questioned in response, shocked.
"Yes? Who is she to you?" Zeldris asked.
Estarossa moved slightly closer before he replied with urgency in his voice "Elizabeth is the daughter of the Supreme Deity, a Goddess. He's been secretly with her since you and I were children."

Zeldris stepped back, thinking. His expression then changed. It went from neutral to rage. "That damned fool. He ran off to side with the Goddesses and that poor excuse for a woman," Zeldris spat coldly. Estarossa did not know what to say as his thoughts from earlier that day were being confirmed.

Zeldris then took off, leaving Estarossa. Yet, his older brother could tell his mind was running about something. Needless to say, Estarossa thought perhaps he should go and find his lover as well. Time was truly running short.
