A week after hurting Krennick, Neckrox was in the training room by himself.
"I will start off at the low end," said Neckrox before boxing a cement wall that had been set up in the middle of the room.
"Alright, so far everything is going good," said Neckrox as the muscles in his arms slowly grew while he punched the wall. Suddenly, the wall shattered from one last below.
"I made it to fifteen percent of my full power," said Neckrox as Doc came into the room.
"The wall didn't break because you used too much power, but because all your punches were wearing down on the same spot," said Doc as he handed Neckrox a tablet.
"I only reached seven hundred and fifty six pounds of pressure at fifteen percent," said Neckrox.
"Cement slabs break at six hundred and seventy five pounds of pressure when a small area is focused on, you hit it so many times in the same place that it's no wonder it broke," said Doc.
"I'm increasing roughly fifty pounds of pressure for each percentage I use," said Neckrox
"How much of your full power did you use in your training earlier?" asked Doc.
"I was at twenty percent, which means I punched Krennick with a thousand pounds of pressure," said Neckrox with a worried expression.
"From now on I don't want you going beyond 1% without permission," said Doc.
"I had better practice some more then, don't want to lose control again," said Neckrox as he programmed training robots to attack.
"Don't train too much, I don't want you exhausting yourself too much," said Doc. Zephyr then came running into the room.
"Gaia's on the news, and you won't believe what's going on," said Zephyr.
