On Today's Episode: The two-fronted adventure continues, as while the rest of the spies keep searching for any sign of the members of Idol Opportunity or possibly other idols, Nick and his girlfriends keep fighting their way through Skip's game in hopes of freeing the trapped idols. But what other surprises will the game spring on our heroes as it continues on level by level?

Act 2: Connect the World

7:14 P.M. – Skip Joystick's Game

"Okay, so what's this level supposed to be?" Alex wondered as the four spies entered level two of the game.

"You got me on that one," Nozomi replied, not knowledgeable about Idol Opportunity's past.

"Wait, wait, I know this place!" May exclaimed when she connected the dots. "This was Ruri's old modeling studio!"

"Modeling studio?!" Alex wondered.

"Wait, she used to be a model?!" Nozomi remarked.

"Yeah, she was initially trying to become a fashion model before she got drawn into the idol lifestyle," May answered.

"I don't know if I'd have done anything different from camera flashes in your face much of the time, and maintaining a perfect figure, too," Alex commented.

"Kinda makes you think Skip would stick Ruri in this level, then, right?" Nick deduced.

"You'd think," May replied.

They then heard a few noises.

"Ooh, boy, mooks at three o'clock!" Alex exclaimed as more digital mooks approached them.

"And judging by what they're wearing, I think I know who the boss of this level might be," Nick told the others. "But let's take care of these mooks first!"

"You'll owe us an explanation then later, Nick," Nozomi told him.

"Bring it on, mook boys!" May shouted, swinging her anchor to send mook after mook flying every which way.

Some of the mooks attempted to start throwing martial arts moves at the four spies.

"Oh, so that's the game we're gonna play, huh?" Nozomi taunted, jumping onto her hands so she could do a handstand spinning kick attack that cleared the mooks away.

Nick dodged one mook's attempt to piledrive him into the floor, then flew into the air and fired a Final Shine Attack, sweeping it across the ground to delete mook after mook.

Alex made sure to get a piece of the action herself, whipping out a Sonic Disintegrator Boombox to blast mooks away before attacking, sending one unfortunate mook flying into the upper rafters of the studio with a soccer kick.

It thankfully didn't take too long to clear the mooks away, after which the studio went silent, a nearby door opening.

"Guess that's the way forward," Alex quipped. "Well, let's not keep mister boss fight waiting."

The four spies cautiously made their way through the door and into another, much larger, room of the modeling studio, making sure they were ready for anything.

"Say, Nick? You said you knew who or what this level's boss might be?" Nozomi asked.

"I'm pretty sure it's gonna be Saitou, since those enemies were wearing clothes like hers," Nick responded. "I picked up some gamer tips from watching May play a lot of her own games."

And sure enough, at the center of the room, standing there in a martial arts pose, was Saitou herself, or at least a game enemy designed to resemble her.

Nick quickly put himself on edge, remembering what had happened before.

And like clockwork, the false Saitou glitched out for a few seconds before transforming into a large, four-armed humanoid creature with blue-ish gray skin.

"Okay, not exactly what I was expecting," Alex admitted.

Cursed Saitou took advantage of this and rushed forward to attack, throwing rapid-fire punches with all four of its arms. Nick attempted to hit the boss with a Final Shine Attack, but Cursed Saitou's rapid punches simply stopped the blast cold.

"...that wasn't supposed to happen, right?" Alex gasped.

"It's a video game, so it'll expose its weak point sooner or later," May quipped.

As May had predicted, Cursed Saitou eventually tired itself and ceased its barrage of punches.

"All right, let's try this again, shall we?" Nick stated, firing another Final Shine Attack that thankfully hit its intended target, sending Cursed Saitou skidding backwards.

Cursed Saitou recovered quickly and jumped through the air, coming down in the center of the four spies with a leg drop that caused a shockwave, forcing them to scatter in different directions.

Nozomi went on the offensive, lashing out with many different moves to keep the boss distracted. Though Cursed Saitou countered each punch or kick that Nozomi threw its way, she didn't give any ground, giving as good as she got.

This allowed Nick, Alex and May to circle around to behind Cursed Saitou.

"Open wide, miss four-arms!" May shouted as she lunged forward and swung her anchor to hit Cursed Saitou in the back, causing it to stumble enough for May to jump into the air and send Cursed Saitou crashing to the ground with an overhead anchor swing to the head.

As Cursed Saitou attempted to pick itself up, Nick rushed in while it was recovering, formed a psychic blade on his hands, and slashed it across the boss' side.

This seemed to do the trick, as Cursed Saitou fell to its knees, spread its arms out in a very "WHY?!" pose, and collapsed, exploding into a shower of glowing polygons before it hit the ground.

Like before, a portal of light opened up at the opposite end of the room, and the boss left behind another trinket that appeared to be a piece of the same trinket dropped by the first boss.

May wondered why the trinket was starting to look familiar to her as the four spies left the level and returned to the world map.

7:28 P.M. – Shibuya, Tokyo

"Well, it looks like things are pretty normal around here," Britney quipped when the spies touched down in Shibuya.

"I'm just glad there's no killer rabbit to deal with," Mat chuckled, remembering what they'd faced here the last time they'd been in Shibuya.

As the spies looked around for any sign of Piers, or possibly Skip and his goons, they suddenly noticed someone else charging into the fray, helping Piers fight off more of Skip's mooks.

"Hey, isn't that Saitou?" Dawn wondered.

"That can only mean Nick and the girls beat another boss and got her out," Sam stated. "But for now, let's go help them out!"

The spies all rushed into the fray just in time, as Saitou had just been jumped from behind by a pair of mooks, only for Melissa and Dawn to peel the mooks off before kicking them away.

More mooks started to swarm the spies, but Clover and Blaine both threw Platinum Credit Cards to de-pixelize the mooks coming their way.

"Need some help here?" Marnie asked as she, Ruri and Sonia moved to help Saitou back to her feet.

"Thought crossed my mind," Saitou teased as the four idols charged headlong into battle with the digital mooks.

"This is proof we're more than just a music band!" Ruri shouted as they battled.

"We need the help we can get against all these," Sam remarked.

Using any gadgets they could think of, the spies and three members of Idol Opportunity were able to destroy most of Skip's mooks. Unfortunately, more mooks started coming in.

"I sure hope Jerry and RiCO programmed certain gadgets to not have so much ammo," Mat told the others.

"Good point," Haruka stated.

"Maybe I can alleviate this problem," Bridget quipped. "Sonic Mode, online!"

Bridget ran in circles and created a makeshift whirlwind to surround as many mooks as possible.

"Thanks for the chance, Bridget," Dawn quipped.

Everybody equipped Cyclone Blast Hair Dryers and used them in all directions at the mooks Bridget couldn't get.

"Got 'em all!" Melissa exclaimed.

Unfortunately, the celebrations had to be put on hold almost immediately as another gang of mooks came back.

"How's he knowing this is happening?" Clover wondered.

"Regardless, seems Skip Joystick's M.O. is to keep us at this 'square one' until further notice," Mat replied.

"My thoughts exactly," Sam quipped.

"Well, he won't get very far there," Bridget replied. "Come on, guys, one more time!"

With that, Bridget kicked up the juice and sped away from the army of mooks.

"We better lock on to where Skip Joystick could be hiding," Haruka remarked.

Sam got out her X-Powder and attempted to lock on to the coordinates of where Skip Joystick could be hiding, or perhaps his hideaway.

"Anything, Sammy?" Clover wondered.

"Not quite yet," Sam answered.

"Allow my assistance," RiCO stated, appearing on Sam's X-Powder.

"Thanks, RiCO," Sam giggled.

"Fortunately, you're near Skip Joystick's lair," RiCO told them after a full scan of Shibuya. "Just several blocks away!"

Marnie looked at the blip on the screen, and she instantly recognized the location.

"W-wait, isn't that..." Marnie gasped. "That's the studio that I went to for my first idol audition!"

"Then I guess that's where we better go," Sam remarked in her leader tone.

"But don't doubt Skip Joystick has some plan up his sleeve," Mat pointed out.

"Good point," Blaine commented.

The spies followed the pinging and found their way to that location. When they got to where the pinging got stronger and stronger, they were surprised at what they saw.

"...it's just like I remembered it," Marnie gasped when she saw the studio, its name translating to "Well of Talent". "This is where I applied to be an idol for the first time."

"The humble beginnings of Idol Opportunity," Melissa quipped.

"Well, then, let's head inside and see what exactly we're dealing with, shall we?" Piers proclaimed as everyone headed inside the studio and searched for a way into Skip's lair.

Marnie glanced around at the studio interior, remembering everything that she had been through on her quest to become an idol and wondering if she could see her now.

Eventually, Sam found the hidden doorway that led into the secret lair, and...

"Okay, this is suddenly making my eyes hurt," Dawn quipped when she noticed all the neon lights surrounding the walls of the lair. The strange look of the lair made it resemble a virtual reality-esque world, much like you'd see in a video game.

"Honestly, given who we're dealing with, it fits," Seven noted.

"I'm just hoping Kanami's all right," Ruri noted. "She and Samui are still trapped in the game, so..."

"I'm sure they'll both be out soon," Rain responded.

Before anyone else could respond to that, a voice started coming from the nearby loudspeaker.

"I take it you're impressed with my lair, you dullards?" Skip laughed.

"Maybe tone down the neon so we don't get seizures, you loony?" Clover retorted.

"It's a work in progress, really," Skip admitted. "But back to business, I figured you'd find your way here eventually. I have so many wonderful toys for all of you to play with."

"Yeah, well, we've kinda had enough of your 'toys' to last us the rest of summer, jerk dip," Britney taunted.

"And besides, your 'game' probably won't be lasting much longer, considering the best gamers of all of us are clearing it!" Melissa shouted.

"Oh, if I were them, I'd stay on my toes," Skip chuckled. "My game still has some surprises in store for them."

The voice cut out, leaving the spies to start exploring the lair in hopes of finding Skip and defeating him.

"Yikes, this place is an eyesore," Mat groaned.

"Hopefully we won't be staying here for too long," Britney answered.

"And on that note," Melissa quipped, flipping her X-Powder open to contact Nick. "Is everything okay in there, Nick?"

"Mostly," Nick answered as he backflipped away from another mook. "The girls and I are heading through the third level as we speak."

"Considering there's only two members still trapped in the game, I've got a feeling we're near the end," Nozomi replied.

"And speak of the devil in 8-bit, I think it's just about boss time for this level, too," May quipped.

"Keep us posted, 'kay?" Bridget replied as the spies continued their journey through the lair.

8:08 P.M. – Skip Joystick's Game
Level 3 – Boss Arena

"So, May, I didn't get a chance to ask earlier, but what part of Idol Opportunity's past is this level based off of?" Nozomi wondered as the four of them approached the large, open area nearby where the level boss was surely waiting for them.

"From what I can gather, this was the stage where Marnie performed her first solo concert as an idol, a little while before she started gathering Idol Opportunity together," May explained. "But what about this stage in particular is giving me the most awkward case of déjà vu?"

"We might have to worry about that later," Alex quipped, pointing to the center of the stage where the boss was waiting for them.

It turned out to be Samui, though much like the others, this Samui knelt down and started glitching out before transforming into the level boss, this one being a white moth-like creature with two kimono sleeve-like arms at the front, transparent wings with a white flower motif, and deep blue eyes much like Samui herself.

"Okay, definitely wasn't expecting it to be a moth," Nozomi admitted.

"Brace yourselves, everyone!" Nick shouted.

Cursed Samui flapped its wings hard enough to send a barrage of ice spikes flying towards the four spies. Nick raised his hand to project a psychic barrier that blocked the spikes and waited for the barrage to cease.

When it did, May was the first to go on the offensive, throwing a pair of Incendiary Earrings that exploded in Cursed Samui's face, sending it stumbling backwards.

"Weakness identified!" May exclaimed.

Nozomi followed this up by hitting Cursed Samui with a blast from an Electromagnetic Curling Iron, but the boss quickly recovered from this and started flying around the arena, dropping ice crystals as it flew that exploded into stalagmites upon hitting the ground. This forced the four spies to stay on the move so as to avoid getting frozen.

"Get down here, you little bird punk!" Alex growled, running forward and leapfrogging off of Nick's shoulders to get enough height to kick Cursed Samui in the face and cause it to dip downwards, allowing Nick to blast it with a Final Shine Attack.

Eventually, Cursed Samui took off into the air again and started flapping its wings again, this time covering the entire arena in a blizzard.

Nick motioned for everyone to get close to him, and once they were, spread his hands out to cover them in a psychic bubble that protected them from the blizzard. Cursed Samui attempted to charge towards them, only to bounce off of the bubble.

This gave Nick an opportunity to snap his fingers, popping the bubble and knocking Cursed Samui back with the outward recoil. This also managed to stop the blizzard.

"Pour it on!" Nozomi exclaimed as she leaped into action, kicking Cursed Samui over towards Nick so he could form a psychic blade on his hand and lunge forward with one final slash to end the fight.

Cursed Samui let out a loud moth cry before attempting to take off again, only to fall back to the ground and explode into a shower of glowing polygons.

After the glowing portal and another piece of the mysterious trinket appeared, May stared at the pieces they'd already collected, once again getting that familiar feeling.

But when the four of them returned to the world map, they could now hear singing layered into the world map music.

"I wonder if that means we're getting close to the end of this game, if we're hearing singing in the world map now..." Alex wondered.

May, however, was singing along with the world map theme, almost as if she knew this particular song.

"I'm not alone when you are here, the constellations are so clear, your gravity is pulling me up until our hearts collide..." May sang. "Holy crapbaskets, that's Shiemi's song!"

"Could we get a footnote here?" Nozomi asked.

"Shiemi was Marnie's first idol partner, about a year before the rest of Idol Opportunity got together," May explained. "They didn't perform together for too long, though, since Shiemi graduated from the unit after only eleven months due to family issues."

"You really seem to know a lot about this, May," Alex chuckled.

"Hey, as a self-proclaimed Idol Opportunity superfan, I gotta know some of these things," May quipped. "In case you were wondering, a lot of people simply forgot about Shiemi after she graduated, which is kinda frustrating for real fans who'd prefer to, you know, not forget stuff like that."

"Regardless, I think we'd better move before Kanami finds herself in even more trouble," Alex stated. "She's the last one we've gotta free, after all."

"Right-o, then let's proceed to level four," Nick proclaimed as the four of them moved across the world map to access level four. It appeared to be the only remaining level, but Nick had played more than enough games to know that there was probably more to it than that.

"Hopefully this IS the final level after all," Alex commented.

"Totally," Nozomi added. "Even though it's only been three levels, I'm anxious to get back to the real world and help everyone else out.

"For our sake, I'm hoping so, too," Nick remarked.

"We DO still have a summer to enjoy after all," Alex replied. "Just saying..."

"No doubt we do," May stated in agreement.

Nick tried to use his psychic radar to pick up Kanami's thoughts. Come on, Kanami... we know you're in here... Nick thought.

"So, is this the last level, May?" Nozomi wondered.

"It looks like the last level," May answered, noticing that level four heavily resembled what seemed to be Kanami's old neighborhood, the one she'd lived in for a while after temporarily leaving Idol Opportunity.

"That's what I thought," Nick remarked.

"Then hopefully that means we're close," Alex replied.

"I'd still stay on your toes, though," May quipped. "A tricky enough video game likes to make you think you've finished the game before it pulls the metaphorical rug out from under you."

"Any idea on where to start, May?" Nick asked.

"I'd say follow the trail of mooks," May responded as she ran over to kick another mook away from the path it looked like they had to follow.

The path continued to wind around the neighborhood, eventually leading the spies to a local park, where they seemed to see Kanami, only for her to vanish when they got close enough.

"Wait, she disappeared?" Alex wondered.

"Oh, so we're playing this game now, are we?" May stated as she doubled back to the residential area where they'd entered level four and saw Kanami standing near one of the houses, only for her to once again disappear when they got close to her.

9:00 P.M. – Skip Joystick's Lair

The rest of the spies still meandered every which way to find Skip Joystick.

"Anybody see anything?" Clover wondered.

"Nothing out of the ordinary yet," Mat answered.

"This Skip Joystick fellow better be ready if we decide to take him to court..." Marnie growled.

"Let's worry about that later, Marnie," Haruka replied.

"Yeah, but you do have every right to be angry with him," Bridget stated.

The spies then heard a loud thud.

"What the heck was that?!" Blaine chastised.

"I don't need three guesses that it's likely Skip's mook army again," Melissa told the others.

"Believe that this is your end, spies!" Skip's voice boomed over a loudspeaker.

"Quit hiding, you chicken!" Mat taunted.

"You either turn back now... or get that hot sweetums of yours to go out with me for a change," Skip Joystick demanded.

When everyone realized who exactly Skip was talking about, they all were suddenly on edge, as they could feel the rage building in Mat.

"You wanna know something, Skip?" Mat proclaimed. "That was my girlfriend you just propositioned. And in case you didn't get that memo, I don't take kindly to people doing that, especially right in front of me."

"And you should count yourself lucky that my big brother is still traipsing around in your game," Melissa taunted. "Because if Nick heard that, you'd already be in a heap of trouble."

"But he's not here right now, is he?" Skip laughed. "What's he going to do to stop me?"

Mat quickly brought out an Electromagnetic Curling Iron and fired it forward, cutting a swath through Skip's digital mooks.

"You're going to regret every word you've said today, buddy," Mat growled.

"Dang skippy!" Seven exclaimed. "Let's find Skip and mess him up!"

The group all charged forward, knocking down mooks left and right as they went. A group of mooks tried to surround Seven and Rain, but the idol sisters made short work of those mooks, causing them to fall back before dissipating into a shower of pixels.

"Always keep up the training," Rain quipped.

"Hopefully it won't be much longer before we can find Skip," Clover noted.

"I've got a feeling we're getting close," Bridget stated. "Let's pick up the pace, shall we?"

Bridget transformed back into Sonic Mode and dashed through a pack of mooks to clear the way forward, only to find Samui just up ahead, kicking her way through more mooks.

"H-Hey, that's Samui!" Sonia gasped.

"Which can only mean that Nick and the others are just about done with the game," Melissa replied. "Come on, let's go help her out!"

9:14 P.M. – Skip Joystick's Game
Kanami's Neighborhood

"Agh, why does she keep disappearing?!" Nozomi shouted. "This is really starting to get old, you know!"

The strange vision of Kanami had been leading the four spies all over the neighborhood, until it finally seemed to stop at what appeared to be Kanami's childhood home.

"Honestly, that fits, if this is supposed to be the final battle," Alex stated.

The four spies approached Kanami, and just like the other level bosses, she glitched out for a couple seconds before transforming.

Oddly enough, however, instead of transforming into a strange creature, Cursed Kanami simply gained piercing yellow eyes and strange ribbons wrapped around its arms.

Cursed Kanami immediately went on the offensive, thrusting its palms forward to send the ribbons around her arms forward to snatch Nozomi and yank her towards it.

Nick naturally wasn't having any of that, rushing forward to slash the ribbons apart before Cursed Kanami could do something worse to Nozomi.

May tagged in, tossing her anchor like a javelin to knock Cursed Kanami down and allow Nick to fly into the air and blast it with a Final Shine Attack.

Alex chipped in as well, using her Sonic Disintegrator Boombox to counter a flurry of ribbon strikes.

After sending Cursed Kanami flying into the air with an uppercut swing from her anchor, May jumped after it and beaned the boss with an overhead swing, sending it crashing right back down to the ground.

Cursed Kanami flipped back onto its feet and retaliated with a double ribbon snatch that caught May and dragged her closer, and she didn't like the look in Cursed Kanami's eyes, especially since those eyes now seemed to be glowing.

Nick acted quickly, raising his right hand to envelop May in his psychic hold, then snapping his hand down to pull her down to the ground just in time, as bright orange laser beams erupted from Cursed Kanami's eyes, only blasting the air where May had just been.

"Oof, that was way too close," May sighed in relief. "Thanks for the save, Nick."

"No problem-o," Nick responded as he lunged forward to slug Cursed Kanami in the face with a wicked right hook.

This caused Cursed Kanami to stumble backwards before falling to its knees in defeat.

"Did we beat it?" Nozomi asked.

"That was... surprisingly easy for a final boss," Alex stated.

Almost as if something had been waiting for Alex to say that, the entire area around the four spies began to shatter like glass shards, eventually leaving them in what appeared to be a blue-and-violet black hole in space with no visible ground to stand on, though they were clearly standing on something.

"Um, did we break the game or something?" Alex gasped.

"Nope," May quipped as she pointed towards Cursed Kanami, who was suddenly floating into the air. "We're not done yet."

Cursed Kanami curled in on itself before sprouting six black angel wings from its back, neon-blue ribbons wrapping around its entire body, and its entire body turning monochrome and its eyes turning from sharp yellow to a demonic red.

"Any RPG final boss worth its salt needs to have at least two phases, after all," May stated.

Cursed Kanami flew forward, spinning around to slash at the four spies with all six of its wings, forcing them to jump away.

Nick fired a Final Shine Attack at Cursed Kanami, only for it to surround itself with four of its wings to block the blast. However, this left it open to May sneaking in behind it and clobbering it with her anchor, causing it to drop its wing shield so Nick could fire another Final Shine Attack, this one actually connecting and pushing the boss back.

Cursed Kanami floated there ominously for a few seconds before raising its hands to the sky. A few seconds later, a barrage of both dark feathers and the blue ribbons began falling from the sky, keeping the four spies on the evasive for a moment.

When the barrage finally stopped, Cursed Kanami once again ensnared May with one of its ribbons, but much to its surprise, May yanked on the ribbon, pulling Cursed Kanami towards her and allowing May to whack it in the face with her anchor, stunning it long enough for Nick to rush in and slash it three times with a psychic blade.

Nozomi, not wanting to feel left out, charged in and started punching and kicking Cursed Kanami in different ways.

Eventually, Cursed Kanami unleashed a pulse wave around it that pushed the four spies away before flying backwards out of range.

"Oh, you wanna do that?" Nick taunted, taking off into the air to follow Cursed Kanami. "We'll do that."

Cursed Kanami turned around mid-flight to fire more of those orange eye lasers from its eyes, but Nick countered that with a quick flurry of psychic bolts before knocking Cursed Kanami away with a psychic pulse.

Alex and Nozomi both fired Cyclone Blast Hairdryers at Cursed Kanami, doing their best to keep it in place so the others could attack.

May leapfrogged off of Nick's shoulders to get enough height to smash Cursed Kanami back to the 'ground' with an overhead anchor swing before landing, winding up, and sending the boss flying with a home run swing.

Cursed Kanami recovered quickly, though, and fired another barrage of ribbons into the air before flapping all six of its wings and unleashing a shockwave of darkness that blasted all four spies away.

"Sounds like she's getting desperate," Nozomi quipped.

"That can only mean we're getting close to ending this," May stated.

"Well, then, let's end this, shall we?" Nick proclaimed, spreading his hands out. "Can you ladies keep her busy for me?"

"All over that," Alex giggled as the girls moved to attack Cursed Kanami while Nick charged up.

May spun her anchor around in her hand to deflect a flurry of dark feathers that flew her way, while Alex slipped in behind Cursed Kanami and blew it away with a pair of Incendiary Earrings.

Nick clenched his fists, his right hand surrounded by bright green light and his left hand surrounded by bright yellow light. After a few seconds, Nick slammed his hands together, the two glows joining together to form a sphere of sparkling silver light around both of his hands.

Cursed Kanami broke out of the girls' attacks and decided to fly towards Nick, its wings suddenly turning razor-sharp.

"That was your mistake," Nick proclaimed as he wrenched his hands apart, a trail of silver light connecting them, before clapping them back together and unleashing his gathered psychic power in the form of a massive wave of silver light that resembled a tsunami. The wave of light crashed into Cursed Kanami and exploded brilliantly, lighting up the boss arena with a bright flash of silver light.

The Shining Star Attack seemed to do the trick, as Cursed Kanami started shaking in its spot, cracks showing up on its body and an utterly bewildered expression on its face before it exploded into a shower of glowing polygons.

The level around the four spies began to glitch and spasm wildly before eventually vanishing completely, and when the four of them could see again, they found themselves back in Skip Joystick's lair, with a sleeping Kanami right beside them.

"And that's game over!" May laughed.

"Okay, I'll admit, that was actually a pretty fun final boss," Alex chuckled. "If only Skip wouldn't use his game skills for evil..."

"'If only' being the operative words here," Nozomi quipped.

"You okay, Kanami?" Nick asked when he noticed that Kanami was just waking up.

"I... I think so," Kanami admitted as Nick helped her to her feet. "I just had the strangest dream, really..."

"Probably a side effect of the game that Skip Joystick lunkhead had you and the others trapped in," Nozomi replied.

"Wait, I was in a game?" Kanami gasped.

"Long story that we'll save for later," Nick quipped. "I'm pretty sure that this is his secret lair, and the rest of the gang's waiting for us not too far away, so let's burn all the rubber so we can shut down Skip's scheme for good."

Kanami nodded and followed the four spies out through the nearby hallway so they could regroup with the rest of the spies and finish this caper once and for all.

To be concluded...

Next time...

Mat: Where is he hiding? I've got a bone to pick with him for that whole 'sweetums' thing.

Melissa: Yeah, only Mat's allowed to call me that!

Skip: Ask and ye shall receive, you brats.

Sonia: You know, you've got some nerve, buddy boy.

Seven: And I hope you're ready to answer for what you've done!

Skip: If I were you, I'd be more worried about your other friends. They're still in my game, after all, and I'm sure that my final boss will be more than enough to punch them a one-way ticket to the digital equivalent of hell. So, who don't you just accept the fact that I'm the...

Nick: I'm sorry, were you bragging about something?

Skip: H-How did you all escape?! You couldn't have possibly beaten my game!

May: Well, the fact that we're all here should tell you everything you need to know, really.

Marnie: Now give it up this instant, unless you want all of us to start beating down on you.

Skip: How quickly you forget that every villain worth his salt always saves their trump card for the very end.

Nick: Then I guess we'll be deleting your trump card next time on the final act of Totally Spies: Button Mashers, "Link Your Wish"!

May: Please tell me they've got the new album somewhere in this recording studio...

Nick: It's in the break room.

May: SCORE!
