"So much for that. It is ended."

Myths are the paint which people use to create the colors of their world, the skeleton of meaning and the lifeblood of emotion. They make us and remake us, reflect us and reforge us because they are us. They are magic and woven of magic and spoken with a weight of magic. They show both who we have been and who we are becoming. Their layers of symbols weave our communal souls for generations.

Many thanks to the Quileute for sharing their world with us through their website, stories, and ethnographic accounts...and, of course, their fictionalized representation in Twilight (though they really should have received a cut of the royalties for their part in the story.)

It's been a privilege to journey with you on this story exploring myths and tales and stories and histories. I have greatly appreciated all your responses and insights and sharing this journey with you.

I had another epilogue planned but then the story told me it is done so here is our official end.
