So here is another chapter, and to remind you all that my previous laptop that held my fics was corrupted and everything on it was lost, but I was lucky that this one was saved on the cloud (Which I really don't like) and I will be able to start on my other fics when I go home and get my backup hard drive. Now some of you had questions.

Shedges19 asked if there was going to be a second Jedi temple and that is a no. Though there may be an enclave or two. On a side note, for clarification, the library is not a temple.

Warlover1015 asked if or rather stated that there is no way that Naruto is that old and doesn't have more kids running around and to that all I have to say is stay tuned I have plans. And the other thing about Naruto having a Sith stalker in the future….. Maybe.

Mark1 asked 'Reaper tech?' which I am guessing you're asking about the Dark Reaper and I have no plans in introducing that, what that virus was happened to be called the Nanogene spore/virus that turned organics into lobotomized cyborgs.

Xemenon asked if Naruto was going to inspect the infected bodies of the clones and that is a yes, but not in this chapter.

Ch.6 Renewal.

-Jedi Temple Medical quarantine -

"So, correct me if I am wrong, you were ambushed once you arrived to the planet, lost the ship you arrived on as well as most of the crew, captured the assassin Ventress who later escaped, mounted a defensive battle with the surviving crew, discovered an ancient forgotten Jedi Temple, and what you call a Sith Temple underneath the Jedi Temple. Said Sith temple being a treasure trove of Sith holocrons, scrolls, and other things, most of which you don't want to hand over to be placed in our vault. Found and destroyed a Sith ghost possessing a child, and then destroyed both temples accidently leveling the outpost in the process. Then you helped rebuild the outpost for the children and surviving adults, and gave them a lucrative amount of supplies which you refuse to elaborate on how you came in possession of….. You're going to be an even larger headache than young Skywalker and his Padawan." Said Mace Windu exhaustedly facepalming. Both Yoda and Obi-Wan looked amused at Windu's agitation.

Currently they were the only three Jedi on the Council that were in the temple at the time and were debriefing Naruto.

Naruto currently was sitting on a stool being analyzed and scanned by three Jedi healers in hazmat suits and he looked as ragged and battle worn as he did three days ago. After he was picked up and brought to the ship, he and the clones with him were immediately shoved into quarantine and he wasn't allowed to go anywhere until they were sure he wouldn't spread the virus if he was infected. Though through Kurama, Naruto knew he wasn't infected as the old fox had burned out all of the virus he came into contact with.

"From the mission records that weren't restricted, Anakin doesn't even hold a candle to him to his excessive damage and missions going wrong." Said Obi-wan with a grin.

"Let's not forget my habit of disobeying the council over a few hundred years." Said Naruto looking slightly irritated at being used as pincushion for the many tests the healers were conducting.

"Yes, forget that we will not. But now to the matter at hand, back we must go." Said Yoda.

"Yes, you say that you will not transfer the Sith artifacts you have in your possession to the temple vaults, why is that?" asked Windu.

"Well two reasons really, first is that you do not try to learn from the artifacts and destroy them, you just let them collect dust in your vault." Naruto was interrupted by Obi-wan. "Why would we try to learn anything from something made by the Sith?"

"I've learned many ways to destroy Sith artifacts from their notes and holocrons…. Even learned how to negate many curses and Sith techniques."

"I stand corrected." Said Obi-wan.

"Secondly do you know how many times the vault in this temple has been broken into? Hell, I did it out of spite when the council at that time said that breaking into it was impossible. No, everything is safe where it is currently and nothing you say will convince me otherwise." Said Naruto glaring angrily at the frightened young healer who had accidently shocked Naruto with some medical testing equipment.

"Though to open those holocrons you would have to subject yourself to the Dark Side." Stated Master Windu.

"Yes, what's your point?" asked Naruto acting oblivious to where this conversation was going.

"Opening yourself up to the Dark side of the force is dangerous and will eventually corrupt you." said Mace

"I very much disagree as simply using the Dark side isn't enough to cause someone to fall." Said Naruto.

"We should table this discussion for another time as there are more things we must talk about. We are almost ready to begin our campaign to retake Ryloth and we received word that your ship will be repaired and upgraded in time to take part in the assault. Will you consider joining us in taking back Ryloth?" asked Obi-Wan.

Naruto sat silently for a few minutes contemplating the choices he could make. On one side he could refuse and continue his work in his Library, or he could help free a planet from the separatists that were to his knowledge in league with the Sith. Naruto looked up at the present members of the council.

"I will join you if my ship is able."

"Very well, you have requested that the remaining crew of the Light Runner be transferred to your ship, and the troops be put under your command. Your request will be granted and you will also be put in command of the Ninety-fourth Attack Legion who just lost both their Jedi General and their Clone commander in their last battle. In addition you will have two Venators under your command, the Clarity and the Hurricane, with the newly promoted Admiral Arcman there to help in your efforts. We will be attacking the blockade above Ryloth in two months, enough time for you to train your crew and test your ship before we attack." Said Mace.

After this was said both Windu and Kenobi exited the medical ward but Master Yoda remained.

"Do you have anything else for me Master?" asked Naruto.

"Good news we have for you. Young Agror has awakened along with two others found in your ship. Though bad news I have for you also. Padawan Agror, her left arm, removed it had to be." Said Yoda looking a bit sad.

"When can I see her?"

"Very soon. More information I have for you. Placed in the same room young Nivva has been. The adults found on your ship, in a separate room they are in. The child though, placed in a bacta tank she has been." The conversation was interrupted by one of the healers.

"Grandmaster, Master Uzumaki is cleared to leave as all tests came up negative." With this Naruto simply vanished from the room not waiting for anyone else to speak.

-Recovery ward-

Rem was awakened from her slumber by an odd noise and immediately afterwards she heard a loud smack followed by a body hitting the ground. When she opened her eyes, she saw her Master face down on the ground mumbling about troublesome daughters. She also saw a startled young Arkanian woman staring down at her Master in disbelief.

"Umm, could I ask why you did that?"

"Well father startled me when he appeared out of nowhere like he always does." Answered Sira.

"Father?" questioned Rem looking at her in disbelief.

"Yes Rem, she tends to call me that as we got close enough in her training to basically be father and daughter." Said Naruto rolling over now laying face up looking at his younger Padawan. It was at this time Sira did her best to launch herself at Naruto, but a few thousand years being frozen and missing an arm threw her off balance. She pretty much headbutted Naruto in the stomach.

Naruto not prepared for that had difficulty breathing as the impact of his adopted daughter had knocked the air out of him. Sira slowly adjusted herself to where she could hug Naruto with her one arm, which Naruto slowly returned.

Rem looked uncomfortable as she was taught that such actions and relationships were forbidden for Jedi, but she felt something she had never felt before and she couldn't place the feeling.

Naruto sat up moving Sira back over to her bed and looked at Rem who to him was having a hard time processing the information. "Yes Rem, by the current standards set by the Jedi, this is not allowed, but I do feel that the rule about emotions and attachments is not feasible, though that is a debate for a later time. Now for proper introductions, Rem this is Sira Agror, and Sira this is Rem Nivva." Both Padawans looked at each other for a second and then looked back at Naruto.

"Sira there are many things that need to be discussed as you have been asleep for a long time."

"What have I been frozen for a hundred years or something?" asked Sira.

"No, more like three and a half thousand years." Sira was stunned at that declaration. An "Oh." Was all she could muster and a second later Sira simply passed out from shock.

"Well that could have been better….. Though it could have been much worse. Rem keep an eye on her, I need to go check on a few old friends." Said Naruto exiting the room.

Rem just looked confused at what was going on and simply just fell back to sleep.

Naruto walked a ways down the hallway and turned into a room where he heard arguing and sighed. In front of him were two people that he commanded in the war against the Sith Empire, Captain Markus and Private Wriggat or Mouse as everyone called her. They seemed to be arguing about Markus smoking in a medical ward and to be honest this wasn't the first time this argument has been had. Naruto having enough force pulled the smoke pipe out of Markus's hand surprising both of the room's occupants.

"Captain, what have I told you about smoking while in a medical facility?" said Naruto smiling at their shocked faces.

"Uhhh… not to sir?" said Markus sheepishly while Mouse had a satisfied smile.

"And Mouse." her smile vanished "How many times have I told you to not be excessively loud in a medical facility?"

"A few times sir." Said mouse with her head down.

Naruto smiled as he had missed the two as they were very entertaining and very good soldiers.

Naruto had met Markus when he had entered in as a Republic Trooper, back then Markus was barely an adult by human standards and stood around six feet tall and was fairly well built. He didn't have any scars, had short dark hair and blue eyes, though now he had many battle scars, his hair had a little grey in it, and he was missing his right-hand which Naruto had seen fit to have replaced with a Beskar plated cybernetic hand. He had chosen to serve under Naruto after He (Naruto) had saved Markus and his Company from a Sith ambush.

Naruto had met Mouse a few years into the war against the Sith when Naruto saved her and a few other captured troopers. She was on the small side standing at roughly five feet, and had an athletic build. She had green eyes and long chestnut brown hair normally put up in a bun. She was one of the best recon specialists he had under his command.

"Well anyway it's good to see you two, but what is the last thing you remember?"

The two troopers looked at each other and then back to Naruto and Markus spoke up. "We had recently completed our mission to rescue the kidnaped Jedi younglings, and afterwards your padawan started to drag us around searching for you, Sir. During that time we picked up something that was a shock to us but it deals with you so we decided when you were found, that your Padawan would the one to explain the situation to you. A week after finding the surprise we were ambushed and made an emergency jump to hyperspace, we were heavily damaged so we all went into cryostasis, after that I remember waking up here almost breaking one of the healer's arms."

"Well thankfully you did not, otherwise you would be subjected to my brand of punishment." Markus went pale at the mention of that as Naruto's brand of punishment would straighten out even the most problematic soldier.

"So I have a lot of bad news and some good news, which would you like to hear first?" asked Naruto.

"Ehhhh, bad?" asked/stated Mouse.

"Well first off the really bad news, you were in cryostasis for around three and a half thousand years and in that time pretty much all of the crew died minus you two, my Padawan, and the child who I might add is still an unknown to me. The next bit of bad news is that there is another war that involves the Sith again, but they are not as numerous at they were back in our time. The good news is that you both should be back to perfect health in a week and I will need both of you to help me to train our troops as they are not up to our standards. I also have to tell you both more about the war we are in now…." Naruto began to explain the simplified version of what was going on in the war so far.

-An hour later-

"and that is the whole of the simplified version of the situation we are in."

Both of the Old Republic Troopers sat in silence as they processed the information they were given.

Markus was the first to speak as he had noticed many things that had him uneasy. "So we are leading a Clone Army requisitioned by a dead Jedi, who did this without the knowledge of the Jedi and republic, financed by a mysterious man who goes by the name of Tyranus, and the Clone Army is further financed by the republic who is led by a man who's term has long since expired. Said clones fighting against a droid army lead by a Sith named Dooku… something doesn't feel right about this." Said Markus.

"There are many things about this war that I am uneasy about, mainly on where the other Sith Lord is hiding as this Count Dooku didn't feel like the Master…. He is certainly old enough but he didn't feel all that powerful…. We'll come back to this later as we have to prepare to take back a planet blockaded by the Droid Army."

"What is our Plan sir?" asked Mouse.

"Well first off you two are to be promoted to Commander and lieutenant respectively, congrats. Expect a little resistance as the clones probably won't be accepting of this at first until you prove yourselves in their eyes. Now our orders are to back up General Skywalker's group and help them break the Separatists' line so the invasion force can land. Skywalker plans to face the blockade head on which in my opinion is a stupid move as he will only be able to bring his most forward cannons to bare due to the oversight of the creators of the cruiser. So when we arrive we will not be in formation with Skywalker, instead our cruisers Clarity and Hurricane will arrive above the blockade upside down bringing all their cannons to bare and we will be there in the Hailstorm raining hell upon them. After that we are to mop up any resistance and act as air support to the ground forces, I myself will be leading the ninety-fourth's Third Tank Battalion to aid Master Windu. I want you two to watch after my Padawans during that time." Said Naruto noticing their confusion at his last sentence.

"Padawans sir?" asked Markus.

"Yes I have two now, the council deemed it fit to have me choose one as Sira was thought to be long dead. Though now that she has been found alive and her still being my Padawan the Grandmaster urged the council to allow me to keep both. I ask you to look after both because even though Sira is capable to take care of herself, she will need time to adjust to her lost arm, and Rem is still very fresh and doesn't have very much experience." Said Naruto.

"Very well sir."

"Now, your armor will need to be updated as it's internal electronics are outdated but surprisingly your armor holds up to this era's weapons very well, and since I have an abundance of said armor we can equip the Ninety-fourth in it to give them a better chance of survival. The armor that they are given is… not to my liking. Now I have to get a move on as there are many things to do before the invasion in two months." Said Naruto tossing Markus his pipe back and exiting the room heading back to his Padawan's room.

When he entered the room his presence went unnoticed by his Padawan's and he saw the two of them in a discussion about him of all things…. Well no time like the present to hear what they say about him behind his back. He listened in and laughed internally at the stories his older Padawan told of him but his mood soured as Rem asked Sira about his first Padawan.

"So you don't know who your predecessor was?"

"No, father never talked about his first apprentice, though when I asked about it he gained a haunted look, I did find out that he took his first Padawan around the time just before the war against the Mandalorians, though that was all I was able to find out. Though I wonder why the little information there is about our predecessor is restricted-" she was cut off by Naruto whose presence caused both the of them to squeak in surprise.

"Because he fell and became something that I was ashamed of." Said Naruto taking a seat in a nearby chair.

"Would you be willing to tell us about him?" asked Rem getting a strange look from Sira.

"No. I will not speak of him anymore, now we have some things to discuss."

"Yes we do father, how in the world did you convince the council to let you have two Padawans?"

"That was not entirely my doing, more so the doing of the Grandmaster, though I'm sure you two will work together well in the future. Now Markus and Mouse have told me you found something that pertains to me somehow, what would that be?"

"Ehhhh…. Do you remember one of the battles you were involved in between a few criminal syndicates that were harassing colonists in the Mandalore sector, and a more pacifistic clan of Mandalorians….. what were their names….. Ah Clan Kryze. Well during that battle you saved the twin daughters of the leader of the clan and apparently, they took a 'very' big liking to you, so much that, in your own words 'they jumped you after a battle and drug you to their ship and had fun'" it was at this point Sira was giving Naruto a dry stare and Rem was blushing at the implications. "To be honest Father, I would bet you had many children with how many women you seemed to really get close to." Naruto gave her a pointed look telling her to 'get on with it.'

"Well apparently you got both of them pregnant, one of them had twin boys and the other had a girl…. Well during my time searching for you I found the twin that had the girl… she was being hunted by a rival clan and was fatally wounded and asked me to take her daughter to the father…. To you."

Naruto remained stoic at the revelation that he had a child and just sat there for…. a little too long. Naruto after much internal conflict spoke up.

"What's her name?"

"Rai Kryze, she's around four years old."

Naruto looked up with a worried smile on his face. "Well why don't you tell me more about her." And with that the three Jedi spent the rest of the day catching up.

-Two months later, Hailstorm-

Naruto was wandering around inspecting the repairs and upgrades that had been made to his ship. Many of the ship's old systems were replaced for newer more reliable equipment, his weapon systems which numbered over fifty turbo laser cannons and over two-hundred point defense turrets, it was enough firepower to make his ship a menace to anyone who dared to oppose it. The ship's four damaged shield generators were also replaced for newer more powerful shielding tech. The same could be said for the power plant, hyperdrives, and engines, every system was upgraded. Though he was irritated that they removed all but forty of the cryopods, but he had more crew to accommodate now so more room was needed. The one thing the repairmen didn't replace was the ship's armor as it was thicker than most ships, though they did have to repair a few sections. Another thing that annoyed Naruto is that they painted a long red line down the center of his ship, both topside and below. Back to the situation at hand, they had sufficiently trained the crew on how to operate the different systems of the ship and currently the ship was already underway to Ryloth followed by the Hurricane and the Clarity. They were thirty minutes away from arriving to the battle above Ryloth though they were a little late.

Naruto sighed as he entered the bridge, stepping in he saw his Padawans, Adimral Arcman, Markus, Mouse and Gaz who was promoted to Captain, all stationed around the status table. Markus noticed his arrival and stood at attention with a mischievous grin on his face.

"Attention on deck!" he yelled startling both his Padawans and causing all the military personnel to stand at attention. This made Naruto level an annoyed glare at Markus as he hated him doing that.

"Commander, how many times have I told you that I hate people doing that?"

"Many times sir."

"So I have, Everyone with the exception of the commander may carry on." Said Naruto causing Markus to grimace and Mouse to smile.

"Now what is our status Kade?"

"Well General, the ship is operating at peak efficiency though we are chasing some minor glitches in the new systems, but they won't be a problem sir." Responded Kade.

"Good, Gaz how's our men?"

"The men you led before trust you and our new commander but most of the Ninety-fourth are still wary of you and your friends sir. Apparently their last Jedi General did not treat them very well." Said Gaz.

"Well I will have to do something about that. Kade, can you patch me into the ship's internal coms and relay the message to the other two ships?"

"I can do that General, give me a second…. There you're broadcasting live to all three ships." Said Kade as he finished opening internal communication channels.

-Attention, this is General Uzumaki, I speaking to the whole of the Ninety-fourth today to alleviate some concerns and to share the plan. First I've heard whispers around the ship about some unease about my experience and my choice in leadership. Let me tell you all a little about myself that some of you already know. I am from the era you call the Old Republic. During that time I have fought against the old Mandalorians, three different Sith Empires, and pirates. I've lead many troops in battle and won all but one. Now my choice in a non-clone Commander has left a bad taste in the mouths of many of you and I apologize for that but Commander Markus has served with me during the Great Galactic War three and a half thousand years ago. So trust me when I say that I trust him with my life and I hope you will trust him in time. Now we are to help the Five O' First with breaking the droid blockade around Ryloth and from there we are to assist in taking back the planet. I will lead the Third Tank battalion on the ground to assist clearing the villages around the Capitol city. I am tasking my Padawan's to lead the Medical battalion in providing aid and supplies to the people of Ryloth. They will be accompanied by the First and Second Attack battalions for support.- Naruto was interrupted by a clone whispering something to him.

-So I just received word that Skywalker failed his first attempt and is going back for seconds. I don't know what his plan is but we are to back him up and pull his ass out of whatever trouble he's got himself into. Good luck to us all, General Uzumaki Signing off.- Naruto shut off the communicator and sighed.

"I'll be real with you all, Skywalker lead his forces into a trap and lost one cruiser. He escaped but another cruiser was heavily damaged, he is using the damaged ship as a trojan horse to have the enemy lower their guard. I don't have faith in his plan as it is a long shot. He left the other ship in the command of his Padawan who is very inexperienced and regularly disobeys orders like her Master." -BEEP BEEP BEEP- "Well I guess it's time to destroy our enemies once again Commander."

"Indeed Sir, this should be fun." Said Markus with a sharklike smile adorning his face.

"Yes it will, Admiral sound the alarm, get everyone to their battle stations."

"Yes Master Uzumaki, Helmsman! Set the alarm, we're going into battle." With that the siren sounded and they came out of hyperspace.

They could see the wreckage of the command ship still on fire and the rest of the separatist ships advancing and firing on the lone Venator which was angled to where the bridge, cannons, and hanger deck were safe from enemy fire. The Venator was launching bombers that were quickly flanking the droid ships and destroying them.

"Heh. Color me impressed, the youngling came up with a decent idea. Though I am disappointed that Skywalker couldn't have come up with a better plan. Whatever, I'll poke holes in his ego later. All ships target the furthest enemy ships and destroy them all, Admiral Give the word to launch all fighters, have them cover the transports and bombers." At his command his ship opened up a monstrous volley of cannon fire that shook the ship.

-Master Uzumaki welcome to the party, we have the tin cans on the ropes.- Said Ashoka who opened a coms channel to the recently arrived ships.

"I can see that, I'm impressed in how you handled this situation but I will be having words with your Master after the battle young one.

-Well I hope you have better luck than I have with that Uzumaki as he still doesn't listen to me.- Said a recently arrived Obi-Wan whose fleet was descending to the planet.

"Oh don't worry, he'll be getting a lesson he won't quickly forget. Be careful down there, my sensors are picking up large energy signatures scattered about, they may have anti-air placements.

Naruto turned to the viewport and watched as his ship tear into the enemy ships that Ashoka had not gotten to.

"Admiral, ready the troops for deployment I will join the tanks."

"Yes sir."

-Hanger Bay 3-

"Alright men our orders are to clear out and protect a village close to the capitol. Now the tanks are to stay on the outskirts of the village and are not to fire into the village. We are not here to destroy their homes, so minimal damage with blasters and emp grenades, though I will say to bring all the weapons you want as it is better to be prepared." Said Naruto standing in front of the formed up Third Tank Battalion.

"To limit casualties while taking the village back I plan to have a few gunships to do multiple runs dropping…. Ahhh what do you call them?"

"Droid poppers sir?"

"Thank you, now this will by no means take out every droid in the village, but it will clear out the droid's defensive positions. Though is at all possible I would like to obtain an undamaged tactical droid's head to analyze their tactics and plan ahead."-All transports are cleared for launch- "Well men, load up and be ready for battle as soon as we land." Said Naruto and the clones scattered running to the many gunships in the hanger bay. Naruto himself stepped onto one of the closest ones just before the doors closed. The ride to the surface was bumpy as they were being shot at from the ground by cannons and being chased by vulture droids. Eventually they landed and stormed the village clearing out the remaining droids that were not destroyed by the droid poppers.

"The village is clear sir, but there is no sign of any of the villagers." Reported Gaz.

"That is worrisome, have the men fan out and search for any clues on where they might have gone."

"Sir, yes sir!" Said Gaz and he sprinted off directing the men as commanded.

"Hopefully this won't be another mass kidnapping to later be sold to slavers…" said Naruto as he started his own search.
