Holy crap has it been a minute since I have looked at any of my stories. I have been swamped by my job and the many inspections going on, but now I have a bit of breathing room. With that I will continue the Star Wars/Naruto crossover, but my other two fics will be a little slower as I am having a little trouble figuring out what is to come next. I am by no means abandoning any of my fics but the chapters will be very sporadic. Now I got a good amount of reviews from my last chapter and I will clarify some things.

The Dark Saphire pointed out some things I need to work on such as battles as he/she (no clue which) said they were too quick, and they were correct. Another thing, the term that they used, 'Smash and pass' makes Naruto sound like a playboy which is something I am not going for. Though he did live for a few hundred years before being sent forward in time so it is a good guess that he did get it on with a decent number of women. Lastly the Clones will not be to the skill of commandos per say, but more to the first Arc troopers trained by Jango Fett himself in legends. The commandos were not meant for open combat and that was shown at the battle of Genosis when most of their numbers were decimated.

This will not be a Harem Fic as that is a barrel of catfish I don't want to mess with. At most I am willing to go up to two girls but no more than that. I am toying around with the ideas of Shaak-Ti, Depa Billaba , Riyo Chuchi, an old republic Sith (possibly Lana Beniko), Celeste Morne, maybe a someone from Kotor 1 or 2, or an oc Mandalorian. (Thank you I. and Net105 for the ideas, and to L. I have seen those videos but thank you anyway.)

Now on to the blacklisted pairings. Many are overdone, and I have plans already for some. Padme will still be with Anakin. I will be pairing Obi-wan with Satine so that should be entertaining. Ashoka will have someone as well.

Now in to the Chapter. Please review and ask more questions.

Ch.9 Old History

-Obstacle course five, two days later-

Rem was seriously regretting trying to spy on her master as she was currently hiding from him and his infernal training blaster. Said blaster left many small burn marks similar to a sunburn on her pasty white skin. In the beginning she was only trying to sneak around Mouse, which was very difficult, but now it was now near impossible for her to successfully evade her master. She was currently a few hours into the 'Stealth and Evasion training' as her master called it, and was hiding in a tree looking for her master who was a ghost regardless of how many noisemakers he attached to his cloak. Which he attached to himself after her complaints about the bells attached to her.

-BANG- "AHH!" she yelped as a bolt struck her in the gut which caused her to fall out of the tree she was in and landed on her ass. Though she quickly leapt away as another energy bolt hit where she once was. She ran in a zig zag pattern over a few obstacles in the course she was in and then dove under a thick bush. She was silent and trying to muffle her breathing as she waited for the inevitable energy bolt to strike her, but that never came. To her surprise an arm entered the bush and a large hand grabbed her by the belt. She was quickly yanked out of the bush and her bruised and battered body was dangling in the air where her tired eyes met her master's bright blue ones.

"You've gotten better, but you have aways to go. We are finished for the day, go rest for a while and then go find Sira for your daily spar." said Naruto as he set her down.

"Yes master." She groaned as she slowly hobbled away from the clearing back to her quarters.

"I still think you are being too harsh in her training." Said Matatabi who was lounging on a tree branch nearby.

"I remember Master Jiraiya being a harsher teacher than I. To be honest some of the shit he did to me could have and should have killed me. I came out stronger and a bit more cautious thanks to the old perv but he-." said Naruto who paused for a second as his commlink started to beep. "Go for Uzumaki."

-Master Uzumaki, this is Cin Drallig you are being recalled to the temple. There has been a situation where two younglings, a young knight, and a padawan have gone missing.-

"What is the situation?"

-What we know currently is that the two younglings found an old forgotten passageway into the catacombs underneath the temple. The knight and padawan were sent to find them, but we have lost contact. We know you were around the temple at the time of it's construction and hope for you to help with the search.-

"I am on my way. Tell the council that I will begin immediately after I have landed." Said Naruto as he cut his connection to the temple and contacted Kade.

-Yes General?-

"I have been recalled to the temple, you are to keep the troops and yourself on the training regimen. When I return and find that anyone has been slacking, everyone will know my disappointment." Said Naruto.

-I… I understand general. We will await your return.-

"Notify Sira and Rem to meet me at Sira's ship please." Said Naruto knowing that Rem would be annoyed at not being able to rest.

-I will tell them general.-

"Thank you Admiral, I await their arrival." Said Naruto as he shut his commlink off.

"It seems nothing has changed. You are always on the move, always busy, and always helping others." Said Matatabi.

"I guess not. I will be back soon. Please make sure that my troops stay out of trouble." Matatabi said nothing but nodded. With that Naruto vanished in a flurry of leaves.

-Sira's ship-

Naruto stepped onto the ramp leading up into the newish YT-1300. The inside was still unchanged from the last time he stepped foot into it, but Sira didn't have any time to personalize the ship yet. Naruto sat down in the common area and took out his saber. Reaching out through the force he began to disassemble his saber until every piece was floating around him in a clockwise motion while his two golden kyber crystals floated above the palm of his outstretched hand. These were actually his third and fourth crystals as his first one was destroyed when his saber was cut in two by the first sith he faced. He shattered his second one when he went mad after he killed his traitorous padawan. Learning from his experiences, he started to take many crystals from Sith lords he had killed during his many battles and purified them, so he now had spares unlike back then.

He started to meditate and linked himself to his crystals through the force. He felt many things though the force, though for some reason there was a veil of the dark side clouding his visons. Pushing though the veil with little effort, he started to see a vision of white armored troopers fighting against a strange group consisting of a green skinned Twi-lek female, two young Jedi, a Lassat, a colorful female Mandalorian, and a strange droid. His vision soon turned to an entire legion of clone troopers marching on the temple. His vison finally stopped at him seeing his padawans on a swampy planet unknown to him, but they looked many years older.

He was brought out of his meditation by the presences of his padawans entering the ship. He slowly pieced his saber back together and ignited the two golden blades, startling the two girls.

"Sorry about that, I learned the hard way that it is best to test your sabers after you put them back together." Said Naruto.

"What are we doing master?" asked Rem still exhausted and a mess from her training.

"I have been recalled to the temple, some younglings as well as their search party have gone missing inside the more ancient parts of the temple. I am bringing you two because I want you both familiar with the less known parts of the temple that have probably been forgotten. Now, you two have a spar to get to, but first, Sira please take Rem to the cockpit and get her familiar with the controls. Then get us underway to Coruscant." Said Naruto.

"Yes father, come along Remmy, let us see what you know." Said Sira guiding the still frazzled Rem to the cockpit of the freighter.

A few minutes later Naruto felt the ship come to life and he slipped back into meditating to see if any more visions would come to him but none did.

-Council chambers a few hours later-

Naruto was standing in the center of the chambers with his padawans standing on ether side of him looking slightly worried at how agitated their master was.

"So two more Jedi have vanished in the lower parts of the temple." Asked Naruto while giving the council a stern look.

"Yes." Responded Mace Windu.

"So they thought they could find the missing children on their own without knowing the layout and having no clue what dangers lurk down there? Brilliant, you lot are not supposed to act like Skywalker and his padawan….. Please tell me that they are not the knight and padawan that are missing as well." Said Naruto waiting for an answer but he received none.

Facepalming he sighed and said "Well I can guess where Kenobi is, who is the other master missing?"

"My former Padawan, Depa Billaba." Said Mace.

"Questions about the temple, we have." Interrupted Yoda.

"What are they?"

"What did these older parts of the temple used to be?" asked Plo-koon.

"Well before this was a grand temple, it was a small enclave used to teach younglings and young knights. When the temple on Ossus was decimated, a new one was needed and they chose this site to build a new one. They pretty much built over the old enclave, and over time, many of the first built areas of the temple stopped being used. From what I have seen walking around the temple, many passageways have been blocked off and forgotten."

"Are you familiar with these catacombs?" asked Shak-Ti.

"Yes, now if you will excuse me, I have two children and four idiots to find." Said Naruto exiting the chambers without caring if any of them had anymore questions, and his two padawans followed behind him quickly.

The three traversed through the temple until they came to a collapsed wall being guarded by three temple guards and the head of security.

"Glad you could make it Master Uzumaki, I assume you know what has happened so far?" asked Cin Drallig.

"Yes, please step aside so I can bring back some lost children."

The guards stood still for a second and then moved aside letting the three move past them and into the old passageway.

"Bleah, it smells rotten in here master." Said Rem.

"Well there hasn't been any air circulation in here for force knows how long, plus all the critters that may have found their way in here and died. This also used to be the way down to the old detention area and morgue so it is possible that there could be remains down here as well." At that last bit both girls looked horrified and disgusted.

Once they made it to where the passageway no longer had working lights, Naruto unsealed a bag of glowrods and started to stick them into the walls.

"Master what are you doing?" asked Rem.

"Well I'm making a trail that leads to the way out, which is redundant for me, but will be vital for you if we get separated." Said Naruto handing them both two glowrods. (For those who don't know what I am talking about a glowrod is the Star Wars equivalent to a lantern for us)

"Try not to wander off, as there are some corridors that lead off deeper into other parts of the old temple." said Naruto who kept placing the glowrods as he walked deeper into the catacombs.

After they had been walking for a bit, Naruto stopped as he started to hear the sound of children crying.

"Those must be the younglings master, lets go!" said Sira as both she and Rem rushed past Naruto only to be quickly yanked back by Naruto.

"What gives father?"

"Reach out to the force and you will have your answer." To that both of them reached out to the force and they immediately recoiled as they felt the foul presence of the dark side close by.

Naruto chucked a glowrod in the direction of the crying to see a group of small shadowy figures with glowing sulfuric yellow eyes staring straight at them.

"A shame, we almost had them. It has been so long since we've had any visitors. Those children were delightfully full of fear, and the padawan and her young master were easy to fool. Though those two masters were more difficult they too were captured. Let us see how long it takes for you to become ours." said the shadowy figures as one. They started to glide over to where the trio were standing.

Naruto having none of this, created a group of shadow clones who each grabbed one of the small shadows and trapped them with the use of the force.

"WHAT! FREE US! NO, AHHH!" Wailed the corrupted force ghosts as Naruto forcefully purified them. eventually all but one of the shadows dissipated, though the single shadow became a young male human child.

"Thank you master Uzumaki, my clanmates and I have been here for far too long."

"Why are you still here?" said Naruto vaguely recognizing the ghostly child.

"We were killed by one of the Sith who invaded the temple, and he did something that trapped us here. He was killed shortly after by one of the temple guards who collapsed the passageway on him. His spirit stuck around and tormented us and eventually he corrupted us. He had us take whoever wandered down here over the years and break them so he could feed off their pain and fear. He has the ones you're looking for in the old prison area. Goodbye master Uzumaki." Said the boy before moving on into the force.

Naruto sighed, as he didn't want to deal with this right now.

"Master?"

"Rem, return to Master Drallig, and tell him to have some healers on standby."

"Yes master." Said Rem and she ran back the direction they had come from.

"Sira, be on your guard, the Sith spirit may attack or the captives may lash out if they have been broken."

"Have you delt with something like this before father?" asked Sira now looking worriedly at her father figure.

"Too many times to count, the Sith take great pleasure in the pain of others." Said Naruto as he dispelled his clones. "Though I have no mercy for those that harm children and this spirit is about to find out exactly why their predecessors feared me so much." Said Naruto and Sira could swear she saw her father's eyes turn white for a second.

The two carefully trekked through the hallway towards the old prison and as they got closer, Naruto got angrier as he felt the fear and despair that etched itself into the walls from the many victims of this particular spirit. When they reached the door that led into the prison, they could hear the terrified cries of the younglings followed by glee filled laughter and angry yelling. Naruto used the force to blast the door open which caused everyone inside the prison to go silent and stare at the doorway.

"Who dares to -ACK!" the sprit was interrupted as he was yanked by the force through the now doorless doorway.

"What are you doing?! NO! STOP I BEG OF YOU MERCY! AHHHHHHHH!"The group trapped by the specter could hear his screams until there was a blinding flash of light followed by an earsplitting shriek and then silence. They heard heavy footsteps and soon saw a tall cloaked figure enter the room and hold his hand out. The doors to their cells were ripped open and their shackles were shattered. The figure lowered his hood to reveal the youngish face of Naruto and everyone sighed a breath of relief, minus the younglings who were huddled in a corner whimpering.

"You know, I expected this to happen to the younger four, but not two seasoned masters. Mind telling me what happened Kenobi?" said Naruto checking on the children who were physically fine but probably would need therapy for some time.

"Well I can't say what happened to master Billaba, but the small shadows cornered me." Said Obi-Wan rubbing his wrists as they were sore from the shackles.

"They cornered you and dropped the ceiling on you and electrocuted me with some old power cables when I tried to dig you out." answered Depa.

The two now freed younglings were holding onto Naruto's cloak like their lives depended on it. "Well it's good to see everyone is more or less in one piece." Said Naruto looking at the four Jedi. Obi-Wan looked dusty, Depa looked frazzled, Anakin looked sick, and Ashoka smelled like she had been bathing in a sewer.

"I would rip into all of you for being so careless but you look so pitiful. Hopefully you all have learned the lesson of not charging into unfamiliar territory full of unknown dangers." Said Naruto as he guided the younglings towards the door.

"That never stopped you from ripping into me father." Said Sira following her master.

"That is because they are not my problem, you made yourself my problem when you pissed me off enough to take you as my padawan, and the lessons I tried to impart to you never seemed to stick so you needed extra help." Said Naruto sticking his tongue out at Sira who gave an indignant squawk.

"They seem very close." Said Depa a little confused.

"They are both from a time where the code was a little loser with emotions, so they are more father and daughter than master and apprentice." Said Obi-Wan.

"They remind me of your former padawan and his apprentice."

"Yes there are similarities, though Naruto's padawan listens to him more than Anakin's does." Said Obi-Wan with a chuckle.

"Indeed, though I am a bit curious of what he did to the specter."

"Well go ask him, he wont bite." Said Obi-Wan with a smirk.

Naruto of course heard everything said and was amused. He currently would use that against Kenobi later. He glanced to his right as Depa caught up to him and Sira. "Is there something on your mind young Billaba?" said Naruto with a grin seeing her being put off by being called young.

"I know you don't look old but you are probably biologically older than most of the living masters minus Yoda, but being called young by someone who looks like they couldn't be more than twenty-five is strange." Said Depa.

"What is on your mind?"

"What did you do to that specter?"

"I destroyed him."

"I could guess that, but how?" asked the woman a bit annoyed.

"Well I used a force technique used to purify dark side objects, which normally isn't used on force ghosts but it made its' death quick and painful, which is less than what that spirit deserved." Said Naruto not missing the disapproving stare he was getting from the young jedi. "You don't approve of my methods I see."

"Jedi are not supposed to cause unnecessary pain to others regardless of who it is, you should know this by now."

"Fight against the Sith and then see the atrocities they commit, then you can come and lecture me about my methods. By then I believe you will understand why I do what I do."

"Even so, we shouldn't stoop to our enemies' level to accomplish our goals."

"Some of us don't have the luxury to take the high road like you do young Billaba. Sometimes we are drug down into the filth against our will and have to do whatever we can do to keep not only ourselves alive but our friends and comrades as well…. I've had enough of this conversation, follow the lights out, I'm taking the children to the healers." Said Naruto as he vanished in a swirl of leaves.

Sira gave a pointed look at the older woman and ran ahead of the group.

"I do think you struck a nerve with him Master Billaba." Said Obi-Wan looking contemplative.

"I can't believe he is a jedi, he acts more like a rouge jedi more than anything."

"I would be careful of your opinions around him, he has a tendency of harsh disciplinary measures as both Anakin and Ashoka have found out." said Obi-Wan shooting a glance over at the two younger Jedi, both who shivered at the memory of their punishments at the hand of Naruto.

"I will take that under-advisement master Kenobi."

-Medical wing a few hours later-

After the younglings had been passed off to the medical staff, Naruto had went back into the detention area and gathered the remains of all the unknown Sith's victims, and those too were passed off to the medical staff to be cremated. (Not entirely sure the jedi had a mortician.)

Currently Naruto was sitting in front of the bacta tank that held his daughter, he was currently meditating to see if he could sense any more spirits trapped in the temple. To his shock and dismay, there were more than he thought there would be. Most were probably here from when the temple was sacked. Though there were two that felt ancient even by his standards. and they were around where Naruto would guess the old enclave used to be which was at the base of a mountain that no one could see anymore. He also knew of a legend passed down by old historians that there was a force nexus underneath the temple, one that the sith had corrupted and that the jedi had purified after. He wondered if the legend was true, but it would almost be impossible to get down to the base of the mountain as every passage that used to be there had long since been blocked or had collapsed.

Naruto was brought out of his meditation by the sound of someone knocking on glass. To his surprise it was his daughter, now fully awake and looking very confused.

Naruto signaled for a healer to come quickly, and a few minutes later the young girl was out of the tank and staring at Naruto quizzically.

"Buir(Father)?" Asked the girl in Mando'a.

"Elek(yes)." Naruto responded in kind which shocked the girl as she though he wouldn't undersand her.

"Gar cuyir Naruto Uzumaki?" Asked the girl again.

"Elek Rai." asked Rai not even questioning how he knew her name ran up to Naruto and did her best to bear hug him. which Naruto returned.

Naruto seated himself on a chair with Rai in his lap. Naruto noticed that all she had on was the hospital clothes and they were not very comfortable, so Naruto made a clone to go grab some robes from the quartermaster for her until he could go shopping with her. His mind screeched to a halt as old memories shot though his head, memories of his other children that were long since dead.

"What's wrong papa?" asked Rai noticing that her father figure looked sad.

"Nothing, let's go introduce you to a few people." Said Naruto as he lifted the little girl up and put her on his shoulders.

"Whheeee." Squealed Rai.

"I would recommend that she stays here for more observation." Said the forgotten healer who looked agitated.

"Ehhhh, she looks fine. You feal fine sweety?" Rai nodded in affirmative, and Naruto shrugged and they both vanished before the healer could say anything.

Naruto appeared and sprinted down the hall towards where his padawans were with Rai giggling all the way. They gained very disapproving looks from the older masters and chuckles from the younger knights and padawans.

Naruto halted as he turned a corner almost ran into both Master Yoda and Master Windu.

"Hmmm, having fun, you two are?" asked Yoda with a large smile on his face.

"Sure/Yup!" answered the two.

"What are you doing Master Uzumaki?" asked Mace not really amused.

"Well, I really don't have any plans right now." Said Naruto.

"A promise to entertain younglings, you made, come to collect I have." Said Yoda with a twinkle in his eyes.

"I guess I can…. How many brats am I entertaining?"

"You will be escorting fourteen younglings to the senate building for a tour. Most are a few years away from becoming padawans." Said Mace cracking a rare smile at Naruto's 'oh you've got to be fucking with me' expression.

"…..when?" asked Naruto.

"Waiting for you now, they are." Said Yoda.

"Daddy?" asked Rai while pulling on her father's hair.

"Yes sweety?"

"Who's the little green toad man?" asked Rai with all of the innocence only a child could do which caused Naruto to burst out laughing and Yoda to chuckle a bit.

This took a while and mostly because I had to disassemble my damn computer to clean it after I knocked a candle over and wax spilled all over my keyboard. I am working on Captain next and after that The Promise.

Also I am using a translator for Mando'a so it may not be totally accurate.

I await the next round of questions and criticism.
