Within the Western Dune Sea, Luke, Obi-Wan, R2 and C-3PO were sitting inside a hut that Obi-Wan has used as his home for years with Luke repairing C-3PO after placing his arm that was ripped off by the Tuskens into its socket as Obi-Wan mentioned that Luke's father, Anakin Skywalker fought in the Clone Wars.

"My father didn't fight in the wars," Luke argued, "He was a navigator on a spice freighter."

"That's what your Uncle Owen told you," Obi-Wan stated as he stroked his chin and beard, "He didn't hold with your father and Uncle Cade's ideals. Thought they should have stayed here and not gotten involved."

"He wasn't completely wrong, master," Cade told Obi-Wan, "Remember, Anakin had a Corellian G9 Rigger-class light from Teth that he named the 'Twilight' with Ahsoka?"

"Oh, yes, I do remember it, Cade," Obi-Wan assured his former Padawan with a smile on his face, "I borrowed it when I went to Mandalore to rescue Satine without the Council's permission when Maul and Death Watch overthrew her rule, only for Maul to kill her after I attempted to rescue her."

"You fought in the Clone Wars?" Luke asked the Jedi Master with surprise in his voice.

"Yes," Obi-Wan answered as he turned to him, "I was once a Jedi Knight, the same as your father."

"I wish I'd known him," Luke muttered with sadness in his voice.

"You would've loved to know him," Cade told his nephew, causing him to smile.

"He was the best starpilot in the galaxy and a cunning warrior," Obi-Wan added with a smile.

"If you meant that Anakin was the best at crashing ships, then, yes he was," Cade muttered to himself.

"Yeah, he did crash a lot of ships during the war," Obi-Wan said, agreeing with his former Padawan before looking at Luke, who was still repairing 3PO's right arm, "Anyway, I understand you've become quite a good pilot yourself, Luke." He then smiled as he remembered the good times he had with Anakin, "And he was a good friend." He then remembered that he had something that he wanted to give Luke, "Which reminds me…" He then began walking towards a chest near R2, "I have something here for you." R2 then beeped a response as Obi-Wan opened the chest, "Your father wanted you to have this when you were old enough, but your Uncle Owen wouldn't allow it." He then picked up a cylinder shaped lightsaber from the chest, "He feared you might follow old Obi-Wan on some damned-fool idealistic crusade, like your father and Uncle Cade did."

"Sir, if you'll not be needing me, I'll close down for a while," C-3PO told Luke.

"Sure. Go ahead," Luke replied as the protocol droid powered himself down with Luke and Cade standing up from their seats as Obi-Wan walked up to Luke with the lightsaber in his hands.

"What is it?" Luke asked the Jedi Master as he looked at the lightsaber before R2 beeped a response.

"Isn't that Anakin's lightsaber?" Cade said as he looked at the lightsaber, causing Obi-Wan to smile at him.

"Your Uncle Cade's right, this was your father's lightsaber," Obi-Wan told Luke, confirming Cade's suspicions, "This is the weapon of a Jedi Knight." He then handed it to Luke, "Not as clumsy or random as a blaster." Luke then activated the lightsaber with a blue blade being emitted from the lightsaber's emitter as he began waving it around as Obi-Wan walked back towards the seat behind Luke and sat back down, "An elegant weapon for a more civilized age. For over a thousand generations, the Jedi Knights were the guardians of peace and justice in the old Republic before the dark times, before the Empire."

"Blasters are as good as lightsabers are, master," Cade said as he looked at Obi-Wan as he was offended at what he called blasters.

"I just don't see blasters as good as lightsabers are, Cade," Obi-Wan explained.

"Okay, then that's just your opinion," Cade told him, "But that doesn't mean they're bad."

"How did my father die?" Luke asked Obi-Wan as he deactivated his father's lightsaber and sat next to Obi-Wan and Cade.

"A young Jedi named Darth Vader, who like your Uncle Cade was a pupil of mine until he turned to evil, helped the Empire with the clones after Order 66 was executed hunt down and destroy the Jedi Knights," Obi-Wan answered with Cade looking down with sadness as he knew what he really meant, "He betrayed and murdered your father. Now the Jedi are all but extinct. Vader was seduced by the dark side of the Force."

"The Force?" Luke asked him and Cade with confusion.

"The Force is what gives a Jedi his power. It's an energy field created by all living things. It surrounds us and penetrates us. It binds the galaxy together," Obi-Wan explained.

"And those with enough Midichlorians are attuned to use the Force," Cade added, "Most beings in the galaxy are not able to feel the Force and thus cannot be Jedi."

"So, Cade, why were you and the droids looking for me?" Obi-Wan asked his former Padawan.

"R2 has a holorecording that can explain why," Cade answered with R2 beeping a response, "Play it, R2."

"I saw part of the message," Luke told Obi-Wan as he continued to repair 3PO as R2's holoprojector began to play Leia's message as a hologram of her appeared on a table in front of them.

"Yeah, it's playing, Luke," Cade stated, causing Luke to stop repairing the protocol droid and turn to the hologram of Leia.

"General Kenobi, years ago you served my father and Captain Avenger also known as Cade Skywalker in the Clone Wars," the holorecording of Leia said as she stood up, "Now my father begs you to help him in his struggle against the Empire with Captain Avenger. I regret that I am unable to present my father's request in person. But my ship has fallen under attack and I'm afraid my mission to bring you to Alderaan with Captain Avenger has failed. I have placed information vital to the survival of the rebellion into the memory systems of this R2 unit. My father will know how to retrieve it. You must see this droid safely to him on Alderaan with Captain Avenger. This is our most desperate hour. Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope."

As soon as R2's holoprojector switched itself off with Leia's message ending, Obi-Wan laid back in his seat and stroked his chin and beard, thinking about Leia's plea for him to help Organa, Cade and the Rebellion.

"You must learn the ways of the Force if you're to come with me and your Uncle Cade to Alderaan," Obi-Wan told Luke.

"Alderaan?" Luke repeated with surprise and disbelief as he stood back up, "I'm not going to Alderaan. I've gotta get home. It's late. I'm in for it as it is."

"We need your help, Luke. She needs your help," Obi-Wan told him, "I'm getting too old for this sort of thing."

"And besides she's your twin sister, Luke," Cade said, agreeing with his former master, "What would you do if the Empire took over Hutt Space?"

"I can't get involved," Luke stated as he walked back towards them, "I've got work to do. As you know, Uncle Cade, I hate it. But there's nothing I can do about it right now. It's such a long way from here."

"That's your Uncle Owen talking," Obi-Wan told him.

"Oh, boy. Uncle Owen," Luke muttered as he approached R2 and slammed his hand over his dome, "How am I ever gonna explain this?"

"If you come with us, I could introduce you to Satele, Sabine and Janus Wren, the Mandalorians that I mentioned to you yesterday," Cade offered, "I'm pretty sure they'd want to meet you."

"Okay, then, I'll go with the two of you to Alderaan," Luke relented, "But I have to check a few things first."

"Luke, I want to show you something first," Cade told his nephew.

"Okay, what is it, Uncle?" Luke asked him as Cade removed his shield from his back, which had been repainted by Sabine from having the insignia of the Republic to the one that the Rebel Alliance uses and looked shocked as he examined what the shield was made from, "Is your shield made from the scales of a Zillo Beast?"

"It is, Luke," Cade confirmed.

"Didn't one go on a rampage on Coruscant during the Clone Wars?" Luke asked him.

"There was," Cade answered, "How did you know about that?"

"I only heard about it in rumors," Luke explained before he began heading towards the door, "I'm going to check what I wanted to check out now."

"Alright, but I'm going with you, Luke," Cade told him.

"You want to come with me?" Luke said with shock and surprise in his voice.

"I want to see how Owen and Beru would react to you joining us to go to Alderaan," Cade explained, causing Luke to smile at him before he left the hut as Cade looked at his former master, "See you in a bit, Obi-Wan."

"See you both when you two get back," Obi-Wan told Cade and Luke as they left his hut.

Meanwhile back on Lothal, the ambulance arrived at a hospital named Capital City Hospital as Ryder also arrived in his landspeeder and exited his speeder as the paramedics helped Hera's hover-stretcher out of the ambulance with Hera, who was still sleeping on it before Satele, Sabine, Janus, Zeb, Chopper, Mart and Raddus also exited the ambulance.

"Let's get her inside!" Ryder ordered the paramedics, "General Syndulla could give birth sometime within the next few hours."

"Right away, Governor Azadi," the paramedic with black hair replied as he and his partner rushed into the hospital with Hera's hover-stretcher as the Ghost crew, Ryder, Mart and Raddus followed them into the hospital, where there were people from all sorts of species sitting in the waiting room with a few of the doctors being from different species as well along with a couple of medical droids.

"So, who's going to talk to the receptionist?" Sabine asked as she looked at a human male receptionist with copper skin, brown eyes and black hair, sitting behind a desk and using a computer system as the paramedic with black hair pushed Hera's hover-stretcher into the hospital's pregnancy ward.

"I'll do it, Sis," Satele answered before she walked up to the receptionist's desk before he looked up at her, "This is Commander Satele Wren of the Rebel Alliance."

"Yeah, I know who you are, Commander Wren," the receptionist told the Mandalorian, "I heard about how you, your sister, boyfriend and crew along with friends of yours from the rebellion freed this planet from the Empire's grasp. What are you doing here on Lothal?"

"We just came from a battle over the planet of Scarif and are staying here on Lothal for a few days to lay low," Satele explained, "But we're here because General Syndulla is in labor."

"Take them to ward 17," the receptionist told the paramedic with brown hair as he handed him a datapad.

"Yes, sir," the paramedic with brown hair replied before turning to Satele and the others, "Follow me to ward 17."

"The sooner we get this over with, the sooner we can get out of here," Zeb muttered as he, Satele and the others began to follow the paramedic with brown hair towards ward 17.

"Don't worry, buddy, I'm sure that we'll only be for a few hours at least," Janus assured the Lasat as he placed his left hand over Zeb's right shoulder as he followed them towards ward 17.

Back on Tatooine, Luke and Cade were riding in a landspeeder towards the Lars homestead with Luke piloting the speeder and as soon as they arrived at the Lars homestead, they saw that the homestead looked like that it had been raided with smoke coming from all over the place.

"No," Cade muttered to himself in horror as he and Luke exited the landspeeder and began to approach the homestead.

"Uncle Owen. Aunt Beru," Luke said, calling out to Owen and Beru as he and Cade continued to approach the homestead, "Uncle Owen." He then looked down at the entrance of the homestead with Cade doing the same and saw two burnt up corpses and realized that they were Owen and Beru with nothing of them remained of them but bones before Luke looked at Cade, "What do we do with them, Uncle?"

"The only thing we can do, Luke," Cade answered, "We'll give them a proper funeral." He then began heading towards the entrance of the homestead, "I'll go get us a pair of shovels that we can use to bury their bodies with."

A few minutes later, after Luke and Cade used the pair of shovels to create two graves within the sands of the remnants of the Lars homestead, they lifted up the skeletal remains of Owen and Beru and placed them in the graves before they used the shovels to place sand into the graves, covering the skeletal remains of Owen and Beru.

"Luke, do you have anything to say?" Cade asked his nephew as he stared at the graves of Owen and Beru.

"I do," Luke answered as he walked towards the graves of Owen and Beru, "I'll miss you both very much, considering I lived with the two of you for 19 years, Uncle Owen, you weren't always a good uncle, and Aunt Beru, you were a very good aunt. I'll remember you both and stop the Empire's reign of terror in your memory."

"Owen, you weren't always a good brother to me and Anakin, but like with Luke, you meant it well, and Beru, you were a good sister-in-law to me," Cade said as he walked towards the graves of Owen and Beru as Luke walked away, "Don't you both worry, I'll have Luke join the Rebellion to help me overthrow the Empire and I'll miss you both so much and I'll always remember you both in my heart."

"What do we do now, uncle?" Luke asked Cade as the former Jedi walked away from the graves of Owen and Beru.

"What do you think, Luke?" Cade answered with sadness in his voice as he walked back towards the landspeeder with Luke following him, "We tell Obi-Wan what happened to Owen and Beru."

Meanwhile across the galaxy, the Devastator was heading towards the Death Star as inside the battle station's conference room, there were Imperial officers from all different departments within the Empire's government with most of them having light skin and a few of them having fair skin.

One of them had brown hair, and blue eyes named Admiral Conan Antonio Motti of the Imperial Navy, another of them had reddish-brown hair named General Trech Molock, one of the ones that had fair skin also had brown hair and eyes named General Cassio Tagge, another of the Imperials with light skin had white hair named Siward Casss, another of the Imperial officers with light skin also had light eyes and brown hair named General Moradmin Bast, another of the Imperial officers with hair skin was wearing the uniform of an ISB officer and had gray hair and brown eyes named Colonel Partagaz of the Imperial Security bureau with every single one of them sitting at a conference table within the room as two Death Star troopers were standing guard at the entrance of the room with Romdi sitting in one of the seats around the conference table, while two of the seats were empty with one of them being for the late Director Orson Krennic.

"Until this battle station is fully operational, we are vulnerable," Tagge stated, "The Rebel Alliance is too well equipped. They're more dangerous than you realize."

"Dangerous to your starfleet, Commander, not to this battle station," Motti argued.

"The rebellion will continue to gain support in the Imperial Senate…" Tagge began to say.

"The Imperial Senate will no longer be of any concern to us," they all suddenly heard Tarkin interrupt him as he entered the room with Vader, "I've just received word that the Emperor has dissolved the council permanently. The last remnants of the Old Republic have been swept away."

"That's impossible," Tagge stated with disbelief in his voice as Tarkin sat down at the conference table with Vader standing next to him, "How will the Emperor maintain control without the bureaucracy?"

"The regional governors now have direct control over their territories," Tarkin explained, "Fear will keep the local systems in line. Fear of this battle station."

"What about Bo-Katan and her Mandalorian resistance?" Tagge asked Tarkin.

"I really don't know," Tarkin answered, "Mandalore is more of the ISB's concern rather than mine." He then turned to Partagaz, "So, Colonel, do you have anything to counter them?"

"Yeah, well do you have anything to defeat Bo-Katan and her Mandalorian resistance, Colonel Partagaz?" Motti asked the ISB colonel.

"Actually, the Emperor does," Partagaz answered, "He will be sending Colonel Lieutenant Gideon to Mandalore in a few days."

"Why is he sending him to Mandalore, Colonel?" Motti asked the ISB colonel.

"Right now, that is confidential, Admiral," Partagaz answered, "But what I can tell you is that he's going to help Governor Mical Saxon, his wife, Yelena and Commander Elsa Kast of the Imperial Super Commandos."

"Let's just hope he succeeds in defeating Bo-Katan and her Mandalorian resistance," Tagge muttered.

"Agreed, General," Tarkin said, agreeing with Tagge, "Besides, if Thrawn were still with us and didn't disappear, he would've dealt with them already."

"And what of the rebellion?" Motti asked the Grand Moff, causing him to turn to the admiral, "If the rebels have obtained a complete technical readout of this station, it is possible, however unlikely, that they might find a weakness and exploit it."

"The plans you refer to will soon be back in our hands," Vader assured him.

"Any attack made by the rebels against this station would be a useless gesture, no matter what technical data they've obtained," Motti stated, "This station is now the ultimate power in the universe. I suggest we use it."

"Don't be too proud of this technological terror you've constructed," Vader told him, "The ability to destroy a planet is insignificant next to the power of the Force."

"Don't try to frighten us with your sorcerer's ways, Lord Vader," Motti ordered the Sith Lord as Vader began walking over to him, "Your sad devotion to that ancient religion has not helped you conjure up the stolen data tapes, find where Cade Skywalker is, or given you clairvoyance enough to find the rebels' hidden fortress…"

Just as Motti said that, Vader bent two of his fingers together, causing the admiral to start choking as the airways of his throat to his lungs began to be blocked before he grabbed the collar of his tunic with everyone watching intently as Tagge placed his right hand near his chin.

"I find your lack of faith disturbing," Vader told Motti.

"Enough of this, Vader, release him," Tarkin ordered the Sith Lord.

"As you wish," Vader replied as he stopped using the Force on Motti and walked away from him, causing the admiral to lean forward onto the conference table, gasping for breath.

"This bickering is pointless," Tarkin stated as Motti sat back up, "Lord Vader will provide us with the location of the rebel fortress by the time this station is operational. We will then crush the rebellion with one swift stroke."

Back on Tatooine, Luke and Cade were riding in the landspeeder, heading back to Obi-Wan's hut with Luke piloting it and as soon as they approached the hut, they saw Obi-Wan standing outside with C-3PO and R2 as the Jedi Master sensed that something was wrong.

"The Empire killed Owen and Beru," Cade announced with sadness in his voice after he and Luke climbed out of the landspeeder, causing Obi-Wan to look at him with shock and sadness as R2 beeped a sad response.

"What did you both do with their bodies?" Obi-Wan asked them.

"We buried their bodies in the sand around their homestead," Luke answered, "And gave them a proper funeral."

"I'm glad that you both did that for them," Obi-Wan told them with a smile on his face as he placed his right hand over Luke's left shoulder, "It's what they would've wanted."

"What about K-3PO and R5-D5?" C-3PO asked Cade and Luke, "What happened to them?"

"They weren't there when we arrived," Cade answered, causing the protocol droid to stare at the ground with sadness, "They were possibly taken by the Empire."

"There's nothing for me here now, Ben," Luke told the Jedi Master as he looked up at him, "I fully want to go with you, Uncle Cade and the droids now. And I want to learn the ways of the Force and become a Jedi like my father."

"Come on, then," Obi-Wan said as they all began to head towards the landspeeder, "Let's head to Mos Eisley."

Meanwhile back at the Death Star, two TIE fighters were flying towards the battle station as two Death Star troopers were walking down the battle station's prison block, Cell Block 1138 with Vader following them before they stopped at one of the cells with one of the Death Star troopers placing their index finger on the panel next to one of the cell block's doors, causing it to slide open as Leia, who was the prisoner inside of the cell as Vader and the Death Star troopers walked down the cell's steps as they entered the cell.

"Now, Your Highness, we will discuss the location of your hidden rebel base and where Cade Skywalker is," Vader told the Alderaanian princess as an IT-O interrogation droid appeared in the cell's doorway.

Leia's expression turned to a terrified one as Vader turned to the interrogation droid as it slowly hovered and approached her as he turned back to her with the cell's droid sliding back shut as the interrogation droid injected its needle into the Alderaanian princess' neck, causing her to groan in pain as a Death Star trooper outside of Leia's cell walked away.

Outside of Ward 17 in Capital City Hospital on Lothal, Satele and Janus were playing a game of cubikahd with Chopper projecting the game's board with his holoprojector with Satele's knives being blue, while Janus' were red as they were on multiple spots on the cube as they sat on seats outside of Ward 17 with Sabine sitting next to them, who was meditating as Zeb sat in a seat across from them, snoring with Raddus and Ryder sitting on seats next to the Lasat along with Mart as Hera screamed in pain as she regained consciousness a few hours prior.

"Blade to cube face five," Satele said, causing one of her knives to move to the fifth cubed spot on the board.

"Blade to cube face three," Janus muttered, causing one of his knives on top of the cube to move towards one of Satele's knives, turning a few of them red, "You're really good at this, Teal'ika."

"Yeah, I am, Jan'ika," Satele chuckled as Hera continued to scream, "Blade to cube face four." One of her knives then moved towards one of Janus knives, turning it blue, "Looks like I win."

"Looks like you do," Janus said with a smile as they suddenly heard Hera stop screaming, "Do you hear that, Satele?"

"Yeah," Satele answered, "Hera just stopped screaming."

"She must have just given birth," Sabine surmised as she opened her eyes and stopped meditating as the paramedic with black hair exited Ward 17 before she stood up and approached him, "Any news on Hera?"

"Yes, Captain Wren," the paramedic answered, "General Syndulla just gave birth." As he said this, all three Mandalorians smiled at him, "You can go and see her if you guys want."

"Janus, wake up Zeb for me, will you?" Satele asked her boyfriend as they stood up with Chopper powering off his holoprojector.

"Certainly," Janus replied as he walked over to the Lasat and began to shake Zeb, "Zeb, wake up!"

"What?" Zeb asked as he suddenly woke up, "What's going on?!"

"Hera just gave birth, Zeb, and we're going in to see her," Janus explained as Ryder, Mart and Raddus stood up from their seats.

"Let's just get this over with," Zeb muttered as he stood up before they all walked through the doors to Ward 17 and as they entered the hospital ward, they saw a few medical droids, the paramedic with brown hair, Hera sitting on a hospital bed with a newborn male human-Twi'lek hybrid that unlike most human-Twi'lek hybrids looked more human than Twi'lek and had light skin with a slight green hue, especially around his ears, green hair and blue eyes, but what surprised them all the most was seeing the Force Ghost of Kanan standing next to Hera, "Kanan?"

"Hello, Zeb," Kanan said, greeting the Lasat, "It's been a while."

"What are you doing here, master?" Satele asked the Force Ghost of Kanan.

"I'm here because I sensed that Hera was in labor and pain," Kanan explained, "And I suspected that she needed some company to ease her through the pain."

"Thanks for that, dear," Hera told her deceased boyfriend's Force Ghost as she looked at him.

"Nice to see you again, Kanan," Ryder said as he looked at the Force Ghost of Kanan.

"You too, Governor," Kanan replied with a smile.

"I'm still shocked that you were able to go through training to retain your consciousness after death, Kanan," Mart told Kanan.

"Me too, Mart," Kanan said, agreeing with him, "I'm glad that Satele and Sabine's Jedi ancestors trained me to retain my consciousness after I died, so I could see you all again." He then turned to his former Padawans, "They're really nice people, girls. No wonder we were taught about them when we were younglings at the temple on Coruscant before and during the Clone Wars."

"Well, they're going to train us to do the same one day as well, Kanan," Sabine told Kanan with a smile on her face before Chopper grunted a response.

"Yeah, it's good to see you too, Chop," Kanan said, agreeing with the astromech droid.

"Nice to finally meet you, Kanan," Raddus told Kanan.

"You too, Admiral," Kanan replied, "I heard about how you participated in the Invasion of Mon Cala about 18 years ago."

"Yeah, that was a troubling time for my people," Raddus stated, "During the Invasion of my home world, a lot of Mon Calamari left the planet and joined the Rebellion like me and Ackbar when the Empire began to bombard Mon Cala before King Lee Char himself surrendered himself to Tarkin, who was one of the Imperials leading the invasion, only for Tarkin to continue the bombardment and arrested the king of the Mon Calamari."

"That must've been hard for you," Satele told the Mon Calamari.

"Yeah, I agree, Sis," Sabine said, agreeing with her sister, "I really hope that the Rebellion can bring your people back to your home world and overthrow the Empire's rule over Mon Cala."

"Guys, I want to introduce you all to my son, Jacen Syndulla," Hera told everyone, introducing them all to the human-Twi'lek hybrid that she was holding in her arms, causing everyone to look at him, "When the time comes, he'll be known as Specter-8."

"Aww, he's beautiful," Satele said as she walked up to them and grabbed his index finger, "Nice to meet you, Jacen."

"Yeah, nice to meet you, Jacen," Sabine told the human-Twi'lek newborn as she walked up to Hera and stood next to her twin sister as she waved at him.

"He looks like the rarest type of human-Twi'lek hybrid," Janus stated as he walked up to them, "But, yeah, he is cute."

"Karabast, nice to meet you too, Jacen," Zeb said, greeting the human-Twi'lek hybrid newborn as he walked up to them and the three Mandalorians.

"It's good to meet you too, Jacen," Mart told the human-Twi'lek newborn as he approached them as well.

"Yeah, it's good to meet you as well, Jacen," Raddus said, agreeing with everyone as he also walked over to them.

"So, General Syndulla, have you told your father about Jacen yet?" Ryder asked Hera as he walked over to them.

"Not yet, Governor, but I will soon," Hera answered.

"Ryder, can you and everyone but Satele, Sabine and Janus leave us?" Kanan asked the governor of Lothal, "Me and Hera want to speak to them privately."

"Certainly, Kanan," Ryder answered before he turned to Zeb, Mart and Raddus, "Come on, let's leave Kanan and Hera to talk with Satele, Sabine and Janus."

"Okay, what do you both want to talk to us about?" Satele asked Kanan and Hera as Ryder and the others left the ward.

"It's about you, Satele," Kanan answered as he crossed his arms.

"What about Satele?" Janus asked him.

"Remember what you suggested when you guys escaped Jedha with Cassian, Jyn and the others?" Hera reminded Janus, causing him, Satele and Sabine to widen their eyes in shock.

"Are you saying that Satele's pregnant?" Sabine asked them with shock in her voice.

"Indeed, Sabine," Kanan answered, confirming his former Padawan's suspicions.

"How would you know that I'm pregnant when I can't even sense their Force signature yet, Kanan?" Satele asked him with confusion.

"I know you're pregnant, Satele, because when you retain your consciousness after death, you are more intune with the Force than you were before," Kanan answered with a smile.

"So, how did you learn that she was, Hera?" Janus asked the Twi'lek.

"Just after I gave birth to Jacen here and before you three along with the others came to see me," Hera answered.

"Satele, Sabine and Janus, can you three leave us, Hera needs to contact her father?" Kanan requested the three Mandalorians.

"Right away, Kanan," Satele said as she, Janus and Sabine left Hera and Kanan.

"Looks like it's time for me to go back to the Netherworld of the Force, Hera," Kanan told her, "So, see you around."

"See you too, Kanan," Hera said as Kanan vanished back into the Netherworld of the Force, "Chop, contact Father." Chop then grunted a response as a hologram of Hera's father, Cham Syndulla appeared from his holoprojector.

"Hera, it's been awhile," Cham told his daughter before noticing Jacen, "You've just given birth."

"Yes, I have, Father," Hera confirmed, "His name is Jacen."

"I can't wait to see him in person," Cham told her, "And your mother would be so proud."

"Yeah, I know she would, Father," Hera said before smiling as she knew that he was right about her mother.

Back on Tatooine, Luke, Cade, Obi-Wan, C-3PO and R2 were riding on the landspeeder through the Dune Sea with Luke piloting it before they stopped near a ridge with a town in the distance as they all hopped out of the landspeeder.

"Mos Eisley spaceport," Obi-Wan said as he looked at the town in the distance before looking at Luke, "You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy, Luke." He then crossed his arms as he and Cade began to walk back towards the landspeeder, "We must be cautious."

About half an hour later, Luke flew the landspeeder towards the town of Mos Eisely with C-3PO and R2 in the back of the speeder with R2 being laid down on his back as Cade sat in the seat next to him and with Obi-Wan sitting behind him with his robe's hood over his head as it flew past a couple of womp rats, a small rodent-like species native to Tatooine with gray skin, black hair and yellow eyes and flew past two types of droid with one of them holding a large object in their hands as the other droid flew towards it before the droid knocked it to the ground with its hand as the landspeeder entered Mos Eisley.

As they traveled through Mos Eisley, they saw multiple stormtroopers patrolling the town as a YT-2400 light freighter flew away from the town in the air as someone on a speeder bike flew towards a Ronto, a non-sentient, saurian species, native to Tatooine that stands on four feet with two Jawas riding it on a chariot on its back before it brayed at the person piloting the speeder bike, causing one of the Jawas to fall onto the ground with the other one grabbing onto the Ronto's tow rope.

The landspeeder soon approached a squad of Sandtroopers, a variant of stormtroopers wearing specialized gear for harsh conditions of desert planets and were being led by one wearing an orange pauldron as he approached them.

"How long have you had these droids?" The Sandtrooper with the orange pauldron asked them.

"About three or four seasons," Luke answered.

"Yeah, we've had them for four years at most," Cade said, agreeing with his nephew.

"They're up for sale if you want them," Obi-Wan told them.

"Let me see your identification," the Sandtroopers requested.

"You don't need to see his identification," Obi-Wan said, using a Jedi Mind Trick on the Sandtrooper as he waved his hand in front of him.

"We don't need to see his identification," the Sandtrooper with the orange pauldron repeated as the Jedi Mind Trick worked on him.

"These aren't the droids you're looking for," Cade said, using a Jedi Mind Trick on him as he waved his hand in front of him as well.

"These aren't the droids we're looking for," the Sandtrooper repeated as the Jedi Mind Trick worked on him as he turned to the other Sandtroopers.

"He can go about his business," Obi-Wan said as he used another Jedi Mind Trick on the Sandtrooper with the orange pauldron.

"You can go about your business," the Sandtrooper repeated as the Jedi Mind Trick worked on him again.

"Move along," Cade told him as he used another Jedi Mind Trick on him.

"Move along. Move along," the Sandtrooper with the orange pauldron said as he made a gesture for them to enter the town before Luke flew the landspeeder past them.

Luke soon stopped the landspeeder outside a cantina near a Jawa as it began to approach them as they exited the speeder.

"I can't abide those Jawas," C-3PO stated as he looked at the Jawa, "Disgusting creatures."

"Go on, go on," Luke ordered the Jawa as he approached it and forced the Jawa to run away from them before he turned to Cade and Obi-Wan, "I can't understand how we got by those troops. I thought we were dead."

"The Force can have a strong influence on the weak-minded," Obi-Wan explained as he walked up to him.

"But there are some who are trained to resist Mind Tricks like some Mandalorians have done so," Cade added as C-3PO helped R2 down from the back of the landspeeder, "While some, like Hutts, are immune to mind tricks."

"You both really think we're gonna find a pilot here that'll take us to Alderaan?" Luke asked Cade and Obi-Wan as he stared at a cantina that people were entering.

"Most of the freighter pilots are to be found here," Obi-Wan explained, "Only watch your step, this place can be a little rough."

"I'm ready for anything," Luke told him.

"That's good, Luke, because there will most likely be some sketchy characters in there," Cade stated as they walked towards the cantina.

"Come along, R2," C-3PO urged R2 as they followed them towards the cantina before the astromech droid beeped a response.

As Cade, Luke, Obi-Wan and the droids entered the cantina, they saw that the building was filled with being from all different species, including an Arcona, Talz, Bith, Gotal along with a Devaronian sitting at separate booths with a Bith band playing music on a stage, while many more were standing in front of the cantina with the bartender, who had light skin, brown eyes and hair, serving drinks to patrons as Obi-Wan and Cade were talking to a human male with fair skin, brown eyes and black hair, wearing the uniform of a pilot with a brown haired male Wookiee with blue eyes standing next to him, wearing a bandolier over his chest as the Jedi Master now had his robe's hood down before the pilot walked away from them.

"Hey. We don't serve their kind here," the bartender told Luke as he noticed that he, C-3PO and R2 were entering the cantina.

"What?" Luke asked him with confusion in his voice.

"Your droids, they'll have to wait outside," the bartender explained, "We don't want them here."

"Why don't you wait out by the speeder?" Luke asked C-3PO, "We don't want any trouble."

"I heartily agree with you, sir," C-3PO told him as he and R2 left the cantina before Luke walked up to the bar and stood next to Obi-Wan and his uncle with the same Auqalish and disfigured human male that Satele, Sabine, Janus, Cassian and Jyn ran into on Jedha, who were standing at the bar watching him as a male Rodian with green skin and indigo eyes watching him from one of the booths.

"Uh… I'll have one of those," Luke told the Bartender as he nodded to one of the drinks over the bar's counter after he grabbed him by the back of his shirt before he handed it to him as he looked at the shady aliens around the cantina with a few of them being Duros and an Ithorian.

Just then, the Aqualish grabbed Luke by the shoulder, causing him to look at him as he spoke to him in his native language before Luke turned back to his drink, ignoring the Aqualish as the disfigured human tapped on his shoulder.

"He doesn't like you," the disfigured human translated for Luke as he turned to him.

"I'm sorry," Luke told him as he turned back to his drink again.

"I don't like you either," the disfigured human said as he grabbed him by the shoulders and pulled Luke towards him, "You just watch yourself. We're wanted men. I have the death sentence on 12 systems."

"I'll be careful then," Luke assured him as he turned back to his drink yet again.

"You'll be dead!" the disfigured human yelled at Luke as he pulled him back towards him again.

"This little one's not worth the effort," Obi-Wan told the disfigured human.

"Leave my nephew alone, you sleemos!" Cade cursed at the Aqualish and disfigured human.

"Come, let me get you something," Obi-Wan offered the Auqalish and disfigured human.

"Aah!" The disfigured human screamed as he grabbed and threw Luke across the cantina, causing him to fall back towards one of the cantina's tables before Cade grabbed his lightsaber from his armor's belt and ignited it's blade as the disfigured human pulled out a blaster and fired it at him, only for the former Jedi to deflect the blaster bolt and slashed one of the Aqualish's arms with it, cutting it off from his body, causing everyone to stop what they were doing to look at Cade, the Aqualish and the disfigured, while the Bith band to stop playing their music before he deactivated his lightsaber and clipped it back onto his armor's belt as the Bith band started playing their music again as everyone went back to their business.

"I'm all right," Luke told his uncle and Obi-Wan as they walked over to him with Chewbacca and helped him up.

"Chewbacca here is first mate on a ship that might suit us," Obi-Wan told Luke as they began to walk over to one of the booths.

Outside of the cantina, C-3PO and R2 watched as Sandtroopers, riding dewbacks climbed down from the dewbacks with two of them talking to a civilian with light skin and wearing a hat over his head.

"I don't like the look of this," C-3PO muttered before R2 beeped a response as one of the dewbacks groaned.

Back inside the cantina, the Bith band continued to play their music as Chewbacca brought Obi-Wan, Cade and Luke towards one of the booths where a man with light skin, hazel-green eyes and brown hair, wearing a white and almost beige colored v-neck shirt that had a half-collar, a black colored Corellian jacket and brown paints with a holster that had a modified DL-44 inside of it as they sat at the booth with Chewbacca sitting next to the man.

"Han Solo. I'm captain of the Millenium Falcon," the man said, introducing himself to Obi-Wan, Cade and Luke as they sat in front of him and Chewbacca at the booth, "Chewie here tells me you're looking for passage to the Alderaan system."

"Yes, indeed, if it's a fast ship," Obi-Wan confirmed.

"Fast ship?" Han said with surprise and disbelief in his voice, "You've never heard of the Millenium Falcon?"

"Should I have?" Obi-Wan asked him.

"I've heard about the ship from a friend of mine within the Rebellion, Satele Wren," Cade told the Corellian smuggler, "You've claimed that it's the ship that made the Kessel run in less than 12 parsecs."

"Who is this Satele Wren?" Han asked the former Jedi.

"She's a Mandalorian Jedi, who is a commander within the Rebel Alliance," Cade answered, "She told me that you flirted with her while you were drunk on Lothal when she was 14 before she knocked you out and stole an energy slingshot from you."

"I don't remember her," Han told him.

"As I said, she told me that you were drunk when you flirted with her, which could explain why you can't remember her," Cade explained.

"Anyway, I've outrun Imperial starships," Han stated, "Not the local bulk cruisers, mind you. I'm talking about the big Corellian ships now. She's fast enough for you, old man. What's the cargo?"

"Only passengers," Obi-Wan answered, "Myself, Cade, the boy, two droids…" He then leaned forward, "And no questions asked."

"What is it, some kind of local trouble?" Han asked him as he smiled.

"Let's just say we'd like to avoid any Imperial entanglements," Obi-Wan explained.

"Well, that's the real trick, isn't it?" Han stated, "And it's gonna cost you something extra. Ten thousand, all in advance."

"Ten thousand?" Luke said with shock in his voice as Obi-Wan and Cade looked at him before he turned to the Jedi Master, "We could almost buy our own ship for that."

"But who's gonna fly it, kid?" Han asked him, "You?"

"You bet I could," Luke answered, "I'm not such a bad pilot, myself." He then turned to Obi-Wan, "We don't have to sit here and listen…"

"We can pay you 2,000 now, plus 15 when we reach Alderaan," Obi-Wan offered.

"Seventeen?" Han asked with shock and surprise in his voice before the Jedi Master nodded a response, "Okay, you guys got yourselves a ship. We'll leave as soon as you're ready. Docking Bay 94."

"Ninety-four," Obi-Wan repeated with confirmation.

"Looks like somebody's beginning to take an interest in your handiwork," Han said as he saw the bartender talking to a couple of Sandtroopers before he pointed at Cade.

"All right. We'll check it out," the Sandtrooper with the orange pauldron told the bartender.

As the Sandtroopers walked over to the booth that Han and Chewbacca were sitting at, Obi-Wan, Cade and Luke had disappeared before they walked away from them.

"Seventeen thousand. Those guys must really be desperate," Han said with surprise as Chewbacca moaned, "This could really save my neck. Get back to the ship, get it ready." He then stood up as he began to leave the booth.

"You'll have to sell your speeder, Luke," Obi-Wan stated as he, Luke and Cade left the cantina as he now had his obe's hood back over his head.

"It's the only way we'll get the credits to get to Alderaan at the moment," Cade said, agreeing with Obi-Wan.

"That's okay," Luke told them, "I'm never coming back to this planet again."

As Han began to leave the booth that he was sitting at, the Rodian with green skin and indigo eyes approached him and aimed a DT-12 heavy blaster pistol at him.

"Going somewhere, Solo?" The Rodian asked him in Huttese.

"Yes, Greedo. As a matter of fact, I was just going to see your boss," Han answered as Greedo forced Han to walk back towards one of the cantina's booths and sat down on one of the seats, "Tell Jabba that I've got his money."

"It's too late," Greedo told him in Huttese as he sat down on the seat in front of Han, "You should have paid him when you had the chance. Jabba's put a price on your head so large every bounty hunter in the galaxy will be looking for you. I'm lucky I found you first."

"Yeah, but this time I've got the money," Han stated.

"If you give it to me, I might forget I found you," Greedo told him in Huttese.

"I don't have it with me. Tell Jabba…" Han began to say.

"Jabba's through with you," Greedo stated as Han began to reach for his blaster's holster and unbuttoned it's strap, "He has no time for smugglers who drop their shipments at the first sign of an Imperial cruiser."

"Even I get boarded sometimes," Han retorted as he began to reach for his blaster, "Do you think I had a choice?"

"You can tell that to Jabba," Greedo told him in Huttese, "He may only take your ship."

"Over my dead body," Han said as he looked at the Rodian.

"That's the idea," Greedo stated in Huttese, "I've been looking forward to this for a long time."

"Yes, I'll bet you have," Han muttered before they both fired their blasters with Greedo's blaster bolt colliding with the wall behind the smuggler, while Han's hit Greedo in the chest, killing him instantly with a couple of people in the cantina looking around at Han as Greedo's dead body had nearly burnt up from the smuggler's blaster bolt as he stood up and left the booth as he placed his blaster back in its holster, "Sorry about the mess." He then threw a couple of credits at the bartender as he left the cantina as two Jawas entered the cantina.

Back at the Death Star, the same two TIE fighters continued to patrol the area as Vader stood in the battle station's control room with Tarkin and Tagge as the Grand Moff had his hand above his mouth.

"Her resistance to the mind probe is considerable," Vader stated as he walked around the Death Star's control room, "It'll be some time before we can extract any information from her."

"The final checkout is completed. All systems are operational," an Imperial officer reported to Tarkin as he walked towards the Grand Moff, causing him to remove his hand from above his mouth as he turned towards him, "What course shall we set?"

"Perhaps she would respond to an alternative form of persuasion," Tarkin stated.

"What do you mean?" Vader asked him.

"I think it is time we demonstrated the full power of this station," Tarkin explained as he lowered his arm and turned back towards the Imperial officer, "Set your course for Alderaan."

"With pleasure," the Imperial officer replied as he began to walk away from him.

Meanwhile back on Tatooine, C-3PO and R2 were hiding inside of a room within one of the streets of Mos Eisley with the protocol droid standing in the room's doorway as a squad of sandtroopers and a KPR security droid hovering around as they slowly marched towards the area where they were hiding at.

"Lock the door, R2," C-3PO ordered the astromech droid before he sealed the door shut.

"All right. Check this side of the street," the sandtrooper with the orange pauldron ordered the other sandtroopers before he knocked on the door that C-3PO and R2 were hiding behind before walking away as he got no response from behind the door, "The door's locked. Move on to the next one."

The door slid back open as the sandtroopers walked away from the building before R2 beeped a response.

"I would much rather have gone with Master Luke or Master Cade than stay here with you," C-3PO told R2 before he beeped a response, "I don't know much about this mission of ours, but I'm sure most of it is your fault." R2 then beeped another response, "You watch your language." R2 then beeped another response as the door slid back shut.

"All right. Give it to me. I'll take it," Luke told a female Vuvrian with gray skin, wearing a robe with a red R4-series astromech and his landspeeder nearby as Cade and Obi-Wan stood next to them with a CZ-series security droid walking nearby as the Vuvurian handed Luke a couple of credits before he, Cade and Obi-Wan walked away from him as he grabbed two ponchos from the landspeeder and handed one to his uncle, "Look at this. Ever since the XP-38 came out, they just aren't in demand."

"It'll be enough," Obi-Wan assured him.

"Yeah, for right now, it'll be enough," Cade said, agreeing with the Jedi master as they walked past a male Kubaz, wearing a black colored robe before he began to follow them.

Inside of Docking Bay 94, a male Hutt with green and tan skin with orange eyes stood in front of Han's ship, the Millenium Falcon, which was an extensively modified YT-1300 Corellian light freighter with a few people standing underneath the ship, near the Hutt.

"Solo! Come out of there, Solo!" The Hutt called out to Han in Huttese, thinking he was inside of the YT-1300 Corellian light freighter as Han and Chewbacca appeared behind him.

"Right here, Jabba," Han told the Hutt, causing him to turn to the smuggler, "I've been waitin' for you."

"Have you now," Jabba muttered in Huttese, sarcastically as he slithered over to him as he chuckled.

"You didn't think I was gonna run, did you?" Han asked him.

"Han, my boy, you disappoint me," Jabba said in Huttese as the smuggler slowly walked over to him as the Hutt did the same with a few of his men, including a man wearing Beskar armor in the color of Clan Fett with his left pauldron having a red colored Mythosaur on it, jetpack and a light green colored cape and they were none other than Boba Fett, the son of Jango Fett, "Why haven't you paid me and why did you fry poor Greedo?"

"Look, Jabba, next time you wanna talk to me, come see me yourself," Han told the Hutt as he pointed at the men accompanying Jabba, "Don't send one of these twerps."

"Han, I can't make exceptions," Jabba stated in Huttese as he placed his left hand over Han's back as they began to walk around the docking bay, "What if everyone who smuggled for me dropped their cargo at the first sign of an Imperial starship?" Chewbacca then began to follow them with a bowcaster in his hands, "It's not good business."

"Look, Jabba, even I get boarded sometimes," Han explained to the Hutt before walking behind him and walked overJabba's tail, surprising him as he walked over to the other side of the Hutt, "You think I had a choice? But I got a nice, easy charter, now. I'll pay ya back, plus a little extra. I just need a little more time."

"Han, my boy, you're the best," Jabba told the smuggler in Huttese as they continued to walk through Docking Bay 94, "So, for an extra twenty percent…"

"Fifteen, Jabba," Han stated, "Don't push it."

"Okay, fifteen percent," Jabba relented in Huttese, "But if you fail me again, I'll put a price on your head so big you won't be able to go near a civilized system."

"Jabba, you're a wonderful human being," Han replied, sarcastically as he walked over to his ship.

"Come on!" Jabba ordered his men in Huttese before they began to leave the docking bay with Boba leaving last.

"If the ship's as fast as he's boasting, we ought to do well," Obi-Wan told Luke and Cade as they walked down a busy street with C-3PO and R2 as Luke and Cade both put the ponchos on as they walked through a doorway to Docking Bay 94 with Chewbacca greeting them in Shyriiwook, while the Kubaz that was following them stopped in a corner nearby and spoke in his native language into a a communications device.

As Luke, Cade, Obi-Wan, C-3PO, R2 and Chewbacca entered Docking Bay 94, Luke looked at the Millenium Falcon with disbelief.

"What a piece of junk," Luke muttered to himself.

"It'll have to do, Luke," Cade assured his nephew, "It doesn't look as good as the Ghost is."

"She'll make it past .5 lightspeed. She may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts, kid," Han told Luke as he appeared from underneath his ship with a piece of cloth in his right hand as he approached them, "I've made a lot of special modifications myself. But we're a little rushed, so if you'll just get on board, we'll get outta here."

Inside of the Millenium Falcon, Chewbacca climbed into the co-pilot's seat as he placed his bowcaster onto the floor.

"Hello, sir," C-3PO greeted Han as he, R2, Obi-Wan and Luke entered the YT-1300 Corellian light freighter before Cade began to follow them before he sensed something was about to happen as he pulled out both of his DC-17 blaster pistols from their holsters and stood near the ship as Han walked away from the ship.

Back in the alleyway, a squad of sandtroopers with orange pauldrons walked down the alleyway as they were wielding T-21 light repeating blasters with one of them approaching the Kabuz.

"Which Way?" The sandtrooper asked the Kabuz before he replied in his native language, he then walked away from the sandtroopers as they walked towards the doorway to Docking Bay 94, "All right, men, load your weapons."

"Stop that ship. Blast them," one of the sandtroopers ordered as they entered Docking Bay 94 before they began to fire their blaster rifles as Cade began to fire his DC-17 blaster pistols back at them, while Han pulled down one of his shirt's sleeves to reveal an energy slingshot and fired a yellow colored bolt of energy at them, causing the surge of energy to surge through a couple of them as he and Cade evaded the sandtroopers' blaster bolts as they ran up the Millenium Falcon's ramp.

"Chewie, get us out of here!" Han ordered his co-pilot as he and Cade entered the ship after he sealed the ship's ramp shut as he ran towards the cockpit, while Cade ran towards the ship's common room as he placed both of his DC-17s back in their holsters.

"Oh, my. I'd forgotten how much I hate space travel," C-3PO muttered to himself as he sat around a couch in the ship's common room with R2 standing next to him with Luke sitting next to him as Obi-Wan ran into the room and sat around the couch and next to Luke before Cade entered the common room as well and sat next to his former master as the three humans fastened their seatbelts with Luke and Cade now having their ponchos removed from their bodies.

As the sandtroopers within Docking Bay 94 continued to fire upon the Millenium Falcon, the YT-1300 Corellian light freighter began to take off with other sandtroopers nearby watching as it began to leave Tatooine before it soon left the planet's surface as Chewbacca turned to him and growled in Shyriiwook.

"Looks like an Imperial cruiser," Han muttered to himself as he saw two Star Destroyers on the Millenium Falcon's scope, "Our passengers must be hotter than I thought." He then began to stand up, "Try to hold 'em off. Angle the deflector shields while I make the calculations for the jump to lightspeed." Chewbacca then clicked a few buttons above him as Han approached one of the consoles behind them and saw that there were two more Star Destroyers behind them and began to close in on the YT-1300 Corellian light freighter before he sat back down on the pilot's seat, "Stay sharp. There's two more comin' in. They're gonna try and cut us off."

"Why don't you outrun 'em?" Luke asked the smuggler as he, Cade and Obi-Wan entered the ship's cockpit, "You said this thing was fast."

"Watch your mouth, kid, or you're gonna find yourself floating home," Han told Luke, "We'll be safe enough once we make the jump to Hyperspace. Besides, I know a few maneuvers."

The Star Destroyers behind the Millenium Falcon began to fire their turbolasters upon the YT-1300 Corellian light freighter with it evading their lasers.

"Here's where the fun begins," Han muttered to himself as he continued to pilot his ship away from the Star Destroyers' turbolasers.

"How long before you can jump to lightspeed?" Obi-Wan asked him.

"Not very long, I imagine, master," Cade surmised.

"You're right," Han said, agreeing with the former Jedi as he began clicking on controls next to him, "It'll take a few moments to get the coordinates from the navicomputer."

"Are you kidding?" Luke asked him with disbelief in his voice, "At the rate they're gaining?"

"Traveling through Hyperspace ain't like dustin' crops, boy," Han explained as he turned around towards him for a second, "Without precise calculations, we'd fly right through a star or bounce too close to a supernova, and that would end your trip real quick."

"What's that flashing?" Luke asked the smuggler as they suddenly heard an alarm go off before he saw a red flashing light on the ship's dashboard.

"We're losing a deflector shield," Han explained before he forced Luke to move his hand back down, "Go strap yourselves in. I'm gonna make for the jump to lightspeed."

Luke, Cade and Obi-Wan then walked back out of the cockpit and back towards the common room to strap themselves back in as Han pulled the Millenium pilot's sticks towards him and Chewbacca as the ship jumped into Hyperspace.

Also Colonel Lieutenant Gideon that was mentioned in this chapter is the exact same character as Moff Gideon from the Mandalorian and Colonel Partagaz is the same character as Major Partagaz from Andor, but he's had a promotion since Yularen defected to the Rebellion.
