POV - Qrow
"Tai can you do me a solid," I asked.
"Sure what do you need," he replied.
"Can you stop flirting with my sister when I'm in the room," I asked.
"Oh, yeah sure I can do that," he replied.
"Sweet," I said before getting off my bed.
"Where are you going," he asked.
"I'm going on a walk," I replied.
"Ok," he said.
I opened the door and stepped out into the hallway.
'Guess I could head to the garden and mess with Glynda for a few'
I turned and began my walk to the garden. On my way I passed by Arc and his partner Juniper.
"Hey Nicholas is Glynda in the gardens," I asked.
"Yeah she is, but leave her alone she hasn't had the best day," he said.
"I'm not gonna bother her," I said.
"What ever Qrow just leave her alone," Nicholas said before walking off.
Continuing on my journey to the garden I pulled out my scroll and saw a message from Raven.
"What does one wear when they are going out and want to keep someone's eyes on them" it read
'Dear Oum'
"Semi-revealing but not to the point that your tits are hanging out" I messaged back.
"Thanks" she relied.
"Hey Qrow," I heard a all familiar high pitched voice say.
"Hey short stack," I tease.
"I'm not short, you're just tall," Summer argues.
"What ever you say Sum, anyway is their something you needed," I asked.
"I have a question about Raven," she said.
'Oh boy'
"What about her," I asked.
"How good is she when it comes to sharing things," she asked.
"Depends really, if she thinks it'll be to her benefit then she's very good at it, if not, then good luck," I said.
"Hmm, thanks Qrow," she said before zooming off leaving only a trail of white rose petals in her trace.
'Ok no more interruptions'
Taking the last turn into the gardens I could see Glynda sitting on one of the stone benches.
'God she is beautiful, if only she wasn't so stuck up I would like her more'
Walking up to her I got ready to scare her until I heard her crying.
'Oum why do you hate me'
"Something wrong Glyn," I asked as softly as I could.
She got quiet.
"Glyn," I said.
She burst straight back into tears.
'What do I do'
She just keep crying. Taking another step forward, I saw her holding a picture of what I assumed was her and her parents. Slowly I raised my arms and brought her into a hug.
"Whatever you're going through right now remember you have friends that care about you," I said barely above a whisper.
She turned in my arms before returning the hug and crying on my shoulder.
"Glynda this may not be the best time, but would you like to go into Vale and have some fun, try to forget everything that bothering you," I said.
'Oum please let me do this right'
"If this is you trying to see me drunk then you're not doing a good job," she said through hiccups and nearly hidden giggles.
"Who said anything about drinking, I don't know about you but I'm hungry and really don't feel like eating the school's food," I said.
"Are you saying that you, Qrow Branwen, are really just going into Vale for food," she said starting to turn back into the Glynda I see every day.
"Ok ok, you got me I want to get some booze well I'm done their but that's not for today," I said.
This made her laugh even more.
"Keep laughing I don't care, but do you want to go or not," I asked.
"You know what, why not," she said.
"Cool I'm going to go change out of this stuffy uniform, and put of something more casual," I said.
"I will do the same," she said.
"Meet me at the bullhead dock in 30 minutes," I said.
"I'll see you their," she said before leaving me in the gardens.
'Wait did I just get a date with Glynda'
I could feel my face heating up.

POV - Glynda
I had changed into a nice tshirt and jeans that showed off some of my better parts.
"Got a hot date Glyn," Juniper teased.
"I wouldn't call it a date just yet but I was invited to dinner," I said.
"Oh," she said expecting more.
"Qrow found me in the garden and decided to invite me out to get dinner in Vale," I said.
"Wait Qrow," she said shocked at the idea of Qrow doing anything nice for me.
"Yes, Qrow," I said.
"Ok, just be careful," she said before giving me a hug.
After that conversation I left my teams dorm room and headed toward the Bullhead docks. It wasn't going to take very long but I felt like being their early was a good idea.
"Hey Glynda," I heard Summer say from behind me.
"Hello Summer," I said.
"You look good, going somewhere," she asked.
"Yes I'm going into Vale," I said.
"Sure cause you dress up all pretty like this with plans just to go into Vale," she said.
"If you must know your partner Qrow invited me to dinner," I said.
"Whaa," she said the shock clear on her face and in her voice.
"Suprising isn't it," I said.
"Yes it is," she said.
"I am excited to see what he has in plan," I said wondering what a man like him thinks is food.
"Well have fun on your date," she said before speeding off.
After that I exited the main doors that led into the castle that is Beacon and was greeted by the site of the statues and pillars that dotted the front lawn. Not wasting any time I focused back on walking toward the Bullhead docks. I could see Qrow leaning on the side of the Bullhead looking down at his scroll waiting for me.
"Sorry if I'm late," I apologized.
"It's alright," he said still not looking up from his scroll.
"Is their something wrong," I asked worried that my lateness might have made him upset.
"Nope just trying to fathom how..." he stopped mid sentence well staring at me.
It felt like the world was looking through his eyes as he ogled me.
"Is their something wrong with how I dressed," I said starting to feel nervous.
"No... no not at all, sorry just..." he seemed to get lost again.
"Qrow are you feeling alright," I asked now worrying if he was sick.
"I'm perfectly fine, amazing even it's just that... well how do I say this," he said.
"Say what Qrow," I asked.
"You look, well, beautiful," he said.
My face suddenly felt like the surface of the sun at his complement.
"I mean I now I said dress comfortably, but never expected comfortably ment sweep the floor of any other girl in the room," he said.
My face somehow got even hotter.
"Well we should get going I guess," he said raising his hand up for me to take.
"Yes we shall," I said letting him take my hand in his own.
(Time Skip to Vale brought to you in part by The Home Depot who provided the wood used by the author for boarding up his doors and windows in a attempt to keep the Goodwood/Ironwitch shippers out of his home)
"This is nicer then I expected," I said.
"Let me guess you were expecting a greasy burger joint," Qrow asked.
"Yeah kinda," I replied.
"If I were by myself and in a pinch, sure I would eat at a burger joint, but I'm in town trying to make you happy not feel sick," he said.
"At least you're honest," I said.
"Just enjoy your food after that we can head to the fair if you want," he said.
"That sounds like fun," I said.
I looked to my right and saw our waitress coming over with our food.
"Here you two go, one stake with mashed potatoes and green beans for you sir, and one chicken noodle soap with bread rolls and peas for you ma'am," she said.
"Thank you," Qrow and I say at the same time.
(Small time Skip brought to you in part by another crack ship in this story)
"Come back any time," the cashier said as we walked out the door.
"To the fair," I said grabbing Qrow's hand and dragging him toward the fairgrounds.
"Yes to the fair," he said.
I couldn't stop the massive smile that was growing on my face. I turned around to look at Qrow and saw him staring at me again.
"Is there something on my face," I asked.
"Nope, just admiring the view," he said making me blush for the second time tonight.
"Don't admire to hard," I said jokingly.
"I can tell you something is hard," I think he said.
"What was that Qrow," I asked not sure if I heard that right.
"I said look up ahead," he replied.
I turned my head and was greeted by the sight of the Vale fair. The bright lights of the carnival rides, the hypnotic spinning of the ferris wheel, and could see the crowds of people getting ready to enter the fair.
"Do you think we'll be able to get in," I asked worried that we were to late.
"With these we can," he said.
I turned around to face him and saw him holding two tickets.
"What are they," I asked.
"Huntsmen and Huntress passes," he said.
"But were not qualified yet," I said.
"They don't know that," he said with a mischievous grin.
"But it's wrong," I argued.
"The only people getting hurt are the two huntsmen that gave them to me because they didn't want to go," he said.
"Fine," I said.
"Just follow my lead," he said walking up to the entrance.
"Hi, how can I help you two," the carnie said.
"Hello I have two huntsmen passes," Qrow said handing them over to the carny.
The carny took the tickets from Qrow, looked at them, looked at us, then paper punched each of the tickets.
"Here you go, enjoy the fair and thank for your service," the carnie said handing Qrow the tickets one time.
"Come on Glynda," he said grabbing my hand and pulling me through the entrance.
Once inside I saw the first thing I wanted to do.
"Hey Qrow can we play the dart game," I asked.
"Sure why er not we get a discount with these badges," he said handing me a badge with the a picture of my face and the word Huntress on it.
"When did you get these," I asked.
"I got them when this guy gave me one," he said pointing at a carnie
"Oh, ok," I said happy to hear that we weren't going to have to pay that much.
"Let's go," he said as he started walking toward the dart game.
Quickly catching up to him I grabbed ahold of his hand so that I could lose track of him.
(Smallest Time Skip Yet brought to you in part by the small crowd still outside of the authors home)
"Here you go sir," the carny said handing Qrow two ride passes.
"Thank you," Qrow said before taking my hand and walking toward the ferris wheel.
"Ferris wheel first," I asked.
"Yes," Qrow replied.
"Alright," I said excited to ask if I could call this a date when we're on it.
The line wasn't to long so we were on the ride in no time.
"So Qrow I was wondering if I could call this a date," I asked.
"Only if you let me take you on another one next week," he said.
"Absolutely," I said.
"Come over here," he said patting the seat next to him.
Slowly I made my way over to him and leaned my head on his shoulder. In response he through his arm over my shoulder and pulled me closer to him.
"I hope my inexperience in dating won't be a bother to you," I said admitting that this was my first date.
"To be honest if only every sleep with women never really got serious with anyone," he said.
"I guess that helps a little," I said.
Slowly our basket came to a stop at the top giving us a full view of Vale.
"Have you ever wondered what happened to the moon," Qrow asked.
"Yeah, I also wonder what it looked like when it was in one piece," I replied.
"Theirs this story I heard recently about why it got destroyed would you like to hear it," Qrow asked.
"Sure," I said ready to hear a story that probably came from a drunk mans lips.
"Long ago before time was measured their was a woman, this women was the picture of beauty in everyone's eyes. This caused many to chase after her for her affection or for fame, but she loved none of them. Until one day a young man walked by her and simply complemented her on her hair that day, nothing more. This caught the young women's attention because usually their was more to it then just a compliment. Every day at the same time the woman and the man would cross paths, and every time the man would compliment something different about her, but the other men keep chasing after the woman. The woman tired of being chased after everyday went to the gods and asked them for help. The gods helped her by sending her to the Moon under one condition, if she ever decided that she wanted to come home all she had to do was say. The woman stayed on the Moon for days happy to finally have some time alone, but slowly hmshe started to miss the man on Remnant, and after weeks of waiting she decided that she could stay away from the man any more. So she called out to the gods, and as they said, she was back on Remnant, but something was different. The world looked different to the woman, as if something was missing. After a days walk she was back home, but she couldn't get ride of the feeling that something was missing in the world. She didn't let this feeling stop her, she returned to her daily life as if nothing was wrong and eventually she came upon the man once more. He looked dirty and tired but when he saw her his face lit up with a brilliant smile that could light up the room. This continued for weeks, the two would see each other smile or exchange greetings, but one day the man grew tired of their simple interactions. So on one day he decided to ask the woman if she would like to go to the river with him. The woman was ecstatic at the idea of doing something with the man and agreed on the spot. They would go to the river together every chance they had and slowly they feel deeper and deeper in love, until finally they were one. After years the man and women would have many children together and their love wouldn't fade. One day after decades of being together the man would die leaving the woman heart broken. She would go back to the gods and plead with them to bring her beloved back, the first told her no but the second agreed. When the first heard of this he came to the second gods realm and killed the man saying that it offset the balance of life and Death and that as punishment she would have to walk the world alone for eternity. The gods left Remnent and destroyed the moon causing many parts of it to come crashing down on Remnant killing off most of humanity and leaving the Moon in pieces," Qrow said.
"That's a strange story for sure," I said not really believing it.
"I never said it was true, only that it's a story I heard," he said.
"Fair enough," I said.
Qrow and I sat in silence for a few seconds before the wheel started spinning again bringing us back down to the ground. The basket door opened letting us off.
"What's next," I asked.
"Whatever you want," he said.
"How about Tilt A Whirl," I suggested.
"Matterhorn after that," he said.
"Sure," I said.
Looking around I saw the Tilt A Whirl with a decently short line.
"Looks like it wont take long to get of the Tilt A Whirl," I said before starting the walk over to it.
I was half why to the ride before I noticed Qrow missing. Turning around I saw Qrow staring at something. Walking back to him and looking where he was staring I saw what he was looking at. Summer, Raven, and Tai being very... intimate.
"Let's just keep moving before I get sick," Qrow said before grabbing my hand a speed walking over to the Tilt A Whirl.
Getting on was as easy as I thought it was going to be. We took our seats and the ride began to move
Us being hunters gave us an edge when it came to spinning rides because our trading pretty much got rid of motion sickness.
(Time Skip brought to you in part by the author finally finding a rhythm to write this fanfiction on)
"Want to grade any desserts before heading back to Beacon," Qrow asked.
"That would be nice," I replied.
"Got anything in mind," he asked.
"I've got a few, do you think we can bring a few back," I asked.
"Sure," he said.
"Qrow," I heard the all to familiar voice of Tai say from behind us.
"Hey Tai," Qrow said.
"What are you two doing here," he asked.
"Finiahing up our date before heading back to Beacon," he said clenching his fist.
"Oh that's cool, we were getting desserts then heading out mind if we join you," Tai asked.
"That wouldn't be a problem with me," I said.
"Hey Tai," Qrow said.
"Yeah Qrow," he replied.
"Mind telling me what you three were doing at that bench earlier," he said.
Suddenly Tai became very pale.
"Now Qrow we can be reasonable," Tai said slowly backing away from Qrow.
"Yes we can, after I'm done kicking your ass," Qrow said before lunging at Tai.
Acting quickly Tai started running away but Qrow gave chase.
"You two want to grab some desserts," I asked.
"Sure," Summer said.
Raven gave a approving nod.
"Well I know what I want but I'll get it last," I said.
"Ok so I'll lead the why then," Summer said before walking toward a ice cream stand.
"So what was that about if you don't mind me asking," I said.
"We made an agreement that we will share Tai," Raven said.
"Sure but the kiss I saw you two share seemed equally, if not more, passionate as the one you two shared with Tai," I said.
"Their may be more to it than both of us adoring Tai," Summer said with a blush.
"I see," I said.
"You don't think Qrow is going to hurt Tai," Summer said.
"Not to much but he is definitely not going to be holding back," Raven said.
"I ment to say Raven you look good when you're not where your normal outfit," I said.
"Thanks," ahe replied.
Me and Raven stood back as Summer got her ice cream.
"What flavor do you think she's getting," I asked.
"Strawberry or cookie dough," Raven said.
"I'm leaning on cookie dough," I said.
"You're probably right," she said.
Summer turned around holding a ice cream cone topped with two scoops of cookie dough ice cream with chocolate drizzle.
"How exactly can you eat that and still hold the shape you do," Raven asked her.
"Lots of exercise," she replied.
"Alright Raven you're next," I said.
"Hmm what do you recommend Summer," Raven asked.
"What do you mean don't you know what you want," Summer asked.
Raven replied with a deadpan look.
"Oh right," Summer said well stretching the back of her head.
"I would suggest something simple being as you don't like sugar to much like chocolate dipped strawberries," I said.
"That sounds good," she said.
"I'll show you to them then," I said.
We started walking toward the stand that sold the strawberries when we saw Tai and Qrow walking up to us.
"So how did it go," Summer asked.
"We went to the beer stand and got a drink," Qrow said.
"That's it," Raven said.
"Yup," Tai replied.
"Well then we're getting Ravens dessert now after that we're getting are dessert Qrow," I told them.
"Sounds good to me," Qrow said.
"Here it is, do you want help," I asked.
"Sure," Raven said.
"Ok so you're getting strawberries do you want them dipped in yogurt or chocolate," I asked.
"Yogurt," she said.
"Ok do you want it with a chocolate drizzle," I asked.
"Yes," she said.
"Lastly do you want nuts on it," I asked.
"Sure," she said.
Alright, give me a second," I said before walking up to the stand.
"Hello," the carny said.
"Hi how are you," I asked trying to be friendly.
"I'm good, definitely ready for the night to be over though," the carny said.
"Shouldn't be much longer," I said.
"Not much longer at all, anyway what is it that you would like," she asked.
"I would like the yard of strawberries, dipped in yogurt," I said.
"Ok anything on top," the carny asked.
"Yes can I have it with a chocolate drizzle and nuts please," I asked.
"Sure thing," she said adding the chocolate and nuts on to the strawberries.
"Here you go, that will be 7 lein," she said giving me the stick.
I pulled out a ten card.
"Here you go, keep the rest as a tip and have a good night, I said before walking away.
"Thank you," she said.
Walking up to then I saw Tai hold a chocolate covered banana.
"Here you go Raven," I said giving her the strawberries.
"Thanks," she said before taking a bite out of one.
"Good," I asked.
"Yes," she said taking another bite.
"Great seeing as Tai already has his all that's left is for us to get ours," I said looking at Qrow.
"To the elephant ears then," he said.
"Lead the way," I told him.
I could already see the stand but I just wanted to spend more time with Qrow.
"I saw one right over here," he said.
'He's teased me so much I think it's my turn'
I grabbed onto his arm and hugged it into my... well you know. Looking up at him I saw his face turn a slight shade of red before returning to it's normal color.
POV - Raven
"She better not try anything," I said quietly.
"Glynda is a good person, she wont hurt him," Summer said jumping to Glynda's defense.
"It's just strange that yesterday the two of them were at each others throats and now this, it just doesn't sit right with me," I said.
"To dumb it down, Qrow found Glynda crying in the garden, had plans to go out to eat, invited her to come along, they decided they were enjoying each others company and decided to come to the fair, she doesn't have some ulterior motive to break Qrows heart, infact Qrow is trying to open up Glynda's heart," she said.
"How did you find this out," I asked.
"Spying," she replied with a innocent smile.
"I know curiosity killed the cat and all but what's wrong with the two of them being happ... it's not about them is it, it's about Qrow isn't it," Tai said.
"Yes I'm worried that his luck will ruin this for him," I said.
"Just have some faith, he has had better control over his semblance since Ozpin started giving him those lessons," Summer said.
"Ok, you're right it's just needless worry I guess," I said.
"What are you three talking about," Glynda asked.
"Nothing serious," I said.
"Already then let's get going Qrow," she said before grabbing Qrow's hand and pulling him toward the exit.
"See you three later," he said before turning and pulling Glynda into his side.
"See you then," Summer said.
POV - Glynda
"Hey Qrow," I said.
"Yes Glynda," he said.
"Can we make this a regular thing," I asked.
"Absolutely," he said.
"Thank you so much Qrow," I said.
"It was no problem at all," he said be for giving me a huge and turning to head to his dorm room.
