POV - Whitley

The rest of the day past without anything notable happening. Soon the sun began to set as I Belladonna house filled with a wonderful smell. Leaving the room, I made my way toward the fourier.

"Are you sure a meeting with Sienna is a good idea dear," I heard Kali ask.

"Yes, we need to settle this before it gets out of hand," Ghira answered.

"What about a meeting with Sienna," I asked as I made my way down stairs.

"We are having some issues with or already weak CT being attacked by Grimm," Ghira answered.

"Shouldn't it be in the town," I asked.

"Yes, but Atlas didn't do that," Ghira answered.

"Do you know how much it would cost to get a better one," I asked.

"You say that like we could afford it," Ghira said.

"Do you know or not," I asked.

"No I never looked into it," Ghira said.

"What are you on about kid," Brutus asked from the couch.

"Give me a few minutes," I said.

Knock Knock

"That's probably Sienna," Ghira said making his way to the door.

"Let me help you with that," I said walking with him.

"I don't... what are you worried about," Ghira asked.

"I'm overly cautious," I said.

"Fine," Ghira said before opening the door.

On the stup stood Sienna, Ilia, and a set of twins.

"I thought this was between us," Ghira said.

"I can't exactly trust your current guest," Sienna said.

"Sienna if I were to attack you I would destroy my reputation," I said.

"Your point," Sienna asked.

"How about this, Ilia stays, and the twins leave," I said.

"And leave you with out leader, no chance," the one with the ears said.

"Even with you here, how exactly would you plan on stopping me," I asked.

"Why Ilia," Sienna asked.

"Miss Khan you can't-

"Silence," Sienna interrupted.

"I know Ilia, I could not in good faith lay a hand on her," I said.

"And the twins," Sienna asked.

"I don't know them, and wouldn't feel remorse killing them with their reputations," I answered.

"How do I know you will not try to kill me," Sienna asked.

"How about this, I might have the ability to give you a CT comparable to the one in Mantle," I said.

"Ha and where would you get that kind of money human," the twin with the tail asked.

"Well, from the Schnee of course," I answered.

"You have a way of stealing money from the Schnee," Sienna asked.

"I could make a few million lein dissapear without a problem," I said.

"And are you offering to do this," Sienna asked.

"Yes, yes I am," I answered.

"Albain's return to camp," Sienna said.

"But-

"No if he is willing to go this far, than I'm willing to play his game," Sienna said.

"Understood Miss Khan," the one with the ears said, "Come along brother."

The twins left without another word.

"Now that that is over, please come inside," Ghira said.

"Thank you," Sienna said as she entered the home.

I put my hand out and stopped Ilia.

"Did he hurt you," I asked.

"No, he didn't lay a hand on me," she answered.

"Good," I said.

"I could smell your cooking form the door Kali, to be honest I'm jealous," Sienna said.

"Of what," Kali asked.

"Your husband, he gets this cooking all to himself," Sienna answered.

"Thank," Kali said.

"So what are we going to do about the tower," Ghira asked.

"It's been attacked almost nonstop since we last spoke," Sienna answered.

"Did the attacks seem to increase to severity," I asked.

"Yes, why," Sienna asked.

"There might be something at play that I can not speak about," I answered.

"Well what can we do then," Sienna asked.

"Play my game for a moment," I said as I reached into my pocket.

Ilia reached for her weapon in response to my action.

"Just grabbing my scroll," I said.

This seemed to appease her as she let her hand fall back to her side. I grabbed The Scroll out of my pocket and face timed James.

"Who are you calling," Sienna asked.

"Just watch," I said.

"Kid your alive," James said once saw my mask.

"Yes I am," I said.

"Felix said that Brutus had brought you to Menagerie but I wasn't sure what that entailed," James said.

"Did Elm tell you," I asked.

"Yes she did," he said.

"James how much would it cost to install a CT on Menagerie," I asked.

"It would cost a few hundred thousand," James answered," Why?"

"The CT that they have now is being attacked by Grimm," I answered.

"Your point," James asked.

"The time between attacks is not normal," I said.

"What do you mean by that," James asked.

"I think it has something to do with Them," I said.

"Alright, why do you need to know the price though," James asked.

"I want to pay for a CT to be made in the town instead of outside of it," I answered.

"I know you can get your hands on the money, but how are you gonna do that without drawing attention," James asked.

"Simple, with the massive amount of dust I have saved up," I answered.

"What," James asked.

"It's with the Creed," I answered.

"I would assume," James said.

"All I need you to do is organize protection and the construction of the tower," I said.

"How would I do that," James asked.

"With my new construction company," I said.

"Your what," James said.

"Remember James, I'm part of the two biggest clans on the planet," I said.

"They have a construct company," James asked.

"Enough questions, can you cover the protection," I asked.

"Yes I can send a under the table hunter team out there," James answered.

"How under the table are we talking," I asked.

"There are only 13 people that know of its existence," he answered.

"That sound good," I asked the five faunus who seemed shell shocked.

"Who are you talking to," James asked.

Flipping the camera I watched James' face show an expression of confusion.

"You really are a gambler kid," James said.

"Figured cooperation between us and Sienna would be beneficial," I said.

"Really now," James said.

"Yes," I said.

"Can we trust you Sienna," James asked.

"I don't know, can you," Sienna said.

"Don't bicker," I said.

"Fine, yes you two can trust me," Sienna said.

"Good," I said.

"So how exactly are you going to get the money," Sienna asked.

"Let me ask you this, what do you think of the Schnee children," I asked.

"What do you mean by that," Sienna asked.

"He means what are your individual feelings about each of the three Schnee children," Brutus said.

"The eldest is in the military, she is am honorable woman. The middle child is strange to me, she is nothing like her parents instead she is more like her sister, beyond the few undesirable things I've heard about her, she seems ok," Sienna said.

"And the youngest," I said.

"Is a complete and under anomaly to me," Sienna said.

"What do you mean by that," I asked.

"He's different, hasn't shown any harsh or undesirable characteristics, doesn't show any negative feelings toward the faunus. The part that makes him an anomaly is the fact the he disappeared for two years," Sienna said.

"Yes I heard about this," Kali said.

"It's now the disappearing part that confuses me though. Before he disappeared he showed zero interest in becoming a fighter, but suddenly he comes back after two years with skills that rival some of my best fighters," Sienna continued.

"Your problem with this," I asked.

"It's Ilia's story," Sienna said.

"What about her story," I asked.

"Miss Khan I'd prefer if you didn't talk about this," Ilia said.

"No I'm solving a puzzle right now," Sienna said.

"What puzzle," I asked.

"The puzzle you've put infront of me," Sienna said.

"Sienna, I think you're digging into this to much," Kali said.

"Let me finish, Ilia said that she was in Mine 17, the first mine that you attacked, and was going to be raped before a young boy shoved a knife through the neck of the guard who was attempting to rape her," Sienna said.

"What's your point," I asked.

"She said shouldn't wouldn't kill you because you saved her, but she got to Menagerie before you made your first appearance. This means she knows who's under that mask," Sienna said.

"Yes she does," I said.

"Ok but there's more to it, not a week after she gets here Whitley dissapers in the mountains," Sienna said.

"Yes he did," I said.

"The thing is, is that one of the people you freed from the mine is a close friend of mine who said they say Whitley Schnee bring Ilia out of the mine, not the White Death. On top of this, two years later you appear seeming to have skills and abilities unlike any semblance that has ever been seen," Sienna said.

"I think you're getting a little off topic," I said.

"No I'm not, just a few minutes ago you asked me what I thought of the youngest for a reason, and you have the ability to get the Schnee's money with raising any alarms for a reason," Sienna said.

"Sienna your getting no where with this," James said.

"Let her finish," I said.

"You... your Whitley Schnee," Sienna said.

"Congratulations," I said as I pulled my mask off my face, "You're the first person to figure it out Sienna."

"Why," Sienna asked.

"You said it yourself I was in that mine, I saw what he was going to do to Ilia," I answered.

"Why continue," Sienna asked.

"Because I wasn't content with letting Jacques continue enslaving your people Sienna," I answered.

"Whitley," Ilia said getting my attention.

"Yes," I said.

"Why did you go into the mountains," Ilia asked.

"I needed to make contact with the Dark Brotherhood and Creed, I succeeded," I answered.

"Why them," Ilia asked.

"Becauee they don't train their people to fight; they train them to kill," I answered.

"A Schnee is the White Death, I can't believe it," Sienna said.

"Imagain our suprise," Kali said.

"I think I can," Sienna said.

"I'm gonna butt in here, how long will you be there Whitley," James asked.

"I'm here as long as I want," I said.

"Remember we were going to bring Winter into the fold," James said.

"I know, you think I wanted to have a sword shoved into my chest," I said.

"I didn't say that," James said.

"I know," I said.

"So what is your next step," Sienna asked.

"Well I'm gonna keep doing what I've been doing," I answered.

"That's your answer," Sienna asked.

"Usually is," James said.

"That's a horrible idea," Sienna said.

"I have to agree," Kali said.

"It's work this long," I said

"So you just pick a mine and attack it," Sienna asked.

"Yeah pretty much," I answered.

"It's amazing that this is the first time this has happened then," Ghira said.

"I'm aware," I said.

"Of course you are," Kali said.

"So I ment to ask what that smell was," I asked.

"That's dinner," Kali answered.

"That smells amazing," I complemented.

"Thank you," Kali said.

"How soon can you get that tower here," I asked James.

"Three days tops," James answered.

"That's great," I said.

"What will you do during the three days though," Ghira asked.

"I'm sure there's a few things I can do for you here," I answered.

"Of course there is," Ghira said.

"Well there's your answer," I said.

"Whitley," James called out.

"Yes," I said.

"What should I do with Alpha Squad," James asked.

"Well Elm is entirely innocent, she was only there because she needed some money, and unlike her cohorts, she didn't plan on hurting anyone," I answered.

"But the rest," James asked.

"Well, it's either prison or have them killed," I answered.

"Alright, I best get back to work," James said.

"Of course, see you soon," I said as I hung up.

"He seems to care about you," Kali said.

"I'm well aware of the reason why he does," I said.

"What's that supposed to mean," Sienna asked.

"Let's just say, I'm pretty sure Jacques' penis doesn't work," I answered.

"Are you saying that he's," Ghira said before stopping unsure of how to ask.

"Yes," I said.

"Huh, how the hell did that happen," Brutus said.

"They were on the same team," I said.

"That makes sense," Kali said looking at Ghira.

"Well this has been very informing," Sienna said.

"I agree wholeheartedly," Ghira said.

"Whitley I need to take a look at your chest," Meg said.

"I assure you it's healed," I said.

"Just let me look at it," Meg insisted.

"Fine," I said as I took off my shirt revealing the scars that littered my skin.

She walked up to me and began examining my back.

"Seems your aura has done its job perfectly," Meg said.

"I was trained to pull all my aura to injurys," I said.

"That's a very useful skill," Meg said.

"I'm well aware," I said.

"Alright you're good," Meg said.

"Dinner should be ready if you would like to join us Sienna," Kali said.

"That would be very appreciated," Sienna said.

"Come help me set the table then," Kali said.

The two left the room heading toward the kitchen.

"Does it taste as good as it smells," I asked.

"Yes," Ghira, Ilia, and Brutus answered.

"Alrighty then," I said.

"Ghira," Ilia said.

"Yes Ilia," Ghira said.

"Blake is doing ok," Ilia said.

"Good," Ghira said with a smile.

"Blake," I asked.

"My daughter who ran to the White Fang to be with Adam," Ghira answered.

"Hmm sorry to hear that," I said.

"You have nothing to be sorry about," Ghira said.

"Alright everyone get in here," Kali yelled from the other room.

"It's best not to keep her waiting Ghira said as he got up from his seat.

(Time Skip)

'If I eat anything else I might pop'

"Thank Mrs. Belladonna," I said.

"Please just call me Kali," Kali said.

"I'll keep it in mind," I said.

"Do you remember where your room is," Ghira asked.

"Yes," I said.

"Alright, Sienna I would like to have another meeting tomorrow with you and Whitley about the CT if that would be ok with you two," Ghira asked.

"That's fine with me," Sienna answered.

"I don't have much of a choice really," I answered.

"I mean you technically do," Ilia said.

"It's my money so no I don't," I said.

"That's fair," Ilia said.

"Alright I'm gonna go to sleep now," I said.

"Befroe you do that you should really call Felix," Brutus said.

"I will," I said as I left the room.

Reaching into my pocket I pulled put The Scroll and called Felix.

Buzz... Buzz... Buzz... Buz

"Hey kid," Felix said in a tired tone.

"Hey was just calling to tell you I made it here safe," I said.

"Is that Whitley," I heard the faint voice of Winter say.

"Yes," Felix said.

"Let me talk to him," she ordered.

"Ok," Felix said before the sound of the scroll trading hands could be heard.

"Hello Whitley," she said.

"Are you ok sister, you sound, strained," I asked.

"You could say that," the faint voice of Felix said.

"Shut up, yes I'm fine, I take it you made it without a problem," she said.

"Yes, no Bullhead crash this time," I said.

"Good," Winter said.

"So what are you two doing right now," I asked.

"We're doing some sword training," Felix said.

"Felix stop," Winter practically yelled.

"Oh, well I best not keep you, remember to use protection, I'm to young to be an uncle," I said.

"Oum Felix why," Winter said.

"I believe the answer is because it's funny," I said.

"Hanging up now," Winter said before the call ended.

"Well that was interesting," I said.

"What was," Ilia asked from behind me.

"Oh, I'm sorry I didn't hear you coming up behind me," I said.

"It's ok now what was so interesting," she asked.

"Oh you know just calling my butler as he's mostlikly having sex with my older sister," I answered.

"Oh," she said.

"Yes, do remember Felix," I asked

"Of course," she answered.

"He's my butler," I said.

"Oh, wait, that means-

"Yup," I said.

"Huh wonder if it'll be a trend," she said.

"Knowing my history, there's a small," chance I said.

"Have a goodnight Whitley," she said.

"Don't get cold feet now, come here," I said opening my arms.

She quickly accepted the hug and entrapped me in a bear like grip.

"I'm glad you're doing ok," I said.

"Same with you," she said.

Slowly I felt my shoulder getting wet.

"There's nothing to cry about," I said as I rubbed small soothing circles around her back.

Her back raised sporadically with her shacky breaths.

"Ilia we should get...

I could see Sienna on the stair case staring at the scene infront of her. I raised a finger telling her that we needed a second. She nodded and went back down the stairs. As the seconds turned to minutes I slowly felt her breathing return to normal.

"Don't worry, I'll be sending something back with Brutus next time," I said.

"What is it," she asked her head still not leaving my shoulder.

"If I told you it would ruin the surprise," I said.

"Ok," she said.

We stayed like this for a few more minutes before she took a step back.

"Have a goodnight Whitley," she said as she turned and walked down the stairs.

"You to," I said.

Turning around I made my way into the room I had woken up in this morning.

'James should know that I know'

Looking at The Scroll I opened up James' contact.

Buzz... Buzz... Buzz...

"Yes Whitley," James said.

"We need to talk," I said.

"About what," he asked.

"About who my actual father is," I answered.

"Have you made progress," he asked.

"James, stopping playing stupid," I said.

There was silence after I said this few quite some time.

"How long have you known," he asked.

"Found out when I was with the Creed," I answered.

"Why didn't you tell me sooner," he asked.

"I wasn't sure how to approach the subject," I answered.

"Well what would you like to know," he asked.

"There's a lot to cover," I answered.
