Vader carried Padme through the front door of the house. He strode in the direction of the turbolift when Padme grabbed his arm tightly. "Where are you taking me?" She asked fearfully.
"I'm taking you to your bedroom." Vader spoke slowly, hoping it was calming. He had hoped the knowledge that he was taking her home would calm her, but it didn't. It shocked him that as strong as he was , it took him 50 minutes to get her into the speeder. She clung so tightly to him that it hurt. Once he secured her in the speeder, he had to put her belt on. She shook the entire ride home.
"No! Please, don't... don't take me there!"
"Where would you like to go?" He asked, confused.
"Don't leave me!" She yelled. "You're going to stick me in a room, lock the door, and leave me there!"
"I would never do that! I took you home, as you asked. Where would you like to go? I will not leave you!" Vader said, much louder than he intended. Padme buried her face in his robe once again.
He quickly turned, and strode over to his media room. Using the power of the force he opened the door. He walked inside. Padme looked up at him. "What...What did you do?"
"I used the force to open the door." He answered. "Don't worry, you're safe." He strode to a big black couch, and placed Padme on it. His blue eyes never left her brown ones as the media room door closed, and locked. "Who hurt you,Padme? Tell me."
"Don't... don't sell me to him, please." Padme, begged in a whisper.
"Don't sell you to who?" Vader asked, desperate to find out in a natural and honest way.
"Don't sell me to him." Padme repeated.
"Sell you to who?: Vader asked again.
"Please, he will hurt me!" Padme said, still whispering. Vader knelt down on the floor before her. She was still shaking a little.
"Tell me who hurt you. Tell me.: Vader begged. I will kill whoever it was. He thought to himself, forcing his blue eyes to stay blue. Padme didn't answer. Vader broke the silence in the room after an hour. "You need to rest, Padme, you need a good rest. I will get you some tea."
"No tea!" Padme replied. "Stay."
"You can come with me, I will carry you." Vader said.
"No! No tea! No food, nothing, stay with me!" Padme yelled.
"Alright." He answered, softly. Using the force Vader pressed a button on the media room wall near his desk to summon a droid. A droid entered the room moments later, and waited for instructions. "We need a pitcher of the calming tea. Vader said, knowing the droid understood what he meant. The droid left the room, and came back 15 minutes later with 2 pitchers of tea, on a rolling table. The droid rose from the floor, and poured the tea. I'm right here, Padme." He walked back to her with a cup in hand.
"No, tea." Padme whispered.
"I am aware that you don't like to listen to me, but you need to rest, and this tea will help, I promise." Padme sat up, and allowed her feet to hit the floor. She took the cup, and slowly drank. "No one is hurting you, Padme. I will not let anyone or anything harm you. We will not talk about what happened to you now. You need to sleep now." Vader said, slowly, and softly.
When Padme;s eyes were heavy, Vader took the cup of tea away, placing it on the rolling table. "Vader?" Padme called in a whisper.
"I am here with you, Padme. I am not leaving your side."
"Hold me." Padme whispered. Within seconds, Vader was sitting beside her, he wrapped his arms around her.
"Lay on me, Padme." Vader said. Padme's head fell to his shoulder as sleep embraced her.
