Kami woke up bright and early on Gibbs' couch. She was excited for the day her daddy and Papa Gibbs had planned for her. So excited in fact that she went running into Gibbs' bedroom and jumped up on the bed in between Tony and Gibbs.

Tony was never so thankful that he had put on his sleep pants and an old OSU t-shirt after his and Jethro's love making the night before. Luckily, Gibbs had put on an old Marines t-shirt and shorts also. Tony had to laugh at how much Kami was like Kate. He remembered back to the time he found the iguana in bed with him during that case in Cuba. His screams caused Kate and Gibbs to come running in and see him in all his naked glory. The look on Kate's face that long ago morning was about the same face Kami was pulling for her daddy and Papa Gibbs not already being up.

"Come on! We gonna be late!" Kami said as she continued to jump on the bed.

"What time is it?" Tony groaned.

Gibbs turned to look at his alarm clock and let out a groan.

"4 a.m."

Tony sat up in bed and caught his bouncing child and made her lay down in between himself and Gibbs for a moment.

"No lay down!" Kami exclaimed.

"Only for a few more minutes. The animals are not even awake yet." Tony smiled.

"Panda asleep?" Kami asked.

"Yes even the Panda is still asleep. The baby pandas are all cuddled up dreaming of all the bamboo they will be eating today." Tony explained as his daughter hung on to every word.

With that, Kami cuddled into Tony's chest and fell back asleep. He was never so thankful for being able to sleep in just a little bit longer.

Later that morning, Kami was back to bouncing off the walls with excitement. Tony was putting fresh batteries in his camera and a new SD card.

"Planning on taking lots of pictures today?" Gibbs asked.

"She will only be this little for so long. Might as well capture the moment while I have a chance. Before long she will be wanting to start dating, I will become the worst dad in the world, and she will hate me. Might as well soak up the sweet moments while I have them." Tony said as he fiddled with the camera.

"You are one of the best men I know Tony. Kami is very lucky to have you as a father. Plus when she becomes a teenager and hates you, she might like me even more." Gibbs smirked.

Tony chuckled. "Thanks for that."

Gibbs poured Tony's orange juice and coffee and sat it on the table in front of him.

"Drink up. You are going to need your energy to chase that little one around the zoo today."

"You took a lot of my energy last night. I am worn out!" Tony said, a hint of lust in his eyes. "But I would be more than ready to go back for some more."

Gibbs laughed, "If we can wear Kami out at the zoo, I will wear you out when we get home."

Tony's eyes lit up. "Deal!"

The ride to the zoo was filled with Kami chattering about all the different animals they were going to see. Gibbs had to smile. She did a lot of yabba yabba just like Tony used to when he was on Team Gibbs. Gibbs never realized how much he would miss Tony talking and the movie references until he and Kate resigned and moved away. Now he had Tony that would quote movies and a young female version of Tony that was currently trying to give a synopsis of Kung Fu Panda.

Tony was sure to get pictures of Kami with the different animals. When they got to the pandas she wanted a ton of pictures taken. When they got to the petting zoo, Kami was more than willing to pet any animal that the zoo keepers would allow her to touch.

"Let me have the camera for a minute." Gibbs told Tony.

Tony took the camera off from around his neck without question.

"I want to get a picture of you and Kami together with a baby animal." Gibbs smiled.

The zookeeper brought over a sloth and placed one of its arms around Kami and one around Tony's neck as Gibbs took the picture.

"I might have to frame that picture and put it on my desk." Gibbs smiled.

"Seriously, let me see." Tony said.

He picked Kami up so she could see the picture too. Not only was Kami and Tony smiling in the picture, but it also looked like the sloth was too.

"You and me both. That will be the perfect picture for our desks. Right beside a picture of Kami with the baby panda." Tony tapped his daughter's nose making her giggle.

As they began to find their way back to the entrance, Kami was fighting to stay awake in Tony's arms. He had no trouble getting her back into the car for them to start home.

"Honestly, I thought she would be scared to touch some of the animals." Tony said.

"Why is that?" Gibbs looked over at Tony while he was driving.

"Kate hated goats. She said when she was a child she had went to a petting zoo. A baby goat headbutted her in the arm, knocking her down. She had a huge bruise for a week. After that she never wanted to even look at a goat again. In fact Abby had even tried to talk her into coming back to D.C. for a weekend just to do goat yoga. You can imagine how that went over." Tony chuckled.

"Trying to picture yoga and goats together is beyond me." Gibbs shook his head. "I guess instead Kami is more like you when it comes to animals."

"What do you mean?" Tony asked.

"Oh don't play like you don't remember what you did to Kate the day you came back to work after the plague." Gibbs smirked.

"You knew about that?" Tony gasped.

"Kate and McGee both told me about how you rescued Kate from the "deadly" snake." Gibbs chuckled.

"I honestly thought she was going to kill me over that." Tony shook his head.

Gibbs pulled into the driveway of Tony's house and went to unlock the door as Tony carefully got a sleeping Kami out of the car.

"She is sound asleep." Tony whispered as he walked through the door. He took her to her room and changed her into her pajamas.

Tony came out and closed the door, seeing Gibbs in the hallway.

"She's down for the night." Tony rubbed his hand over his tired face.

"Are you too tired to take a shower with me?" Gibbs smirked.

"Never!" Tony perked up as his clothes went flying before he could even make it into the bathroom.
