Hello everyone.

We are already set for this chapter. And after watching the recent episode, it seems there were some changes in the whole Light Novel to Anime on the whole Rabbit's Foot. It seemed odd, but oh well. At least we will see the Juggernaut soon, which will lead to Bell's toughest opponent that isn't Asterius and Ais.

Let's jump into the story

Chapter 3: Fun at the Beach

Bell looked around on each potion that Naaza was presenting him.

She lifted a dark crimson potion "This one would weaken the monster's level, making the kill easier."

He looked at the potion "Does it work on people?"

She looked at the potion for a moment and replied "It should, but keep in mind, it is a temporary on leveling them down by one."

"Fair enough, I will take two."

She nodded and went to another potion. "This particular potion would heal severe injuries. Although I wonder if you can attach the head back before succumbing to death, so it is uncertain for now."

He looked at the potion and took only one. "Just in case."

She then gave a clear colored potion "Here ya go, the potion you asked for."

He took it and placed it on one of his small bags.

Naaza smiled and stopped after that "How about a thank you?"

He smiled and began to kiss her lips, and she began to kiss back. The kiss got a bit warmer, as Naaza's tail wagged. She held him close as he caressed her back.

A knock is heard and Naaza sighed. "Drat…." she shouted "It's open!"

In came Hestia, smiling "We got some few things packed up."

"Excellent" he looked back at Naaza "I will be back in a few days or so. Don't work too hard."

"I won't, Bell. I love you."

"I love you too." He gives her one more kiss. She then whispers in his ear as he blinked and looked at her, making her blush.

He nods "I will be back in one piece."

He then leaves and notices a carriage. He went in and was hugged by the familiar red haired goddess. "Gotcha, Mr. Rabbit!"

"Loki?"

"Hehehe. I got you now." she saw Hestia getting in, and decided to sit on his lap. Inside of the place was also Ais.

"Where is Eli?"

"He decided to head to the other carriage with Lefiya and the others."

"I see."

Ais gave a small wave and kissed his cheek. "Hello."

"Hi."

Loki looked at Bell, then back at Ais. She then looked back at Bell and Ais. Hestia looked at them.

"Am I missing something here? Did my Ais kiss Mr. Rabbit here?"

Hestia nodded "Yep, and I don't mind sharing him."

"Sharing?" She looked really confused.

"Considering the length of the trip, it is better to explain it."

The carriage moved on as Hestia began to explain what was going on, while Loki explained how the other Familia members went ahead of them. She doesn't reveal that she wanted the girls and Bell to be alone with them.

Meanwhile, Eli was chatting with the Hyruite sisters and Elfy. He chatted about a few things on his small adventures, until he noticed a cat girl, looking outside.

She looked depressed.

He went over and asked "Are you okay?"

She turned to see the werewolf boy, looking at her curiously. She gave a small smile "Sorry, just going through a number of things in my head."

"You look lost."

She sighed, and gave a wry smile "That obvious?"

He went and patted her hand "My dad tells me this: If someone is lost, they will find a way out, eventually."

She looked up at the ceiling of the carriage "You're father is right. Just need the time to do so."

Eli nodded and patted her hands once more and sat down at his place. She smiled and nodded, "I will…keep that in mind…thank you."

He nodded and sat down.

Elfy was somewhat concerned for her friend. She understood grieving, but this vengeance stuff was making her more and more detached with her friends. In a way, it is a good thing going to this trip might help her out.

All she wishes for is to continue finding those men….no monsters that took Raul's life out. However, Loki was correct: She needed to stop or she would lose herself, and might end up doing worse than Ais going on a killing spree in the Dungeons.

Melen, Warehouse
A large person, in red armor, was walking by and found a place to sit down.

"How much longer, before they arrive?"

Aisha preferred to be somewhere else, than being with Phryne. She would rather find a guy that would satisfy her. Heck, she is willing to have a nice girl to have some fun as well. Her gaze went to a pink cloaked person and smiled softly. "I wish I could get you out of this mess." She turned to see Phryne stretching and lifting her visor and eating a whole apple. "Too bad that I have to deal with not just her, but our goddess."

An amazoness arrived and realized she wasn't part of them. "My goddess will be here tomorrow."

Phrynne nodded "We will relay the message."

She then saw the amazoness leave. "Well, that takes care of that. Aisha, let her know she is coming tomorrow."

Aisha frowned and left. The last thing she needs is to argue about it.

Hestia's Church
Aura and Lilli were finishing off a few paperworks and placed it on the bin.

"Phew, all done."

"Lilli feels that we need to find a bigger place."

The elf nodded, "I know Mr. Cranel is investigating a few properties, along with the goddess."

The pallum smirked "Lilli admits, sometimes Lilli wishes we had a training room to practice our skills. Or a library."

Aura giggled and got up. "How about we both go shopping?"

The brown haired girl looked at her "Mistress Aura wants to hang out with Lilli?"

"Of course. Plus, I know you want to look good for your man~"

She smiled and nodded "Let Lilli get her purse."

In some way, it was better than just staying around. Even she herself is curious about the white haired teen, who seems to be far more mature than he lets on.

Plus, she does admire how much respect he has for her culture.

Next day, Melen Beach
Hestia and her family were with Loki and her familia. Well, it was mostly the females.

Hestia wore her two piece blue suit, as she laid on her back, bathing in the sun.

Bell wore his swimming trunk and no shirt on.

Eli wore his swimming trunk with a shirt on.

Then there's all the girls in their bikini, even Alicia and Lefiya.

Riveria outright refuses to wear one. Even after Loki begged her to wear one.

"I refuse to wear it!" her arms crossed.

"Oh come on, momma! I bought this, especially for you!" she was on her knees, begging.

She huffed "I am not wearing that, and that is final!"

Loki's cheeks puffed. She looked at Bell, who was helping his son, making a sandcastle. She went over to him "Oh Mr. Rabbit!~"

He finished the fourth tower and saw Loki heading their way. He smiled seeing her in a bikini and thought she looked great in it. "Yes, Loki?"

"You have to help me convince Riveria to wear a bikini! Please?"

He chuckled "I don't know how to do that to be honest."

"Come on! I know you can help me."

He sighed and pondered about it. Then again, why would he do it? For a moment, he was silent, while Loki was going through a thought process. What if he can't do it? What if he disagrees with it? So many possibilities!

Then he had an idea. "Help my son with the sandcastle, I will be back."

She nodded as he went to see Ais.

Ais was looking at the ocean, enjoying the vastness of it. She longed to go with her friends there, enjoying the swim.

"Beautiful isn't it?"

She turned and nodded. She smiled. "It is."

"I am thinking of taking a nice swim, would you like to join?"

She shook her head and looked down.

Bell looked at her in curiosity "How come?"

She looked away from him, turning around. The Sword Princess felt embarrassed in finding out a dark secret she kept. Something about it.

"I….I can't…."

She then felt a hug and he whispered "You can't swim."

She nodded and looked ashamed. He added "Don't be ashamed of it. Not everyone knows how to be good at everything. Some of us are better at some things than others." He smiled softly "How about I teach you?"

She looked a bit surprised. "Teach me?"

"Yeah, how about it?"

Riveria knew this wouldn't work. She went toward them "Mr. Cranel, Ais is unable to learn how to swim. Believe me, I have tried a number of times in the past."

He found his opening "How about a bet?"

She blinked when hearing this "What kind of bet?"

"If she can learn how to swim, before the sun sets, you will have to wear the bikini Loki bought for you."

"And if she can't?"

He then went to retrieve something and brought a book "I can show the secrets of the abilities that you seem very interested in back at the 18th floor."

She looked at the book. She did enjoy learning any kind of magic herself, especially those that were considered lost to be found. Maybe it contains writings about the elf she knew years ago.

"Very well….I accept."

This caused the elven women to be in disbelief.

Alicia wanted to choke the white haired teen "The royal highness shouldn't even show her skin to this….this….human. But then again, I am curious about it."

Lefiya wanted to blow him up "That Cranel!"

Aki though, just stared in surprise hearing how she accepted it. Now she was curious about this.

Line went to get a drink and wanted to watch how this plays out.

Elfy now wanted to see how this played out, plus telling Misha would give her something to talk about or spread.

Loki had a giddy look "Oh this will be so much fun!"

Hestia knew her lover had this. Eli didn't care much and just went to build a moat.

Tiona and Tione were curious how he would do it. Of course, Tiona would be rooting for the white rabbit "Go Argonaut!"

The girls saw him, holding her hand and headed to the waters. Bell sensed her moment of fear, but he caresses her hand, calming her down "Just focus on me, holding your hand with mine. Everything will be fine."

She nodded and both felt their feet off the ground.

"Now, gently kick your feet. Just gentle enough to float up."

She began to gently kick and felt she was floating. She felt relief as this is somewhat basic.

"Good…now."

Bell would be there teaching her how to swim properly. He would have moments of flashback of him teaching Ais how to swim on the old timeline. He would remember the number of times she grew nervous, scared, and would end up at the bottom. It took him more than a month to get her to swim properly.

This time though, he had an idea how to go on about it.

As time passed, Riveria grew more concerned as she watched Ais learning at a good rate. The others were surprised by his patients and strategy that they never thought of.

Ais, on her part, was enjoying it. She loved hearing his soothing voice, his simple touches, and just how patient he was with her. The Sword Princess loved holding his hand.

After a while, Bell and Ais stopped after a while.

"Now, if you manage to reach me, I will let you do whatever you want with me. Deal?"

Ais heard this and nodded. She floated as she saw the white haired teen moving a bit of a distance. He stopped and smiled "Alright Ais, go!"

She was determined to swim to him. She began to swim, using her arms and legs she began to move, while looking at him with a smile.

She kept going as she was getting close. "That's it Ais!"

Ais kept swimming more and more, until she hugged him. "I…I did it."

"You did Ais. You did it." He caresses her back.

She then looked at him. "I will think about what I want from you."

"Sure. Of course."

The girls were shocked she was able to swim, just as the sun was near setting. Riveria was in disbelief until she heard a familiar chuckle from behind "Oh momma~"

She turned to see Loki, holding a bikini. She knew she lost and had to accept it.

10 minutes later

Bell and Ais were already dried off as they were a bit surprised to see Riveria on a one piece forest green bikini. Bell couldn't help but admire her body. He could have sworn her beauty could rival any goddess. He also liked how shy she was, and went over to her. "Lady Riveria, how about tomorrow I can give part of the copy of this journal."

This perked her up hearing this, and gave a simple smile. "Of course."

He nodded and noticed the sandcastle was finished. Eli gave a thumbs up with Loki.

Night time, on a bar
Bell was drinking fermented juice. He smirked and was enjoying it, when Loki was next to him.

"You know Mr. Rabbit, you haven't disappointed me at all~"

He blinked, "Well, I just helped out."

Riveria was busy, reading a few notes, while drinking quietly. Alicia was keeping an eye out for anyone else. Lefiya was getting a second drink, while looking at the copy of the notes. Once she finished with one of them, she burnt it.

Ais was with Tione and Tiona, just discussing swimming.

Line was with Aki, Elfy, and Hestia. She left Eli back at the room, as he was tuckered out from running a lot and a bit of the early sugar rush.

The cat girl was listening to a story from Hestia about what the Heavens were like.

"And of course Aphrodite wanted to start even more trouble, until Athena came out of nowhere and scared the girl away. It was hilarious how she ran her tail between her legs!" She giggled as she drank.

Aki then asked, "Hestia, can I ask you something?"

"Sure."

"The souls that are dead….what happens to them?"

She had a simple smile and replied "The soul would head over to near the Heavens and will be purified for them to start over again in a new life. It may take years for some, while others a shorter time, depending on what they have done." She took another drink.

"So….they won't remember anything at all?"

She thought for a moment and responded "Yes and no. Yes, they won't remember what they have done in their life, and no, some aspects of their personality may end up being ingrained into the life of the person. It's difficult to say to be honest, as I only was with Hades for a short time."

"Hades?"

"He goes through the process each time someone passes on. He does his job well, but he seems dreary from time to time. He liked it when I was around for a short time with him, and I learned a lot from him. He is helped, though, by another god named Jizo. Nice god, stayed behind to make sure everything is under control."

She blinked at how the system went. "So…Raul is being judged at this point?"

"I think he already is judged and the process started for the cleansing. When will he be born back to the Lower World, it all depends on the process."

She nodded and felt somewhat in sadness, yet relieved. Maybe, just maybe she might see Raul in another lifetime. For now though, she will have to find the monster that killed Raul-

"Hey Finn!" she looked up to Finn, Bete, and Garett. They were wearing somewhat casual clothing, save for their weapons close to them.

"We looked around, and you might have to chat with the Guild here, Loki." Finn simply said

She finished her and smirked "Sure. I will chat with them first thing tomorrow. Now, how about you join us for a nice drink!"

They went to order their drinks, save for Bete. He wasn't much in the mood to drink that night.

Next day
Bell and the others were waiting for Tiona and Tione to deal with plugging the dungeon entrance in the sewer.

"I'm surprised it has been opened here." Finn looked at the water.

"You and I both. Bellerophon will have to know about it after this."

Finn nodded on Bell's suggestion. They both looked on until they saw more bubbles appearing. One Viola went right after Bell. Before anyone would jump, it was immediately taken out. Bell saw a beautiful Amazoness with long blonde hair, but the bottom part of her face was covered in a veil.

She had a focused look on the monster, being taken out.

Out came Tiona and Tione from the depths of the water and were surprised to see who it was.

"Bache?" Tiona said.

They heard bells ringing and they turned to see a ship full of Amazoness. They saw the familiar flag symbol of the Kali Familia.

"Well….I didn't expect this…." Was all Bell could say. The truth of the matter, he knew that they were going to arrive, but didn't expect it this way.

Once they docked, he noticed both Hyruite sisters were tense. They stared at the other twins who were guarding a short woman with long red hair coming towards them. She noticed both sisters and smirked.

"My, it has been a while." She then noticed the Loki familia and Bell. She looked oddly at the white haired teen. "Interesting."

She noticed Hestia not far off. Hestia with a neutral expression "Kali."

"Hestia? What a surprise you made it to the Lower World. How is your time here?"

She smirked, "It has been good to me so far." She then kept her face neutral.

Tione then said "What are you doing here, Lady Kali?"

She looked over and leered over "Why Tione, we are just sightseeing. There isn't a crime against it." She went over and looked at her "You have grown stronger from what I see." She then looked at Tiona "I must admit, you look different."

Tiona was somewhat on guard.

Bell then stepped forward toward Kali. "Although in this part of the country, I would thank your….umm…what is her name?"

"Bache. Unfortunately, her common language is very limited."

He turned to her. "Still. In this part of the country, I would thank her for saving me, but that would be an insult to her. However, I would rather say this to you" he looked at the veil woman. She did understand parts of it and noticed something in his eyes. Something she rarely sees these days "I will find a way to repay you with not money, but with my own strength and will power."

She blinked in surprise hearing this. Men would throw money and materialistic things and would find it very….weak. She would prefer men that are strong, in her eyes, that would appeal to her. Him, standing nearly close to her, showed he wasn't afraid of her. She then went back to her cold look, which didn't make him flinch.

"Huh. Interesting proposal…."

"Bell. Bell Cranel of the Hestia Familia."

She smirked and looked at Hestia "What an interesting child you have there, Hestia. Bell Cranel….I will remember that."

She then looked back at the Loki familia "Excuse us as we will have a nice chat with the Guild here of us appearing here."

Then they went toward the Guild.

Tiona then went up to Bell "That was really dangerous what you are doing."

He gave a gentle smile "Had I not said anything, it would have been an insult to them."

She sighed, "I know, Argonaut, but the last thing we need is for you to be involved into this."

"I would assume you and your sister were her familia, right?"

This surprised both sister and Finn.

"If you wanted to know how. It's the way how one of the girls there had a sly smirk on Tione for a while, while Bache stared at you as if she wanted a challenge. Plus the way Kali casually greets you is something that not even a goddess herself would do. So I would say that you both were part of the familia, but I believe something happened to you both that made you leave."

Tiona felt nervous until Bell finished it "But, that isn't my business to know. Whenever you are ready to tell us anything, that will be up to you."

Tiona felt relieved and as Tione did. Although the Loki Familia weren't happy about it, sans Riveria, Gareth, and Finn, they knew it would be respectful to not ask too many questions.

"Let's head back and report our findings."

They headed out as Tione went with Finn to discuss a few things.

For Bell though, he had to send an immediate message to begin plans to expose Evilus' activity in Melen and try to capture Ishtar here.

A/N:
Chapter seems to be longer than I expected. Heh. Guess a lot of ideas are pushed through here, but we will move along.

Now that Bell met with the Goddess Kali, we will see how different this will play out. I am uncertain when the first lemon will hit, but we will see.
