Chapter IIXX
Naruto and Jiraiya were in a small village in Kawa no Kuni in a hotel sitting in their room.
"So Kakashi told me you created a jutsu based on Minato's Rasengan. Let me see it." Jiraiya said.
"Alright but it's not complete yet I've been working on it but it's still not a hundred percent complete." Naruto said.
Naruto extended his right hand and gripped his wrist with his left. He then began to gather chakra into his right hand and soon a disk formed spinning at a high speed. After a half a minute Naruto cut the flow of chakra and let the disk fade.
"I can see why it's incomplete. It's unstable and lacks a nature transformation." Jiraiya said. "I think the first step into completing your chakra disk will be making it stable."
"How are we going to do that?" Naruto asked.
"By teaching you the Rasengan properly." Jiraiya replied with a chuckle. "Your old man created the Rasengan by seeing a tailed beast ball. There are three steps to learning the Rasengan. First you must pop a water balloon with your chakra, much like making your disk, only you want to keep your chakra in ball form."
Jiraiya filled a balloon with water and tossed it to Naruto then filled a second balloon and showed Naruto how to pop the balloon with just his chakra.
Naruto concentrated on creating a sphere with his chakra instead of automatically making his disk he focused on keeping his chakra a sphere before adding the speed he added to the disk. Once he had a perfect sphere inside the balloon he began to add speed however with increased speed the balloon deformed but didn't pop which meant speed wasn't the kep. Naruto took away speed and returned the sphere into a ball shape.
Naruto then tried to add raw power to the sphere making it denser making his chakra heavier and before long the balloon popped. Naruto tried to make a sphere in his hand without a balloon and he made a sphere in his hand keeping the sphere in shape.
"Good, your knowledge of your disk helped you master the first step of the Rasengan. Now you have to pop a rubber ball with just your chakra." Jiraiya said. "This step will take you a little longer but I can tell you now that you will get it if you apply the speed of your disk to your dense sphere."
Jiraiya tossed Naruto a ball and caught it in one hand. Naruto first made a sphere inside the ball and realized it was much more difficult since he couldn't see the sphere in the rubber ball. However Naruto didn't give up once he made a sphere in the ball he began to spin the sphere inside the ball until it was spinning as fast as his disk even emitting a sharp whistle before the ball popped.
"Damn gaki didn't think you'd master the second step that quickly." Jiraiya said. "You have your father's smarts and your mothers determination. Ok last step combine steps one and two only do not pop the balloon."
Jiraiya tossed Naruto an air filled balloon and sat to watch. This step took Naruto several hours to master as he kept popping the balloon. But finally after several hours of trial and failure Naruto made a sphere inside the balloon without popping the balloon.
"Good job kid." Jiraiya said. "Now use what you learned with the Rasengan and apply it to your disk."
"Hai." Naruto said.
Naruto extended his hand and began to gather his chakra in his hand keeping in mind what he learned with the Rasengan. When the disk formed a loud whistle could be heard as the disk began to spin at high speed.
"Congratulations you made your very own jutsu. What are you going to call it?" Jiraiya asked.
"Hakai Disuku." Naruto replied as he released his disk letting the built up chakra fade.
"Alright let's get some sleep tomorrow we start your actual training." Jiraiya said.

The sun was just peeking over the horizon and Naruto was sitting on a rock under a waterfall wearing only his boxers. Naruto was meditating, learning to control his emotions and master his Kyubi Cloak. Naruto knew he was the jinchuriki of the Kitsune no Yoko otherwise known as the Kyubi. Now it was time to learn how to use that power on his terms, not the Kyubi's.
As Naruto sat under the waterfall he waS in his mind and before him was the Kyubi sealed behind giant red bars.
"So the jailer finally comes." said the mighty Kyubi.
"So you're the Kyubi. Listen fox I don't like you forcing your control over my body. I know what you did in the exams. You almost forced me to kill a friend." Naruto explained.
"Friend? If any of your so-called friends knew what you were they would abandon you just like those that know the truth. You are nothing more than an extension of my power; you exist to serve Konoha and keep me imprisoned. Your 'friends' won't stand beside you when the truth comes out." the Kyubi said.
"You're wrong." Naruto said.
"The Uchiha, she has a crush on you but she saw you almost kill the green clad boy. Do you think she will stand beside you when you turn on those you hold dear. She will turn on you like everyone else." the Kyubi said.
"My Father didn't turn on my mother just like the Shodai Hokage didn't turn on Mito, your first jinchuriki." Naruto said firmly. "Sasuke won't betray me either."
"Do you really think that child? She has a crush on you but you're blind to her advances plus her clan is consumed by hatred, even their Sharingan requires them to betray their closest friend to fully awaken." the Kyubi said.
"Sasuke is my closest friend. If what you say is true then her vengeance against her brother will compel her to leave Konoha and seek a path that would condemn her, and I won't let that happen." Naruto said. "Now since you are sealed into my body I think it's time you start helping me by giving me your chakra."
"I have little choice in this matter. The seal your father used to seal me inside you was designed to let you use my chakra as if it were your own. All you have to do is pull from the seal and my chakra becomes yours." the Kyubi explained.
Naruto looked at the seal on the bars of the Kyubi's prison and extended his hand and began to pull chakra from the fox into himself. In an instant Naruto's natural blue chakra was replaced with the sinister red chakra of the Kyubi.
Outside of Naruto's mindscape Jiraiya was watching over the young blonde and saw Naruto's features change. Naruto's whisker marks deepened, his canine's lengthened, his hair became wilder and red tips formed at the edges of his golden blonde hair.
"Seems as though Naruto managed to learn how to take the Kyubi's chakra." Jiraiya said to himself. "Alright Naruto it's time to learn how to use the Kyubi's chakra as your own. You can now pull on the Kyubi's chakra now let's master the use of its chakra."
A/N: Hey all Azrael here sorry for the late update but been on a big Diablo 4 kick but never fear I have returned with a new chapter this chapter focused more on Naruto and Jiraiya and I know that I made Naruto learn the Rasengan in a single day but he already knew how to form chakra with his disk from chapter one so it just made sense to accelerate his learning of the Rasengan. Now I haven't shown Naruto's Sharingan yet but he still has it.
