Guest – You can't tell if the eldritch abomination is good or evil? Good. It means I did it right as Eldritch Abomination tends to have Blue-and-Orange Morality.
RAndom Person – Stale? This isn't a story in which the Protagonists lose. This is more like One Punch Man, where there is no doubt the Hero will win, but you kind of wonder how they will win and if other people will survive long enough to win. The setting and journey are the focus as the fights will be anti-climactic.

My character is a unique High-End Nomu (I have a love of playing monsters) who is forced to play Hero. I am currently working on Chapter 3 (I-Island Arc) but won't post until I have a comfortable number.
2 One Punch Man – Ash Grey is reaching the point of One Punching Villains. As for the OPM world, that could happen in the future or at least an Omake. If Saitama punched Ash into Ragu Sauce, Ash would respawn immune to The Punch. In other words, he would be [Indestructible]

Superman does what he always does, helping people. This immigrant from the destroyed planet Krypton was raised by decent human farmers in the heartland of the United States. He learned of his superhuman powers at a young age and struggled to prove his humanity. He ended up becoming a Superhero, being more human than most humans. It doesn't matter how cruel the villain or hopeless the situation is, he will save people. That is why he is Superman.
The current crisis is due to scientists experimenting with Cognito Inc crystal-technology. It's the same technology that Cognito based on Kryptonian crystals and used to create Cognito City: Polaris in the icy cold of the Artic. Those scientists belonged to a group whose companies were failing due to competition with the massive Cognito Inc. A foolish endeavor as it's impossible to compete with a company that has unlimited resources and access to the most advance technology in the galaxy.
Currently, massive dirty-red crystals are growing from the waters of Metropolis Bay. As the crystal spires grow, the waters of the bay foam and hot steam spread across the city. More and more crystal formations rise from the bay, each one generating so much heat that the brine boils off. The heat is so intense that some boats that get too close are quickly becoming damaged. One boat even burst into flames despite the humidity.
Superman flies above the waters, using his freezing breath to temporarily cool the ocean's surface and prevent the trapped people from dying from the heat alone. He then pushes the boats to the shore, so the people can get off and escape. Thankfully, there are some brave police officers and emergency workers there to help the boat survivors.
The people continue to panic and take pictures as the crystals emerge from the water and a layer of crystal begins to spread across the sand. The crystals no longer in the water are so burning hot, a large dock bursts into flames and collapses.
Superman uses his enhanced vision to look closer at the foaming ocean water and can see it's getting worse. The Bay is almost completely dead, all flora and fauna torn apart or boiled away by the crystals that now cover the bottom of the bay. Even bacteria and other microbes are dying from the streams of hot water and microscopic crystals. The crystals are also getting hotter and more unstable over time.
Superman flies towards the heart of the massive synthetic geode, smashing through the thick crystal in his path, but the layers become tougher as he goes deeper. He attempts to use his heat vision to cut a path, but the crystals glow bright red. There is an explosion and Superman is blown out of the hole in the crystal like a bullet from a gun.
Superman tumbles through the water, but before he can crash into the ocean and end up entombed in crystal, he lands on a platform. Superman looks up the indentation in the floating platform to see Weird Science Rick standing on it.
"Careful, Kal. This thing may be tough, but it can't survive too many hits from your hard head." says 'Rick', "Did you know everything my company makes is patented? If the idiots who made this crystal were still alive, I would sue them."
Mad Scientist Rick clicks a button on a holographic screen and there is a humming from a container resting next to him. Inside the chamber of translucent green liquid, a crystal begins to rapidly grow.
"Generating metric tons of crystal creates a lot of heat. Why else did you think Cognito would place Polaris in the icy waters of the far North? Why did you think your own Fortress was built there? The heat is building up in the hyper-dense layers of the core and will soon surpass its ability to contain."
"Can you do anything about this?"
"I am doing something. I'm generating a shutdown crystal before the main spire reaches critical and detonates, wiping out parts of Delaware and New Jersey."
"Critical."
Mad Scientist Rick, now wearing a protective rubber glove, pulls out the crystal from the chamber. It's a hexagonal prism translucent green crystal. He then hands it to Superman, much to his surprise.
"Stab the Central Spire with this – Please."
Superman nods, then flies towards the massive central spire of the crystal formation. He ignores the geysers of hot water and random crystal spikes that burst from the water's surface and reaches the spire. He stabs the crystal into the burning hot surface of the main crystal and there is a flash.
Superman watches as glowing gold hexagons spread across the surface of the crystal, turning the entire surface a citrine yellow. The transformation spreads from the central spire to the entire mass, reaching the edge on shore in seconds. As the transformation spreads, the growth slows and finally stops. The yellow crystals then turn a dirty salt white and there is a pause, the only sound being the sound of hot sea water and cracking crystal.
Then the crystals begin to break and shatter. Jets of boiling water explode from cracks in the larger crystals, while smaller crystals on the shores crumble into salty powder. Massive cracks spread across the central mass, then the entire thing implodes into a cloud of steam and salt.
Superman scans the entire thing to make sure everything is safe. On the sea floor, he can see a cooling mass of molten salt and other elements, but no active crystals remain. He grimaces when he sees the scarce remains of the ship that was transporting the experiment. Most of the ship's metal including the iron, calcium, and metallic elements in the bodies of the crew was absorbed by the crystals.

News Report – The Crystal Catastrophe in Delaware Bay was a result of scientists attempting to replicate Cognito Inc Crystal Construction Technology. Due to the dangers, new regulations are being made so only Cognito Inc and Superman are permitted to transport, store, and utilize Crystal Construction Technology.
News Report - The last CEO of CC Companies - the infamous collection of companies responsible for the creation of the Crystal Catastrophe in Delaware Bay – has finally been arrested. Mr. Johanson of Johan Corporation was arrested in São Paulo, Brazil, where he has been hiding for the last month. This was partially due to the construction of the Cognito Ground Bridge in the city.

Inside the van there is a group of criminals. They are all tall, athletic men that you would expect from Gotham hired muscle. They are all dressed in gray shirts, black pants, and black military boots with black gloves and black body armor. They all wear balaclava with goggles. They open cases to reveal high tech rifles. They click some switches, and the weapons power up with a hum.
"Are you sure this stuff is safe? I heard this stuff is powered by Zynothium!"
"Don't be an idiot, Dave." says another of the criminals, "The Doc based this stuff on Rorschach's tech."
"That's worse, Steve! You saw what that lunatic did to Joker, and he has Cognito backing him. You know, the future megacorporate rulers of Earth!" says the third to number two.
"Use the numbers and keep it down!" says the Leader, "We are not going to get caught because of your big mouths."
The Leader – Zero – exits the van with Dave/Number One, Steve/Number Two, Bill/Number Three, and Jake/Number Four, while Alex/Number Five keeps the engine running for the escape. They move towards the bank like people experience playing Counterstrike: Global Offensive. Zero opens fire on the doors, releasing an energy beam that causes the entrance into an explosion of glass and metal droplets.
They rush into the building and open fire on everyone and everything. The energy beams don't appear to be lethal but have enough force to send security guards and patrons flying across the room and through displays. Their effect on inorganic materials is far more dramatic. Glass melts and bubbles, metal liquifies and detonates. Metal objects on the bodies of people explode like firecrackers causing minor injuries and the explosive destruction of guard guns causes more severe injuries. The emergency light came on after the power and fiber optic cables were also destroyed.
"Vault."
With the guards down and now unarmed, the criminals move forward towards the vault. With the power and phone lines cut, and the cellphone blown to pieces, the bank is isolated. Unfortunately for the criminals, the fact the Bank just vanished from monitoring is suspicious on itself, meaning the police and the Bat could be on the way.
"Focused shot – 6 seconds."
They reach the vault door and focus the fire from three of their guns on the door. The beams are based on Rorschach's infamous anti-metal beams and quickly breakdown the atomic bonds of the metal door. The once solid door ripples like Jell-O before exploding into semi-molten liquid metal. They rush in with duffle bags and place packs of money into their bags.
"Don't get Greedy. We have limited time."
Once they have the precise amount they can carry, they zip up the bags and begin to leave the bank.
"Please. Someone please, Help us! He's having a heart attack!"
One old guard, who should have retired long ago, is holding his chest, while a young teller is trying to help. He did have a pacemaker, but the device exploded in his chest a few minutes ago. The robbers don't pause as they exit the bank and make their way towards the escape Van.
The Batmobile arrives and instead of being intimidated, the criminals aim and fire upon the famous primary vehicle of the Bat. The sleek heavily armored titanium alloy vehicle is very durable, even able to block the rounds of anti-materials rifle and the directed energy beams of more advanced weaponry. The exotic energy beams of the rifles are not something Batman could protect against. The frightened and injured patrons of the bank can only watch in disbelief as the Batmobile violently explodes with enough force to shatter the remaining bank windows.
"Holy Shit! We blew up the Bat! God Damn!" yells number one before he's hit in the back by an oversize bat-shaped projectile. A projectile that explodes and knocks the man onto his face.
"Shields" says Zero, activating a switch on his belt. As they do, they are surrounded by energy barriers that block Batman's other Batarangs. Batman is quick to adapt and throws pellets that explode into clouds of smoke and gases, which can easily pass though the anti-metal barrier.
"Over Boost!"
The shields glow bright white before exploding outward as shockwaves. These shockwaves are very destructive, causing any metal to violently liquify and explode like bottle rockets. Every car in the parking lot, except for the special shield Van are destroyed. Some create fireballs as their tanks of gasoline come in contact with the sparks and electrical arcs.
Batman is tossed around as the shockwave liquifies and hyper-pressurizes the metal in his costume and utility belt. His famous cape, which can be used as a glider, is shredded. He even has to avoid being poisoned by the gases released by his own utility belt. Batman lands in front of the criminals.
"No more weapons. No more gadgets. What are you going to do now, Bat?"
"Boss. Our weapons can only knock him back." says Number one, "Even without his stuff, he knows martial arts and stuff. He knows like, all the martial arts."
"Shut up, Steve!" says Zero, "He didn't need to know that."
Zero looks at the bank, which looks like it's beginning to crumble.
"Shouldn't you be more worried about the people in the bank." says Zero, looking for a way to escape, "A lot of hurt people and one guard was having a heart attack."
"All Safe"
The criminals and Batman turn to see the most-feared man on Earth walk out the destroyed entrance of the Bank. Rorschach calmly walks towards them step by step, and you can almost hear the criminal hearts beating faster.
"I portal-ed all of the victims out the bank to a hospital, the place is empty. I even gave the guard a little nanomedicine so his heart is better than it has ever been." says Rorschach, getting closer and closer "I would suggest you surrender."
"Maybe we should do it." says Number One.
"Shut Up, Steve! We have the same gun as he does." says Zero, sounding scared.
"No. You have pale imitations of my Anti-Metal Gun. Doctor Alistar Crow is a good scientist in wavelength manipulation technology, enough to copy my AM rays, but he can't match Cognito."
"He knows Doc's name?" says Number One.
"I arrested him before I even got here." says Rorschach, pulling out what looks like a keychain, "It's a shame to waste his potential, so after some imprisonment and counseling, he will find employment at Cognito Inc. I even cleared it with the President."
Zero looks lost. His employer was captured, but he still has millions in cash. If he can find some way to escape, he can retire far away from the hell hold of Gotham. Zero in desperation opens fire with his Anti-Metal rifle.
The beam strikes Rorschach's invisible force field and scatters. Rorschach raises his hand and the remnants of the beam gather around his gloved hand. He makes a chopping motion, and the light vanishes. The barrier around the criminal van shatters and the van, cut in half, collapses. The driver is freaking out in his seat.
"Did you really think you could use an imitation of my tech against me?" mocks Rorschach, "You should have listened to Steve, Mr. Jack Nickels. Click!"
Rorschach clicks his remote and Rifles suddenly let out a loud sound. They rapidly heat up and the criminals discard them before their insides explode, releasing sparks and the blue smoke of electronic death. The devices on their belts also do the same thing, but the criminals are slow removing them leaving them with burst things.
"EMP. Those Rifles need to generate a charge and if containment is lost, they zap themselves." explains Rorschach to Batman, tossing him a bag of plastic handcuffs, "You can take care of these idiots. I've already taken care of everything else."
Batman is gritting his teeth.

News – The Robbery of Gotham Central Bank was stopped by the combined efforts of Batman and Rorschach. A group of men armed with poor imitations of Rorschach's anti-metal pistol attempted to rob the bank but were stopped in the parking lot. Rorschach evacuated the civilians to Gotham Central Hospital and captured the mastermind, while Batman captured the criminals.
News – Cognito Inc in a display of Charity has paid the medical bills for the victims of the Central Bank Robbery and donated money and equipment to the Hospital. Cognito Inc has also paid for the repairs to the bank and replaced the cars and personal devices of the patrons destroyed during the robbery. While some have accused Cognito of being responsible, authorities have confirmed that the mastermind – Dr. Alistar Crow – only managed to imitate Cognito Inc using stolen government information.

Batman can feel his eye twitch.
In front of him is a brand-new Batmobile. The new upgraded Batmobile is made with advance alloys and advance, but maintainable technology, including new sensors, phase-shift armor, shields that can protect against exotic energy, and a computer so advance it makes the Bat Computer look like a kindergarten calculator in comparison. The sleek black machine even has biometric scanners and IFF loaded with data from the entire Bat Family. The New Batmobile is parked in the main Cave with a giant red ribbon tied in a bow around the middle. A ribbon marked with the name and logo of Cognito Inc.
His butler/confidant/caretaker Alfred Thaddeus Crane Pennyworth, or simply Alfred, is standing next to him. He holds a white card marked with the Cognito logo.
"To Bruce Thomas Wayne. Since your Ride got destroyed by a bunch of punks with guns, we at Cognito decided you needed something better. Don't worry, there is no hidden cost or favor desired, we just feel Gotham's Knight needed his ride. Rorschach can't do your job all the time. - Cognito Inc R&D"

David Copper was never a likable person. Years ago, he got good grades in school and was an expert in various fandoms. He believed that such knowledge should be praised by everyone, and everyone should see him as a young genius. He hated his parents who tried to change him. He hated his teachers for trying to control him. He hated the students for loving sports and games over the things he enjoyed. He was to his peers "a very angry nerd".
During a Halloween party he was forced to attend by his parents, he dressed in his cosplay outfit. A terrifying and powerful necromancer from a little-known book series that he considered superior to the works of Tolkien. After Halloween, he was happy he retained his magical power and was more than happy to use them against people that made him mad. He was recruited by the government by people who had become interested in Halloween borne beings and those with supernatural abilities.
He left the government program after he was rejected by the female teammate he liked. His resignation left hundreds dead and a government building in ruins.
Wonder Woman stares at David Copper with a look of disgust and hatred.
David Copper is a tall, lean American white male. He used to have brown eyes behind thick glasses, pale blemish-marked skin, and short messy brown hair. He now has gold eyes with the sclera the color of jade, bone white skin with pale green veins, and a bald head. He no longer needs glasses to see clearly, he also doesn't need to eat, drink, or breathe as a member of the undead. He's dressed in black pants and shoes with dark gray strips of fabric (bandages?) wrapped around his waist and ankles. He also has similar wrappings around his wrists and is wearing a huge hooded black cloak. He holds a wooded staff with a deformed jade crystal as a headpiece.
David Copper is surrounded by demonic monsters. Some of the creatures are merely animal skeletons covered in glowing green goo in the form of their living bodies like grotesque Jell-O mold. Others resemble the living creatures they were in life with glowing green eyes. There are also numerous humans with soulless glowing green eyes, the majority males with grotesque muscles. The attractive females are stripped of their clothing and collared like pet dogs.
"I hate the world. I hate that people don't listen to me and don't do what I say. Why can't these fools understand that I'm smarter than them. Just look at her!" David rambles pointing at dark skinned blonde woman. She has the glowing eyes of an animated corpse and is acting like a dog. "She never listens to me. I had so much to offer, but she spent her time crawling over Mr. All-American they had as our team leader. They made me so angry that I made them listen to me. All they do is listen and obey, like the dumb dogs they are!"
"You have a diseased mind." says Wonder Woman.
"The girls in school said the same thing. You remind me of those rich bitches, talking about women rights while manipulating people. You said Amazons were great warriors, but they spend their time hiding on some island. It sounds cowardly to me, and it pissed me off!"
The horde of undead charge at Wonder Woman and the amazon warrior proves she is not all talk. She possesses superhuman physical abilities that easily put her in the same class as Superman and she has trained since she was child in combat (and she was born in 1925). She is also helped by an absurdly sharp sword crafted by Hephaestus - Greek god of blacksmiths, metalworking, craftsmen, and a few other things. The blade easily slices through every single one of Copper's creatures.
The problem is these creatures are already dead. They are the remains of living creatures animated by demonic spirits and infusions of ectoplasm. Sliced and shattered body parts simply come back together, glued together by the ectoplasm and reanimated without pause. Even smashing the skulls to powder fails as they just reform the green Jell-O heads without the skulls.
Diana, as a warrior, knows when extreme measures should be used. She tears a spear from the grip of muscular caveman and throws it with her immense strength. The spear makes a shockwave as it pierces Copper's chest and causes him to fall from where he was floating. While distracted by the spear, Diana flies by and slices off his head. She also turns and smashes the head of staff, before piercing his heart for good measure.
"Nice Try." says the severed head on the ground. Then the impaled body hits Wonder Woman with a blast of magical lightning, knocking her down. The headless body pulls the sword from its chest and the wound closes without a trace. The severed head floats over to the body and the stumps extend tentacles of green ectoplasm which intertwine and fuse together, before pulling the head and body back together. The neck wound vanishes without a trace. He holds up his magic staff and the broken fragments of the headpiece fly back to the staff and fuse back together.
"My Head. My Heart. My Foci. None of them matter. The source of my power is my soul which is safely hidden away far from my body. "David Copper says, his dark power surging and eyes glowing brightly. "I have inherited the power of a Necromancer feared as the God of Death. Unlike him, I won't make the same mistake and let a Hero live!"
Suddenly, a portal opens and Ash Grey walks out of it dressed in shorts. He looks around at the gathered monsters and shifts into her monstrous 2.5-meter-tall form. The entire army pauses at seeing the red-eyed gray-skin white-haired bony monster and then some of them take steps back.
"What is happening!? The demon spirits are... scared!?" says the confused David, "Destroyer of Hell? Tree of Death?... No. I'm losing control of them!"
The eyes of caveman zombie shift from green to white, then flash before going dark. The body collapses to the ground and a wispy white spirit departs. The green ectoplasm bursting from the corpse as evaporating globules. This starts a chain react as other demon spirits break David's contract and depart to a twisted netherworld. It's the more intelligent humanoid hosts that depart first, with the animals following afterward. The last to depart is a skeletal Wooly Mammoth. As the spirit departs its body bursts into lifeless bone and ectoplasm.
"I don't care about whatever overhyped title you have. As long as the soul stone is safe, I'm invincible."
"Soul Stone. So that is what Rorschach had me swallow before I came here."
David Copper can't believe the words of the ash grey monster. He put more protections on his soul than Koschei the Deathless. The stone containing his soul was sealed inside nested objects to protect it. His soul stone was inside a beholder whose many eyes could cast horrible curses, anti-magic, and disintegration spells. The Beholder was sealed inside a flying demon that could fly faster than sound and produced blinding poison and illusions. The Demon Bird was sealed inside a demon squid that would automatically teleport into the abyss of an ocean. The Demon Squid was sealed in a meteoric iron golem that possessed immense strength and immunity to magic. The Meteor Golem was sealed inside a Horned Rabbit that possessed the ability to escape any predator. The Horned Rabbit was sealed inside a normal looking stone, which was placed at the bottom of a well behind a castle on an island. An Island filled with traps and monsters, only accessible by magic once a year.
All the nested defenses are the reason it takes so long for Ash to finish digesting his impromptu meal.
David Copper clutches his chest, dropping Wonder Woman's sword. The green flames in his eyes turn white before burning out, taking the eyeballs with them. His pale body emits steam, becoming desiccated before crumbling off the bones. The bones quickly follow crumbling to powder before they can hit the ground. Even the staff rots away, it's headpiece shattering to dust. Only his clothing remains to hit the ground.
"A Failed Epic Villain Fight. I'm going back to my couch. I'm only here because Rorschach had me eat a stone and show up." says Ash as a portal opens to take him home.
After he leaves, Wonder Woman wonders why an entire army of demon-possessed corpses ran away in terror at Ash's arrival. She also must explain the battle damage of the skeletons to the Smithsonian people.

Atlantis is an underwater kingdom comprised of eight city-states, and the home of the Atlanteans. Those city states are Crastinus in the Artic Ocean, Shayeris in the North Atlantic Ocean, Poseidonis in the central Atlantic Ocean, Xebel in the South Atlantic Ocean, Tritonis in the Indian Ocean, Lemuria in the North Pacific Ocean, Neptunos in the South Pacific, and Nanauve in the Southern Ocean.
It's the most powerful Kingdom on Earth, ruling seventy percent of the planet's surface. It's also a Kingdom with many issues. The differences between the poorer city-states and the wealthy like Poseidonis lead to people believing the King doesn't care about them. There is also racism between the "pure" Atlanteans and those with animal features. An issue that led to the deceased Prince Ohm to led purist-terrorists as Ocean-Master.
Today, there is a meeting between the representatives of the city-states and the main topic is Cognito Inc. The most powerful company on Earth made their debut when they defeated the Dragons destroying China and then helped the entire Kingdom Atlantis using the Great Ocean Cleaners to cleanse the oceans of plastic pollution. These massive blobs of nanotechnology constantly absorb plastic from the ocean, while leaving living creatures and non-plastic alone. These blobs located in the gyres are all relatively close to the city-states, meaning they all benefit.
"Tourists?"
"The Ocean Cleaners are actually pulling in tourism."
"Do you still get those weirdos that jump into the Cleaners?"
"Unfortunately."
Cognito City: Polaris is a massive city of crystal built in the far north to handle atmospheric pollution. It was built in Canada's far North (Beaufort Sea) and has built a relationship with Crastinus, despite the latter being in the Greenland Sea (East of Greenland). The creation of a Ground Bridge in Crastinus has allowed Polaris and Crastinus to work together on several projects along with people from Canada, Iceland, and the Nordic countries of Europe.
"How's the development of Octantis going?"
"It's ahead of schedule."
"Do you still have protesters?"
"I don't see what they are complaining about. Cognito is footing the bill."
"They are worried the surface world is gaining too much influence."
"It's not the surface world, it's just Cognito."
"Can you really call them surface-dwellers, when their main base is in orbit?"
Cognito Inc has recently created an artificial island in the Southern Ocean using their crystal construction method. It was built with the same purpose as Polaris and with the permission of King Nanaue Sha'ark. This small city is named [Cognito City: Octantis], named after Sigma Octantis, also known as Polaris Australis or the Southern Pole Star. Some of the other city-states think it's a mockery of the name Atlantis. Octantis designed with the Ground Bridge technology has a become a major shipping hub and resources are flowing into Nanauve.
Originally, Crastinus and Nanuve were considered the most isolated of the city-states but thanks to Cognito Inc they are now the most connected outside of Poseidonis, which also possesses a Ground Bridge.
The military strength of the northern most and southern most city states have also increased significantly. Crastinus benefits from Cognito's robot army to the point where there are special amphibious models of the Liberty Primes and Libertus sub-units. Nanuve on the other hand has numerous Shark-men immigrants, the majority from an alternate Earth. They are Knights of the Order of Megalodon under the command of Knight Commander Ash Grey, who is considered a member of Cognito Inc.
"I heard you have been getting a lot of visitors, King Shark?"
"Those shark girls are very aggressive, and my advisors have been pressuring me to find a Queen. "
"You and Knight-Commander Ash seem to be the most desirable to those girls."
"Shark-Girls want strongest mates and we are the strongest when it comes to tooth and nail."
"Who's the strongest woman in the ocean?"
"There is debate. The strongest magic user is Annax Mera Nereus, but the strongest metahuman is Dr. Aspen Matthews. They can both fight like experts, but they have bigger concerns. Mera is concerned with running the government and the Conservatory of Magic, while Dr. Matthews is dedicated to marine biology and diplomacy. She has become a role model at Trinity."
Tritonis, Lemuria, and Neptunus have also been getting immigrants. These new arrivals aren't Atlanteans from another city-state, instead they are former humans. The deaths of the Dragons in China became a trigger for transformation around the world. At first, it was metahumans with plant-based abilities that appeared believed to be caused by Flowering Wood Dragon's pollen. Then the other elemental planes reacted to restore the balance and hundreds of new metahumans awoke, including those connected to the Clear – sometimes called The Blue, a force which connects and pervades all aquatic life and oceanic themed elements in general within the universe.
Cognito Inc. gave them resources to build META/Star Academies specifically designed to help teach the aquatic metahumans and act as branches of the Conservatory of Sorcery. These three new academies form what is called the "Sea Star Trinity" or just "Trinity" by the civilians. In return, Cognito Inc has become the major surface connection for all three cities.
Cognito Inc even negotiated the sale of Lemuria's Hawaii territory to King Nanaue Sha'ark (who was actually born in Hawaiian water as the son of Kamohoalii, the Hawaiin Shark God). Hawaii has always been a rough spot in Atlantean politics as despite it being a part of the US since 1898, the waters have been claimed by Lemuria, which is very close to it.
"The Imbocan population is increasing. Imbocan Chief Alexander Marsh is requesting more assistance in construction and Cognito as always is willing to help. "
In Poseidonis, Alex's colony of Axolotl-enhanced Genomorphs has grown significantly. While the geneticists at Cadmus were able to create a servant race based in science, they couldn't predict what a combination of extraterrestrial virus and magic would do to a group of Genomorphs. The Marine Genomorphs have continued to mutate and evolve, making them look like the Deep Ones from HP Lovecraft's The Shadow over Innsmouth. As a joke they even call their new area, Imboca – the Spanish adaptation of Innsmouth and calling themselves Imbocans. Their leader Alexander even joined in on the joke and took his surname from the book's antagonist Captain Obed Marsh.
Xebel in the South Atlantic Ocean, ruled by Queen Mera's father - King Ryus Nereus and resting on the buried ruins of the ancient city of Atlantis, was out of the loop for a long time. This didn't help Its citizens' long fostered animosity towards Poseidonis. Cognito Inc surprised everyone again when they retrieved the (depowered) Arion's Crown and presented it to Queen Mera. They also brought back the bones of Arion for a proper burial after thousands of years.
"Cognito Inc always have to prove they are the smartest around. When they gave Mera the crown, it made a few of us feel stupid. She is the perfect candidate for the Annex of Atlantis."
"Cognito also won't let you forget they are they are the smartest."
Arion's Crown once possessed a connection to the Lords of Order, making King Arion the first agent of Order on Earth. It was lost when Arion was killed during the sinking of Atlantis by Klarion and was found in the Undersea - a pocket ocean underneath Xebel's seafloor, containing the ruins of ancient Atlantis's capital, geothermal vents, and ton of giant sea monsters. These monsters included the gigantic sea creature Leviathan, which attacked the group of Cognito machines and Knights of Megaladon.
"I can't believe they ate the whole thing!"
"The Shark-people are infamous for their gastronomical fortitude."
"They ate Leviathan. They consumed a legendary sea monster!"
"The Knight-Commander Ash Grey became a Knight of Atlantis by eating an unholy relic."
The reason Arion's Crown lacked its power was because Rorschach communed with the Lords and revealed the events of Young Justice's fourth season episodes. The Lords of Order agreed with Rorschach and stripped the crown of its power. There were some protests, talking about prophecies, but King Orin willingly transferred rulership to his beautiful Queen.

Black Manta is the archenemy of Aquaman, especially since the execution of Prince Orm/Ocean-Master. He has committed many crimes against Atlantis, including genetically engineering his henchmen into waterbreathers to infiltrate Atlantis. The original operation is known because Calvin Durham, defected for the love of an Atlantean, Sha'lain'a, and ended up becoming the adopted father of Black Manta's biological son – Kaldur'ahm.
There were other infiltrators, some even going through a modified process to replicate the animal mutations found in other city-states, what the purists would call "Impure". A group of them were unhappy to learn their transformations were permanent and they couldn't return to life as normal humans on the surface. They hate Atlanteans and Black Manta for turning them into freaks, so they intend to destroy a few buildings. They intend to kill Black Manta's son, Sha'lain'a, and Calvin, and stir up hatred to cause more Atlantean deaths.
They are about to plant explosives when they hear something.
"Hello."
The four octopus-heads, one crab-man, and one walrus-man turn to see a group of Shark-men standing behind them. They are all smiling showing their rows upon rows of shark teeth.
It was at that moment – they (the criminals) knew they fucked up.

The Planet is known as Mars on Earth, named after the Roman God of War. Its more ancient name and the one given to it by the natives is Ma'aleca'andra. In time, the great capital city of the planet became known as Ma'aleca'andra and the planet's name was shortened to M'aarz. The planets inhabitants call themselves Ma'aleca'andrans, while Earthlings call them Martians. These people range from the royal reds (B'lahdenn) to the common greens (G'arrunn) to the minority whites (A'ashenn). The yellow magician-priests of Mars are actually any of the three types that permanently changes their color for their profession.
Cognito Inc's adaptation of the cybertronian space bridge technology allows for easy transport between the Red Planet and Earth. This has opened more dialogue and diplomatic negotiation since they are no longer limited by distance. Even communications are more open due to the Gate, as signals that would take over three minutes to reach Earth can use the gate to bypass space and communicate like two Earth countries.
Most Martians avoid the core of Cognito facility because it has an anti-psionic field (APF). For an extraterrestrial race that freely communicates thoughts and emotions through telepathy, walking into that zone is like a human walking into a room and all sound being muted. Not just the environmental sounds, but even the sound of their voice and the sounds of their bodies (heartbeat, breathing, joints, etc.) It's a place of horrors that can cause the young to run in terror.
A group of three Martian extremists move towards the core of the building, using silent breathing techniques to overcome the fear caused by the telepathic silence. In the hands of one of the Martians is a red edged black box with glowing gold circuitry, which the Cognito and League members would recognize as a Fatherbox – a piece of Apokaliptan-New God technology.
"You're not authorized to be here." says a calm voice, "Let alone that piece of technology."
The three Martians jump and turn to see a man standing near one of the walls.
He looks like a tall human male standing 191 cm (6'3) with an athletic build and an attractive face for a human. He has blue eyes and blonde hair, and is dressed in a dark red almost black bodysuit
They instinctively attempt to use their psychic abilities, but psychokinesis and telepathy are negated by the Anti-Psi Field. The leader of Martian terrorists runs towards the man, transforming into a bestial form with sharp fangs and claws. The Leader leaps at the human, only for the man to raise his hand and the Martian is blown back by an unseen force. Whatever the force is it's hot because flames streak across the Martian's body and leave him smoking on the ground.
"I wouldn't try that again."
"Who are you?" says the Leader, managing to verbalize his words despite the pain of his burns.
"Jim Hammond. Badge #234001" says Jim as he slowly walks towards them. His body is suddenly covered in brilliant flames, "but you can call me Human Torch. "
All Martians are vulnerable to heat. They can easily be harmed or injured when exposed to fire or heat. This weakness is present on a cellular level and has led to Pyrophobia – fear of fire – in a large portion of the population. For the Martians, Jim Hammond's transformation into humanoid incarnation of fire is one of the most terrifying things any Martian could experience.
Jim blinks when the three Martian terrorists drop unconscious to the ground. The three fainted at the sight of him.

Kilowog of Bolovax Vik is the Green Lantern of Sector 674. He is the Corps' primary drill sergeant in charge of training new recruits. A massive Lantern standing 8' 3" with red eyes and pink skin, he's about cuddly as an angry bulldog. He has handled the training of many Lanterns and seen a lot of strange things in career. He was not prepared for Earth.
Earth of the Sol System in Sector 2814. Even before Abin Sur's arrival on Earth, the planet had an unofficial Green Lantern in Alan Scott. The Starheart was created by the Guardians to contain the universe's wild magic, but it somehow gave an Earthling the powers of a Lantern. Alan Scott regained his youth during the incident with Dragon King and now both he and his daughter Jade are considered unofficial members of the Corp.
When Abin Sur died, Hal Jordan became the first official Green Lantern of Earth. Then Earth started spitting out even more Lantern candidates – John Stewart, Guy Gardner, Kyle Rayner, Simon Baz, Jessica Cruz, and others. The main problem with this was the majority after Guy were the result of the Halloween Event. Due to a Lord of Chaos' actions, thousands of people gained powers based on their costumes and many wore the Lantern uniforms. Now possessing unregistered Power Rings or even capable of manipulating the emotion spectrum without a Ring, these new Lanterns needed training.
Kilowog can safely train the Emerald Knights – the name given to the Earth Lanterns –was one of the most difficult jobs he has had. This is due to no small part because Earth is infested with metahuman lunatics. The only group shown to have control is Cognito Inc, whose head scientist may surpass the Guardians in intellect.
Now, he's meeting the Other Colors.

The first is Bai Li, a former Chinese special forces soldier, who became bonded with the Red Light of Rage. He stands 175 cm (5'9") with a very muscular build and a fierce face. He has red eyes, dark skin with numerous battle scars (but none on his back), and short spiky white hair. He's shirtless with red/black pants, black combat boots, and a thick belt. His prosthetic arms are black with red lights.
Bai Li was a black ops soldier who fought on many battlefields, losing many of his comrades in the process. He also had to deal with many prideful people who cared more about their wallets and egos than the lives of innocent people. He even spent some time in jail for punching a superior officer. He eventually left the life of bloodshed behind to live with his wife and daughter, taking a mundane job as the head of security for a company. Then, the Day of the Dragons reduced the city to rumble.
Months later, the local government learned his daughter had developed special abilities and wanted her. He refused, but they kidnapped her, killed his wife, and left him for dead. As he was dying, his rage called out and a strange Red Lantern Ring appeared. It healed him and gave him prosthetic limbs. As Asura, he smashed those that killed his wife and made his daughter cry.
Bai Li due to his ability to generate extra arms and his ability to fight like a demon earned him the name "Asura" - named after the power-seeking deities of Hinduism. A word that translates to titan, demigod, and antigod.
His daughter, who possesses powers of healing, was rescued by him with some assistance from the Iron Legion (they helped save the other subjects and transport them to a refugee site). Despite only being a child, she healed many hundreds of people (thankfully, Cognito nanomedicine made it, so she didn't exhaust herself). She also wanted to allow her father to feel something other than anger without dying and a Blue Ring of Hope appeared. While the Ring was unable to remove the Red Ring, it does allow Asura to be calm.
"What's on your mind, Asura?"
"Personal, Sir."
"When your powers are linked to your emotions, nothing is personal. Spill."
"My daughter has a boyfriend."
"Is he an honest boy?"
"Yes. If he does hurt her, I'm turning his spine into pretzel."

The second is Ling Yao, a former businessman and financial genius, turned adventurer. He's a tall, athletic Chinese man standing 5'8 dark eyes and long black hair tied in a ponytail. He's dressed in a black Chinese-style shirt and pants with black boots, all decorated with gold snake symbology.
Ling was always a greedy person, as you must have greed and ambition to rise in the business world and obtain heights of power. He was from a poor family, but he refused to remain that way. We wanted the finer things in life - Money, women, henchmen, gourmet foods, fine liquors, fancy cars, high-tech gadgets, luxurious homes, exotic vacations, etc.
Ling Yao was the head of a major shipping company, one that he built from the ground up with his numerous friends and employees. A business that was ruined when Blue Ocean Dragon attacked Tianjin and nearly sank it into the ocean. He watched as many of his friends died and he himself would have died, if he hadn't awoken a metahuman ability. He gained impenetrable black metal skin which protected him from the falling debris and his new form was self-sustaining, meaning he could go without food, water, and clean air until he escaped.
When he escaped, Ling became like a dragon protecting his horde. Ling won't let anyone take anything of his. His friends and family are his treasures. He eventually gained an Orange Power Ring, which should have been impossible since only one Ring was known to exist.
"What have you been working on?"
"New Meditation."
"Trying to suppress the greed."
"No. Focus it." says Ling, holding up one hand as if giving a prayer" All things in this world are connected. All is one, one is all. All things are part of me, so all things are mine. I protect this world because it is mine to protect."
Kilowog must wonder about humans. The greatest skill of humans is the ability to adapt to their environments. They can take any resource and exploit it in ways many other species can't imagine. While there are many unique lanterns in the universe, some who don't have the concept of light, communicating through sound or chemical scents, it's the Earth Lanterns that surprise people. The fact that it isn't only Green Lanterns is a little more worrying.

The third is a scary looking biker known as Reyes (no given name). He's a Hispanic man standing 180 cm tall (5'11) with dark skin and long messy dark brown hair and beard. He also has glowing gold eyes behind his dark sunglasses. He's dressed in a black shirt and black biker leathers with chains and spikes.
Reyes understood Fear growing up. His father was a criminal who feared his superiors and the law, who drank to numb the fear and took out the anger he used to hide the fear in him and his mother. His mother was always scared of her husband and his associates. She even began to fear Reyes would grow up like his father. When he was older, he was the leader of a feared biker gang who spent their time terrorizing small towns and making "deliveries". He died scared and alone, bleeding from a dozen bullet wounds.
"Hey Rookie, the police reports say you're dead and buried. Why are you walking around?"
"In Hell, I saw something that both terrified and amazed me. I saw a black monster terrorize hell, slaughtering armies of demons. Many damned souls escaped from Hell with the destruction. I was told by one of the 'prison guards' to get them back in return for staying out. They even gave me a new form."
Reyes suddenly transforms, growing from 180 to 190 cm (6'3). The flesh on his head and neck are burnt away by yellow flames, leaving a white skull covered in golden flames.
"I hunted the damned souls. I even encountered one who resembled the black beast, who gave me a name to go with this new form – Ghost Rider." says Reyes, the Ghost Rider, "He even mentioned another Ghost Rider named Reyes; some kid called Roberto."
"How did you find the Sinestro Ring?"
"It found me. It said I could Inspire Great Fear." says the skeleton despite lacking vocal cords, "It helps because my supernatural powers only work on the damned and there are many wicked living souls that need to be punished."

The last is a former prisoner of Cadmus Upsilon - Stevonnie Universe. The over six-foot beautiful intersex non-binary person still has black eyes, mixed skin, and long dark purple hair. She still possesses a large brilliant-cut pink diamond instead of a bellybutton, but that Gem is fused with violet crystal. They (as they are a fusion of half-gem Steven Universe and human Connie Maheswaran) are now dressed in the "uniform" of a Star Sapphire – the Lanterns of the Violet light of Love.
Stevonnie nervously floats in the air, a few inches off the ground. Pink-violet crystals float in the air around her and form from the ground beneath her, forming a trail where she goes.
Rorschach wasn't very happy when the unregistered Violet Power Ring managed to get past all Outer Heaven's defenses and find Stevonnie while they were alone. Stevonnie is still dealing with the fact that Steven and Coonie are permanently fused on a level that surpasses normal gem fusion. Even with the majority of Crystal Gems with them, the Connie part still misses her human parents, Steven misses his father, and both miss their human friends back in Beach City. What's worse is Steven suffered from PTSD due to his long history of nearly dying during numerous adventures. Without the need to solve everyone's problems, his own problems bubbled to the surface.
Now, Stevonnie has to deal with a random power-up which can't be removed due to complications.
"Don't be nervous, Stevonnie. We're warriors of love. That sounded more impressive in our head."
"Hey, I'm not that scary." says Kilowog
"I'm not scared. You look kind of cute to me."
Kilowog is a little surprised at that.
"It's just... this outfit is so embarrassing!"
If this world was an anime, Kilowog would have a large sweat drop next to his head.

"We will be there when you need help~" says a female voice as music plays. The heroes of My Hero Academia rush to save people and crying people smile as they are saved by heroes.
"Hahaha! I am Here! Greeting Citizens! I know the world can seem like a dangerous place, like villains lurk around every corner! Maybe you think you have reached your limit! But fear not, because I will always be with you with a smile on my face! And if we stick together, everything will be OK! Just keep your chin up and go beyond! Pluuuus ULTRA!"

Super Speed is an awesome power when done right and Barry Allen – the second Flash – has proven this fact time and time again. Jay Garrick was the first modern speedster hero, helping the All-Star Squadron. There have been earlier Speedsters such as Max Mercury of the early nineteenth century. The Flash family has expanded by the events due to the Halloween Event with the birth of new speedsters and knowledge gained from them led to creation of other speedsters by experiments.
This is not always a good thing as there are villainous speedsters in the world. Thankfully, Earth-DR and other Earth-16 counterparts have far slower Speedsters, as they can only move at supersonic speeds instead of absurd hyper-liminal velocities of Core Flashes. There is a difference between being hard to stop and being impossible to perceive on a normal level. In some universes, the Flash prevents all crime in his city because he is literally everywhere at the same time.
A major problem is there are synthetic drugs that grant super speed, but this is a bootleg version of the true methods. As a result, numerous problems have appeared with the different versions of these drugs. Most of them concern the required secondary powers needed to survive moving at hyper velocity.
One formula granted the speed but didn't supply the needed fuel. Their bodies consumed immense amounts of energy, far more than they could supply. There were American teenagers all over the city looked more starved then third world famine victims.
One formula accelerated the users to superhuman levels, but also accelerated their aging. A dozen young men and women between the ages of 16 and 30 ended up looking over 90 years old, most of them found dead.
One formula granted the user the ability to move faster than Barry Allan but didn't protect his body against the air friction. Lacking the durability or the speed suit, they burst into flames for a couple miles before smashing into a wall and painting it a very disgusting color.
One formula was so unstable, the user only ran a thousand miles before his body was consumed by hyper-accelerated cancer. He became a walking mass of tumors and then exploded!
Cognito Medical is helping many of these "Speed Freaks" as they are rudely called by the internet. A young woman is no longer a mass of burns and now looks like the girl she was in her high school yearbook. A young hero-wannabe can now walk on his newly regenerated legs, legs that had been grinded off when his bought speed failed. One patient had extensive nerve damage, but Cognito Inc was able to transplant her brain into a clone body (Rorschach made sure The Brain got a note about how he could have been rich and famous instead of gross brain in alien Tupperware).
"Rorschach!?"
"Hello, Barry." says Rorschach sitting on a park chair holding a computer tablet.
"Are you here to help?"
"Already have. I erased the memories of every chemist with Speedster formulas, including the ones already in prison. I destroyed all physical records of those formulas and wiped out all data on the networks. I even wiped the data from the Light's offline sites. No more discount Speedsters."
"What about the Speedsters that have been giving me problems recently."
"They won't be a problem in a few minutes."
"Is that right?"
The three Criminal Speedsters stopped in front of Flash and Rorschach. One is a large muscular man standing 193 cm (6'4) with blue eyes and long black hair behind his fancy metal luchador mask. He's dressed in a black and gold outfit.
"Savitar"
One is a man in a gold-edged white Flash uniform with a full-face mask. Rorschach has to admit that Ash was right, the costume does make him look like a giant plastic action figure.
"Godspeed."
One is black Flash decorated with cobalt blue flames instead of the gold lightning of the other suits. He's also generating blue flames around his body instead of the Speed Force lightning.
"Cobalt Blue?"
"How do you know that name? I haven't even made my debut!" demands Cobalt and the others are curious.
"Years ago, Dr. Gilmore at the hospital was too drunk to save Charlene Thawne's child and during a blackout stole one of Nora Allen's children to replace it. You are Malcolm Thawne, the biological brother of Barry Allen – The Flash"
Barry is horrified – not only does he have a twin that was stolen by a drunk doctor, but Rorschach just revealed his secret identity to three super criminals!
"I'm actually glad the last speedster was you. Malcolm. Your descendent, a Flash fanboy called Eobard Thawne would become Flash's worst enemy - the Reverse Flash. The very person responsible for Nora Allen's murder."
"What!?" says both Barry and Malcolm.
"I noticed Henry and Nora were alive in this timeline, meaning something prevented Eobard from becoming the Reverse Flash. Thankfully, you still became a scientist and gave yourself powers. At first, I thought he had been nerfed like you Flashes so he couldn't break the time barrier, but now I think he will never be born."
"What makes you think you're going to win?" says Savitar ready to strike at Rorschach.
"The three of you are using the same unfinished speed formula that I posted while hunting down the Speed Freak network. I made it, so I know Exactly how it's going to kill you."
The three speedsters attack Rorschach before Barry can react, but the speedsters that thrown back at triple their original speed. They fly through the air with Savitar smashes through a young tree. Lightning crackles around them, flames in the case of Cobalt, but then they collapse.
"You were joking about their deaths?"
"No."
The three speedsters start convulsing and screaming in pain, as glowing cracks slowly spread across their bodies. Pieces are breaking off and disintegrating into vanishing particles.
"What's happening to them?"
"The formula allows them to tap into dimensional energy to fuel their speed powers. I didn't include the elements needed to stabilize that absorption. Now they are bursting."
The screams of the three criminal speedsters become distorted as their bodies shatter like statues and disintegrate completely. There are no physical remains left, only scorch marks.
Rorschach pulls out a card of his inventory and hands it to Barry before he leaves.

Doctor Fate floats in a chamber in the Tower of Fate. He's cross-legged with his golden cape floating around him. His physical discomfort means nothing as his soul is in contact with the Lords of Order and the Lords of Chaos. He's not the only person in contact as Nabu's father Vandal Savage and Phantom Stranger are also present.
"Impossible." says Nabu, looking wide eyed.
"The Balance of the Universe has been maintained, but the forces have changed." says the Lords through the Phantom Stranger, one eye glowing gold with order and one eye glowing fiery red with chaos. "There is a New Lord of Order and there is a New Lord of Chaos. Both were born of the same set of events that occurred on Earth."
"The balance is maintained, so why are you so concerned?" asks Vandal Savage.
"A single being triggered their creation and they don't act like normal Lords. They don't see each other are enemies, they see each other as complimentary pieces. The new Lord of Chaos desires order so it may create chaos from it. The new Lord of Order desires chaos so it may create order from it."
"Hawk and Dove were born of Lord of Chaos T'Charr and the Lord of Order Terataya." comments Vandal Savage, referring to the two legacy agents empowered by the two Lords to prove Order and Chaos could work together. Those two have been brothers, sisters, enemies, and lovers throughout history. They have been Vandal's allies four times, his children twelve times, and his enemies six times (with a lot of crossovers).

Doctor Fate and Vandal Savage are startled at the voice. Vandal's face then resolves itself.
The Lords of Chaos and Order don't know what contacted them, which should be impossible, but they do know the word – Requiem.

Klarion is stoned. Rorschach somehow delivered another shipment of Eldritch Catnip and now the Lord of Chaos is stoned out of his mind, listening to Linkin Park for some reason. As he dances around, he's causing random chaotic events around the world. They range from something as minor as making Superman's cape turn plaid to the complete destruction of an entire island in an explosion that makes Pompeii look tame.
"This is not the end; this is not the beginning!"
The other Lords of Chaos monitoring Klarion's progress approve of the chaos, but they are wondering why he's generating such weird emissions. The Lords of Order are also wondering WTF is going on.

The Light has created many aquatic bases to monitor the city-states of Atlantis and shipping on the seas. While Black Manta has fought Aquaman many times in the Atlantic territory of Poseidonis, there are multiple bases for all eight city-states. Black Manta is currently returning to the main Pacific Base, which is Lemuria territory, using a stealth submarine – one designed not only to be invisible to sonar and radar detection from above the waves, but invisible to sight and sensors below the waves.
Suddenly, the alarms go off. He breaks the radio silence and communicates with the Base.
"What's happening, Base Alpha?"
"SHARK!"
"Shark? Is it King Shark or the Knights?"
"It's a Land Shark!"
"Land Shark?"
"A Shark that can swim in the ground! Oh God! It got Kenny!"
"You Bastard!"
Black Manta's eye twitches.
"Nothing stops it! We used lasers and armor-piercing rounds!"
"It just grew two more heads and squid tentacles! (Violent gory death sounds)"
"This is the Hanger Bay! We can't escape, there is a tornado!"
"It's full of sharks! (Violent gory death sounds – the sequel)!"
Black Manta is twitching, and he stops the approach towards the island.
"This is the power room. The Giant Shark Monster is eating the reactor. Oh My God! It's burning like it's made of magma, and everything is melting! The floor is lava! The Floor is LAVA! (Violent gory death sounds - the trilogy).
"Nope." says Black Manta as sets course for the Indian Ocean Base.
Ten minutes later, the entire volcanic island is destroyed by a thermonuclear explosion dwarfing all others in history, an explosion that somehow doesn't produce fallout or radiation. It does produce a mushroom cloud that at the right angle looks like a giant shark's head.

Queen Bee of Greater Bialya is a metahuman with the ability to secrete special meta-pheromones that allow her to control anyone that's attracted to her. This means the very beautiful woman can control anyone that isn't a one hundred percent homosexual male or a one hundred percent heterosexual female. To help her power, she has always taken care of herself and maintained her beauty. Part of her always worried her beauty and powers would fade like wilting flowers with time.
Instead, she woke up naked in her bed, looking less than 25 and more beautiful than she had ever been. She wondered what was going on and woke her husband, only to hear cries from around the palace. She found out the two reasons for the cries of shock.
Reason Number one – Everyone from the guards to the numerous servants to maintenance workers had also experienced beautification. There wasn't a single adult person that didn't look like under twenty-five super models. Even the eighty-eight-year-old overweight female chef that worked in the palace kitchens looked like a twenty-two-year-old curvaceous Bollywood star.
Reason Number two – Everyone from the guards to the servants was completely naked. If the beautification hadn't occurred, this would have been traumatizing instead of mildly embarrassing. What is more disturbing is the guards were stripped of not only clothing, but their weapons, radio, and gear. This means someone could have penetrated the palace defenses with ease.
Her Husband Black Adam walks up behind her and holds her casually. He only looks mildly interested in the event and it takes her a couple seconds to realize why. The ancient Egyptians wore the minimum of clothing. Both men and women of the lower classes were commonly bare chested and barefoot, wearing a simple loincloth or skirt around their waist. Servants and slaves were nude or wore loincloths. Nudity was a natural state to Adam before he got his powers.

"Report" says Queen Bee, finally dressed in her clothing. The strange effect caused any clothing people wore to disintegrate and vanish, along with any weapons, tools, or equipment on their person at the time. This effect had lasted for an entire day, forcing her to stay in her room. Her husband didn't have this problem because his clothing was magical gifted to him by the power of SHAZAM. He was so smug about it.
"The majority of Greater Bialya was affected. We are looking at a couple million in lost clothing, weapons, and equipment. We had a few escapes as handcuffs and restraints also count as equipment." says a formerly heavily scarred old General, who now looks like he's ready to do a skincare commercial. "Thankfully, Vehicles were undamaged, so we were able to maintain the borders and the information control network keep most of this off the internet."
"Most of it?" inquires the Queen.
"Some videos did make it onto video sharing sites. Most people believe it's fake considering how beautiful and young people look in the videos, others think it's like that spell that hit Superman and Wonder Woman."
"That spell" was a spell that hit a town and made it, so people only appeared naked to others, while the person was unaware and still wearing clothing. She found it amusing when she learned Wonder Woman and Superman had been subjected to it.
"Any long term effects?" she asks the head of the science division. The woman scientist used to be an overweight elderly woman with gray hair and a scar over a blind eye. She now looks like a young curvy beauty from an adolescent's sci-fi fantasies complete with a functional silver eye instead of pale dead one she possessed. The beautified scientist with heterochromia is also dressed in a very sexy outfit.
"Yes, Beloved Queen. While the ~magical~ event stripped away our coverings, it enhanced our bodies. Beautification improved the health of everyone it effected, not just skin and hair, but general health was optimized. We also noticed a slight increase in durability as no one received abrasions from the sand and roads. Further tests discovered not only are people now immune to sunburn, but skin cancer and all forms of cancer."
"At least we won't have to pay Cognito for future treatments." comments one soldier.
"These changes are complete down to a genetic level." says the scientist, which causes Queen Bee's eyes to widen.
"How has this effected the metahuman production?"
A group of images appear on a screen that descends from the ceiling.
"Both positive and negative."
The first set of images are of a red-haired woman manipulating fire. The first image is pre-beautification, and the second image is post with her covering her bare chest and glaring at the camera.
The second set of images are of a reptilian woman. The first has grotesque sharp teeth, thick scales and horns. The second looks more human with smaller, more organized sharp teeth. smaller scales, smaller polished horns, and feathers for hair. She also has more curves including a set of breasts she is groping and staring at.
"Those metahumans that retained their human during awakening were merely beautified like the rest of population. The same is true for low-level heteromorphic or lesser mutant type."
The third set of images are three very different images. The first is a thin waif of girl with blue eyes and dirty blonde hair. She looks normal. The second photo is a grotesque monster composed of acid-green slime with numerous translucent blobs connected by fibers acting as organs. The third photo is a beautiful blue-eyed blonde model that looks like the first photo.
"High-level heteromorphic or greater mutant types on the other hand were depowered. Preliminary tests indicated that while genetically superior to their original forms, they are now resistant to the meta-activation process. It's almost like an immune response. We don't believe we will be able to change them again."
The fourth set is a thin Irish punk with green eyes and red hair with muttonchops. He has numerous tattoos and is dressed in a choker, black shirt, and pants. In the second photo he's huge and grotesquely muscular to the point exposed muscle tissue can be seen through cracks in his hardened blackened skin (an indication of Kobra Venom). In the third photo, he looks like the Irish underwear model you would see on a European magazine but lacks the metahuman muscle.
"Venom derivative subjects also appear to be especially vulnerable."
"Any Good News?"
"Greater Biayla is now one of the most drug-free beautiful countries in the world. We will also be getting a population boom."

"Brain. Are you here? L1 wants a report on the new strength enhancement formula." says Monsieur Mallah. After numerous enhancements, his ability to speak was greatly enhanced with his intellect. He's expecting Brain to answer because the while the Brain is a genius, his current robotic body has the mobility of Rumba.
"Brain are you OK?" asks Mallah as he approaches Brain, whose resting in the shadows of the dark lab.
Suddenly, the brain rises from robotic shell revealing it's not the Light member known as The Brain, but a giant brain/mollusk hybrid with long tentacles and malice-filled cycloptic eye. Mallah screams as he's grabbed by the slimy sinewy tentacles and pulled closer to float spawn of chaos. He continues to scream as tentacles pierce his eyes, nose, and ears. He stops screaming when the creature sucks out his brain.
Two days later, the Light would learn they needed a new L-6.

Today, two of the most powerful companies in the world have come to show the US military their latest products.
One is Lexcorp run by super-genius businessman Lex Luthor. The massive conglomerate has many branches, but the weapons of Luthor Technologies are the only thing that concern the military brass. Luthor has always made his money in weapons technology, both on the legal and illegal market.
The other Business is Cognito Inc. owned by the mysterious universe-level super-genius - Dr. Genus. Cognito Inc. is involved in literally every legal business in the world and with unlimited resources they dominate. Other companies can either be friendly allies/rivals or they can be gone.
"What are those dummies, Rick?"
Weird Science Rick has set up a bunch of dummies for Lex weapons to target. These dummies look completely human dressed in clothing and various forms of protective gear. Some are dressed in police body armor, some are dressed in military uniforms complete with ceramic plate-filled body armor, and some are even dressed in non-functional copies of power armor designs.
On the far right are dummies dressed in Cognito Inc C3 Armor.
"Test Bodies – Artificial bodies based on generic human data. They are cloned tissue woven around an artificial bone skeleton and Type O negative artificial blood."
"Your using clones for target practice?" asks one general.
"Don't worry they're not alive in any sense. Heartbeat and pulse are done by pacemaker-like devices. All the cells lack nuclei and the clone cells have only lasted this long because a bio-preservative. The bodies don't even have the Human Microbiome, as their bodies were completely sterile until we removed them from packaging."
"Why use these bioroids?" asks Lex.
"You'll never get more accurate results short of killing real people."
"Thank you for your consideration."
The weapon of the day is the LX-60 Laser Exterminator. A sleek black gun with retractable rifle stock and scope for precision targeting. It's remarkably light for a directed particle beam weapon and the power packs can be inserted like rifle magazines. A generic soldier picks up the weapon, powers it up and turns off the safety, and then takes aim.
The particle beams burn through dummies with ease, no matter the modern armor. Each hit produces a limited amount of blood and smoke due to the heat of the beam, but the "life readings" flatlining is celebrated by the military personnel.
"The particle beam itself is invisible only showing up in the ultraviolet and infrared, but the laser is added for targeting. It can be turned off for more discrete missions. The rifle uses standard Type-L39 power cells and can fire up to 60 burst shots or 180 second (about 3 minutes) continuous beam." says Lex, "As you can see, standard armor is useless against it."
"Cognito doesn't do standard." says 'Rick', "Let's try your guns against C3 Armor."

The LexCorp Agent opens fire with the Exterminator and much to everyone's mild surprise the beams are stopped and dispersed by energy fields.
"Variable diffusion field disperses lasers, plasma, and other directed-energy attacks. For solid projectile weapons, phase shift armor uses electrical energy to negate physical damage. Even if the suit runs out of power, the nano-synthetics are tough, insulate the wearer and can block 50 cal." says Weird Science Rick, "Features include encrypted satellite communicators, hydrophobic and dirt resistance, biomed gel injectors in case of injury, and optical camouflage."
Rick clicks a button, and the C3 Armors shifts through the military camouflage patterns of the 20th and 21st centuries. The final pattern is near invisible as its active camouflage.
"Patterns don't cost energy to maintain, just set and go. Active camouflage requires more energy depending on how fast you are moving and environmental hazards like deep water and precipitation. "
There is clapping for both companies.
Luthor turns as he sees a light close to his face and sees a small portal floating near him. He then hears a gunshot. The military and government people are alarmed.
"Calm down people. The sniper has already been taken care of." says Weird Science Rick, as he opens a portal to reveal a sniper on a distant building dressed in camouflage clothing and an impressive sniper rifle. He's struggling because there is a gunshot wound in his lower spine. "My portal redirected the bullet back to its sender."
"Who is this man?" says Lex, knowing that Rick would know.
"A mercenary hired by the Rhelasian Extremist group Red Moon, protesting the new negotiations done by Luthor. At least that is the cover story. He was actually hired by Nine Dragons Corporation's CEO Eddie Li because Cognito and LexCorp have been buying many Hong-Kong businesses."
Suddenly, there is a huge electrical flash next to him and a loud scream of pain. A smoking charred corpse dressed in damaged thermo-optic camouflage drops to the ground dead.
"That would be the other mercenary sent to assassinate me. He knew about my forcefields, so he had camouflage, an X-Ionized Blade, and a short-range field disruptor. He didn't expect subcutaneous armor and a trans-phasic shock field." He then turns to Luthor, "Hey Luthor. He spent fifty grand more on my Assassin."
Luthor has an annoyed look on his face.

"Explain." says Ra's, feeling an approaching headache. The man Infront of him looks nervous and is carrying a Cognito brand computer tablet.
"We have some problems with the Slade Wilson clones. The clone of Slade we had working on that project in South America was killed by another clone. We believe that clone was working for an American group, while posing as one that works for the Cognito and was responsible for the death of the one in Peru. We do not believe he was the one that infiltrated the Mexican base, as that was determined to a Cognito agent who disguised himself as the Slade Wilson clone that acted as commander for that base."
Using clones can be so confusing and it makes security a nightmare.
"Any other news?"
"Ravager - The original Slade Wilson's daughter Rose by Lillian Worth – has joined forces with another clone of her father to hunt down a clone that tried to kill the original."
"I need a vacation." says the ancient assassin leader. Maybe he should visit his grandson.

In depths of a Cadmus Facility nicknamed "Cadmus End", there is a new genius geneticist. His formulas for mutagens and viruses have taken Cadmus' metahuman research and development in a new direction. He has taken past projects and developed them with otherworldly ideas. This man has risen the Cadmus ranks and is now the new L-6 of the Light.
He currently stands in front of dozens of egg-shaped chambers filled with synthetic embryonic fluid. Inside each pod, in the fetal position, are large humanoids with clawed digitigrade feet, long tails, and large wings. Two of the chambers beeps, then drain of fluid and open.
One resembles a large very muscular human-like gargoyle with red eyes, ash gray skin, and long black hair. He has strong facial features with a thick jaw, strong brow ridges, and small horns. The other resembles an Amazonian female Gargoyle with purple eyes, pale platinum gray skin, and long white hair. She is very beautiful with long horns curving back.
What separates them from other Gargoyles is their wings are leathery and ribbed, not like those of a bat, but those of a dragon. Their skin also has patterns of hard scales protecting their bodies like organic scale-mail. The only softness being the smoother, softer scales their fronts. They also have white bone spikes extending from their elbows, knees, knuckles, and shoulders.
"Beautiful. That Immortal Monster's blood has so many possibilities" says the red-eyed scientist, "Biblical names would be appropriate. Since you are the first of your kind, I name you Adam and Lilith."
"Who...?"
"I am your creator. Your father and master." The mad scientist says with grandiose, "My name is Dr. Anton Sevarius."
